Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi industri tambak udang di Desa Sangiang, Kecamatan Wera, Kabupaten Bima, dengan fokus pada aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan observasi, serta menganalisis dampak secara mendalam. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa perubahan penggunaan lahan ini memberikan dampak ekonomi yang positif, seperti peningkatan pendapatan rata-rata keluarga petani tambak sebesar 81% dan penciptaan lapangan kerja baru di sektor terkait. Namun, perubahan ini juga mempengaruhi struktur sosial masyarakat, dengan ketegangan antara petani tradisional dan pekerja tambak, serta pengurangan keterlibatan masyarakat lokal akibat ketergantungan pada tenaga kerja luar. Dari segi lingkungan, konversi lahan menyebabkan penurunan kualitas tanah dan pencemaran air, mempengaruhi ekosistem lokal dan kesehatan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menekankan perlunya pendekatan holistik dalam mengelola alih fungsi lahan untuk menyeimbangkan manfaat ekonomi dengan keberlanjutan sosial dan lingkungan. Hasil ini diharapkan memberikan informasi berguna bagi pembuat kebijakan dan masyarakat dalam menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity is one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education activities that must be carried out by a lecturer. This activity was held thanks to collaboration between the Banjarmasin City Regional Government, the Creative Economy Committee and the Indonesia Creative Cities Network (ICCN) as an organizational forum for creative cities. The implementation method used is a Seminar, Workshop and Tour Guide to Banjaarmasin City tourist attractions. Participants in this activity came from various cities throughout Indonesia which are members of the Creative Cities network and are also creative economy players. It is hoped that this Community Service activity will have a positive impact on the development of the creative economy and also economic growth in the City of Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Becoming an entrepreneur is not a choice for many Indonesians.  Most Indonesians prefer to become a civil servant or private employee as their main priority.  This is inseparable from the mindset and upbringing of most Indonesians who see that an employee has no risks, whereas entrepreneurship is full of risks and financial uncertainty.  Very few people dare to take the risk of becoming an entrepreneur because there is no certainty of income and business success.  In the midst of increasingly difficult competition to obtain employee status, the way out is to become an entrepreneur.  To become an entrepreneur, the government and the world of education are trying to educate their students with various business knowledge so that they become entrepreneurs after graduating.  This activity is a form of Community Service that must be carried out by lecturers in fulfilling the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Teaching, Service and Research.  The methods used in this service are presentations, discussions, competitions and activity evaluation. It is hoped that the results of this activity will stimulate students' desire to become entrepreneurs when they graduate

