Program keluarga berencana merupakan program yang dicanangkan pemerintah dengan tujuan mewujudkan keluarga kecil bahagia sejahtera yang menjadi dasar bagi terwujudnya masyarakat yang sejahtera. Upaya pemerintah telah dilakukan untukpeningkatan penggunaan kontrasepsi Implant, diantaranya adalah dengan adanyakebijakan implant gratis untuk seluruh PUS di seluruh provinsi di Indonesia sejak tahun2004. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan tentang KB implant terhadap minat akseptor KB Implant di Desa Wilamaci Kecamatan Monta Kabupaten Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimentaldengan pendekatan pre post test. Sampel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu akseptor KB sejumlah 39 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji Paired t test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa : Sebagian besar minat akseptor KB Implant sebelum penyuluhan dengan frekuensi tertinggi adalah akseptor KB tidak berminat sebanyak 22 responden (56.4%). Sebagian besar minat akseptor KB Implant setelah penyuluhan dengan frekuensi tertinggi adalah akseptor KB tidak berminat sebanyak 26 responden (66.7%). Ada pengaruh penyuluhan terhadap minat akseptor KB Implant dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0.002

In the modern era, digital technology is widely found and used by people because it is easy to access. The use of digital technology-based interventions on psychosis problems can increase cost-effectiveness because patients do not have to go to hospitals or clinics for treatment. The literature study aimed to identify the use of digital technology in the management of schizophrenia. The research method used the PICO with the keyword using in Indonesian and English "Patients and Families AND Digital Technology AND Control of Psychosis Patients' Symptoms" in the period 2011-2021, Indonesian and English, full-text literature, original research, focused on digital technology schizophrenia and individual and family sample populations. The results of the search for articles in the literature study found 12 articles that were relevant to the main topic. The study results showed that digital technology affects the care process for schizophrenics and is also useful for families as caregivers. Using digital technology, actions that can be done are psychoeducation, behavior change, prevention strategies, and good handling interventions. The implementation of digital technology measures provides comprehensive benefits and easy access through both the web and the application.

The increase in Covid-19 has had a considerable impact in the health service sector, including in the Intensive Care Unit. The impact felt by health workers and patients in the Intensive Care Unit, is not only in terms of physical, but also psychological. Psychological responses are felt differently. The purpose of this literature review is to identify more deeply, the impact of mental health on health workers and patients with Covid-19 in the ICU. Search articles using three databases, namely PubMed, Sciencedirect, Willey Online Library. Based on the search results, 324 articles were found, and 9 of them according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria were used. It was concluded that Covid-19 had a negative impact on the mental health of health workers and patients with Covid-19 in the Intensive Care Unit.Keywords: Covid-19; mental health; health workers; patient; Intensive Care UnitABSTRAK Peningkatan Covid-19 memberi dampak cukup besar di bidang pelayanan kesehatan termasuk di Intensive Care Unit. Dampak yang dirasakan oleh tenaga kesehatan dan pasien di Intensive Care Unit, tidak hanya dari segi fisik, tetapi juga psikologis. Respon psikologis yang dirasakan berbeda-beda. Tujuan literature review ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi secara lebih dalam, dampak kesehatan mental pada tenaga kesehatan dan pasien dengan Covid-19 di ICU. Pencarian artikel menggunakan tiga database, yaitu PubMed, Sciencedirect, Willey Online Library. Berdasarkan hasil pencarian didapatkan 324 artikel, dan 9 di antaranya sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi digunakan. Disimpulkan bahwa Covid-19 berdampak buruk pada kesehatan mental tenaga kesehatan dan pasien dengan Covid-19 di Intensive Care Unit.Kata kunci: Covid-19; kesehatan mental; tenaga kesehatan; pasien; Intensif Care Unit

The management of schizophrenia clients especially those who are at risk of violent behavior and hallucinations clients, its takes a long time. The management can be successful if it focuses on redisposing and precipitation factors. This study aimed to determine the predisposing and precipitation clients of risk factors for violent behavior and hallucinations. This research was descriptive analytic study. The sample was obtained with a total sampling of 48 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. Data were collected using a checklist of predisposing and precipitation factors and analyzed by frequency distribution. The predisposing factors found that caused schizophrenic clients to experience the risk of violent behavior and hallucinations were history of previous mental disorders (72.9%), unpleasant experiences and negative self-concept (100%) and the condition of clients who did not work (79.2%). Most of the precipitation factors found were drug withdrawal (50%), problem solving was 41.7%, and not working which reached 66.7%. Clients with schizophrenia who are at risk of violent behavior and hallucinations can be managed properly by considering the predisposition and precipitation that triggers the client to experience schizophrenia and relapse.

