Abstract

This research (LCDS) aimed to produce Learning Module Using Learning Content Development System on energy and work material.This research used research and development (RD) method with the implementation procedure adopted from research design development of instructional media by suyanto and sartinem that were consisted of seven steps, includes: (1) need assessment; (2) resourches identification; (3) spesification identification; (4) product development; (5)internal test; (6) external test;and (7) production. The results of this research showed that the learning module were attractive, very easy to use, and very useful. It was also effective to be used as a learning media because 82,76% of student reached the passing grade.Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan modul pembelajaran menggunakan Learning content development system pada materi usaha dan energi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (RD) dengan prosedur pelaksanaan mengacu pada desain penelitian pengembangan media instruksional oleh Suyanto dan Sartinem yang terdiri dari tujuh langkah, yaitu: (1) analisis kebutuhan; (2) identifikasi sumber daya; (3) Identifikasi spesifikasi produk; (4) Pengembangan produk; (5) Uji internal; (6) Uji eksternal;dan (7) Produksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa modul pembelajaran hasil pengembangan memiliki kualitas yang menarik, sangat mudah digunakan, serta sangat bermanfaat menurut pengguna, modul pembelajaran juga dinyatakan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran karena 82,76% siswa telah mencapai KKM.Kata kunci: modul pembelajaran, learning content development system (LCDS), penelitian pengembangan

Abstract

This development research aims to develop students' worksheets problem based on learning of spiritual and social attitude with authentic assessment which is attractive, easy, useful, and effective. The development consist of potential and problems, data collection, product design, validity design, revision design, product test, revision product, utility test, revision product, and production. The final product has been effectively used for effectiveness based on the test results of students on 88.9% of the value that has been set at 72. The attractiveness of the product was scored of 3.55, the quality was score of 3.56, and the quality of the usefulness was score of 3.70.Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan lembar kerja siswa problem based learning bermuatan sikap spiritual sosial dengan penilaian autentik yang menarik, mudah, bermanfaat dan efektif. Pengembangan tersebut terdiri dari potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian, revisi produk, dan produksi massal. Produk akhir sudah efektif digunakan karena berdasarkan hasil uji efektivitas 88,9% siswa telah tuntas dari nilai yang telah ditetapkan yaitu 72. Produk memiliki kualitas kemenarikan dengan skor 3,55, kualitas kemudahan dengan skor 3,56, dan kualitas kebermanfaatan dengan kategori skor 3,70.Kata kunci: lembar kerja siswa, penilaian autentik, problem based on learning, sikap spiritual sosial

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the realization level of the scientific approach implementation in science learning in the laboratory by using guided inquiry learning model; determine the suitability of the learning tools used by teachers, and describe the teacher's knowledge of the scientific approach. The research was conducted by observing the lessons, analyzing the learning tools such as lesson plans and student worksheets used by teachers and doing special tests to teachers. Based on the research, it obtained score of implementing the scientific approach in learning science laboratory using guided inquiry learning model was 2,40 with not good enough category, suitability of the learning tools used by teachers was 2,40 with not good enough category, and teacher knowledge was 2,03 with not good enough category.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterlaksanaan pengimplementasian scientific approach dalam pembelajaran sains di laboratorium menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing, mengetahui kesesuaian perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan, dan mendeskripsikan pengetahuan guru mengenai scientific approach. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengamati pembelajaran yang dilakukan, menganalisis perangkat pembelajaran berupa RPP dan LKS yang digunakan guru serta melakukan tes khusus terhadap guru. Berdasarkan penelitian, diperoleh skor keterlaksanaan pengimplementasian scientific approach dalam pembelajaran sains di laboratorium menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing adalah 2,40 dengan kategori kurang baik, kesesuaian perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan guru adalah 2,44 dengan kategori kurang baik, dan pengetahuan guru adalah 2,08 dengan kategori kurang baik.Kata kunci: laboratorium, model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing, pembelajaran sains, scientific approach.

