Abstract

Pendahuluan : Henti jantung merupakan suatu kegawat daruratan yang bisa mengancam nyawa dan bisa terjadi dimanapun dan kapanpun. Tindakan Bantuan Hidup Dasar (BHD) merupakan tindakan yang bisa meningkatkan kelangsungan hidup orang yang mengalami henti jantung. Tindakan BHD bisa dilakukan oleh mahasiswa keperawatan. Pengetahuan dan kesiapan yang dimiliki mahasiswa keperawatan diharapkan mampu bertindak dalam memberikan bantuan hidup dasar pada korban henti jantung. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan kesiapan untuk menolong bisa mempengaruhi intensi (kemauan) mahasiswa untuk memberikan pertolongan dalam situasi darurat sekalipun. Tujuan : untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan kesiapan menolong dengan intensi mahasiswa S1 keperawatan dalam memberikan pertolongan bantuan hidup dasar di universitas muhammadiyah kalimantan timur. Metode : jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total Sampling yang berjumlah 269 orang Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan uji statistik yang digunakan adalah chi-square. Hasil Penelitian : Berdasarkan dari analisa bivariat didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0.039, berdasarkan nilai tersebut karena nilai p<0.05 maka ada Hubungan Kesiapan Menolong Dengan Intensi Mahasiswa S1 Keperawatan Dalam Memberikan Pertolongan Bantuan Hidup Dasar Di Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur. Kesimpulan : ada Hubungan Kesiapan Menolong Dengan Intensi Mahasiswa S1 Keperawatan Dalam Memberikan Pertolongan Bantuan Hidup Dasar Di Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterlibatan gender dalam top management pada perguruan tinggi negeri di Indonesia. Studi ini menyajikan tabulasi data untuk menilai distribusi gender dalam top management, khususnya posisi rektor. Menggunakan metode pengumpulan data sekunder dari data Pangkalan Data Pendidikan Tinggi (PDDIKTI) atau website resmi universitas, atau berita yang menyediakan informasi terbuka terkait gelar akademik, usia, dan gender rektor-rektor universitas negeri di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini  mengungkap disparitas gender dengan hanya 11.83% rektor perempuan dari total 93 rektor yang diobservasi, menunjukan dominasi laki-laki yang signifikan. Pada sisi lain, ketika dilakukan pengujian chi-square tidak menunjukkan adanya hubungan ketidakseimbangan gender yang signifikan dari segi kualifikasi akademik atau distribusi geografis dengan kesempatan menjadi rektor. Meskipun tidak ada bukti statistik yang mengindikasikan hubungan antara gender dan peluang karir sebagai rektor, penelitian menyarankan kebutuhan melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang faktor-faktor yang menghambat inklusi gender pada top management perguruan tinggi negeri. Hal lain yang perlu menjadi pertimbangkan juga yakni pengembangan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan inklusivitas gender dan memberikan kesempatan yang lebih luas bagi rektor berusia lebih muda pada sektor pendidikan.

Abstract

Research aims: This study examines how firm size influences the relationship between internal funding sources, particularly liquidity, and external funding sources, i.e., debt, on firm value, emphasizing profitability’s mediating role.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study examines publicly traded manufacturing companies in the consumer products sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2019 and 2023. A sample of 43 companies and 215 observations was obtained through a targeted sampling approach. The data were analyzed using WarpPLS 7.0 software, which supports mediated regression analysis.Research findings: The findings indicate that while liquidity positively impacts firm value, this impact is statistically insignificant. Conversely, the debt policy significantly enhances firm value. Furthermore, profitability acts as an effective mediator in the relationship between liquidity and debt policy on firm value, with firm size further amplifying the impact of profitability. These results emphasize the crucial role of profitability as a mediating factor and firm size as a moderating factor.Theoretical contribution/Originality: This study is expected to enrich the Agency and Pecking Order theories by clarifying the role of profitability as a mediator in the relationship between debt policy and firm value with the factor of firm size as a moderating relationship between profitability and firm value, as well as providing practical insights for business executives in making strategic decisions related to the management of funding and corporate debt structure.Practitioner/Policy Implications: Indonesian companies, especially those listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and involved in consumer products, can use liquidity and debt to improve performance and firm value. This study takes a fresh perspective by directly addressing profitability's mediating effect and company size's moderating influence. This methodology provides deeper insights into funding sources and corporate value.Research limitations/implications: This study has several limitations, including a focus on manufacturing companies in Indonesia and data limited to 2019 to 2023, which may affect the generalizability of the results. In addition, this study only considers debt policy, profitability, and company size. At the same time, other factors such as ownership structure and macroeconomic conditions are not considered, so expanding the coverage of sectors and regions is recommended and using more sophisticated analytical methods for future research.

Abstract

This field experiment review aim was to examine four hypotheses of Realistic Job Previews (RJPs) on 20 fresh graduates respondents. Declarative knowledge,  RJPs measurement scale, and interview was used as method of data gathering. The data results by using Mann-Whitney U Test showed that there is no significant relation (p = 0,462) among met expectation variable (p = 0,333), coping strategy (p = 0,462), honesty and integrity perception (p = 0,822) and likelihood to stay (p = 0,469). The research implications are if there is similarity between general expectation and reality of a job, and low possibility for the respondents to reject the job offer, then RJPs won’t give any positive and significant effect in pre-hire process.

