Abstract

Penelitian ditujukan guna memahami pengaruh antara store atmosphere, penetapan harga dan pelaksanaan promosi pada Warung Six Pekanbaru. Persaingan pada dunia bisnis menjadi sebuah tantangan bagi perusahaan untuk dapat mencapai semua tujuan yang diinginkan. Dalam mencapai tujuannya, perusahaan harus memberikan barang dan jasa yang menjadi image tersendiri dari perusahaan tersebut dan memberikan penawaran terbaik terhadap barang dan jasa untuk mendapatkan daya tarik bagi konsumen. Variabel independent ialah store atmosphere, penetapan harga dan pelaksanaan promosi, sedangkan variabel dependent ialah keputusan pembelian. Metode yang dipakai pada penelitian ialah memakai metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang dipakai sejumlah 100 responden menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling pada konsumen Warung Six Pekanbaru. Sumber data yang dipakai pada penelitian yakni data primer yang didapati dengan proses pembagian kuesioner pada konsumen Warung Six Pekanbaru, yang kemudian dikumpulkan secara statistik menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah store atmosphere (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y), penetapan harga (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y), pelaksanaan promosi (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan store atmosphere, penetapan harga dan pelaksanaan promosi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga produk dan lokasi usaha terhadap loyaltas konsumen pada usaha batu bata merah Berkat Yakin di Kelurahan Kulim Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah statistik deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data yang diuji secara statistik melalui program SPSS 30. Dari analisis data yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa harga produk (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen (Y), lokasi usaha (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen (Y), dan harga produk (X1) dan lokasi usaha (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen (Y) pada usaha batu bata merah Berkat Yakin di Kelurahan Kulim Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan promosi (X2) terhadap loyalitas konsumen (Y) melalui lokasi (Z) pada Pesona Coffee Pekanbaru. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada konsumen Pesona Coffee Pekanbaru. Pengambilan sampel sebagai objek penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuntitatif dengan analisis data melalui program SmartPLS 3. Proses analisis data meliputi berbagai tahapan, seperti uji validitas konvergen dan validitas diskriminan, uji reliabilitas, uji koefisien determinasi, uji model fit indices, uji signifikansi, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menemukan bahwa, yaitu: (1) kualitas pelayanan secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, (2) promosi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, (3) kualitas pelayanan secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap lokasi, (4) promosi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap lokasi, (5) lokasi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, (6) kualitas pelayanan secara tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, (7) promosi secara tidak langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui lokasi.

Abstract

This community service program aims to provide knowledge to the people of Merangkai Village which describes how to improve community business management capabilities in terms of managing, developing and improving economic businesses based on local potential. This information transfer was carried out in several stages, including socialization of the material to discussion sessions containing questions and answers and conveying the obstacles experienced. The application method used in this service is through lecture and discussion methods. In the first session, several materials in the fields of marketing, finance and human resources will be presented which are related to increasing the business management capabilities of village communities in managing, developing and improving economic businesses based on local potential. The next session will be opened with a discussion session in the form of questions and answers and also presenting obstacles so that solutions can be found. Apart from that, active community participation in all stages of activities is also the main focus in assessing the success of service. The results of the service showed a significant increase because the community service activities which were carried out face to face and in direct practice ran smoothly.

Abstract

This training and socializing aims to impart knowledge to people with creativity, small businesses/small industries, and those who have yet to start a business. It is hoped that existing human resources would be able to carry it out with the help of training and entrepreneurial socialization. When starting a business, increased knowledge and talents are expected to boost the organization's overall performance. Entrepreneurship Training and Socialization are implemented through lecture, discussion, and practice processes at the service location. To attain development goals in all disciplines, entrepreneurship training and community socialization activities must be strengthened, demanding the attention of all interested parties. The government's and community leaders' motivation must be maintained and increased for the community to get more information and skills linked to business growth and raise community and regional revenue, particularly in Kuantan Village, Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine how consumer loyalty at the Panam Central Busana Store, Pekanbaru is related to product diversity and member cards. Product diversity and member cards are independent variables while consumer loyalty is the dependent variable. The problems that occurred at the Panam Central Busana Store were a decrease in the number of consumers/visitors from the previous year, failure to achieve the target realization, and the emergence of several competitors who were also engaged in the fashion retail sector around the Panam Central Busana Store which became a threat to the Panam Central Busana Store itself. The sample in this study was determined using the slovin formula obtained, namely 97 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research using questionnaire data collection techniques through gform and questionnaires. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaire distributed using purposive sampling techniques were then processed for further study with the SPSS 25 program. The results of the tests carried out showed that product diversity has an influence on consumer loyalty, where t count = 20.157> t table 1.661 and sig 0.000 <0.05, then member cards have an influence on consumer loyalty, where t count = 15.369> t table 1.661 and sig 0.000 <0.05, and product diversity and member cards on consumer loyalty, with F count 301.654> F table 3.092, and sig 0.000 <0.05. Abstract