Abstract

Metacognition skills that is belonged to some students at SMPN1 Purbolinggo is weak, so there are students having difficulty to understand the lesson. The objectives of this research to know; The influence metacognition skills toward physics communication skills student of SMP in cooperative learning model TSTS type; The influence metacognition skills toward critical thinking skill students of SMP in cooperative learning model TSTS type. The population of this research are all student at the second semester of VIII class at SMPN 1 Purbolinggo. The sample of this research is VIIID class, it consist of 30 students. Sample class is selected by cluster random sampling. Design of this research is one-shot case study. The result is show that; There is positive influence between metacognition skills toward physics communication skills student of SMP in cooperative learning model TSTS type; There is positive influence between metacognition skills toward critical thinking skill students of SMP in cooperative learning model TSTS type. Abstract

This research is aimed to identify the effectiveness of guided inquiry learning through the experimental methods are viewed from Skill Process of Science (SPS) and the results of students learning, and knowing SPS relations with the results learn. Design experiments on this research use form Quasi-Eksperimental Design with type Non Equivalent Control Group Design. Engineering analysis of data SPS used data score observation to the process of learning and the testing of hypotheses test used One Sample T Test, analysis of data learn to use score N-gain and the testing of hypotheses test used Independent Sample T Test, while the testing of hypotheses relations SPS and results learn to used test Bivariate Correlation Test. Based on the research results obtained an average of SPS is greater than the specified indicator. On the results of studying, obtaining a score of N-gain an average of student learning outcomes in class experiments (guided inquiry learning) higher than the class of the control (conventional learning). While the correlation between SPS with the results of the study were very strong. The above results indicate that guided inquiry learning through the experimental method is effective when reviewed out of SPS and the results of student learning. And there is a positive and significant relationship between SPS and student learning outcomes.Keywords : Guided inkuiry, experiments, SPS, the result of the study.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the differences of optics learning achievement using Phet Simulation and Optics KIT through guided inquiry and determine the better optics learning achievement between both of them. The design and the analysis technique of this study used The Randomized Pretest-Posttest Design Group Comparasion and the Independent Sample T-Test. The analyzed data was the average of N-gain. Average of optics student achievement using Phet Simulation was 8.07 and using Optics KIT was 6.90. The improvement of student achievement using Phet Simulation by 3.05 with the average of N-gain was 0.65, while students are using Optics KIT by 2.09 with the average of N-gain was 0.43. The results showed that the student achievement using Phet Simulation better than using Optics KIT.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar optika menggunakan Phet Simulation dan KIT Optika melalui inkuiri terbimbing serta mengetahui hasil belajar optika yang lebih baik antara keduanya. Desain eksperimen dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah The Randomized Pretest-Posttest Comparasion Goup Design dan Independent Sample T-Test. Data yang dianalisis adalah rata-rata N-gain. Abstract

The objectives of this research are to know: the positive influences the significances of metacognition toward the competence of the concepts of physics for senior high school by cooperative model with think pair share; are there positive influences and significances of metacognition skills toward critical thinking for senior high school students, by cooperative model with think pair share type. This research uses one-shot case study design. Those influences can be measured by holding final test or post test for the students after the learning process and metacognition skills, by cooperative learning model with think pair share type. The competence of physics concepts and critical thinking of metacognition skills of students were examined by regression test. Based on this research, can be concluded that: there are positive influences and significances of metacognition skills toward the competence of physics concepts through cooperative learning model with think pair share type; there are positive influences significances toward critical thinking of senior high school students by cooperative learning model with think pair share type. Abstract