Abstract

Article 82(1) of Law No. 35 of 2014 on Child Protection stipulates that “any person” who commits or allows an act of indecency against a child shall be subject to criminal sanctions. However, law enforcement practices show a consistent pattern in which only male minors are prosecuted, while female minors who similarly commit or permit such acts are not treated as criminal subjects. This disparity raises concerns regarding the principle of equality before the law and the proper interpretation of the term “any person” within the provision. This study aims to analyze the legal standing of male and female minors as perpetrators in indecency cases and to examine whether female minors also meet the elements of criminal liability under Article 82. The findings indicate that both male and female minors who consciously engage in or allow indecent acts fulfill the objective and subjective elements of the offense and therefore hold equal legal status as potential perpetrators. Nevertheless, in practice, law enforcement still reflects gender bias by automatically positioning females as victims. The study recommends developing clearer procedural guidelines, enhancing gender sensitivity among investigators, and revising the statutory language to eliminate interpretive ambiguity.

Abstract

The rapid growth of mobile gaming, which accounts for a significant portion of the global gaming market, necessitates optimal UI/UX design to maintain competitive advantage and player retention. One of the most popular games in Indonesia is Genshin Impact, which recorded 6,857,493 downloads on the Indonesian Playstore and Appstore as of September 2022. Research concerning UI/UX in games like Genshin Impact has become increasingly vital due to the growing emphasis on user engagement and accessibility within the gaming industry. The specific challenges of effectively designing UI/UX for complex open-world games, such as Genshin Impact, present significant opportunities for further exploration. Shrouded Buana is a game developed with Genshin Impact as its primary reference. This research focuses on avoiding various UI/UX-related issues in Genshin Impact. The Design Thinking framework is employed as the methodology for developing the UI/UX of Shrouded Buana. The usability level of the Shrouded Buana UI/UX is measured using the Cognitive Walkthrough (CW) method. the Cognitive Walkthrough is conducted through playtesting, where 30 users are presented with specific scenarios of tasks to complete. The Shrouded Buana's average task completion time (TCT) across all scenarios is 96,71%. The Average of Shrouded Buana's Task Completion Time is 5,15 s. Its mean Shouded Buanas's UI UX are very good so can support respondents to finish all scenarios quickly.

Abstract

This study aims to describe teachers' efforts in strengthening religious moderation towards the formation of student character and identify supporting and inhibiting factors at SD Negeri 2 Rukti Endah. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) model Kemmis and McTaggart which is implemented in two cycles through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, while data analysis uses the interactive model of Miles and Huberman and percentage analysis to measure changes in students' tolerance character. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Problem Based Learning method and role playing is effective in improving students' tolerance character, which is demonstrated through the habit of saying salam, praying before and after studying, carrying out religious worship, and appreciating the celebration of religious holidays. This study shows that students not only understand the concept of tolerance theoretically, but are also able to implement it in everyday life, which reflects the values ​​of tasamuh, musawah, shura, and tahadhdhur. Supporting factors include a multicultural school environment, inclusive policies, participatory learning strategies, and teacher role models. While inhibiting factors include limited time, the absence of structured programs, lack of teacher training, and external environmental influences. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of contextual and experiential learning in strengthening religious moderation and the need for collaboration between schools, teachers, and parents in shaping students' character.

Analysis of Dompet Dhuafa’s Role in Alleviating Poverty Through Pedagang Tangguh in Balikpapan City (study at Dompet Dhuafa Kaltim) supervised by Mr. Adi Wijaya and Mr. Agus Junaidi. The purpose of this research is to knew the role of Dompet Dhuafa Kaltim in alleviating poverty in Balikpapan City through the program of pedagang tangguh. In this research, alleviating poverty means alleviating the poverty which focus on receivers of pedagang tangguh program. The sample of this research are the receivers of pedagang tangguh program who are resided in Balikpapan City. The type of this research is used descriptive qualitative research. The method of collecting information in this research is done by literature study and field study. Field study in this research is done by interviewing The Chief of Dompet Dhuafa Kaltim, the person in charge of pedagang tangguh program and the receivers of pedagang tangguh program. The analytical technique which is used in this research is triangulasi technique. Dompet Dhuafa kaltim used minimum wage of Balikpapan City as an indicator of success from alleviating poverty. The result of the analysis shows that Dompet Dhuafa Kaltim has succeeded to alleviate the poverty of pedagang tangguh program receivers which is indicated by an increase of income with monthly income exceeding minimum wage of Balikpapan City.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh infrastruktur (listrik, air bersih, dan jalan) secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap jumlah penduduk produktif dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah sekunder, berbasis data time series periode 2008-2017. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik library research melalui instansi pemerintah, yakni Badan Pusat Statistik dan Badan Perencanaan dan Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Dari data tersebut, diolah dengan model Analisis Jalur dan bantuan Uji Sobel untuk melihat pengaruh secara tidak langsung. Berdasarkan hasil estimasi terhadap model persamaan statistik, didapatkan bahwa infrastruktur listrik secara langsung berpengaruh (positif dan signifikan) terhadap jumlah penduduk produktif. Infrastruktur listrik dan jalan secara langsung berpengaruh (positif dan signifikan) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Infrastruktur jalan secara tidak langsung berpengaruh (positif) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui jumlah penduduk produktif.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine how the moral growth of class XI students at Tri Bhakti Attaqwa Vocational School is maximized through the use of extraordinary Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers. This research uses qualitative methodology, collecting data through documentation, interviews and observation. The research results show that the example of PAI teachers plays an important role in shaping students' morals through attitudes, behavior and teaching methods. Key supporting factors include teachers' commitment to integrating moral values into teaching and school activities and a supportive school environment. However, barriers such as limited parental involvement and inadequate facilities for moral education were also identified. This study recommends increasing collaboration between schools and parents and developing value-based programs to support optimal student character development.
