Abstract

Pelanggaran hukum dilaut adalah salah satu indikator untuk mengukur tingkat keamanaan suatu bangsa. Untuk menjaga stabilitas keamanan dilaut Indonesia maka Pemerintah perlu melakukan prediksi jumlah pelanggaran hukum dilaut untuk menentukan kebijakan berikutnya. Prediksi merupakan kunci keberhasilan Pemerintah untuk mengatur strategi operasi keamanan dilaut Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan untuk prediksi pelanggaran hukum dilaut Indonesia adalah Double Exponential Smoothing, metode Double Exponential Smoothing merupakan metode peramalan yang cukup baik untuk peramalan jangka panjang, jangka menengah maupun jangka pendek. Data yang diolah adalah data pelanggaran hukum dilaut Indonesia sejak 1996 sampai 2019 dari Badan Keamanan Laut Indonesia. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah hasil analisa dari tingkat keakuratan dari data MAD, MSE, MAPE, MSE dan RMSE untuk mencari nilai eror terkecil. Hasil penelitian ini memprediksi jumlah pelanggaran hukum dilaut Indonesia pada tahun 2020 akan menurun menjadi 87 kasus dengan nilai konstanta pemulusan data (α=0,9), nilai pemulusan trend (γ=0,2), nilai rata-rata kesalahan persentase absolute (MAPE=23,85%) dan nilai akar rata-rata kesalahan (RMSE=67,726). Kontribusi penelitian dapat dijadikan pertimbangan oleh Bakamla untuk mengatur strategi operasi bersama dengan lembaga lain yang memiliki wewenang hukum dilaut Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi pelanggaran hukum di laut Indonesia dan melakukan analisis pengujian sistemnya. Metode Waterfall digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi karena metode ini cocok untuk proyek dengan persyaratan yang stabil dan jelas. Sedangkan untuk pengujian sistem informasi, digunakan metode Black Box Testing karena mampu mengidentifikasi kesalahan yang mungkin terlewatkan selama proses pengembangan sistem. Sistem informasi yang berhasil dikembangkan terdiri dari beberapa modul, yaitu (1) form pengaduan, (2) rekap data pengaduan, (3) input data pelanggaran, (4) rekap data pelanggaran, (5) rekapitlasi pengaduan dan pelanggaran, (6) manajemen admin, (7) menu konsultasi, (8) menu halaman utama & dashboard. Hasil analisis pengujian sistem dengan black box testing diperoleh hasil yang sempurna, yaitu seluruh modul bisa berjalan dengan baik tanpa terjadi kegagalan atau cacat karena dalam proses pengujian sistem menggunakan black box testing peneliti menggunakan tiga kondisi umum yang dihasilkan dari pengujian, yaitu kegagalan (fail), cacat (fault), dan kesalahan (error). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berjalan dengan baik, dengan tingkat keberhasilan mencapai 100,00%. Hal ini memberikan keyakinan bahwa kepada masyarakat bahwa sistem informasi pelanggaran hukum di laut berjalan dengan baik. Kontribusi penelitian ini sangat bermanfaat bagi Pemerintah Indonesia untuk membangun sistem informasi pelanggaran hukum di laut secara terintegrasi antara lembaga Negara dengan masyarakat

Abstract

This research uses a descriptive qualitative method as a research methodology. This research was conducted to determine Teacher Pedagogic Competence/Professional Learning Practices in English Language Learning based on the Directorate General of GTK, Ministry of Education and Culture Number 6565/B/GT/2020. The population and sample in this study were all 3 teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Baranti. Data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires and interviews.The results showed that teachers' perceptions of Teacher Pedagogic Competence/Professional Learning Practices in English Language Learning based on the Director General of GTK of the Ministry of Education and Culture Number 6565/B/GT/2020 at Baranti 4 Public Middle School received a response with the presentation results on indicators of developing a classroom environment that facilitates student learning by safe and comfortable shows results of 3 (100%) in the average category, on design indicators shows results (100%) average category, indicators assess, provide input, and send learning reports show results of 1 (33%) in the medium category , 2 (67%) in the bad category, and on indicators that involve parents/guardians and the community in learning shows results 3 (100%) in the poor category