The aims of this developmental research are 1) to create an assessment rubric of Science Process Skill 2) reveal the expediency and benefit of assessment rubric, which is developed as an assessment source. Development method consists of five steps: requirement analysis, development of beginning product, expert’s validation, product test, and final product. Research’s population was 25 students of second grade 4 in SMPN 1 Bandar Lampung. The result of reliable test showed that the product is proper to be used with the reliable coefficient 0.802. The test of product showed that product is useful, practical, and attractive. The measurement result of science process skill using an assessment rubric showed that students have good science process skill with percentage 56 %. 20 % of the students have very good category of science process skill, and 24 % of the students have enough category.Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah: (1) membuat rubrik penilaian keterampilan proses sains dan (2) mengungkapkan kelayakan dan kemanfaatan rubrik penilaian yang dikembangkan sebagai suatu sumber penilaian. Metode pengembangan meliputi lima tahapan pengembangan, yaitu; analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan produk awal, validasi ahli, uji coba produk, dan produk akhir. Populasi penelitian merupakan siswa kelas VIII 4 di SMPN 1 Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan produk layak digunakan dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,802. Hasil uji coba produk menunjukkan bahwa produk sangat bermanfaat, mudah digunakan dan menarik. Hasil pengukuran keterampilan proses sains dengan menggunakan rubrik penilaian menunjukkan keterampilan proses sains siswa yang baik dengan persentase 56.00% siswa mencapai kategori keterampilan proses sains sangat baik, 20.00% siswa berkategori baik, dan 24.00% siswa dengan kategori cukup.Kata kunci: keterampilan proses sains, pengembangan, rubrik penilaian

Abstract

Physics science teaching in school and or madrassas is still dominated by the teacher. Active teachers teach and learners in a passive learning, active teachers describe physics formulas with the help of media learning in school. This leads to low learning outcomes, as well as the attitudes of students in the learning shown cenderong monotonous. This study aimed to determine the effect of metacognition skills on student learning outcomes and determine the effect on student attitudes metacognition skills through discovery learning method. The research was conducted in the classroom XIIIE SMP 28 Bandar Lampung the 36 students in the second semester of academic year 2012/2013 with material pressure. Sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling, research design used was a one-shot case study.Pembelajaran IPA Fisika di sekolah dan atau madrasah saat ini masih didominasi oleh kegiatan guru. Guru aktif mengajar dan peserta didik pasif dalam belajar, guru aktif menjabarkan rumus-rumus fisika dengan bantuan media pembelajaran yang ada di sekolah. Hal ini berdampak pada hasil belajar yang rendah, serta sikap yang ditunjukkan siswa dalam pembelajaran cenderong monoton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan metakognisi terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan metakognisi terhadap sikap siswa melalui metode pembelajaran discovery. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas XIIIE SMP Negeri 28 Bandar lampung yang berjumlah 36 siswa pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 dengan materi tekanan. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to make an assesment instrument of spiritual (divinity) and social attitudes (environmental devotion) in integrative science learning for junior high school students about learning topic the changing of our surroundings. Development method was adapted from the development method by Sugiyono (2013) which contains of seven stages of development. Validation design which contains construction, substantion, and language was tested to two expert and showed that the instrument had high validity with 3,56 validity score. After the validity test, then the instrument was tested its reability which was done to students of VII 1 at SMP Global Madani Bandar Lampung in academic year 2013/2014 which consists of 19 students. The result of the reliability test showed that the instrument had high realibility with 0,878 alpha cronbach’s score. The result of research showed that the instrument was valid and reliable to measure of divinity and environmental devotion attitudes.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan instrumen penilaian sikap spiritual (nilai ketuhanan) dan sosial (nilai kecintaan terhadap lingkungan) pada pembelajaran IPA terpadu untuk SMP pada tema pembelajaran perubahan di sekitar kita. Metode pengembangan diadaptasi dari metode pengembangan menurut Sugiyono (2013) yang meliputi tujuh tahapan pengembangan. Validasi desain yang meliputi aspek konstruksi, substansi, dan bahasa diujikan kepada dua orang ahli dan diperoleh skor validitas sebesar 3,56 dengan kategori validitas sangat tinggi. Setelah uji validasi, kemudian dilakukan uji reliabilitas yang dilakukan pada siswa kelas VII 1 SMP Global Madani Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 19 siswa. Hasil uji reliabilitas diperoleh alpha cronbach’s sebesar 0,878 dengan kategori reliabilitas sangat tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen valid dan reliabel untuk mengukur nilai ketuhanan dan nilai kecintaan terhadap lingkungan dan layak untuk digunakan.Kata kunci: instrumen penilaian sikap, nilai ketuhanan dan kecintaan terhadap lingkungan, pengembangan