Adolescents in every country have an important role in the development of the country. Because teenagers are an important asset as the successor to a better generation. To create a better generation, young people must carry out positive activities for their progress. During adolescence, rapid development occurs, causing rapid changes in the process of physical, cognitive and psychosocial growth. Sexual maturity occurs and the achievement of an adult form. In line with physical and psychological changes, adolescents need to know about how to adapt to the changes that occur in themselves. During this period, young women will experience menarche, which is the first menstruation. During this menstrual period, young women will also be able to experience Pre Menstrual Syndrome (PMS). However, especially young women still have many obstacles to carry out their daily activities, because of dysmenorrhea. This service is carried out at SMPN 1 Madapangga. The method of service is by Lectures / counseling, discussions and questions and answers. As a result of the dedication, we got the enthusiasm of active participants in asking questions. Early Initiation of Breastfeeding is the giving of breast milk to the baby in the first hour after birth, where the baby is placed on the mother's chest and allows the baby to find the mother's nipple. Early initiation of breastfeeding is one way to reduce infant mortality. The practice of early initiation of breastfeeding, especially in Indonesia, is still very low. According to the 2002 Indonesian Health Demographic Survey, Early Breastfeeding Initiation in Indonesia is only 3.7%. This service was carried out at the Pandai village polindes in February 2021. This activity aims to increase mother's knowledge about Early Initiation of Breastfeeding and add insight that early initiation of breastfeeding is very important because it is the first step for the success of exclusive breastfeeding. The method of service is by lecture/counseling, discussion and question and answer by explaining the extension material in the form of powerpoint. As a result of our dedication, we got the enthusiasm of active participants in asking questions so that they are committed to trying to carry out Early Breastfeeding Initiation as soon as the baby is born. Anemia saat kehamilan berdampak buruk pada ibu dan janin. Dalam keadaan hamil, suplai zat besi dari makanan masih belum mencukupi sehingga dibutuhkan suplemen berupa tablet tambah darah/Fe. Program pemerintah untuk mencegah anemia pada ibu hamil adalah dengan memberikan tablet Fe 90 tablet selama kehamilan. Tujuan penelitian diketahuinya hubungan kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia diwilayah kerja puskesmas woha 2019. Metode penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross secsional study. Populasi penelitian adalah semua ibu hamil yang melakukan pemeriksaan diwilayah kerja puskesmas woha. Pengambilan sample dengan tekhnik acidental sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar observasi dan haemometer. Data analisa menggunakan uji chi square dengan derajat kemaknaan (α = 0,00%) = <0,05%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengkonsumsi tablet fe dengan kejadian anemia dimana nilai p = 0,00 (<0,05). Sebagian besar ibu hamil patuh dalam mengkonsumsi tablet fe dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 38 responden (76.0%) dan yang tidak anemia sebanyak 30 responden (60.0%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat adanya hubungan antara kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengkonsumsi tablet fe dengan kejadia anemia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keaktifan ibu dalam pelayanan kesehatan terpadu dengan pengurangan jumlah balita di bawah garis merah (BGM) di Desa Samili, Kecamatan Woha, Kabupaten Bima tahun 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik, data diambil dengan cross sectional, subjek penelitian ini adalah dua ratus delapan belas bayi berusia satu sampai lima puluh sembilan bulan. Data dianalisis dengan uji chi-square. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa ibu yang aktif mengunjungi pelayanan kesehatan namun mengalami status BGM adalah 4,7% sedangkan ibu tidak aktif mengunjungi pelayanan kesehatan namun mengalami status BGM adalah 20,6%. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji chi-square, menunjukkan bahwa nilai p-value = 0,000 dengan tingkat signifikansi (alpha) sebesar 0,05. Dengan demikian nilai p-value kurang dari tingkat signifikan, sehingga Ho ditolak yang berarti ada hubungan keaktifan ibu dengan berkurangnya jumlah balita BGM di Desa Samili, Kec. Woha, Kabupaten Bima tahun 2022.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) or Dengue Haemorhagic Fever (DHF) is one of several infectious diseases that are a health problem in the world, especially developing countries. Aedes spp mosquitoes are vectors of arbovirus diseases, including Yellow Fever, Dengue Fever, Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), and Chikungunya. One method of controlling Aedes is the use of ovitrap. This service aims to provide education and assistance in the manufacture of ovitrap as one of the efforts to control DHF. This service is carried out by providing knowledge about dengue disease and its control and how to make simple ovitrap. Education is carried out by means of counseling which was previously given a pre-test and post-test as a measuring tool for increasing knowledge. The standard ovitrap is made with a small wide-mouthed glass/pot painted black on the outside and given gauze as an egg trap. The glass is half filled with water to part and placed inside and outside the house which is suspected to be the habitat of the Aedes mosquito. The results of education and assistance in making ovitrap for cadres in the Tamangapa sub-district were that participants benefited, namely increasing knowledge and increasing skills in making ovitrap. The conclusion of this activity is that the community gets an increase in general knowledge about DHF, Aedes Aegypty mosquitoes and how to control them and increases skills in making ovitrap