Abstract

This study compares and contrasts the speaking activities that are regularly assigned to students in the classroom and explores how both teachers and students view the program's overall worth. The research uses experimental design as its methodology. Students who were enrolled in the first semester of the academic year 2021–2022 made up the study's population. The purposive sampling strategy was used by the current researcher. The researcher participated in two courses with a combined total of 80 students as samples for this study. The outcomes of this study are anticipated to provide important data and make a substantial addition to linguistic research, particularly in the field of language instruction. This study's sole objective was to use Semantics Networking Techniques to improve the students' oral English skills. The findings of this study highlight the significance of communicative language, language learning approaches, and semantic networking strategies in fostering students' development in various fields.

Abstract

This research entitled “Correlation Between Self-Concept and Anxiety of Communicative Competence in English as Foreign Language Learner”. Common problem in this research is to find 1) Whether any correlation between Self-Concept and Anxiety toward communicative competence or not?, 2) How high a level of positive self-concept and anxiety does the student have?. The subjects of this study were students of Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang University, Consisting of 21 Students as samples from fourth semester of English department. The approach used in this reaserch is quantitative by using correlation method. Data collection techniques used are questionnaire, interview and vocabullary test.Based on questionnaire and interviews with case subjects concluded that the identification of student problems are as follows: 1) There are correlation between self-concept and anxiety toward communicative competence, 2) Researcher find that student had high anxiety and mildly positive Self-concept.

Abstract

This research uses descriptive qualitative research as a research methodology located at SMP Negeri 3 Pitu Riase. This research was conducted to determine the implementation process of giving rewards and punishments to increase students' learning motivation and to find out the results of the implementation of giving rewards and encouragement to increase students' learning motivation in English subjects. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. While data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The data obtained from this study is divided into two, namely data in the form of verbal (words) for example "Good" and nonverbal (actions) for example thumbs up, applause, additional points, advice, reprimand, vocabulary memorization, deductions and pinches. This data was obtained from the treatment and words of the teacher to his students during the learning process. The results of the research from the implementation of reward and punishment to increase students' motivation to learn in English subjects at SMP Negeri 3 Pitu Riase show that: the process of implementing reward and punishment is carried out spontaneously in the classroom and sometimes there is an agreement with students if there are students who violate or Failure to do the work will be punished. Rewards are given in the form of praise, applause, thumbs up and additional points. The punishment is in the form of advice, standing in front of the class and memorizing vocabulary. The results of the implementation of reward and punishment are: (1) The level of student attention to learning increases; (2) The level of student confidence in the ability to do learning tasks; (3) The level of student satisfaction with the learning process that has been carried out; and (4) Determining actions which must be done.

