Abstract

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan matematika di Indonesia memerlukan landasan ilmiah yang kokoh melalui penelitian yang tekanan pada penguatan literasi matematika siswa dalam lingkungan belajar yang kontekstual dan bermakna. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kemampuan literasi matematika siswa MA Syekh Yusuf pada pokok bahasan probabilitas dengan menggunakan soal pemecahan masalah berbasis TIMSS. Literasi matematika dalam penelitian ini dianalisis melalui empat indikator utama, yaitu pemahaman konsep, penerapan, penalaran, dan komunikasi matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui tes terbuka, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 32 siswa kelas X yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 22% siswa berada pada kategori tinggi, 53% pada kategori sedang, dan 25% pada kategori rendah. Siswa dengan kemampuan tingkat tinggi menunjukkan strategi pemecahan masalah yang sistematis dan komunikatif, sedangkan siswa yang berada pada kategori rendah cenderung percaya tanpa memahami konteks masalah secara menyeluruh. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis konteks yang mendukung pengembangan literasi matematika. Studi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap kemajuan strategi pengajaran yang lebih efektif dan menjadi acuan bagi kebijakan pendidikan yang menekankan penilaian berbasis literasi.

Abstract

The development of the digital era presents new challenges, the ease of obtaining information through electronic devices has shifted the way of learning. Behind this convenience, there is a decline in the application of adab values in studying, especially in maintaining ethics when studying. The purpose of this study is to analyze Kitab Ta'lim Muta'allim as a Guide to the Adab of Seeking Knowledge in the Digital Age. This article explains the adab of seeking knowledge in the ta'lim muta'allim book, the relevance of the ta'lim muta'allim book to the digital era, and the conditions of online learning in the digital era. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Data collection is done by collecting information and data through the use of various material sources available in the library, such as documents, books, journals, historical records and others. The results showed that, things that must be considered when seeking knowledge contained in the ta'lim muta'allim book, namely, choosing / looking for the best knowledge and needed in religious life, prioritizing the science of tawhid, and prioritizing ancient knowledge or old knowledge over new knowledge.

Abstract

This study is a quasi-experimental research that aims to examine whether there is an influence of Guided Discovery learning model on learning outcomes and students’ self-efficacy with  pretest-posttest control group design. Data on learning outcomes were obtained through pre-test and post-test by giving a written test in the form of multiple choice questions with 30 questions, while self-efficacy data was also obtained through pre-test and post-test from filling out a self-efficacy questionnaire with 30 statements. The data analysis technique employed descriptive statistical analysis, N-Gain, and inferential with t test (independent sample test). The results of descriptive analysis show that (1) the learning outcomes of experimental class students are in moderate category. (2) for self-efficacy of experimental class students in moderate category. (3) the learning outcomes in the control class is in low category. (4) the students’ self-efficacy in the control class is in low category (5) the results of inferential statistical analysis show that there is a significant influence of implementing Guided Discovery learning model on the improvement of learning outcomes and self-efficacy of grade VIII students at SMPN Gollek No. 34 Selayar Islands.

Abstract

Intelligence is the ability to understand the world, think rationally, and use effective resources when faced with challenges. the contents of the Act above indicates that the function of education as a formation of personality that reflects the values of high nobility is more focused to form students who are intelligent spiritual and intelligent in social. Developed spiritual intelligence through evaluation of learning result of Islamic education of student MAN 2 Jember is to develop spiritual intelligence on the behavior of believers and cautious, and than develop spiritual intelligence on grateful behavior. whereas To develop social intelligence through evaluation of learning result of Islamic education of student MAN 2 Jember is develop social intelligence on honest, The attitude of discipline, responsibility attitude, Caring attitude (tolerance and gotongroyong), Good manners and The attitude of self-confidence.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan alat komunikasi antara guru dengan peserta didik yang digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran maka akan lebih mudah untuk merangsang pemikiran peserta didik, juga bisa membawa peserta didik kedalam dunia pendidik dan juga menjadikan kelas lebih efektif. Pada penelitian ini berhasil menyimpulkan bahwa:(1)ada pengaruh positf media pembelajaran visual proyeksi terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata Pelajaran Pendidikan agama islam siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Plus Bustanul Ulum Mlokorejo-Puger. dengan nilai sig 0,001 < 0,05 dengan nilai r Square 15,6%. (2) ada pengaruh positf media pembelajaran visual non proyeksi terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata Pelajaran Pendidikan agama islam siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Plus Bustanul Ulum Mlokorejo-Puger.dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai r Square 48,5%.(3) ada pengaruh positf media pembelajaran visual terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata Pelajaran Pendidikan agama islam siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Plus Bustanul Ulum Mlokorejo-Puger. dengan nilai sig 0,000<0,05 dengan nilai r Square 38,9%.

