Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menyelidiki keterkaitan antara faktor-faktor kontekstual business education dan global mindset terhadap online business intentions dengan variabel mediasi digital technology adoption di kalangan mahasiswa prodi S1 Bisnis Universitas STEKOM. Penelitian terbatas pada mahasiswa Prodi S1 Bisnis serta hanya 55 kuesioner valid dari kembalinya. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan survei penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi 245 mahasiswa Prodi S1 Bisnis Angkatan 2020-2021, data responden uji instrument valid dijadikan sampel penelitian 55 responden. Alat analisis menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Ringkasan temuan bahwa niat berbisnis online mahasiswa dipengaruhi secara langsung positif signifikan oleh business education(t-statistik 5,622 > 1,673 dan p-value 0,000 1,673 dan p-value 0,012 1,673 (p-value 0,000 1,673 (p-value 0,018 1,673 (p-value 0,043

Abstract

Taxpayer compliance is a key indicator of tax collection effectiveness, including Land and Building Tax (PBB), an important source of local revenue. This study examines the effects of tax knowledge, tax sanctions, and trust in government on PBB taxpayer compliance. The study population consisted of registered taxpayers in Tawengan Village, Boyolali. A quantitative survey design was employed, with questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that, in part, understanding of tax regulation and tax sanctions does not have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. However, trust in government has a positive and significant impact on taxpayer compliance. Simultaneously, understanding of tax regulations, tax sanctions, and trust in government significantly influence PBB taxpayer compliance. These results imply that village governments and tax officers should prioritize building public trust through educational approaches and policy transparency, rather than relying primarily on deterrence through administrative sanctions.

Abstract

Introduction : Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa) is Gram-negative bacteria which is normally inhabiting in environment, however it tends to be an opportunistic pathogen within oral cavity. It utilizes the oral cavity as potential reservoir to infect either lungs or oral cavity itself. Both planktonic and biofilm forms can mediate its infection in oral cavity so that making its difficulties to eradicate since its broad resistance to antibiotics.Method : We review the pathogenesis of oral infection and host defense mechanism to P. aeruginosa as well.Discussion: Several prevention strategies, both chemical and nonchemical, are elaborated to avoid oral bacterial contamination.Conclusion : Prevention strategies in dental aspect to P. aeruginosa is highly needed as its occurrence are susceptible to cross-infection.

Abstract

The digital era is driving rapid growth in the communications and information sector, including the rise of e-commerce in Indonesia. Digital transformation is changing people's lifestyles, including online shopping activities. Shopee, as one of the leading e-commerce platforms, was chosen as the object of research, aiming to analyze the influence of flash sales, prices, and trust on online purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, involving 100 active Shopee users as respondents using a non-probability sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that trust has the most dominant impact on online purchasing decisions, followed by flash sales and prices. Simultaneously, all three variables of flash sales, price, and trust contribute significantly to online purchasing decisions. The implications of the research are that Shopee continues to increase the frequency and transparency of flash sales, offer more competitive prices, and provide fast and responsive service to build customer trust and loyalty. Abstract

Integration of Halal Tourism and Pesantren Empowerment in Community Service: A Model for Social and Spiritual Development. This community service program aims to develop a pesantren-based halal tourism model by establishing a professional social homestay at PPPA Raudhatul Jannah, Bantul. The initiative is strategically designed to enhance financial sustainability, enabling free Qur'anic education for underprivileged students and orphans. Utilising a participatory engagement approach, the program involves academics, administrators, and residents. Key implementation steps include homestay management assistance, integration of intensive tahfidz programs, and local economic empowerment through traditional halal culinary activities. Results indicate that the social homestay model serves as a viable, sustainable funding mechanism while strengthening the pesantren's role as an inclusive centre for da'wah and community empowerment. This integrated approach transforms the institution into a faith-based social enterprise. Furthermore, this model contributes to halal tourism grounded in spiritual values and fosters opportunities for international academic collaboration to support the broader dissemination of Islamic values.

Abstract

This study examines traditional culinary heritage in the Sumbu Filosofi Yogyakarta as a foundation for culture-based gastronomic tourism. A qualitative case study design was applied using observation, semi-structured interviews with culinary practitioners and tourism stakeholders, and document analysis. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and interpretative conclusion drawing. The findings show that culinary heritage in the Sumbu Filosofi area functions not only as a consumptive product but also as a medium conveying Javanese philosophical values and spatial cosmology. Cultural narratives, heritage-based spatial settings, and experiential tourism strengthen gastronomic attractions in urban heritage contexts. This study contributes to heritage tourism and gastronomic studies by positioning culinary heritage as an integral element of philosophical heritage landscapes rather than an isolated tourism commodity. It further demonstrates that sustainable gastronomic tourism in heritage areas requires a contextual development approach that prioritizes cultural value preservation as a core strategy for destination resilience.

