Abstract

The earthquake damage brings significant effects. The resilience of buildings against the earthquake and the destruction’s location is not an efficient outcome from previous research. This study applied the Modified K-Nearest Neighbor (MK-NN) in predicting the concrete structures’ performance despite the earthquakes. The 2-story building prediction covered earthquake history, time, concrete quality, displacement, velocity, and acceleration. The analysis of MK-NN provided the values of Euclidean, distance calculation, validity, and weight voting towards the classification of damages as “Safe” or “Immediate Occupancy” (IO).  The K values exploited were 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11, and simulation data training at 10:90, 20:80, 30:70. This study revealed the highest degree of accuracy at 98.85% with K=1 and a ratio of 30:70. Simultaneously, the lowest error rate was 1.15% at a similar K value and ratio. Herein, MK-NN significantly exceeds the accuracy and error rate of KNN up to 1.02% and 0.69%, respectively. To date, the automatic calculation prototyping software was then successfully developed. Ensuring the application’s accuracy, the Confusion Matrix, the Black box, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) have been performed. In a nutshell, this study provides a significant contribution to planning and information analysis of earthquake-resistant construction.

Abstract

Utilization fiber optics macro-bending will be useful for non-destructive applications, such as a mass measurement device. This research, therefore, analyzes the fiber optic power loss due to macro bending by mass loading and explores its possible application as an instrument of mass scale. A single-mode fiber (SMF) with a core diameter of 8.2μm and laser with a wavelength of 1310 nm and 1550 nm are used in this  work. Moreover, an optical power meter with a sensitivity of 0.01dBm is applied as the detector while power loss is determined using nine bending cylinders that can produce eighteen bends with a roundtrip system. It is  obtaineda correlation coefficient R2of 0.9910 and 0.9959 corresponding to a sigmoid of 4 parameters for two-wavelength sources of 1310nm and 1550nm, respectively. The results showed mass suppression can produce a power loss with a relatively small error of 19.60%, 11.23%, 0.20%, 3.74%, and 9.36% for mass 300g, 600g, 100 g, 1400g, and 1800g, respectively

Abstract

The development of Sharia Financial Technology (Fintech) after Covid-19 has experienced significant fluctuations in affecting the country’s economy. The importance of the role of Financial Transactions in the digitalization readiness of SMEs makes a considerable contribution to the use of Financial Technology as an effort to maintain the sustainability of SMEs. Identification of the involvement of the quadruple Helix (government, investors, academics, and communities) in maintaining the financial stability of SMEs through Sharia Fintech emerged as new challenges and opportunities in improving the economy after Covid 19 in Indonesia. Therefore, a systematic literature review investigation regarding how to utilize Sharia fintech products that are adjusted to the degree of digitization is required to help SMEs’ sustainability as well as explore the role of the quadruple Helix in pursuing this success. We identified 110 papers published on Sharia Fintech for SMEs, SMEs Digitalization Readiness, and The Role of Quadruple Helix between 2003-2021 with 87 specifications from Scopus journals and 23 from proceedings conferences. The analysis was performed using Atlas.ti 9 Software Packages on the above topic by limiting the discussion to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The literature review found a lack of study about the evaluation of Quadruple Helix Engagement for Sharia Fintech Based SMEs Digitalization Readiness. Thus, it needs an enhancement of a new model of Sharia fintech quadruple helix recommendation focuses on the SMEs digital readiness assessment as an attempt to increase the utilization of proper Sharia fintech products for SMEs.