Abstract

This research aims to determine and test students' interest in entrepreneurship after learning about Introduction to Business, Entrepreneurship and Business Feasibility Studies at college. Data were collected using a questionnaire using Google Form which was distributed via the WhatsUp Group belonging to the research lecturer and used a descriptive quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods, T Test and F Test (SPSS). The population was taken from a number of WhatUp Groups owned by research lecturers from students from various universities. The sample obtained was 122 students from universities in Banjarmasin and Timika Papua. The research results show that learning Introduction to Business and Business Feasibility Studies partially has a significant and positive effect on students' interest in becoming independent entrepreneurs, while the Entrepreneurship variable has no significant effect. Simultaneous test results show that the variables Introduction to Business, Entrepreneurship and Business Feasibility Study have a significant and positive effect on students' interest in becoming independent entrepreneurs. The results of this research can be used as a reference for further research and government policy making in the fields of education and entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The introduction of New Student Admission Patterns (PMB) through Past Learning (RPL) is an innovative approach in the higher education system to improve the quality of student admissions. RPL recognizes the experience and knowledge gained from non-formal and informal education, thereby providing opportunities for individuals with diverse backgrounds to continue their studies. This activity was carried out by the Socialization Team of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Indragiri Islamic University (UNISI). The socialization was carried out at PP Nur Darissalam, Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The methods used are presentations, interactive discussions, and question and answer sessions. This service aims to analyze the effectiveness of RPL in the PMB process, as well as its impact on student academic success. The methods used include socialization and analysis of student admissions data. The results show that implementing RPL can increase the accessibility of higher education and encourage diversity among new students. In addition, RPL contributes to the development of students' soft skills and learning readiness. This research provides recommendations for educational institutions in optimizing student admissions through RPL so that they can create an inclusive and competitive learning environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui kegiatan pengembang teknologi pembelajaran bagi guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SMA N 1 Padang. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalah yang ditemui bahwa guru SMA N 1 yang Padang memiliki kelemahan dalam bidang teknologi sejumlah guru belum mampu dan paham dalam menggunakan berbagai perangkat teknologi yang dapat menunjang kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian bertujuan guna mengetahui kegiatan pengembang teknologi pembelajaran bagi guru dalam peningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SMA N 1 Padang. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu penelitian mix method. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu berupa wawancara dan angket. Narasumber dan responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu wakil kepala sekolah sebagai guru penggerak, guru senior dan guru muda yang paham teknologi untuk tahap wawancara dan seluruh guru yang berjumlah 56 orang sebagai responden pengisian angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kualitatif dapat dilihat bahwa masih banyak guru yang menemukan tantangan baik dalam mengembangan dan menggunakan media pembelajaran maupun model pembelajaran dan masih banyak guru yang tidak mendapatkan pelatihan-pelatihan atau workshop terkhususnya mengenai pengembangan media pembelajaran dan model pembelajaran di sekolah. Hanya satu guru yang memiliki jabatan sebagai guru penggerak, yang mana guru penggerak itu sendiri sangat dibutuhkan di sekolah sebagai fasilitator yang dapat memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan kepada guru lainnya baik dalam mengembangkan media atau model pembelajaran, dan lain sebagainya yang dapat menunjang kompetensi guru sehingga menghasilkan kualitas pembelajaran yang baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kuantitatif dilihat bahwa hasil rata-rata maupun persentase yang diperoleh pada setiap jawaban pernyataan yang diisi oleh guru sudah menunjukkan bahwa guru sudah sangat baik dalam menggunakan kegiatan analisis serta pengkajian model teknologi pembelajaran (90%), perancangan model teknologi pembelajaran (91,60%), produksi media pembelajaran (91,52%), implementasi (90,78%), pengendalian model pembelajaran (87,08%), serta evaluasi penerapan model pemanfaatan media pembelajaran (88,89%).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Project‑Based Learning (PBL) based on the surrounding environment in enhancing elementary school students’ geoscience awareness. The background of this research is grounded in the low conceptual understanding of geoscience and the lack of connection between geography learning and local phenomena at the elementary school level. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. The participants were fifth-grade students at an elementary school in Lombok, Indonesia. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and field notes. Data were analyzed thematically through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the application of environment-based PBL effectively improves students’ conceptual understanding of geoscience, environmental awareness, and 21st-century skills. Three dimensions of geoscience awareness were identified: awareness of local phenomena, the relevance of geoscience to daily life, and the importance of maintaining environmental balance. Furthermore, students’ collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills were strengthened through field exploration project activities. Contextualizing learning by utilizing local potential, such as rivers, cliffs, and types of rocks around the school, enriched the learning experience and strengthened students’ sense of place. These findings contribute to the development of an adaptive and locally relevant PBL-based geography learning model for Indonesian elementary schools. The novelty of this study lies in revealing the process of internalizing students’ geoscience awareness through collaborative exploration of local phenomena. The study recommends strengthening teachers’ roles as facilitators, developing modules based on the surrounding environment, and conducting further studies to broaden the model’s application in various elementary school contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) in Kurikulum Merdeka at elementary schools in the Pariangan District. The approach used is a mixed method with a sequential exploratory design, as well as a CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. Qualitative data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, while quantitative data was obtained through student questionnaires. The instruments used include interview guidelines, observation sheets, and questionnaires. The results of the context evaluation show that schools understand the importance of character education, but still face obstacles in teacher collaboration and resource readiness. The evaluation of the input revealed the limitations of learning resources, infrastructure, teacher competence, and variations in the quality of the teaching modules. The process evaluation shows that project-based learning is beginning to be implemented, but it is not optimal due to a lack of understanding of the P5 concept. Product evaluation shows that assessment and reporting of learning outcomes have not been maximized due to the limitations of teaching tools and teacher assistance. The implementation of P5 shows a positive direction, but there is still a need for improved coordination, continuous training, strengthening resources, and collaboration with parents and the community to shape the character of students