Abstract

Dalam lembaga pendidikan, dimasa globalisasi moralitas merupakan masalah penting bagi lembaga pendidikan karena moralitas bagi siswa saat ini mulai merosot. Semua ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya perhatian dan penekanan pada berbagai faktor. untuk membentuk pendidikan moral siswa saat ini menekankan bahwa pentingnya pembelajaran nilai-nilai Ahlaq. Agar ilmu yang dicapai sempurna. Dalam konteks ini penulis tertarik ingin mengkaji pemikiran k.h imam Ahmad maisur Sindi Attursidiy perjalanan seseorang dalam menuntut ilmu. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan atau library research dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa kitab Tanbihul Muta’allim dan data skunder berupa buku, artikel, karya tulis ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan tema yang penulis kaji. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah contect analysis atau analisis isi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini Yang pertama bagaimana Ahlaq terhadap guru,  ahlaq terhadap orangtua dan ahlaq terhadap ilmu. Yang mana ke tiga bab ini sangat berkaitan dengan pencapaian seorang penuntut ilmu dalam kesempurnaan yang berkah dan manfaat.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital di era saat ini menuntut adanya inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran, khususnya dalam menyampaikan materi yang bersifat abstrak seperti peluang dalam matematika. Kurangnya pemahaman konseptual serta rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa merupakan tantangan penting yang harus segera diatasi dengan menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan kontekstual dengan pengalaman siswa. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran digital berbasis Android pada materi peluang bagi siswa SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Media pembelajaran dirancang menggunakan aplikasi Construct 2 dan MIT App Inventor untuk menghasilkan aplikasi interaktif yang kompatibel dengan perangkat Android. Uji coba dilakukan pada siswa kelas X di MA Syekh Yusuf Gowa. Hasil validasi dari para ahli menunjukkan bahwa media tersebut memenuhi kriteria validitas, sedangkan tanggapan siswa melalui angket menempatkan media ini dalam kategori praktis. Selain itu, hasil tes belajar mengindikasikan tingkat ketuntasan belajar mencapai 78,5%, yang masuk dalam kategori efektif. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran digital ini layak dijadikan alternatif pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi peluang secara lebih menarik, fleksibel, dan mandiri.

Abstract

The role of teachers as transformation agents is very important in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning innovation in the digital era. Challenges such as low digital literacy and limited technological infrastructure require a strategic approach in integrating learning technology. This research aims to identify the role of PAI teachers in developing digital learning innovations, the challenges they face, and the opportunities available. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach withdata collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The informants consisted of PAI teachers in middle and high schools in Jember Regency. The research results show that PAI teachers have utilized technology such as LMS, interactive applications, and blended learning models to create relevant and interesting learning. The main challenges include a lack of digital literacy training and limited infrastructure, but opportunities such as government training programs are a strategic solution. This research concludes that technology integration can increase students' understanding of religious values while forming an Islamic character that is adaptive to the digital era.

Abstract

Creative accounting is a financial reporting method in which managers participate for personal gain. Accounting knowledge and ethics can influence accounting students' views on creative accounting cases. Accounting students are prospective accountants who have an important role in reducing creative accounting practices, so it is very important to know the opinions of accounting students about creative accounting practices. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of accounting knowledge and professional ethics on the perceptions of accounting students at the Islamic University of North Sumatra and the Muslim University of Al-Washliyah regarding creative accounting practices. This study uses a quantitative method, the type of data used is primary data with data collection carried out through a questionnaire using a Likert scale distributed to 73 accounting student respondents at UISU and UMN Al-Washliyah. Based on the results of the SPSS 22 test, the results of the study showed that accounting knowledge did not affect the perceptions of accounting students at the Islamic University of North Sumatra and the Muslim University of Al-Washliyah regarding creative accounting practices, knowledge of professional ethics had a positive effect on the perceptions of accounting students at the Islamic University of North Sumatra and the Muslim University of Al-Washliyah regarding creative accounting practices, accounting knowledge and professional ethics simultaneously influenced the perceptions of accounting students at the Islamic University of North Sumatra and the Muslim University of Al-Washliyah regarding creative accounting practices.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether there is a mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between transformational leadership and compensation on employee performance at PT. Adi Satria Abadi in Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative method and uses a questionnaire as a method of data collection. The population of this study was 200 employees. The sampling technique was carried out using the census method on all employees in the production department with a sample size of 170 employees. The research analysis method used the t-test, F-test, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, and path analysis. The results of this study reveal that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, job satisfaction can significantly mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance, and job satisfaction can significantly mediate the relationship between compensation and employee performance.
