Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Rumah Live Online Manado on the sales performance of ER-SHOP OK in increasing sales volume. This study uses a qualitative method. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. There are three data analysis used, namely: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) drawing conclusions/verification. Based on the results of the interviews, it can be concluded: 1. The increase in sales was caused by the use of social media Facebook in marketing and providing information about scooping snacks to the public so as to provide opportunities in sales. 2. Business actors "ER-SHOP OK" can sell 30-50 scoops of snacks with how many times live broadcasts a day. 3. It is important to regularly post products on Facebook or live broadcasts as a way to attract customers and provide rewards such as bonuses, money transfers or credits. 4. In snack sales, the “ER-SHOP OK” store serves purchases within and outside the city with a guarantee that can make customers feel safe and comfortable.

Abstract

Abstract: Increased Saving Behavior is an important factor in achieving financial stable and welfare. Increasing saving can be done by increasing the knowledge and benefits of saving. Saving Behavior is the two actions that coincide with the act of saving with the perception of future needs, and carried out to face the financial crisis. Therefore, to increase public saving behavior, it is necessary to know what factors influence this intention, and how they affect it. This study aims to analyze the influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion on Saving Behavior. The researcher conducted this research through quantitative methods. Multiple Regression Analysis method is used to analyze the influence of the independent variables toward the dependent variable. Sample were taken from the Bank Account holder in Manado with a total sample of 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that Financial Literacy have a positive and significant influence on Saving Behavior, while Financial Inclusion has not significant effect on Saving Behavior. The results also indicate that Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion simultaneously influence Saving Behavior positively and significantly. Keywords: financial literacy, financial inclusion, saving behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of digital marketing, sales promotion, and electronic word of mouth on customer purchase intention at TikTok Shop in Manado. The independent variables used in this research are digital marketing, sales promotion, and electronic word of mouth, while the dependent variable is purchase intention. This research uses primary data obtained from questionnaires measured with the Likert scale. The sample is the Tiktok App users who have shopped through Tiktok Shop in Manado. Test instruments are performed using Validity and Reliability Tests. The regression results show that digital marketing and sales promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention through Tiktok Shop, while electronic word of mouth exerts no influence on purchase intention. Keywords: digital marketing, sales promotion, electronic word of mouth, purchase intention

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis reaksi pasar modal dengan adanya peristiwa kenaikan harga minyak goreng dengan melihat perbedaan Abnormal Return dan Trading Volume Activity. Periode pengamatan 14 hari sebelum dan 14 hari sesudah peristiwa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian komparatif, dengan pendekatan Event Study. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 22 perusahaan ritel hasil dari purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov untuk mengetahui data berdistribusi normal atau tidak. Kemudian uji hipotesis menggunakan Paired Sample T-Test, karena data berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan peristiwa kenaikan harga miyak goreng tidak mengandung informasi yang menyebabkan terjadinya reaksi dalam pasar modal. Hal ini dibuktikan tidak terdapatnya perbedaan pada abnormal return dan trading volume activity sebelum dan sesudah peristiwa. Diharapkan bagi para investor agar tetap menginterpretasikan suatu informasi dan tidak terburu-buru dalam pengambilan keputusan berinvestasi, salah satunya dengan adanya peristiwa kenaikan harga minyak goreng. Kata Kunci: event study, abnormal return, trading volume activity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Rasio Pertumbuhan Premi, Rasio Beban Klaim, Rasio Likuiditas dan Rasio Margin Solvabilitas terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan Asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2021. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 7 sampel dari 15 populasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Rasio Pertumbuhan Premi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, Rasio Beban Klaim berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, Rasio Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, Rasio Margin Solvabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, sedangkan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa Rasio Pertumbuhan Premi, Rasio Beban Klaim, Rasio Likuiditas dan Rasio Margin Solvabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of social media marketing toward purchase decision with brand awareness as the mediate variable of local brand Sulawesi Utara Cap Tikus 1978. The research method used in this research is quantitative methods. Path Analysis method is used to analyze the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable and mediating variable. The population in this research were the society of Kota Manado with research characteristic of age between 21 to 40 years old who bought Cap Tikus 1978. This study conducts with 120 respondent. The result of this research indicated that Social Media Marketing has positive and significant influence on Brand Awareness, Social Media Marketing has positive and significant influence on Purchase Decision, Brand Awareness has positive and significant influence on Purchase Decision. The results of this study also shown that the Brand Awareness can be used as a mediating variable for the influence of Social Media Marketing on Purchase Decision through Brand Awareness of Local Brand Sulawesi Utara Cap Tikus 1978 with the indirect effect is 0,543.   Keywords: social media marketing, purchase decision, brand awareness

