Abstract

The information system is crucial for business processes in all fields, including education. A library at SMK Negeri 1 Jawai, Sambas Regency, currently manages its data, borrowing, and book return processes manually, using physical records and writing tools. With such management, the library faces various challenges. Common issues include students having difficulty tracking borrowed books, problems with lost returns, and discrepancies in the number of loans and returns. Therefore, this research aims to improve business processes at SMK Negeri 1 Jawai's library by developing a web-based information system tailored to its needs. Rapid Application Development was chosen as the development method for this library information system due to its ability to quickly produce a high-quality system. The method involves stages such as requirement planning, system design, and implementation. RAD is capable of creating a website that provides objective information. The resulting Information System from this research was tested using Blackbox Testing, which confirmed that all features and processing flows functioned correctly.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), terutama Internet of Things (IoT), telah memberikan dampak signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dunia bisnis. Kemajuan ini mendorong kreativitas manusia untuk memaksimalkan kinerja teknologi yang ada. Salah satu aplikasi inovatif adalah sistem absensi berbasis IoT, yang memungkinkan perangkat elektronik berkomunikasi dan bertukar data melalui internet. Absensi adalah aktivitas pelaporan dan pendataan kehadiran dalam suatu institusi. Di perguruan tinggi, sistem absensi tradisional biasanya manual, di mana mahasiswa mengisi formulir absensi dengan tanda tangan. Penggunaan teknologi IoT dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi proses ini. Di perusahaan percetakan Cubicart, absensi karyawan tidak diatur oleh sistem dan hanya mengandalkan kepercayaan atasan, yang sering disalahgunakan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dikembangkan sistem absensi otomatis menggunakan teknologi RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). RFID memungkinkan pengiriman data identitas objek secara nirkabel menggunakan gelombang radio, bagian dari teknologi Automatic Identification (AutoID). Sistem ini terdiri dari microcontroller, modul RFID, modul ESP8266, dan komputer server. Microcontroller mengolah data dari modul RFID melalui komunikasi Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP). Pada Metode Penelitian sendiri penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif di manah penulis melakukan observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan narasumber terkait untuk keperluan pengumpulan data.

Abstract

Tobacco is one of the cash crops that can be used as raw material in smoking activities and has many risks. In Indonesia, it is one of the largest tobacco producers and consumers in the world. In that case, the government made a statement as a support for the fulfillment of tobacco needs, with the aim that there is no excessive amount of inventory or shortage, so as not to harm a company. In this study, quantitative descriptive methods were used, in the calculation using forecasting with an EOQ approach and the help of an R Studio application / software. The result obtained is the maximum supply that can be managed with the lowest maximum supply is 4,188,968,000 / kg, while for the maximum supply the largest is 13,508,795,487 / kg. then the total cost of supplies is IDR 3,665,652,167,548.

Abstract

Pentingnya game saat ini menjadi sarana yang digunakan untuk memberikan hiburan serta pembelajaran kepada masyarakat umum secara cepat. Melalui game, hiburan yang akan disampaikan akan lebih efektif dan lebih cepat.Dalam pembuatan game ini penulis menggunakan game engine unity3D, dengan menerapkan Finite State Machine yaitu sebuah metode dengan menggunakan sebua kondisi pada suatu objeck tertentu. Finite State Machine digunakan pada karakter musuh yang digerakan oleh kecerdasan buatan untuk mendukung game tersebut. Finite State Machine dapat digunakan untuk menentukan gerakan dan aksi dari musuh tanpa melibatkan pengguna game. Salah satu gerakan dan aksinya adalah patrol dan attack.Target yang dicapai adalah dapat dimainkan oleh anak-anak usia dini bahkan hingga orang dewasa. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari pembuatan game ini yaitu dapat memberikan hiburan dan pendidikan pada game strategi. Pengujian metode dan control player mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai dan berjalan 100% seperti yang harapkan.

Abstract

The study of environmental crime is an effort to create a clean and healthy environment. The integration of environmental crime with household waste management shows that law enforcement and sustainable development have an impact on the balance of the ability to advance life by maintaining the rights and obligations between humans and nature. The application of criminal sanctions aims to provide a deterrent effect and encourage the community to be more responsible in waste management. Increasing public awareness of the importance of good waste management, as well as strengthening adequate infrastructure, facilities and laws, are steps that need to be taken to create a cleaner and healthier environment. The results of the study are the answer to the problem of household waste management policy which shows the existence of criminal space so that attention is needed so that the legal system that has been created can run effectively and correctly by prioritizing the principles of justice and equality of law without disturbing the existing environmental ecosystem. The method used is the normative juridical method, namely research that uses laws and regulations as the basis for solving the problems presented. The data collection method used in this study is library research. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is qualitative, namely by describing data in a quality manner in the form of sentences that are orderly, coherent, logical, non-overlapping and effective so that it is easy to interpret and analyze the data.

