Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan aplikasi CAD kepada pelajar teknik Otomotif di SMKN-2 Kapuas Murung. Metode dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah: Memberikan informasi umum mengenai dasar-dasar penggunaan AutoCad sebelum praktek langsung di komputer. Metode Demonstrasi dan Praktek secara langsung: Pemateri mendemonstrasikan perancangan dan pembuatan desain grafis menggunakan AutoCad, kemudian peserta berlatih membuat desain 2D dan 3D dengan fasilitas komputer dan bimbingan dari pemateri dan metode Bimbingan: Tim dari Program Studi Teknik Mesin memberikan pelayanan bimbingan kepada peserta selama pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini bahwa pelatihan AutoCAD berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Peserta pelatihan dibekali dengan materi dasar AutoCAD, termasuk pengenalan fungsi-fungsi dan tombol-tombol keyboard, sistem koordinat, dan toolbar AutoCAD. Melalui tahapan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, praktek langsung, dan bimbingan, peserta dapat memahami dan mempraktikkan penggunaan AutoCAD untuk merancang komponen kendaraan secara efektif.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan kopi mangrove oleh kelompok KKN STAIN Bengkalis adalah untuk meningkat pengetahuan masyarkat  dalam  pembuatan kopi mangrove sebagai upaya memanfaatkan potensi lokal yang dimiliki oleh Desa Putri Puyu. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan ini berupa metode ceramah, metode tanya jawab dan dan metode praktek. Adapun hasil kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan kopi mangrove ini, yaitu masyarakat Desa Putri Puyu memahami bagaimana cara mengolah buah mangrove atau bakau untuk dijadikan kopi, serta masyarakat menyadari potensi pohon mangrove atau bakau dapat diolah menjadi suatu produk yang bernilai ekonomi. Kesimpulannya, hasil pelatihan pembuatan kopi mangrove ini yaitu masyarakat Desa Putri Puyu  mendapat pegetahuan tentang cara mengolah biji bakau untuk dijadikan bubuk kopi yang siap untuk dikonsumsi.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan potensi energi terbarukan melalui pelatihan dan perawatan modul surya bagi masyarakat Desa Kali Besar, Kecamatan Kurau, Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam hal pemanfaatan dan perawatan modul surya sebagai sumber energi terbarukan. Metode pelaksanaan yang diberikan adalah memberikan pelatihan dan perawatan modul surya yang sesuai dan baik bagi Masyarakat desa Kali Besar. Prioritas solusi dalam pelatihan ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat tentang potensi energi terbarukan, serta memberikan keterampilan bagi masyarakat dalam perawatan modul surya. Khalayak sasaran dari pelatihan ini adalah masyarakat Desa Kali Besar, Kecamatan Kurau, Kabupaten Tanah Laut yang membutuhkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang pemanfaatan dan perawatan modul surya.Melalui pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu memaksimalkan potensi energi terbarukan di Desa Kali Besar, Kecamatan Kurau, Kabupaten Tanah Laut dan membantu memenuhi kebutuhan energi bagi masyarakat setempat. Sambutan Mitra dan masyarakat cukup baik sangat membantu kelancaran pelaksanaan pengabdian. Masyarakat  yang mengikuti pelatihan sangat antusias, yang digambarkan dengan pemahaman mereka yang tadinya hanya sekitar 30% menjadi 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to design a wind tunnel. The designed wind tunnel is an open-circuit wind tunnel with a Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) system. The wind tunnel has dimensions of 8 meters in length, 1.75 meters in width, and 1.75 meters in height, with a maximum speed of 30 m/s. The design results show that the head loss in the test section is 1.28 meters, the head loss in the contraction chamber is 0.52 meters, and the head loss in the diffuser is 0.49 meters. Therefore, the total head loss is 2.29 meters, requiring a blower power of 11.94 Hp