Abstract

Kuat medan tensor yang ditransformasikan secara homogen terhadap perluasan transformasi gauge memenuhi bentuk sifat invarian gauge. Analisa invarian gauge dalam bantuk integeralnya memperlihatkan hubungan dengan koordinat ruang-waktu yang menunjukan bentuk baru dari topologi Lagrangian. Sifat invarian dari bentuk Pontryagin-Chern terhadap kuat medan tensor non-Abelian dan lemma Poincare dapat digunakan untuk mengkontruksi bentuk ChSAS yang menunjukan sifat quasi-invarian dibawah transformasi gauge. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa kuat medan tensor Yang-Mills dari bentuk ChSAS memilik variasi gauge anomali non-Abelian seperti pada bentuk Chern-Simons. Integrasi bentuk ChSAS menghasilkan dimensi-4, 6 dan 8 variasi gauge genap dan memperlihatkan hubungan dengan bentuk Chern-Simons dimensi-3 dan 5 untuk variasi gauge ganjil. Bentuk ChSAS memperlihatkan variabel lebih kompleks yang menujukan sifat berosilasi. Tensors field strength transformation homogeneously to extend gauge transformation fulfilling charateristic gauge invariant form. Analysis gauge invariant in integral form shows corresponding with space-time coordinate that prove new topology Lagrangians form. Furthermore invariant charateristic of Pontryagin-Chern to non-Abelian tensor gauge fields and lemma Poincare used to contruct ChSAS forms which shows quasi-inavriant under gauge transformation. This paper aims to prove Yang-Mills tensor gauge field of ChSAS forms has variation non-Abelian anomaly like Chern-Simons forms. The integration ChSAS forms resulted 4, 6 and 8-dimensional even gauge variation which also correspond 3 and 5-dimensional odd gauge variation Chern-Simons forms. Abstract

Pada artikel ini akan ditunjukan analisa dari perluasan gauge invariant exact dan metric independent untuk menkontruksi lower-rank field-strength tensor. Hasil ini akan digunakan untuk mengkontruski ulang Chern-Simons-Antoniadis-Savvidy formasi (2n+1) pada dimensi genap dengan menggunakan pendekatan diferensial geometri. Selanjutnya akan dianalisa bentuk topological gravitasi 2-dimensi yang merupakan perluasan dari teorema Chern-Weil yang telah dikembangkan oleh Izurieta-Munoz-Salgado. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa aksi Lagrangian yang sama seperti pada topological gravitasi Chern-Simons forms pada dimensi (2n+1) invariant terhadap Poincare group SO(D−1,1)  SO(D−1,2). This article determine and analyess of the extended gauge invariant exact and metric independent to construct the lower-rank field-strength tensor. These results used to construct Chern-Simons-Antoniadis-Savvidy (2n+1)-forms even dimensions using a differential geometry approach. This result analyzed 2-dimensional topological gravity forms that extended Chern-Weil theorem which has been developed by Izurieta-Munoz-Salgado. Abstract

Piranti-piranti elektronik maupun optoelektronik yang efisien dan responsif saat ini tengah masif dikembangkan dalam beragam bentuk dan jenis. Meta-material merupakan rancangan optoelektronik yang unik dengan sifat elektromagnetik yang tidak ditemukan secara alami, salah satunya adalah peristiwa indeks bias negatif. Eksplorasi terhadap banyak ragam struktur metamaterial sangat penting dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik tiap struktur. Salah satu struktur metamaterial yang menarik dikaji adalah bentuk heksagonal. Penelitian ini menginvestigasi karakteristik frekuensi resonan dan distribusi medan elektromagnetik metamaterial split ring resonator heksagonal (SRR-H) yang dikombinasikan dengan stripe line (SL) berupa logam tembaga. Lebih lanjut, jumlah SL divariasikan dari 0 - 5 unit dan disimulasikan dalam medium udara dalam rentang frekuensi 1 – 7,5 GHz. Hasil simulasi menunjukan adanya pergeseran frekuensi resonan untuk tiap penambahan SL dalam rentang frekuensi 4,31 – 5,82 GHz. Sebaran medan listrik cenderung terpusat pada cincin resonator sedangkan medan magnet cenderung terdistribusi pada SL. Desain metamaterial SRR-H dengan 3 SL memberikan respon disipasi energi yang terkecil dengan medan E maksimum 2,59 kV×m-1 dan medan H maksimum 8,69 A×m-1. Desain SRR-H ini cukup potensial untuk diaplikasikan sebagai antena gelombang elektomagnetik yang efisien dan juga sebagai biosensor. Efficient and responsive electronic and optoelectronic devices are currently being massively developed in various forms and types. Metamaterial is a unique optoelectronic design with electromagnetic properties that are not found naturally, one of its properties is a negative refractive index. Exploration of different types of metamaterial structures is very important to identify the characteristics of each structure. One of the interesting metamaterial structures is a hexagonal shape. This research investigates the resonant frequency characteristics and electromagnetic field distribution of split-ring resonator (SRR-H) hexagonal-shaped metamaterial which is combined with the copper stripe line (SL). Furthermore, the number of SL is varied from 0 to 5 units and simulated in the air medium in frequency range of 1 - 7.5 GHz. The simulation results show a resonant frequency shift occurred for each SL combination in the 4.31 - 5.82 GHz frequency range. The distribution of the electric field tends to be concentrated on the resonator while the magnetic field tends to be distributed on the SL. The SRR-H metamaterial with 3 SL provides the smallest energy dissipation response with a maximum E field of 2.59 kV×m-1 and a maximum H field of 8.69 A×m-1. The SRR-H design is potential enough to be applied as an efficient electromagnetic wave antenna and also as a biosensor.Keywords: Metamaterials, SRR-H, strip line, resonant frequency, electromagnetic field