Abstract

Dalam proses perkembangan dunia, salah satu faktor yang cukup berpengaruh adalah sektor ekonomi, dimana sektor ini menjadi salah satu yang terpenting dalam menunjang pertumbuhan suatu negara. Indonesia yang saat ini menjadi negara berkembang memberikan peluang bagi dunia untuk berinovasi ke berbagai sektor khususnya dalam bidang pengembangan usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap Struktur Modal, Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Struktur Modal, serta Pengaruh Profitabilitas dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Struktur Modal, berdasarkan data laporan keuangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pada sektor pertambangan yang berjumlah 47 perusahaan. Sampel pada penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 14 perusahaan yang akan dijadikan sebagai objek penelitian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal pada sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Selanjutnya secara parsial profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap struktur modal dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Modal.

Abstract

Salah satu instrument dalam pasar modal yang paling diminati oleh investor adalah saham, untuk menarik kepercayaan investor pada perusahaan, perusahaan harus bisa meningkatkan faktor-faktor fundamental di dalam perusahaan agar bisa menaikan harga saham perusahaan.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Struktur modal (DER) Kinerja Keuangan (ROA),(NPM),(CR),(EPS) dan Kebijakan Dividen (DPR). Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan indeks IDX30 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021, Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dalam pengambilan sampel dengan perolehan sebanyak 12 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder dan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dokumentasi, analisis yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif, Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial struktur modal yang diukur dengan DER berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, Kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan ROA berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, NPM berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, CR berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, EPS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, kebijakan dividen yang diukur dengan DPR berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan secara simultan seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.   Kata Kunci: struktur modal, kinerja keuangan, kebijakan dividen, harga saham

Abstract

Currently, the international economic sentiment has been influenced greatly with the Covid-19 pandemic and are still in the process of adjusting and conforming to the changes in societal and market lifestyle. E-wallet as Cashless payment methods have become a trend everywhere especially with the Covid-19 pandemic that caused people to limit physical contact with other people. This study aims to analyze the effect of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Risk and Social Influence as determinants towards the Intention to Use E-wallet during Covid-19 in Manado. This study employs casual research in quantitative approach. The population studied in this study is the people in Manado. Survey data were collected and collated from 100 respondents through google form, ranging from student to working employees and entrepreneurs. This study uses Multiple Regression Analysis to process the data. The findings confirm that Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Risk, and Social Influence positively affects the Intention to Use E-wallet during Covid-19 in Manado. Based on the outcome of this study, it is recommended for E-wallet industry companies to increase public awareness of the use of e-wallet by informing it through public mass communication or social media and therefore, more people become aware and easier to have intention to use. Abstract

Employee Turnover Intention is one important aspect that is needed to be considered and fully minimized in every business’s continuity. Thus, Motivation and Occupational Health Safety are two factors that are important in the understanding of the changing from Employee Turnover Intention. This study aims to figure out the influence of Motivation and Occupational Health Safety to Employee Turnover Intention at CV Cahaya Shinta. Overall population in this research is all employees of CV Cahaya Shinta’s and the chosen sample is 52 respondents. Data analysis uses multiple linear regressions analysis method. This research result proves that Motivation and Occupational Health Safety have positive and significant influence Employee Turnover Intention at CV Cahaya Shinta. Its’ management is obligated to reserve and helping hand Motivation and Occupational Health Safety assessment in this business unit in the proper and contributive matter and deliberate other factors that influence the Employee Turnover Intention at CV Cahaya Shinta.
