Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui kegiatan pengembang teknologi pembelajaran bagi guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SMA N 1 Padang. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalah yang ditemui bahwa guru SMA N 1 yang Padang memiliki kelemahan dalam bidang teknologi sejumlah guru belum mampu dan paham dalam menggunakan berbagai perangkat teknologi yang dapat menunjang kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian bertujuan guna mengetahui kegiatan pengembang teknologi pembelajaran bagi guru dalam peningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SMA N 1 Padang. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu penelitian mix method. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu berupa wawancara dan angket. Narasumber dan responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu wakil kepala sekolah sebagai guru penggerak, guru senior dan guru muda yang paham teknologi untuk tahap wawancara dan seluruh guru yang berjumlah 56 orang sebagai responden pengisian angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kualitatif dapat dilihat bahwa masih banyak guru yang menemukan tantangan baik dalam mengembangan dan menggunakan media pembelajaran maupun model pembelajaran dan masih banyak guru yang tidak mendapatkan pelatihan-pelatihan atau workshop terkhususnya mengenai pengembangan media pembelajaran dan model pembelajaran di sekolah. Hanya satu guru yang memiliki jabatan sebagai guru penggerak, yang mana guru penggerak itu sendiri sangat dibutuhkan di sekolah sebagai fasilitator yang dapat memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan kepada guru lainnya baik dalam mengembangkan media atau model pembelajaran, dan lain sebagainya yang dapat menunjang kompetensi guru sehingga menghasilkan kualitas pembelajaran yang baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kuantitatif dilihat bahwa hasil rata-rata maupun persentase yang diperoleh pada setiap jawaban pernyataan yang diisi oleh guru sudah menunjukkan bahwa guru sudah sangat baik dalam menggunakan kegiatan analisis serta pengkajian model teknologi pembelajaran (90%), perancangan model teknologi pembelajaran (91,60%), produksi media pembelajaran (91,52%), implementasi (90,78%), pengendalian model pembelajaran (87,08%), serta evaluasi penerapan model pemanfaatan media pembelajaran (88,89%).

Abstract

Abstrak Pengangguran di kalangan pemuda masih menjadi permasalahan serius di Kelurahan Karang Pule, Kecamatan Sekarbela, Kota Mataram.Pengabdian inibertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan keterampilan wirausaha pemuda melalui program pelatihan kewirausahaan agar mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja mandiri. Program ini dilaksanakan dengan metode pendekatan partisipatif melalui serangkaian kegiatan meliputi diskusi kelompok, pelatihan praktik, dan pendampingan intensif. Materi yang diberikan mencakup keterampilan produksi barang, strategi pemasaran digital, dan dasar-dasar pengelolaan bisnis. Peserta pelatihan sebanyak 17 orang terdiri dari pemuda-pemudi Kelurahan Karang Pule yang belum memiliki pekerjaan tetap. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta untuk merintis usaha kecil. Indikator keberhasilan terlihat dari kemampuan peserta dalam merancang ide bisnis sederhana dan penguasaan teknik pemasaran produk melalui media sosial di akhir program. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak jangka panjang bagi pengembangan ekonomi lokal dan pemberdayaan pemuda di wilayah tersebut. Kata kunci: pelatihan kewirausahaan; pemberdayaan pemuda; pengangguran; ekonomi lokal. Abstrack Unemployment among youth remains a serious issue in Karang Pule Village, Sekarbela District, Mataram City. This community service initiative aims to enhance the creativity and entrepreneurial skills of youth through an entrepreneurship training program, enabling them to create independent job opportunities. The program was implemented using a participatory approach through a series of activities, including group discussions, hands-on training, and intensive mentoring. The materials provided covered skills in product manufacturing, digital marketing strategies, and basic business management. The training involved 17 participants, consisting of young men and women from Karang Pule Village who did not have permanent employment. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding and ability to start small businesses. Indicators of success included participants' ability to design simple business ideas and mastery of product marketing techniques via social media by the end of the program. This community service activity is expected to have a long-term impact on local economic development and youth empowerment in the area. Keywords: entrepreneurship training; youth empowerment; unemployment; local economy

