Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Leverage Dan Likuiditas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Kebijakan Dividen Sebagai Variabel Intervening”. Sampel penelitian diambil dari perusahaan sektor Perdagangan, Jasa dan Investasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2012-2017 dengan metode purposive sampling. Diperoleh 10 perusahaan sebagai sampel, yang diobservasi selama 6 tahun dengan total observasi sebanyak 60. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur, analisis outer model, analisis inner model dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan SmartPLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Leverage dan Kebijakan Dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, sedangkan Likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen dan Likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan variabel Leverage dan Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaann melalui Kebijakan Dividen

This study aims to identify hygiene factors and analyze their effects on job satisfaction. The data collection method in this study is a survey method, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were all employees at the staff level and executors/non-staff of PT. PLN UIP Nusra consists of PT. PP Wartsila, PT. Hydro Techno Utama, and PT. Purnama Indonesia. Employees at the staff and executive/non-staff level are 75 people. At the same time, the determination of the sample is done by using accidental sampling method with a total sample of 50 people. The research variables consist of independent variables in the form of dimensions of hygiene factors and the dependent variable in the form of job satisfaction. Data analysis procedures in this study were divided into three stages, namely: 1) Conducting an importance-performance; 2) analysis (IPA) on the dimensions of hygiene factorsConducting analysis Crosstabs (cross table); 3) Conducting multiple regression analyzes. The results of data analysis showed that overall the quality performance of the dimension hygiene factors was in a proper category. Then, an analysis of the level of employee job satisfaction shows that the employees of PT. PLN UIP Nusra shows job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variable hygiene factors and motivating factors had a positive and significant effect on the level of employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN UIP Nusra.

Small and Micro Enterprises (SMEs) have a significant role for Indonesia's gross domestic product and employment. However, most SMEs face capital constraints and limited access to formal financial institutions. Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) Fund is one of the credit programs established by the Indonesian Government to overcome capital constraints on SMEs. The study aims to analyze the ability of SMEs to access the KUR loans and the loan’s impact on business development. Primary data was obtained from interviews of 40 respondents who are SMEs in Mataram City. Ability to access the KUR loans was analyzed by logistic regression method while Ordinary Least Square (OLS) was employed to analyze the impact of KUR loans on business development. The result of logit regression shows that the variable of savings and sales influence the ability of SME to access the KUR loan. The KUR funds granted are able to increase SME's sales value by 82.03 percent from 3.47 billion rupiah to 6.31 billion rupiah per year. Based on the OLS analysis, the ability of SMEs to access capital derived from KUR funds has a positive and significant impact on the value of SME business development.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Financial Attitude and Financial Knowledge on financial decisions on Small and Medium Business Owners (UKM) on Lombok Island. The theoretical contribution of this research is expected to contribute to science and the development of behavioral finance theories related to financial decision making in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). It is also expected that behavioral finance will be the subject of financial management courses. Furthermore, the practical contribution of this research is expected to provide input, suggestions and recommendations to the policy maker of the NTB Provincial Government in making policies related to the development of SMEs. This research is a quantitative approach based research, with the type of explanatory research. The study population is all SMEs in the island of Lombok. The sampling technique is done by using Non probability sampling, which uses judgment sampling, which is choosing SMEs that are engaged in the pottery industry and have already exported. From the existing population, there are 35 (thirty-five) SMEs that can be taken as samples. Respondents in this study are the owners of each of these UKM. Data collection techniques used in this study were using a questionnaire. To achieve research objectives and hypothesis testing, the data obtained will be processed according to needs using GSCA (Generalized Structured Component Analysis) statistical tools. The results showed that Financial Attitudes had a positive and significant effect on financial decision making by SME owners and owners. This means that the better the Financial Attitudes owned by SME owners, the bolder they are in making financial decisions. Financial Knowledge has a positive and significant impact on financial decision making by SME owners and owners. This means that the better the Financial Knowledge possessed by SME owners, the bolder the financial decisions will be.

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kebahagiaan di tempat kerja pada karyawan Perum Bulog area Kanwil NTB dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dimulai dari berpikir deduktif untuk menurunkan hipotesis, kemudian melakukan pengujian di lapangan, kesimpulan atau hipotesis tersebut ditarik berdasarkan data empiris. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Perum Bulog area Kanwil NTB kecuali Pimpinan wilayah, Wakil Pimpinan, Kepala Satuan pengawas internal, Kepala bidang yang berjumlah 35 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan metode sensus atau sampling jenuh serta teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan skunder. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM – PLS (Structural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Square) dengan dua model pengukuran yaitu outer model dan inner model. Berdasarkan hasil peneltian lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebahagiaan di tempat kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebahagiaan di tempat kerja.