Abstract

Maturity progress of palm fruit is greatly depending on the availability of nutrients and environments. Determining maturity level of palm fruit is important to evaluate the quality of palm oil fruits. The younger or too mature fruits will produce poor quality of crude palm oil (CPO). An appropriate devices are needed that can measure the level of fruit maturity so that uniformity of maturity grade can be carried out to obtain high quality CPO. This research provides a preliminary study of voltage change on the surface of oil palm seeds which subjected by electric potential. The low directional voltage (DC) injection treatment, ~ 10V, was applied to investigate the impact of applied voltage on palm oil seeds with three different levels of maturity, i.e. immature (young), ripe and over ripe . The results shown that oil palm fruit quite quickly responds to injection of DC applied voltage with different responding voltage. This responding voltage tends to increase with increasing maturity levels, but decreases for over ripe fruit which has falling down and starting to dry out.

Abstract

Fiber coupler are passive devices in which there is no control over phenomena, with a wide range ofparametric changes occurring during fusion due to the fact that the coupled fiber are affected byheating. A simulation of power propagation is developed to describe the effect of power flow tocoupled fibers which continuously propagates from one fiber into the second fiber. In order toexplain these phenomena, characteristics of power speed and power acceleration are examined. Inthis research, power splitting into the second fiber junction that moving along fabrication will bedeveloped by deriving the coupling power depending on times. The model is examined using singlemode fiber with linearly change of refractive index. This simulation results shown the power speedand acceleration are accumulated by time evolution.

Abstract

Metamaterial (MTM) anomaly dispersion characteristics have a great interest to be analyzed in the potential for increasing antenna performance. Dispersion material with a simple structure is able to cover the weaknesses of the antenna parameters. Characterization and optimization need to be applied to the MTM antenna design to obtain more effective antenna performance. Antenna operation is performed at 0-9 GHz microwave frequency with four SRR-H MTM structures varying in three radii of 2.5 mm, 2.7 mm, and 2.9 mm. The highest MTM characteristics occurred at four SRR-H radii of 2.9 mm with a refractive index of -8.5 which resulted in antenna parameters RL -48.8 dB, 5.98 dBi, and working frequency of 1.09-9.00 GHz. Antenna radiation occurs precisely in all MTM structures with an isotropic pattern or in all directions of 4.63 dBi at a frequency of 5.976 GHz.

Abstract

Peregangan karena getaran dan frekuensi alami Jembatan Siak I diinvestigasi dalam penelitian ini. Regangan dihitung dari laser yang diukur dengan powermeter. Frekuensi alami dihitung secara kalkulasi manual dengan analisa single-girder. Penelitian dilakukan di lima titik pada Jembatan Siak I. Kelima titik pengukuran adalah 10 m, 87,5 m, 175 m, 265 m, dan 287,5 m dari ujung jembatan di Kecamatan Senapelan. Kendaraan yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan getaran adalah Xenia dan pengukuran dilakukan pada dini hari. Peralatan yang digunakan adalah Laser dioda, Fiber Bragg Grating (λB = 1550 nm) dan powermeter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelima titik pengukuran hampir mengalami regangan dibawah 20 με.