Abstract

This Community Service Activity (PKM) is one of the obligations to implement the Tridharma of Higher Education, namely; Carrying out teaching, conducting scientific research and community service for a lecturer.  This Community Service Activity was carried out thanks to collaboration between the Regional Government, Professionals and Academics.  This activity aims to increase the income of creative economy actors, especially in the fields of photography and painting, which have so far received little attention.  This service activity is held using the method of holding exhibitions, workshops, talk shows and exhibitions in the field of photography and painting to advance the creative photography and painting industry.  The results of the activities have had a very positive impact on creative economy actors in the fields of photography, painting and culinary by generating significant income during the exhibition period starting from 20-29 December 2024. Creative economy activities must receive attention because they are in direct contact with MSME actors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Project‑Based Learning (PBL) based on the surrounding environment in enhancing elementary school students’ geoscience awareness. The background of this research is grounded in the low conceptual understanding of geoscience and the lack of connection between geography learning and local phenomena at the elementary school level. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. The participants were fifth-grade students at an elementary school in Lombok, Indonesia. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and field notes. Data were analyzed thematically through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the application of environment-based PBL effectively improves students’ conceptual understanding of geoscience, environmental awareness, and 21st-century skills. Three dimensions of geoscience awareness were identified: awareness of local phenomena, the relevance of geoscience to daily life, and the importance of maintaining environmental balance. Furthermore, students’ collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills were strengthened through field exploration project activities. Contextualizing learning by utilizing local potential, such as rivers, cliffs, and types of rocks around the school, enriched the learning experience and strengthened students’ sense of place. These findings contribute to the development of an adaptive and locally relevant PBL-based geography learning model for Indonesian elementary schools. The novelty of this study lies in revealing the process of internalizing students’ geoscience awareness through collaborative exploration of local phenomena. The study recommends strengthening teachers’ roles as facilitators, developing modules based on the surrounding environment, and conducting further studies to broaden the model’s application in various elementary school contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) in Kurikulum Merdeka at elementary schools in the Pariangan District. The approach used is a mixed method with a sequential exploratory design, as well as a CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. Qualitative data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, while quantitative data was obtained through student questionnaires. The instruments used include interview guidelines, observation sheets, and questionnaires. The results of the context evaluation show that schools understand the importance of character education, but still face obstacles in teacher collaboration and resource readiness. The evaluation of the input revealed the limitations of learning resources, infrastructure, teacher competence, and variations in the quality of the teaching modules. The process evaluation shows that project-based learning is beginning to be implemented, but it is not optimal due to a lack of understanding of the P5 concept. Product evaluation shows that assessment and reporting of learning outcomes have not been maximized due to the limitations of teaching tools and teacher assistance. The implementation of P5 shows a positive direction, but there is still a need for improved coordination, continuous training, strengthening resources, and collaboration with parents and the community to shape the character of students