Abstract

Using a disclosing agent to control plaque is one way to improve dental health and oral tissue. However, this material is not widely known to the public. Red dragon fruit, a mainstay commodity in Blitar Regency, contains betalain which can be used as an alternative disclosure agent. Therefore, the people of Blitar Regency need to be empowered to maintain dental and oral health regarding the potential of dragon fruit as an alternative natural ingredient. The aim is to provide education regarding the potential benefits of dragon fruit as a disclosure agent. The strategy used in this activity is dual media intervention by dentists, namely by using interactive lectures with PowerPoint media and booklet media to community groups in, Blitar Regency. To measure the level of knowledge of the target community, questionnaires were given before and after the activity, as well as checking the OHI-S index. The research results showed that the level of the OHI-S index was in the medium category, while the level of community knowledge showed an increase of 56.78% after being given counseling. This shows that providing dental and oral health education using PowerPoint media and booklet media has proven to be effective in increasing public knowledge. Therefore, it can be concluded that providing education on the use of red dragon fruit as a disclosing agent to the people of Blitar Regency has proven effective in increasing knowledge, so it is hoped that it can improve the community's dental and oral hygiene.

Abstract

Perkembanagan pesat teknologi digital mendorong generasi Z semakin aktif berpartisipasi dalam instrument investasi digital seperti cryptocurrency. Kemudahan akses melalui aplikasi keuangan memberikan peluang bagi generasi muda untuk berpartisipasi di pasar investasi secara lebih fleksibel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat berinvestasi cryptocurrency gen Z, khususnya literasi keuangan, pengalaman investasi, dan kepercayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, khususnya metode survei. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 93 orang, berdomisili di Kudus, yang memiliki pengalaman investasi sebelumnya, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari kuesioner dengan 20 indikator, diukur menggunakan skala Likert 1-5 dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi di cryptocurrency. Sementara pengalaman investasi memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan yang menunjukkan pengalaman investasi sebelumnya dapat mempengaruhi persepsi risiko. Sedangkan kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada tingkat 5%. Model tersebut menjelaskan 12,4% varian minat berinvestasi cryptocurrency. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan literasi keuangan di kalangan gen Z untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan investasi yang lebih rasional di pasar keuangan digital.

Abstract

This research intends to examine the moderating role of brand love in the effects of influencer marketing and brand image on the repurchase intention for Wardah products on TikTok. A quantitative approach and causal design were adopted, with the data gathered from an online survey of 100 TikTok users who had been exposed to Wardah content. PLS-SEM was utilized to analyze and hypothesis testing. The main conclusions of this study demonstrate that influencer marketing and brand love positively and significantly affect the intention to repurchase, whereas brand image provides a negative outcome. Furthermore, brand love was found to strengthen the association amongst influencer marketing and the repurchase intention for Wardah products. However, brand love does not moderate the correlation amongst brand image and the repurchase intention. Wardah products. These results confirm that optimizing the role of influencer marketing and fostering emotional connections with customers is more critical than brand image perceptions in driving repurchase intent.

Abstract

The development of financial services through digital platforms (Fintech) has triggered a shift in public perception of digital credit. The use of the buy now pay later (BNPL) system, which is not accompanied by adequate financial literacy, is the background of this study. The focus of the study is to evaluate the impact of digital financial literacy, financial attitudes, and accounting literacy on the financial behavior of Shopee PayLater users in Semarang Regency. A quantitative approach was used in this study, with data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 53 Generation Z and millennial respondents through a purposive sampling technique. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results revealed that digital financial literacy and accounting understanding contribute significantly to financial behavior. Conversely, financial attitudes do not have a significant partial effect on financial behavior. Simultaneously, digital financial literacy, financial attitudes, and accounting literacy have a significant effect on financial behavior, with an Adjusted R² value of 0.456. These results indicate that the ability to understand digital finance and accounting insight is crucial in creating smarter and more organized financial behavior when using digital credit services. This research contributes to the development of financial behavior literature and education for PayLater users in managing financial responsibility more optimally.