Indonesia is an automotive manufacturer that provides automotive products from low price to premium class. Toyota is one of the automotive brands in Indonesia that is in great demand by consumers. The type of car that is the choice of consumers from the many types of cars in Indonesia is the Low Cost Green Car (LCGC) type car. One of the Low Cost Green Car products from the Toyota brand that is in great demand by consumers is the Toyota Agya. Based on Low Cost Green Car (LCGC) sales data obtained in 2023, Toyota Agya experienced a decline in sales at PT Agung Automall Pekanbaru Sutomo Branch, this is known based on data in 2023 Toyota Agya sales of 20,602 units. This is much lower than sales in 2022, as many as 21,336 units. Based on this phenomenon, PT Agung Automall Sutomo Branch made efforts to improve Service Quality and also offered various promotions to consumers. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Quality of Service and Promotion carried out by PT Agung Automall Sutomo Branch was well validated.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan produksi mentimun (Cucumis sativus L.) terhadap pemberian pupuk urea dan pupuk kandang kambing. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan Agustus 2024, bertempat di Lingkungan Untu, Kelurahan Waha, Kecamatan Tomia, Kabupaten Wakatobi, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok yang terdiri dari 5 taraf perlakuan dan 3 kelompok sehingga diperoleh 15 unit perlakuan. Pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman (cm), diameter batang (cm), jumlah buah, dan berat buah (kg). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pupuk urea dan pupuk kandang kambing berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah buah dan berat buah. Dosis pupuk urea dan pupuk kandang kambing terbaik diperoleh pada perlakuan P2= pupuk urea 7 gram/tanaman + pupuk kandang kambing 125 gram/tanaman.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, store atmosphere, and pricing on customer satisfaction at Senada Cafe in Kota Garo, Kampar Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The sample in this study amounted to 99 respondents who were consumers of Senada Cafe, who were taken with non-probability sampling techniques including incidental sampling. Data collection in this study was carried out through distributing questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression and multiple regression through the SPSS version 29 program. Validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, t test, multiple linear regression test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2) test, coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that the variables of service quality (X1), store atmosphere (X2), and pricing (X3) had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

The village of Sialangrampai, located in Kulim District, Pekanbaru City, is an area with strategic potential in agriculture, UMKM development, and Malay cultural preservation. However, UMKM in the region still face various obstacles, including irregularities in financial record-keeping, limited marketing access, and low utilization of digital technology. To address these issues, the MBKM FISIP Riau University Real Work Lecture Program (KUKERTA) was implemented for 50 days, from June 23 to August 12, 2025, with the main objectives of increasing UMKM capacity, digital literacy, creative education, and strengthening local culture. The program implementation methods included surveys and problem mapping, seminars, training, mentoring, and field activities. The results included the registration of 10 UMKM on Google Maps, improved product branding, financial literacy seminars attended by dozens of business owners, tutoring activities for 20 children, leadership training for 35 students, and Zapin dance training involving 30 children. In addition, this program also produced social initiatives in the form of providing trash bins, installing educational information boards, and social-religious activities. The impact of this program included increased digital skills among the community, increased awareness of business management among business owners, increased participation in education, and the preservation of Malay culture. With the active involvement of the community, this activity showed that the synergy between universities, communities, and the government plays an important role in realizing sustainable empowerment.