Abstract

Real Work Lectures (KKN) are community empowerment activities by students as an embodiment of the tridharma activities of higher education. KKN activities aim to enable students to implement science and technology as well as skills in society so that they can become agents of change and sustainable development. The participation of KKN students in community activities plays an important role in the success of work program activities while at the KKN location. This participation can be demonstrated by involving oneself directly in several activities such as fogging activities, activities to sort waste that can be recycled, socialization of diligent savings and creativity for PAUD and Kindergarten children, and tilapia fish hatchery activities. Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya with its vision, namely "The realization of Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya as a superior university at the national and international level with a national perspective and security-based in order to produce human resources who are able tocompete and behave well". Producing human resources who behave well is interpreted as successfully serving society by carrying out real work studies. This is proven by the participation of Bhayangkara University students in Greater Jakarta in variouscommunity activities carried out.

Abstract

Kepemilikan hak atas tanah merupakan salah satu elemen kunci dalam sistem hukum agraria yang mengatur hubungan antara individu, masyarakat, dan negara dengan tanah. Hak-hak atas tanah mencakup hak milik, hak guna usaha, hak guna bangunan, hak pakai, serta hak-hak lainnya sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria (UUPA). Penguasaan ini melibatkan tidak hanya kendali fisik atas tanah, tetapi juga penguasaan hukum yang memberikan hak kepada pemiliknya untuk menggunakan, mengelola, dan memanfaatkan tanah sesuai ketentuan undang-undang. Artikel ini mengulas dasar-dasar konsep penguasaan hak atas tanah, berbagai jenis hak yang ada, mekanisme untuk memperoleh, memindahkan, dan menghapus hak, serta tantangan hukum yang muncul, seperti konflik agraria, tumpang tindih kepemilikan, dan kebijakan redistribusi tanah. Dengan pemahaman yang baik mengenai penguasaan hak atas tanah, diharapkan tercipta keseimbangan antara kepentingan individu, masyarakat, dan negara dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya tanah secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Salah satu tantangan utama dalam pengembangan lingkungan virtual berskala besar seperti Metaverse adalah kinerja sistem yang terbebani oleh scene yang kompleks dan luas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatasi masalah kinerja di lingkungan virtual yang besar dan kompleks dengan menggunakan sistem portal yang memungkinkan pengguna berpindah antar ruang secara cepat tanpa me-render seluruh scene sekaligus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design Thinking serta memanfaatkan teknologi Extended Reality (XR) dan 3D modeling untuk mengembangkan ruang virtual yang menyerupai kampus nyata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan portal mampu mengurangi ukuran scene dan meningkatkan efisiensi sistem secara signifikan, tanpa mengorbankan kualitas pengalaman pengguna. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa integrasi sistem portal dalam Metaverse mampu meningkatkan performa dan kenyamanan navigasi, serta membuka peluang untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam menciptakan lingkungan virtual yang lebih kompleks dan interaktif, yang dapat diterapkan di berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan, pariwisata dan industri.

Abstract

International trade allows the exchange of goods and services between countries, which optimizes profits and expands markets, and also plays an important role in driving global economic growth. However, international trade raises various new problems due to differences in legal systems between countries, such as Continental European law in Indonesia and Anglo-Saxon law in Singapore and various other legal systems adopted by countries in the world. This is to ensure smooth cross-border transactions, a deep understanding of commercial law is needed because these differences can also affect the formation and completion of contracts. The purpose of this study is to review commercial law as a whole, including definitions, sources, scope, and problems that often arise in practice, as well as solutions to these problems. This study uses a normative legal method with secondary data and the data is analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The hope of this study is to improve our understanding of how commercial law is applied in international trade, and also how the law functions to ensure legal security and this also protects the rights of the parties involved. The results show that commercial law functions as a foundation that regulates the relationship between parties involved in economic activities, namely companies, consumers, and also the government. This trade law ensures that transactions are carried out fairly and in accordance with applicable provisions, protects the rights of the parties involved, and this fosters trust in the trade system itself.

Abstract

Technology allows company structures to become more effective and efficient for payroll system applications, as almost all parts of the company have adopted this technology. One such company, PT. Langgeng Engineering Tehnik Indonesia, which produces and sells spare parts, has an HR department responsible for managing extensive employee data, including payroll data. The process is currently done manually with the help of Microsoft Excel, requiring a high level of accuracy and being very prone to errors. The most significant issue is certainly payroll management, as it relates to the company's finances and employee welfare. To reduce the risk of errors in managing this data, particularly payroll, this research aims to contribute by creating a payroll application designed to facilitate management in processing and disbursing salaries to every employee working in the company, while also minimizing the risk of errors in management. The application is built using the Extreme Programming method, which offers advantages in terms of rapid development, efficiency, adaptability, and flexibility. This application is developed as a desktop-based solution using Java programming language, as its users are limited and it is intended for internal company use. The application is tested using Black Box testing, a technique that evaluates the functionality without considering the internal structure of components or systems. The testing is conducted with eight scenarios, and all tests yield valid results.