Abstract

Abstract: Agriculture is an important sector in the Indonesian economy, where vegetables such as cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata) and carrots (Daucus carota subsp. sativus) play a significant role in meeting the nutritional needs of the community. With the increasing demand for fresh vegetable products, it is important to ensure accurate and efficient identification of these types of vegetables. Mistakes in identification can result in economic losses and affect the quality of products reaching consumers. Image processing technology and machine learning algorithms offer promising solutions to this problem. Image classification, which involves visual analysis of vegetable images, can be used to identify species based on features extracted from the image. Based on these problems, researchers are interested in conducting research on image classification of 2 types of vegetables, namely cabbage and carrots using the KNN and LDA algorithms. From this system, the accuracy results of the classification of green cabbage, purple cabbage and carrots using the KNN and LDA methods were 92.8571%. This research is expected to provide new insights into the use of modern technology to support the preservation and utilization of vegetable types and sustainability. Keyword: Hybrid Intelligence System; Vegetable Classification; Image Processing; LDA; KNN Abstrak: Pertanian merupakan sektor penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, di mana sayuran seperti kubis (Brassica oleracea var. capitata) dan wortel (Daucus carota subsp. sativus) memiliki peran signifikan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan gizi masyarakat. Dengan meningkatnya permintaan akan produk sayuran segar, penting untuk memastikan identifikasi yang akurat dan efisien terhadap jenis-jenis sayuran ini. Kesalahan dalam identifikasi dapat mengakibatkan kerugian ekonomi dan mempengaruhi kualitas produk yang sampai ke konsumen. Teknologi pemrosesan citra dan algoritma pembelajaran mesin menawarkan solusi yang menjanjikan untuk masalah ini. Klasifikasi citra, yang melibatkan analisis visual dari gambar sayuran, dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi spesies berdasarkan fitur-fitur yang diekstraksi dari citra tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai klasifikasi citra 2 jenis sayuran yaitu kol dan wortel menggunakan algoritma KNN dan LDA. Dari sistem tersebut didapatkan hasil akurasi dari klasifikasi jenis sayur kol hijau, kol ungu dan wortel menggunakan metode KNN dan LDA sebesar 92.8571 %. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru dalam penggunaan teknologi modern untuk mendukung pelestarian dan pemanfaatan jenis sayur dan berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: Hybrid Intelligence System; Klasifikasi Sayur; Pengolahan Citra; LDA; KNN

Abstract

Abstrak: Penguatan struktur organisasi merupakan program strategis dalam melanjutkan gerakan dakwah dan pengembangan program baik secara internal maupun eksternal. Penguatan struktur ini dimaksudkan untuk mengasah potensi dan sumber daya kader yang dimiliki Muhammadiyah sebagai pelopor, pelangsung dan penyempurna visi dan misi persyarikatan. Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat dalam bentuk penguatan struktur organisasi ini fokus pada keberadaan kader dan warga Muhamadiyah yang bermukim di desa Karang Bongkot. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk tiga tahapan, dimulai dari tahapan observasi, Forum Group Discussion, dan pendampingan terhadap penyusunan struktur kepengurusan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat berbasis pengembangan persyarikatan ini selama satu bulan, mulai bulan Maret sampai dengan April 2025. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini dimana sudah tersusun struktur kepengurusan Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah desa Karang Bongkot sebagai media komunikasi dan interaksi kader dan warga Muhammadiyah. Susunan kepengurusan yang terdiri dari kepengurusan inti yaitu ketua, sekretaris dan bendahara, struktur wakil ketua dan majelis serta lembaga sebagai unsur pembantu pimpinan yang akan melaksanakan secara teknis implementasi program kerja. Artinya keberadaan struktur kepengurusan ranting Muhammadiyah Karang Bongkot ini menjadi penting serta memiliki peran strategis dalam menggairahkan gerakan pencerahan dan dakwah menggembirakan bagi umat manusia.Abstract: Strengthening the organizational structure is a strategic program in continuing the da'wah movement and program development both internally and externally. Strengthening this structure is intended to hone the potential and resources of Muhammadiyah cadres as pioneers, implementers and perfecters of the organization's vision and mission. This community service activities in the form of strengthening the organizational structure focus on the existence of Muhammadiyah cadres and residents who live in Karang Bongkot village. The implementation of this activity is carried out in three stages, starting from the observation stage, Forum Group Discussion, and assistance in compiling the organizational structure. The implementation of Community service activities based on the development of the organization is for one month, starting from March to April 2025. The results of this service activity are that the management structure of the Muhammadiyah Branch Leadership of Karang Bongkot village has been arranged as a medium of communication and interaction for Muhammadiyah cadres and residents. The management structure consists of the core management, namely the chairman, secretary and treasurer, the structure of the deputy chairman and council and institutions as elements assisting the leadership who will technically implement the work program. This means that the existence of the Muhammadiyah Karang Bongkot branch management structure is important and has a strategic role in stimulating the enlightenment movement and joyful preaching for humanity.