Abstract

Abstract: Agriculture is an important sector in the Indonesian economy, where vegetables such as cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata) and carrots (Daucus carota subsp. sativus) play a significant role in meeting the nutritional needs of the community. With the increasing demand for fresh vegetable products, it is important to ensure accurate and efficient identification of these types of vegetables. Mistakes in identification can result in economic losses and affect the quality of products reaching consumers. Image processing technology and machine learning algorithms offer promising solutions to this problem. Image classification, which involves visual analysis of vegetable images, can be used to identify species based on features extracted from the image. Based on these problems, researchers are interested in conducting research on image classification of 2 types of vegetables, namely cabbage and carrots using the KNN and LDA algorithms. From this system, the accuracy results of the classification of green cabbage, purple cabbage and carrots using the KNN and LDA methods were 92.8571%. This research is expected to provide new insights into the use of modern technology to support the preservation and utilization of vegetable types and sustainability. Keyword: Hybrid Intelligence System; Vegetable Classification; Image Processing; LDA; KNN Abstrak: Pertanian merupakan sektor penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, di mana sayuran seperti kubis (Brassica oleracea var. capitata) dan wortel (Daucus carota subsp. sativus) memiliki peran signifikan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan gizi masyarakat. Dengan meningkatnya permintaan akan produk sayuran segar, penting untuk memastikan identifikasi yang akurat dan efisien terhadap jenis-jenis sayuran ini. Kesalahan dalam identifikasi dapat mengakibatkan kerugian ekonomi dan mempengaruhi kualitas produk yang sampai ke konsumen. Teknologi pemrosesan citra dan algoritma pembelajaran mesin menawarkan solusi yang menjanjikan untuk masalah ini. Klasifikasi citra, yang melibatkan analisis visual dari gambar sayuran, dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi spesies berdasarkan fitur-fitur yang diekstraksi dari citra tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai klasifikasi citra 2 jenis sayuran yaitu kol dan wortel menggunakan algoritma KNN dan LDA. Dari sistem tersebut didapatkan hasil akurasi dari klasifikasi jenis sayur kol hijau, kol ungu dan wortel menggunakan metode KNN dan LDA sebesar 92.8571 %. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru dalam penggunaan teknologi modern untuk mendukung pelestarian dan pemanfaatan jenis sayur dan berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: Hybrid Intelligence System; Klasifikasi Sayur; Pengolahan Citra; LDA; KNN

Abstract

Abstrak: Penguatan struktur organisasi merupakan program strategis dalam melanjutkan gerakan dakwah dan pengembangan program baik secara internal maupun eksternal. Penguatan struktur ini dimaksudkan untuk mengasah potensi dan sumber daya kader yang dimiliki Muhammadiyah sebagai pelopor, pelangsung dan penyempurna visi dan misi persyarikatan. Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat dalam bentuk penguatan struktur organisasi ini fokus pada keberadaan kader dan warga Muhamadiyah yang bermukim di desa Karang Bongkot. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk tiga tahapan, dimulai dari tahapan observasi, Forum Group Discussion, dan pendampingan terhadap penyusunan struktur kepengurusan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat berbasis pengembangan persyarikatan ini selama satu bulan, mulai bulan Maret sampai dengan April 2025. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini dimana sudah tersusun struktur kepengurusan Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah desa Karang Bongkot sebagai media komunikasi dan interaksi kader dan warga Muhammadiyah. Susunan kepengurusan yang terdiri dari kepengurusan inti yaitu ketua, sekretaris dan bendahara, struktur wakil ketua dan majelis serta lembaga sebagai unsur pembantu pimpinan yang akan melaksanakan secara teknis implementasi program kerja. Artinya keberadaan struktur kepengurusan ranting Muhammadiyah Karang Bongkot ini menjadi penting serta memiliki peran strategis dalam menggairahkan gerakan pencerahan dan dakwah menggembirakan bagi umat manusia.Abstract: Strengthening the organizational structure is a strategic program in continuing the da'wah movement and program development both internally and externally. Strengthening this structure is intended to hone the potential and resources of Muhammadiyah cadres as pioneers, implementers and perfecters of the organization's vision and mission. This community service activities in the form of strengthening the organizational structure focus on the existence of Muhammadiyah cadres and residents who live in Karang Bongkot village. The implementation of this activity is carried out in three stages, starting from the observation stage, Forum Group Discussion, and assistance in compiling the organizational structure. The implementation of Community service activities based on the development of the organization is for one month, starting from March to April 2025. The results of this service activity are that the management structure of the Muhammadiyah Branch Leadership of Karang Bongkot village has been arranged as a medium of communication and interaction for Muhammadiyah cadres and residents. The management structure consists of the core management, namely the chairman, secretary and treasurer, the structure of the deputy chairman and council and institutions as elements assisting the leadership who will technically implement the work program. This means that the existence of the Muhammadiyah Karang Bongkot branch management structure is important and has a strategic role in stimulating the enlightenment movement and joyful preaching for humanity.

