Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationships between financial experience, financial socialization, return, risk, and fintech on investment intention, with behavioral finance as a mediating variable, among Millennials and Gen Z in Semarang Regency. The research adopts a quantitative causal approach, utilizing a survey method with data collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents. The findings reveal that financial experience, risk, and fintech significantly influence behavioral finance, while financial socialization and return do not. Furthermore, financial experience, return, risk, fintech, and behavioral finance have significant effects on investment intention, whereas financial socialization does not. Path analysis indicates that behavioral finance mediates the effects of financial experience, risk, and fintech on investment intention. However, it does not mediate the relationships between financial socialization or return and investment intention. These results highlight the importance of financial experience, risk perception, and fintech adoption in shaping investment intentions and the mediating role of behavioral finance in these relationships.

Abstract

Background: Ameloblastoma is a neoplastic odontogenic tumor that has a local invasive characteristic. The current treatment for ameloblastoma requires a precise surgical resection and chemotherapy. It requires a different approach to diminish the therapy drawbacks. Curcumin, as one of the most common well-described compounds, remarkably has a potential antitumor agent. Method: Our findings and opinions are based on a comprehensive search through scientific resources and correspondingly relating all the keywords using the Boolean technique and Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) term search to find the interest study. Review: By understanding curcumin and its target genes, curcumin itself can induce regulation of tumor suppression and oncogenic microRNA. MiR-9 has proven to be expressed for modulating the mutation genes causing tumorogenesis in ameloblastoma. Curcumin also upregulates miR-9, causing cytotoxic activity against cancers in many proven studies. Conclusion: The highly expressed miR-9 curcumin-mediated ameloblastoma inhibition will be the new insight and adjunct cancer therapy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyses the effect of Fintech Peer to Peer Lending, Bank Digitization and Non-Performing Loans on Banking Financial Performance (Return on Asset) at KBMI 4 Commercial Banks in 2019-2023. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative analysis. The object of the research is the audited financial report of Bank Umum KBMI 4 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the report from the Financial Services Authority. The sample was selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Findings: P2P Lending has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets. Bank Digitization does not have a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets. Non-Performing Loans have a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets. Peer to Peer Lending, Banking Digitization, Non-Performing Loan simultaneously have a significant effect on Return on Assets. Banks in KBMI Category 4 must carry out Product Innovation to compete with P2P lending. By establishing Partnerships, conducting Market Segment Approaches, developing Digitization: and using big data and analytics. By implementing these strategies, banks remain relevant and competitive in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Consumer Review on Purchase Intention with Brand Awareness as an Intervening Variable at Shopee into STEKOM University’s students. The primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to buyers who have shopped at Shopee which consists of 23 questions. Samples of 130 respondents taken by random sampling technique. The analytical tool used in data processing uses Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS version 25. The results show that Online Consumer Reviews ( Online Reviews on Website, Consistency of Online Reviews and Website Popularity) have a positive effect on brand awarensess at Shopee. Online Consumer Reviews (Online Reviews on Website, Online Consistency of Reviews and Popularity of Website) variables also have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. Meanwhile, the Brand Awareness variable is not able to mediate Online Consumer Reviews on Purchase Intentions at the Shopee shopping platform.

Abstract

Individual or family finances are a crucial aspect of daily life that will affect family welfare. Financial literacy, good financial planning and management enable individuals to make wise financial decisions. The aim of this service activity is to provide financial intelligence education through financial literacy, financial planning and management, wise steps towards financial freedom. Financially intelligent education was provided to residents of Gladagsari Boyolali Village accompanied by 22 literacy activists. The method for carrying out service activities is by giving lectures in the form of education about financial literacy which consists of financial knowledge and financial behavior as well as personal/family financial planning which consists of preparing budgets, planning and managing routine needs, savings, debt and investments. As a result of this Community Service activity, participants can better understand financial literacy and can implement ways to plan and manage family finances.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the direct influence of lifestyle on product purchasing decisions at Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta, to determine and analyze the direct influence of store atmosphere on product purchasing decisions at Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta, to determine and analyze the direct influence of product value on product purchasing decisions at Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta and to determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of lifestyle, store atmosphere, product value on product purchasing decisions at Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 50 consumer respondents at Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta. Data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, T tests, F tests, R2 determination coefficient tests using IBM SPSS Statistics. The results of the study indicate that lifestyle directly has a significant effect on product purchasing decisions for consumers at Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta, product value directly has a significant effect on product purchasing decisions for consumers at Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta, store atmosphere have a significant effect on product purchasing decisions for consumers at Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta, and directly and simultaneously lifestyle, store atmosphere, and product value have a significant effect on consumer product purchasing decisions at Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta.