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between physical activity and mental well-being among students of the Sports Science Department at Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang (UNSIKA). The research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design, involving 100 respondents selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) to measure physical activity levels and the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale (WEMWBS) to assess mental well-being. The findings revealed a significant positive correlation (r = 0.62, p < 0.01) between physical activity and mental well-being. Students with higher physical activity levels demonstrated better mental well-being, characterized by optimism, energy, and the ability to manage stress. Conversely, those with lower physical activity levels reported reduced mental well-being, including symptoms of anxiety and depression. Furthermore, the study highlighted the negative impact of prolonged sitting (over 5 hours daily) on mental well-being, emphasizing the importance of integrating physical activity into daily routines. The study concludes that physical activity plays a vital role in enhancing mental well-being among university students. It recommends increased participation in moderate to vigorous physical activities and reduced sedentary behaviour to improve overall quality of life. Future research should explore additional variables influencing mental well-being to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the topic.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate and analyze the application of the Eco-Green concept in sports facilities buildings in Garut Regency. Eco-Green is a design and construction approach that aims to reduce the environmental impact of buildings, by paying attention to energy efficiency, the use of environmentally friendly materials and waste management. Garut Regency as a research location was chosen because of the need to develop sustainable infrastructure. This research method includes field surveys, documentation analysis, and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The data obtained was used to evaluate the implementation of the Eco-Green concept in sports facilities buildings in Garut Regency. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a comprehensive view of the successes and challenges in implementing Eco-Green principles in the context of sports infrastructure development in this region. This research contributes to the practical understanding of the implementation of Eco-Green in sports facilities and identifies critical factors that influence the successful implementation of this concept. The implications of the results of this research can be a basis for decision makers in the field of infrastructure planning and development, especially in the context of sustainable development. Apart from that, this research can also be a reference for further research on the development of the Eco-Green concept in the building and infrastructure construction sector in other areas.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of a performance-based reward system through a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving 15 informants from the service industry in Indonesia. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. Findings show 60% of organizations are adopting a hybrid approach that integrates financial and non-financial elements, while 25% are still maintaining traditional systems. System transparency (92%) was identified as a critical success factor, followed by management support (87%) and cultural fit (83%). Top challenges include technology integration (65%) and resistance to change (58%). This research highlights the importance of adapting reward systems in line with employee needs and the organizational cultural context. The practical implications of these findings suggest the need for integration of reward systems with organizational strategic goals and a gradual approach in system transformation to achieve optimal results in increasing employee motivation and job satisfaction.

Abstract

One of the largest cocoa producing areas in Southeast Sulawesi is Kolaka Regency, which makes cocoa one of the leading commodities cultivated by farmers. Problems with the cocoa commodity in Kolaka Regency include plant productivity which is still low which results in the selling value of cocoa decreasing. Farmers' income in farming is closely related to welfare. Apart from the farming system, marketing is also an important thing that needs to be considered in increasing farmers' income. The urgency of this research can be used as a consideration for the government in making policies related to the development of the cocoa commodity in Kolaka Regency so that it can develop the agricultural sector, especially improving the welfare of cocoa farmers. This research is a form of effort to strengthen sustainable agriculture in Kolaka Regency. The research method used was a survey method of drawing farmers as samples which was carried out proportionally by random sampling of nine respondents and there were two cocoa trader respondents. The analysis in this research includes farmer share analysis, marketing channel analysis, sales margin analysis of product forms. The results of the research show that there are three channels for marketing cocoa plants in Kolaka Regency, namely the first channel from farmers then to local traders then to companies, the second channel from farmers then to local traders, to foreign traders and then sold to companies, while the second channel is from the third marketing is from farmers directly selling to companies. With the results of farmer share in the three marketing channels in Kolaka Regency, it is already efficient. And channel III is the most efficient marketing channel because there is no long marketing channel chain.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara (BMN) di Politeknik Negeri Indramayu menghadapi berbagai kendala terutama dalam pelacakan aset secara real-time dan pengelolaan yang efisien. Kurangnya sistem pengumpulan data yang terintegrasi meningkatkan risiko hilangnya aset dan mengurangi transparansi dan akurasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem Inventaris BMN yang mengintegrasikan pelacakan real-time, saran produk, dan distribusi. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan menggunakan metode agile dan mencakup analisis kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan sistem, dan pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem yang dirancang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan BMN, mengurangi risiko kehilangan, dan mendukung transparansi dalam proses inventarisasi. Kata kunci: Agile, Sistem Inventarisasi, Barang Milik Negara. Abstract Management of State Assets (BMN) at Indramayu State Polytechnic faces various obstacles, especially in real-time asset tracking and efficient management. The lack of an integrated data collection system increases and accuracy. This study aims to design a BMN inventory system that integrates real-time tracking, product suggestions, and distribution. The research methodology uses a software development approach using the agile method and includes user needs analysis, system design, and testing. The results of the study show that the designed system can improve the efficiency of BMN management, reduce the risk of loss, and support transparency in the inventory process. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies applied by Chocolajit in developing its product that combines the distinctive taste of Wajit Cililin with chocolate. The study focuses on the aspects of product, price, promotion, and distribution channels. The approach used in this research is qualitative with Analytical Descriptive research method. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, questionnaires, and document analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of Chocolajit's marketing strategies. The results show that Chocolajit's marketing strategy as an innovation in developing the signature food of Wajit Cililin in Kabupaten Bandung Barat is a deliberate and focused step. The product strategy, covering aspects of innovation, production processes, and product quality, demonstrates Chocolajit's commitment to providing unique and high-quality culinary experiences to consumers. Diverse pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies also play a crucial role in expanding market share and building customer loyalty. Thus, Chocolajit's overall marketing strategy aims not only to achieve business success but also to promote the sustainability of local culture and provide added value to the community. However, there is still potential to enhance collaboration with local traders and pricing flexibility to increase accessibility to Chocolajit products in the market. This research is expected to provide valuable insights for Chocolajit and other food industry players in developing more effective and sustainable marketing strategies.