Abstract

Learning Language Indonesia in Senior High School 3 Sidrap Which is done by the Teacher does not yet show quality, so students feel fed up, and not enough active in learning, and student learning outcomes are still low. This research aims to know the performance model And know increasing learning outcomes through the application of the Quantum method of Writing. Study This uses the method of Study Class Action ( PTK ) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of one meeting, and each cycle consists of four stages viz planning, implementation, observation, And reflection. Data results study in getting by using student activity observation sheets as well tests. The research results obtained are an increase in value significant from cycle I to cycle II. Still, students in cycle I are still in the less category, in cycle II are in a good and very good position. This clearly shows a difference. In cycle I there are only eight students who completed KKM, while in cycle II 29 students Already completed KKM. With thereby, 72.4% of student experience enhancement from cycle I to cycle II.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan program pengabdian masyarakat dengan judul "Edukasi Konservasi Lingkungan Hidup Melalui Pemanfaatan Tanaman Obat di Sekitar Lingkungan SMKN 4 Sidrap." Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat, khususnya siswa SMKN 4 Sidrap, tentang pentingnya konservasi lingkungan hidup dan manfaat dari tanaman obat yang ada di sekitar lingkungan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini melibatkan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan praktik langsung dalam menanam, merawat, dan menggunakan tanaman obat. Selain itu, program ini juga mengajak partisipasi aktif siswa dalam kegiatan konservasi lingkungan seperti penghijauan, pemilahan sampah, dan praktik penggunaan bahan alami sebagai alternatif produk komersial. Hasil dari program pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang pentingnya menjaga lingkungan hidup dan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam secara berkelanjutan. Mereka juga mampu mengidentifikasi dan memanfaatkan berbagai tanaman obat yang tumbuh di sekitar lingkungan sekolah untuk keperluan medis dan kecantikan. Selain itu, program ini juga mendorong kesadaran akan kebersihan lingkungan sekolah dan keterlibatan siswa dalam upaya konservasi. Program "Edukasi Konservasi Lingkungan Hidup Melalui Pemanfaatan Tanaman Obat di Sekitar Lingkungan SMKN 4 Sidrap" diharapkan dapat menjadi contoh bagi sekolah lain dalam upaya meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan dan keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dalam pelestarian sumber daya alam lokal. Dengan demikian, upaya ini berpotensi memberikan dampak positif dalam menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan hidup di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Pembelajaran abad 21 memiliki ciri yaitu terjalinya hubungan antara ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Terkait pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (ICT) dalam dunia pendidikan, yang selama ini menjadi faktor penentu kecepatan dan keberhasilan pendidikan. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan pada pembelajaran abad 21 yaitu powtoon. Powtoon adalah aplikasi web yang memiliki banyak fitur menarik. Dengan adanya fitur-fitur menarik tersebut, powtoon bisa menjadi media pembelajaran yang menarik dan memotivasi peserta didik untuk belajar. Guru pun akan inovatif dalam mengemas materi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan aplikasi powtoon. Kegiatan pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran video animasi dilaksanakn di SMP, SMA, dan SMK Muhammadiyah Rappang. Metode yang dipakai dalam pendampingan yaitu observasi kondisi mitra, pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran video animasi dengan aplikasi powtoon, penugasan, serta evaluasi dan refleksi.

Abstract

Local wisdom based learning is very necessary in developing 21st century skills (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, and Communication). Its implementation in History learning greatly influences how students determine topics, explore information, collect and compile information results in the form of poster products which are then communicated to get responses and feedback for project improvement. The research aims to describe Increasing Students' Critical and Creative Thinking Skills Using the Hybrid-PjBL in Bima Local Wisdom-Based History Learning. This study uses an experimental research method, quasi-experimental design. because the researcher considered that the study ignored external variables that could affect the results of the study. Then the researcher wanted to identify the differences in the learning process using the Hybrid-PjBL model with the conventional model on students' critical and creative thinking skills, and the grouping of experimental and control groups that are not selected randomly. The sample selection technique uses purposive sampling. The research sample was 188 students in KAE High School, 94 people in the experimental class and 94 people in the control class. Data analysis in this study includes normality tests and non-parametric statistical tests using SPSS. The results of the hypothesis test, if a significant value is obtained (2-tailed) <α = 0.05, then H0 will be rejected or Ha is accepted. conversely, if sig. (2-tailed) > α = 0.05, then H0 is accepted or Ha is rejected. The research instrument uses tests, and questionnaires that have been tested and validated by expert judgment. Quantitative data processing, through descriptive analysis (mean, median, mode, minimum and maximum values, percentage and frequency), normality test, and hypothesis test, finally Mann Whitney U Test and Wilkson Test. The results of the study showed that the experimental class was significantly higher than the control class. The Mean and Standard Deviation values in the pretest and posttest of the experimental class were 65.28 and 85.32 and the control class were 69.27 and 73.56. Specifically for the Experimental Class in the Mann-Whitney U Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) test results were 0.01 on the pre-test and post-test values of critical and creative thinking. 0.01 is smaller than 0.05, the alternative hypothesis is accepted. This means that the implementation of the Hybrid PjBL model in improving critical and creative thinking skills is very good.
