Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi komunikasi pemasaran produk Over The Counter (OTC) PT LAPI Laboratories dalam meningkatkan awareness dan citra positif di masyarakat. Persaingan ketat industri farmasi menuntut perusahaan tidak hanya fokus pada kualitas produk, tetapi juga efektivitas komunikasi. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Semarang pada 25 Agustus hingga 25 September 2025 dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan lima informan kunci, terdiri atas kepala bagian marketing komunikasi, staf, dan pihak yang terlibat langsung dalam aktivitas branding. Analisis data menggunakan thematic analysis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi mencakup integrasi media digital dan konvensional, edukasi publik melalui konten kesehatan, serta pemanfaatan jaringan apotek dan tenaga medis. Tantangan utama meliputi regulasi iklan obat, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan persaingan pasar. Implikasi strategi terbukti meningkatkan brand awareness sekaligus memperkuat citra positif perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis pada kajian komunikasi pemasaran farmasi serta rekomendasi praktis bagi penguatan daya saing produk OTC di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the representation of people with disabilities in the anime film Josee, the Tiger, and the Fish using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. The study is motivated by the social perception that often simplifies people with disabilities into figures worthy of pity or mere inspiration, necessitating a critical examination of symbolic and narrative constructions in popular media. The research method applied is qualitative descriptive with a semiotic analysis strategy, where data were collected through in-depth observation of the film and literature review from various scientific references on disability representation and semiotics. The results indicate that the character Josee is represented multidimensionally, including emotional, social, and aspirational aspects, alongside visual and verbal symbols that convey an inclusive and humane understanding of people with disabilities. These findings emphasize the importance of sensitive and complex narratives in popular media to influence audience perception and provide a realistic understanding of the experiences of people with disabilities. In conclusion, the film not only entertains but also contributes to social and cultural learning about inclusivity, while encouraging media producers to create fairer characters and storylines.

Abstract

PT. LogisMe Berkat Bersama (LBB) is a Limited Liability Company (PT) engaged in the business of providing Business-to-Business (B2B) warehousing and logistics solutions. LogisMe has the tagline "One Stop Logistics Solutions" with end-to-end solution coverage starting from the provision of warehousing and logistics operational equipment such as forklifts, material handling and cleaning equipment, provision of spare parts and technicians in order to meet the maintenance needs of these operational equipment, warehouse racking design, warehouse and logistics operational consultant services to the provision of a digital platform for monitoring units rented by customers in real-time. This document outlines the implementation of a risk management strategy for the business plan of LogisMe, a Material Handling Rental Services startup company. The framework adopted is based on the ISO 31000:2018 standard and focuses on integrating risk manage.  the report is returned to the risk mitigation supervisor to be checked that it has met the requirements and stored in the company's cloud repository, disseminated to all employees and company stakeholders. Monitoring is carried out to understand and prevent risks that occur as a strategy to gain a competitive advantage for the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of TikTok as a digital marketing tool in increasing the number of streams and musicians' income, with a case study of the viralization of the song "Mangu" by Fourtwnty. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this study explores the dynamics of the virality of music content on the TikTok platform and its impact on the digital music ecosystem. The results show that the virality of songs is not solely triggered by algorithms, but also by the power of emotional narratives, the relevance of lyrics to the user experience, and the active participation of the audience in the form of production. This phenomenon is driving cross-platform conversions, where TikTok users are switching to streaming services such as Spotify and YouTube, thereby increasing digital royalties and opening up live performance opportunities for musicians. Organic marketing strategies based on audience engagement have proven to be effective in creating broad and sustainable exposure, especially among the digital native generation. This research confirms that TikTok is not only an entertainment platform, but also a strategic medium in building music branding and monetizing works creatively. These findings provide important implications for independent musicians and the music industry in designing adaptive and participatory promotional strategies in an increasingly competitive digital economy.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how Instagram is used by the Demak Regency Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Office as a source of information for employees. The research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach conducted from 1–30 August 2025. Data was obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation of the agency's Instagram account. The results of the study show that Instagram is used as a means of publishing official activities and information, but it is not optimal due to limited human resources, a long upload process, and monotonous content. Based on the theory of Uses and Gratifications and Media Richness Theory, the effectiveness of digital communication requires the ability to present interesting and relevant information so that the message conveyed can meet the needs of internal audiences. Other findings show that some employees have not made Instagram the main source of information due to a lack of content updates and a lack of visual variation. Therefore, it is recommended that social media management be carried out more professionally through improving admin competence, content calendar planning, and better internal coordination to ensure the consistency and quality of published information. Thus, Instagram can function more optimally as an official communication medium.
