Abstract

Persaingan di dunia industri yang demikian pesat mendorong setiap perusahaan untuk memaksimalkan seluruh sumber daya yang ada salah satunya sumber daya manusia atau karyawan, dalam menilai sumber daya manusia terdapat tingkat produktivitas dan kapasitas produksi yang dapat dijadikan acuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis produktivitas karyawan dan mengukur kapasitas produksi di area Mixing pada PT XYZ dengan menggunakan metode Work Sampling, sehingga dapat dilakukan penyesuaian rencana produksi. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan rata-rata waktu produktif karyawan pada unit kerja Bongkaran sebesar 88,7%, Dumping Sambal Tabur sebesar 86,7%, Dumping KSE sebesar 86%, Dumping Tepung sebesar 85,3%, Operator Forklift sebesar 84,8%, Operator Dumping sebesar 86,7%, dan Operator Timbang sebesar 85,3%. Seluruh unit kerja memiliki waktu tidak produktif yang lebih kecil dari Allowance yang telah ditentukan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan waktu kerja karyawan belum optimal. Kapasitas produksi baku pada unit kerja Dumping Sambal Tabur sebanyak 372,3 bin/bulan, unit kerja KSE sebanyak 156,3 bin/bulan, dan Dumping Tepung sebanyak 481 bin/bulan. Waktu baku pada unit kerja Dumping Sambal Tabur adalah 77,4 menit/bin, Dumping KSE adalah 184,2 menit/bin, dan Dumping Tepung adalah 59,8 menit/bin. Produktivitas baku pada unit kerja Dumping Sambal Tabur sebesar 0,78, Dumping KSE sebesar 0,33, dan Dumping Tepung sebesar 1,00. Produktivitas aktual pada unit kerja Dumping Sambal Tabur sebesar 0,78, Dumping KSE sebesar 0,34, dan Dumping Tepung sebesar 1,03. Produktivitas pada unit kerja Dumping Sambal Tabur produktivitas baku sama besar dengan produktivitas aktual, sedangkan Dumping KSE dan Dumping Tepung produktivitas baku lebih kecil dari produktivitas aktual. Abstract

This research raises the topic "Pancasila as a Foundation for Education and Overcoming Unemployment" with the aim of understanding the foundation of education in Pancasila. Through literature study methods, we have identified Pancasila, education and unemployment. Pancasila is the ethics and morals of the Indonesian nation in the sense that it is the common core of the various morals that are actually found in Indonesia that are able to overcome all factionalism in Indonesia. Pancasila is the basis of the national philosophy as well as the Indonesian nation's philosophy of life, in fact it is a systematic, fundamental and comprehensive set of values. So silila is a unity that round and intact, hierarchical and systematic. The results of this research highlight the importance of understanding and maintaining values in the context of Pancasila in order to strengthen the moral and ethical foundations of Indonesia's national development.

Abstract

This research is based on the number of Economics Education students who when they finish doing activities or learning, where in that condition they will feel thirsty and need a drink, but they prefer to consume instant drinks rather than mineral water. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze the awareness of Economic Education students of the importance of consuming mineral water compared to instant drinks. Basically, humans as living things really need calcium, sodium, selenium, potassium, silica, and zinc which are very beneficial for the health of the body, these contents are found in mineral water. This research is a quantitative study with a questionnaire method that focuses on Economics Education students.