Abstract

Persepsi kebersihan gigi dan oral memiliki dampak besar pada harapan hidup di seluruh dunia. Namun, di negara-negara dengan pendapatan sedang, beban meningkat secara tidak proporsional. Prob-lema kesehatan gigi dan mulut di Indonesia merupakan problem yang mempengaruhi populasi sebanyak 57.6%. Studi ini adalah studi semi-eksperimental yang dilakukan pada 16 Desember 2024 di Ta’lim Sa-bilu Taubah Gas Iqdam, Blitar, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Metode sosialisasi dilakukan secara offline (tatap muka) menggunakan campuran media presentasi (power point) dan booklet. Peserta sosialisasi dibagi menjadi dua bagian: pra-sosialisasi (pre-test) dan pasca-sosialisasi (post-test). Peserta sosialisasi diberi-kan pertanyaan untuk menilai pengetahuan dan persepsi peserta mengenai kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada saat sebelum dan sesudah sosialisasi. Pengetahuan peserta diklasifikasikan sebagai cukup, sedang, dan rendah dalam memahami kebersihan gigi dan mulut sebelum dan setelah sosialisasi. Skor rata-rata untuk peserta sebelum sosialisasi adalah 26,45, dan setelah sosialisasi menjadi 83,23. Hasil tersebut ber-beda bermakna dengan nilai-p 0.000 menggunakan uji statistik wilcoxon. Data ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peran positif dari dokter gigi dalam meningkatkan kesehatan gigi dan mulut pasien sehingga dokter gigi dapat berperan aktif untuk mendorong pasien lebih memperhatikan kesadaran kesehatan gigi dan mulut terutama bagi pondok pesantren Ta’lim Sabilu Taubah di Kabupaten Blitar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and security simultaneously on customer interest (Study at Bank Mandiri KCP Solo Slamet Riyadi). This type of quantitative research with a survey method approach, sampling techniques using purposive sampling, and calculated using the Slovin formula, so that a research sample of 222 customers was obtained. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis using multiple linear regression. Performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and security have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on customer interest. The results show that effort expectations are the most important aspect in supporting customer interest, so the ease and convenience of operating e-banking must be improved.

Abstract

In today's digital era, smartphones have become a symbol of social identity, especially among the younger generation. One interesting phenomenon is the high interest of the younger generation in the iPhone, which is considered an element of a modern lifestyle. This study aims to examine the impact of brand equity, product design, and lifestyle on iPhone purchasing decisions among the younger generation living in Gajah District, Demak. A total of 60 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques became the sample in this study. Data were collected through questionnaires, and data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 30. The analysis tests applied included instrument tests, classical assumption tests, as well as hypothesis tests and R tests. The results of the study showed that brand equity, product design, and lifestyle have a positive and significant influence on iPhone purchasing decisions among the younger generation in Gajah District, Demak. Companies need to strengthen their brand image, innovate in product design, and adjust their marketing strategies to the dynamic lifestyles of young consumers.

Abstract

Era persaingan bisnis saat ini yang semakin ketat, kepuasan pelanggan menjadi faktor krusial yang dapat menentukan keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan menjadi fokus utama bagi perusahaan Mixue, yang beroperasi di industri pelayanan. Meskipun sejauh ini pendekatan pemasaran Mixue sangat baik dan efektif, tidak ada jaminan bahwa pertumbuhannya akan berlanjut di masa mendatang. Berdasarkan masalah ini, peneliti bermaksud untuk menggunakan metodologi CSI dan IPA untuk mempelajari kebahagiaan pelanggan Mixue dan menganalisis temuan untuk menentukan area yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan analisis CSI adalah sebesar 78,87% yang menunjukkan indeks kepuasan pelanggan berada pada kategori puas. Pada pengujian dalam metode IPA terdapat 1 atribut yang masuk ke dalam kuadran 1 yang artinya ada 1 atribut pelayanan yang belum maksimal.
