Abstract

Banyakan District, Kediri Regency is one of the areas that has used and implemented the e-Samsat program and for 10 years the program has been running. The local government has also been following technological developments that continue to increase so that they can optimally utilize technology to support taxpayer awareness in paying their PKB. To analyze and determine the effect of the modernization of the e-Samsat system, the level of income, and partial and simultaneous tax sanctions on the compliance of motorized vehicle taxpayers is the goal to be achieved in this study. Quantitative is the approach, causal is the technique. Questionnaire is a data collection tool. All motorized vehicle taxpayers in the Banyakan sub-district are the population. 40 respondents are the sample. Accidental sampling is a sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis is the analytical tool. The conclusion of this study is that the modernization of e-samsat, income levels, and tax sanctions have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on compliance with motorized vehicle taxpayers. Assessing income levels during covid is the novelty of this research.

Abstract

Jenggolo Maju Mapan is a manufacturing company, especially in bread commodities. The purpose of this final project is to find out and evaluate how the implementation of the purchasing accounting system at PT. Jenggolo Forward Established. In preparing this final project, the writer uses qualitative methods, with descriptive research techniques where more descriptions are made from the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. The data used are primary and secondary data. Based on the results of the final project which was examined by the author, PT. Jenggolo Maju Mapan has implemented procedures in the accounting system, the company has divided functions for internal control, division of functions such as warehouse functions, purchasing functions, receiving functions, and accounting functions. Accounting procedures can run well because of the supervision of the directors and managers so that healthy accounting practices grow. However, there were found obstacles that were found to hinder the effectiveness of purchasing performance. The purchasing department exceeded the payment limit because there was a slip of travel document, and the travel document was carried away by the supplier thereby hampering the payment process.

Abstract

This research is aimed at knowing the effect of the Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Investment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Dividend Per Share (DPS) on the mining sector company stock price listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. Data analysis techniques using the regression panel with the fixed effect model 5% significance. The approach in this study used a quantitative causality method with a sample search using purposive sampling method. The result of this study is partial to NPM, ROI, and DPS have no significant effect on the mining company stock price, while EPS has a significant effect on the mining company stock price. Simultaneously NPM, ROI, EPS, and DPS have significant effect on the mining company stock price

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the impact from the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, as well as growth and learning perspectives on company performance. The technique applied uses the causality technique. Total population of this study 153 employees. The number of samples taken is 60 people. The results of the research processed with the help of the SPSS reveal that the adjusted R Square are 0.552 or 55.2% which means that the magnitude of the influence of Financial Perspective (X1), Customer Perspective (X2), Internal Business Process Perspective (X3) and Growth and Learning Perspective ( X4) on the Company's Performance (Y) is 55.2%, which means it's still there other factors that affect the company's performance by 44.8% but these factors are not analyzed in this study.

Abstract

The rapid growth of MSMEs affects the strength of capital. MSMEs are growing rapidly making capital loans to banks/investor. However, not all MSMEs can get credit easily, due to unfulfilled requirements. Financial statements that do’nt meet the standards. PT XYZ does’nt yet know about SAK-EMKM-based financial reports that became active on January 1, 2018. This study is to find out: 1) PT XYZ SAK-EMKM implementation, 2) Factors causing MSMEs have not implemented SAK-EMKM to prepare financial reports. The descriptive qualitative method was employed in this investigation. Collecting data obtained through documentation and interviews of financial statements. The findings indicate that PT XYZ has not recorded financial statements in their entirety in line with SAK-EMKM. At PT XYZ, the elements that cause SAK-EMKM are not in place, internal factors are the  HR and SAK are not understood. Abstract

This study seeks to find out how business management and management accounting information systems affect the performance of UD management. Independent Enterprises This study uses a quantitative approach and causal design techniques. This survey covers the entire UD workforce as its sample population. Usaha Mandiri consisted of 58 people, while the sample of UD employees was 30 people. The SPSS 23 program is then used to manage separate businesses that meet group quotas or quorums (sample). This is due to the large UD effect. The independent business management accounting information system has a significant impact on the effectiveness of UD's management. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of accountability, transparency and participation on the allocation of village funds in realizing Good Governance in villages in the Papar District, Kediri Regency. Data collection was carried out by giving questionnaires to village officials who met the criteria in the Papar District, Kediri Regency. The research respondents were 80 respondents who had a background in the process of managing Village Fund Allocations, this study used a quantitative approach with associative panelman technique which was used to reveal problems that were causal in nature between two variables or more. Diana's research model using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study are that accountability, transparency and partial participation have a significant effect on the allocation of village funds in realizing Good Governance in Villages in Papar District.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh masalah manipulasi laporan keuangan dan korupsi yang dilakukan oleh oknum perusahaan itu sendiri. Penerapan corporate governance yang dipercaya dapat mencegah praktik manipulasi dan korupsi pada perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh corporate governance (komisaris independen, komite audit, kepemilikan institusional, dan kepemilikan manajerial) terhadap kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 22 sampel dari 44 perusahaan go public pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014- 2017. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan software pengolah data statistik SPSS Ver. 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA), (2) komite audit tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA), (3) kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA), (4) kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA), (5) komisaris independen, komite audit, kepemilikan manajerial, dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA).

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems that UMKM has in financial accounting calculations due to limited knowledge about cost classification, which must be included in the calculation of the cost of production so that the resulting selling price is less than optimal. This study aims to determine the accuracy in classifying costs in calculating the cost of production and determining the selling price of the screen printing t-shirt product applied by Pangestu Production whether or not it is appropriate with cost accounting. The research object focused on cost reports during the screen printing t-shirt production process. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The conclusion of this study is that the calculations applied by Pengstu Production and the calculations by the researchers have a slight difference, this is because the company has several costs when production is not included, this results in the selling price applied by the company being less than optimal. For manual t-shirt screen printing, based on analysis calculations, the selling price is IDR 61,800 while the company selling price is IDR 61,000. The cause of the difference in selling prices is that the company does not calculate depreciation costs and some costs of auxiliary raw materials are ignored.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, ijarah financing on the profitability of Bank KB Bukopin Syariah from 2018-2022 partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is all financial report data of Bank KB Bukopin Syariah. The sample selection was carried out by purposive sampling with monthly data for the 2018-2022 period with a total sample of 60 data. The method in this study is a quantitative approach using causality techniques. This study uses data analysis methods, a classical assumption test, a multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The results in this study indicate that Mudharabah Financing has an effect on profitability with sig. 0.005 < 0.05. Musyarakah has no effect on profitability indicated by sig. 0.312 > 0.05. Murabahah has an effect on profitability with sig. 0.002 <0.05. The Ijarah effect on profitability is indicated by sig. 0.012 <0.05. Simultaneously, Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Murabahah, Ijarah financing affects the profitability of Bank KB Bukopin Syariah for the 2018-2022 period.