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Cognitive Bias on Company Performance with Investment Decisions as an Intervening Variable in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on Lombok Island during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The theoretical contribution of this research is expected to contribute to science and theory development behavioral finance related to investment decision making and company performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In addition, it is also expected that behavioral finance will become the subject of discussion in financial management courses. Furthermore, the practical contribution of this research is expected to provide input, suggestions and recommendations to the policy makers of the NTB Provincial Government in making policies related to the development of SMEs. This research is a quantitative approach-based research, with explanatory research as the type of research. The research population is all SMEs on the island of Lombok. The sampling technique was carried out using non-probability sampling, namely using judgment sampling, namely selecting SMEs engaged in the pottery industry and already exporting. From the existing population, there are 34 (thirty four) SMEs that can be taken as samples. Respondents in this study are the owners of each of these SMEs. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. In order to achieve the research objectives and to test the hypothesis, the data obtained will be processed as needed using the GSCA (Generalized Structured Component Analysis) statistical tool. The results of the study show that Cognitive Bias have a positive and significant effect on company performance. The decision to place funds for working capital does not intervene with Cognitive Bias on Company Performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on Lombok Island during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Most of them have high school and university education and the length of business is more than 15 (fifteen) years.

Research Aims: This research aimed to investigate vertical partnerships between Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and first-tier automotive component firms based on the relationships between technology transfer, technical exchange, government role and supplier performance in the Greater Jakarta area. Design/Methodology/Approach: A total of 65 respondent firms participated, comprising 6 OEMs and 59 first-tier firms. The research included site visits and interviews with companies based on questionnaires completed by representative individuals from middle management upward with responsibility for assessing product quality (purposive sampling). The questionnaire results were measured using Partial Least Squares Path Modelling (PLS-PM). Research Findings: The results highlighted significant relationships between government role and technology transfer (p-value = 0.00), government role and supplier performance improvement (p-value = 0.017), and technical exchange and supplier performance improvement (p-value = 0.077). However, no significant relationship was found between technology transfer and supplier performance improvement (p-value = 0.353). Theoretical Contribution/Originality: Understanding the vertical relations between OEMs and first-tier automotive component firms in Indonesia. Managerial Implications in the South East Asian Context: Solid relationships between OEMs and first-tier companies in Greater Jakarta, Indonesia are especially triggered by the increasing tendency for local component use (TKDN/Domestic Component Level). Research limitation & Implications: The research examined vertical relationships between OEMs and first-tier firms, notably between technology transfer and supplier performance improvement, technical exchange and supplier performance improvement, government role and technology transfer, and government and supplier performance improvement.

Ubi kayu merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman yang penting sebagai sumber gizi terutama karbohidrat, vitamin dan mineral. Tanaman ini merupakan komoditas hortikultura yang diolah terlebih dahulu baru dikonsumsi. Selama ini pengolahan ubi kayu masih sederhana, hanya digoreng dan direbus saja. Sehingga dirasakan perlu untuk mengolah ubi kayu menjadi produk olahan pangan yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi tinggi. Peningkatan nilai ekonomi dilakukan dengan pembuatan nugget berbahan dasar ubi kayu. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan sosialisasi dan praktik pembuatan nugget. Sosialisasi yang diberikan menjelaskan tentang peningkatan nilai ekonomi dengan diversifikasi produk yaitu pembuatan nugget dari ubi kayu. Setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan praktik pembuatan nugget. Praktik ini dimulai dengan menjelaskan bahan yang diperlukan, peralatan yang digunakan sampai dengan proses pembuatannya. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan nugget yang dihasilkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat khususnya bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Desa Tetebatu Selatan Lombok Timur.

Daun bebele merupakan salah satu tumbuhan yang dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi produk-produk yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Peningkatan nilai ekonomi yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah membuat keripik dengan bahan dasar daun bebele, di mana sebelumnya Daun Bebele hanya dikonsumsi sebagai obat saja dengan meminum air rebusan dari daun tersebut. Keripik merupakan makanan ringan atau camilan berupa irisan tipis yang sangat populer di kalangan masyarakat karena sifatnya yang renyah, gurih, tidak terlalu mengenyangkan dan tersedia dalam aneka rasa seperti asin, pedas dan manis. Keripik sangat praktis karena kering, sehingga lebih awet dan mudah disajikan kapan pun. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan penyuluhan kewirausahaan dan praktik pembuatan keripik berbahan dasar daun bebele. Penyuluhan kewirausahaan yang diberikan menjelaskan tentang peningkatan nilai ekonomi dengan memanfaatkan daun bebele yang banyak tumbuh di ladang, perkebunan atau pekarangan masyarakat. Setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan praktik pembuatan keripik. Praktik ini dimulai dengan menjelaskan bahan dan peralatan yang digunakan sampai dengan proses pembuatannya. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan produk keripik yang dihasilkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat terutama bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang ada di Desa Tetebatu Selatan Lombok Timur.

This study aims to analyze the impact of Financial Knowledge on Financial Decision-Making, with Risk Perception as an intervening variable among Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) owners in Lombok Island. The research adopts a quantitative approach with explanatory research design. The population includes all SMEs in Lombok, with a sample of 35 SMEs involved in the pottery craft industry that have engaged in export activities, selected using judgment sampling. The respondents are the owners of these SMEs, who participated through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). The findings reveal that Risk Perception does not mediate the relationship between Financial Knowledge and Financial Decision-Making. However, Financial Knowledge has a significant negative effect on Risk Perception, and Risk Perception has a significant negative effect on Financial Decision-Making. These results are influenced by the characteristics of the respondents, who are mostly in their productive age, predominantly male, with education levels ranging from high school to university, and have been in business for over 15 years