Abstract

Gender inequality is a social injustice that distinguishes men and women in society. Inequality from the gender aspect is a hot issue in many circles, one of which is among campus students. The purpose of this study is to determine the understanding of the concept of gender equality among new students of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia to be applied in student life, especially in the field of education. This study used a descriptive quantitative and survey approach. The study involved 136 new students from eight faculties at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Data were collected through the use of a closed-ended questionnaire that could be accessed through a Google form link. A simple random sampling method was used to distribute the questionnaire to new students in each department online. The results of this study indicate that new students of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia still encounter many cases of gender discrimination in the campus environment, and the results show that they understand and partly take part in the manifestation of gender equality.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed marketing patterns, including in the culinary sector. The MSME Feedmee.ind utilizes digital marketing strategies and builds brand awareness to increase consumer purchasing decisions. This phenomenon is relevant to consumer behavior trends, particularly among the younger generation active on social media, making digital marketing a critical factor in business competition. This research aims to determine the influence of digital marketing and brand awareness on the purchasing decisions for the MSME Feedmee.ind at Royal Plaza Surabaya. This study employs a quantitative method with the population consisting of all Feedmee.ind consumers at Royal Plaza Surabaya, using an accidental sampling technique. The research sample comprises 92 respondents selected based on specific criteria. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique with SmartPLS 4 software. The research findings indicate that digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Similarly, brand awareness is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. These findings confirm that an interactive and consistent digital marketing strategy, supported by the strengthening of brand awareness, can effectively increase consumer interest and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to develop learning media in the form of electronic modules that are suitable for high school students to use. The development of this e-module product also aims to improve understanding of the material. This type of research is included in research and development. The research stages using the ADDIE model consist of: (1) needs analysis and material analysis stage, (2) design stage for making e-modules, (3) development stage by carrying out material validation and media validation, (4) implementation stage by carrying out tests extensive and limited testing, (5) evaluation stage. The research subjects for the limited test were 7 students of class XI IPS 2 and the broad test involved 36 students of class XI IPS 3. The data collection technique used was observation and using questionnaires and tests. The research data analysis technique goes through stages: (1) validity analysis, (2) practicality analysis, (3) effectiveness analysis, (4) gain test. The research results show that the e-module developed is suitable for use and can be said to be able to improve understanding of the material. Based on the research results, it shows that: (1) the average media expert score is 3.504 in the "very valid" category and the average material expert score is 3.22 in the "valid" category, (2) student questionnaire responses in limited trials with an average of an average of 3.14 is included in the "practical" category and the test response is broad with an average of 3.42 and is included in the "very practical" category, (3) the calculation of learning completeness reaches 75%, which is included in the "good" criteria, (4) The average gain test score was 0.5367 in the "medium" category.

Abstract

Program yang dilakukan di Desa Banjaragung, Kecamatan Bareng, Kabupaten Jombang melakukan pendampingan digitalisasi marketing untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah). UMKM di Desa Banjaragung masih banyak usaha yang kurang memanfaatkan digital marketing yang ada saat ini. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengembangan UMKM Desa Banjaragung, Kecamatan Bareng, Kabupaten Jombang melalui pendampingan digital marketing UMKM. Program pendampingan pembuatan digital marketing berupa pembuatan sosial media seperti Instagram Bisnis dan e- commerce Shopee bagi para UMKM. Dengan pendampingan mengenai digital marketing ini mampu memperluas jangkauan pasar serta meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk yang dipasarkan, sehingga mampu mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan para pelaku UMKM di Desa Banjaragung.

Abstract

Instagram social media is a new media that is currently used by the public in finding and getting information. One of them is the social media Instagram @ligapersebaya which is used by the People of Surabaya City as a source of football information. The style of language, type of information and features used by Instagram @ligapersebaya in conveying football information enjoyed by the people of Surabaya City varies. This research aims to find out how Instagram @ligapersebaya as a source of football information for the people of Surabaya City. Instagram @ligapersebaya able to meet the information needs of informants and viewed from the point of view of Media Rrichness Theory Instagram @ligapersebaya managed to meet four factors measuring the wealth of a media. The conclusion of this study is that Instagram @ligapersebaya with the use of Instagram features, the style of language used, the type of information provided is able to meet the football information needs of the people of Surabaya City.

Abstract

Global competitiveness views exports as one of the important aspects in the economic development of a country. Through the independent study program at LaCorre, it aims to create thousands of young exporters to help advance the Indonesian economy. LaCorre provides a forum for students who want to learn, develop, and export products, especially in the fashion sector that is globally competitive by leveraging digital technology. In the independent study program at LaCorre, students are required to engage in a series of learning activities, starting from the preparation of export materials, export lectures, mentoring, Export Roadshow (JJE), and practical work to writing export final works. This aims to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to be a successful young exporter. The practice of developing a digital-oriented export business plan is the main activity of the independent study program at LaCorre. In this practice, the author collaborated with a team to develop one of the batik products from Indonesian SMEs in order to help facilitate exports and expand the market share of batik products. Overall, the independent study program for one semester went effectively because it had achieved the learning objectives on time.

Abstract

Indonesia cannot avoid the challenges of globalization, but the existence of Pancasila in Indonesia has become the principle and guideline for life to maintain its identity and existence. This research aims to describe the challenges of the younger generation in maintaining the moral and ethical values of Pancasila in the midst of globalization. Therefore, Pancasila education is very important to maintain Indonesia's identity with a young generation who is ready to face globalization at the same time. As for the problems found in field, namely 1. decreasing awareness of the value of Pancasila among citizens as a guide to life. 2. The younger generation focuses on globalization of foreign culture. 3. Increasing attitudes of individualism which tend to prioritize personal interests. Instilling Pancasila values through education, social media, and social activities is the key to maintaining the relevance of Pancasila amidst changing times. This research can provide an understanding of Pancasila values for the younger generation, as well as challenges faced in implementing Pancasila in their lives, in order to create an advanced Indonesian nation by prioritizing moral ethics in accordance with Pancasila values