Abstract

The role of risk management is of course very important in construction implementation management, for this reason there needs to be a study on the integration of disaster risk management into construction implementation. The purpose of this writing is to determine the risks that occur in the implementation of construction projects if a disaster occurs, compare the ranking results of risk factors that occur in the implementation of construction projects obtained with the results of previous research, manage risk management during ongoing construction projects related to disaster events, and compile a framework for integrating disaster risk management into construction projects. Data analysis in this research was carried out using methods, namely: descriptive statistical analysis to analyze the level of threat of danger caused by natural disasters, mean ranking analysis to analyze risks that occur in the implementation of construction projects if a disaster occurs, risk response analysis to analyze risk management. for disaster management, and creating a disaster risk management framework for implementing construction projects. After analyzing data on factors related to mitigating risk management in construction work in this research, it was found that the contractual, construction and technological design components were the most dominant factors related to mitigating risk management in construction work. Meanwhile, labor is a component that is not dominant in mitigating risk management in construction work.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan sebagai pintu bagi setiap orang yang berkeinginan berubah ke arah yang lebih baik. Peradaban manusia mengalami perubahan tatkala proses pendidikan terselenggaran dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pentingnya penguatan pendidikan karakter toleransi pada masyarakat Pesisir Pantai Kuta untuk menunjang program pariwisata halal di Lombok Tengah Nusa Tenggara Barat. Jenis penelitian ini yakni kuantitatif survey para pihak dengan model proportional random sampling. Para pihak yang ditunjuk adalah tokoh adat, agama, perwakilan pemuda, dan  parawisatawan sebagai responden. Lokasi survey  di Pantai Kuta Lombok Tengah sebagai lokasi yang ditunjuk sebagai tujuan wisata halal. Hasil penelitian menggunakan angket  likert scale 5 pilihan, diperoleh data bahwa respon tokoh lokal terhadap sikap toleran masyarakat lokal berada pada skor 68. Skor tersebut lebih dekat dengan skor 64 (katagori toleran). Namun cukup jauh dari skor 80 (diinginkan). Hal itu, menjadi perhatian agar pemerintah terus menerus melakukan upaya meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat setempat. Dan disadari bahwa pendidikan sebagai cara yang efektif untuk membangun sikap toleransi masyarakat. Jika sikap toleransi sudah terbangun dengan baik, maka program pariwisata halal akan berjalan dengan baik dan sukses. Abstract:  Education is a door for everyone who wants to change for the better. Human civilization changes when the educational process is well organized. This study aims to describe the importance of strengthening tolerance character education in the coastal community of Kuta Beach to support the halal tourism program in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This type of research is a quantitative survey of the parties with a proportional random sampling model. The parties appointed were traditional, religious leaders, youth representatives, and tourist respondents. The survey location is on Kuta Beach, Central Lombok as a designated location as a halal tourism destination. The results of the study obtained data that the response of local leaders to the tolerant attitude of the local community was a score of 68. This score was closer to a score of 64 (tolerant category). However, it is quite far from a score of 80 (desirable). It is a concern that the government continues to make efforts to increase the understanding of the local community to realize the importance of tolerance so that the halal tourism program that has been implemented is successful and smooth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of social media influencers on purchasing decisions for promoted products. This study uses a Google form as a medium distributed to respondents online. The research sample consisted of 108 people who were members of the WhatsUp group owned by the researcher from various campuses and areas where the respondents came from. The sampling technique used in this study is random sampling, which is a sampling technique based on population members who happen to be met and are willing to be respondents. This study is a quantitative descriptive study, which is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, which is used to study certain populations or samples. Judging from its purpose, this study is included in hypothesis testing research. A hypothesis is a temporary answer to a research problem whose truth still needs to be tested. Data testing was carried out using SPSS 26 with the classical assumption test and the t-test with simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence and positive correlation between the Social Media Influencer variable and the Purchase Decision for Promoted Products.
