Abstract

Tingginya tenaga kerja yang tidak terserap lapangan pekerjaan mengakibatkan banyaknya pengangguran. Masalah pengangguran tidak dapat tertangani dengan efektif, maka mengakibatkan kesenjangan ekonomi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kecemburuan sosial. Oleh karena itu perlu ditingkatkan langkah pengembangan tenaga kerja yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembangunan, antara lain melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja. Dengan adanya pelatihan desain grafis, peserta pelatihan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi, sikap dan keterampilan guna mendapat kesempatan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data analisis menggunakan Teknik kondensasi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Teknik tersebut digunakan untuk mencari data dalam proses pelatihan desain grafis di UPT Pelatihan Kerja Surabaya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menjelaskan proses upaya meningkatkan kesempatan kerja melalui pelatihan desain grafis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelatian desain grafis sudah berjalan dengan baik yang didukung oleh upaya maksimalnya tiap tahap dari pelatihan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Selain itu aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pelatihan desain grafis juga untuk memperoleh kesempatan kerja yaitu informasi kerja, kondisi pelatihan dan kondisi lulusan pelatihan desain grafis. Dalam ketiga tahap itu terdapat peran instruktur, peserta, sarana prasarana, metode pembelajaran dan tujuan yang tepat sasaran. Keberhasilan tersebut terbukti dengan mayoritas lulusan pelatihan desain grafis mendapatkan kesempatan kerja.

Abstract

The main problem of this research is how the role of various souvenir course institutions in improving the economy of learning citizens in PKBM Insan Mulia, Jombang Regency. How all data is presented is original based on what is obtained from this research in the field. This study focuses on knowing the implementation of the course and the impact of following various souvenir courses in improving the economy of learning citizens.The main objective of this research is to be able to know how the role of various souvenir course institutions and how the role of course institutions in improving the economy of learning citizens when attending various souvenir courses. This research uses a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques used were participant observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of the study indicate that the role of various souvenir course institutions in improving the economy of learning citizens is very influential for the sustainability of the course. PKBM Insan Mulia is able to become an independent non-formal educational institution and has a good management, where various souvenir courses can be attended by people who intend to take courses to gain knowledge, skills and capital to open business opportunities that can ultimately improve their economy.

Abstract

Sebagai bentuk usaha dan upaya untuk menciptakan semangat maupun motivasi belajar dari peserta didik, diperlukan adanya suatu inovasi dalam pembelajaran agar peserta didik nantinya dapat mempunyai motivasi belajar yang maksimal. Oleh karenanya, dengan pemanfaatan ilmu pengetahuan serta teknologi yang terus tumbuh dan berkembang. Inovasi tersebut adalah digunakannya metode pembelajaran berbasis online atau daring. Adanya penelitian ini adalah sebagai tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pembelajaran daring dengan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada program pendidikan kesetaraan Paket B di UPT SKB Cerme Gresik. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel pada penelitian sebanyak 30 peserta didik dari paket B UPT SKB Cerme Gresik. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Sedangkan uji validitas dipilih dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment, hal ini disebabkan penelitian hanya untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara pembelajaran daring dengan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil uji penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara pembelajaran daring dengan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada program pendidikan kesetaraan paket B di UPT SKB Cerme Gresik. Bersumber pada nilai r hitung menampilkan angka sebesar 0,569 lebih besar dibanding nilai dari r tabel yang sebesar 0,361. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan kedua variabel tersebut mempunyai hubungan ataupun korelasi yang berkategorikan sedang.

Abstract

This study examinedcommunity needs for community empowerment oriented to regional potential. The empowerment was conducted by Giri Mulya Study Group Community using the community-based community resource management process. This community is a form of a development strategy and community empowerment that contributes to controlling and managing productive resources. This research employed thequalitative research method, while the approach used in this research was the case study approach. The research informants were selected using the snowball sampling technique, and data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews. Giri Mulya Study Group Community development had a positive impact on community empowerment in Munggugebang village. Cooperation that existedamongelements of society can be a significant impetus to carry out an empowerment process. Sustainability of education in the Giri Mulya Study Group Community is the most basic effort in empowering an area, in this case, rural areas.

Abstract

Kehidupan di era modern saat ini, anak-anak sebagian besar bertempat tinggal kota besar telah dipengaruhi gadget yang membuat lebih sedikit ruang untuk berpartisipasi dalam dunia nyata. Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran orang tua dalam mengurangi dampak negatif penggunaan gadget pada anak di Kelompok Bermain (KB) Al Falah Darussalam Tropodo. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian orang tua KB Al-Falah Darusalam tropodo dengan jumlah 15 orang tua. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Wawancara tersetruktur observasi ,dan dokumentasi. Penelitian menguji keabsahan data yang menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Pada hasil penelitian ini terdapat peran orang tua dalam mengurangi dampak negatif penggunaan gadget. Cara orang tua dalam mendampingi anak usia dini dalam menggunakan gadget antara lain 1) Batasi waktu anak dalam menggunakan gadget. 2) Pemilihan konten yang aman sesuai usia anak. 3) Imbangi penggunaan gadget dengan aktivitas anak. 4) Tetapkan aturan dalam penggunaan gadget bagi anak. 5) Orang tua perlu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

AbstrakBerdasarkan hasil observasi di SDN 1 Mulung Kecamatan Driyorejo Kabupaten Gresik khususnya di kelas V, guru hanya menekankan pembelajaran pada pencapaian kemampuan intelegensi sehingga kemampuan siswa untuk berpikir kritis pada materi perkalian bilangan bulat masih tergolong rendah. Hal ini disebabkan guru belum menemukan cara dan media yang dapat digunakan untuk menanamkan konsep perkalian bilangan bulat. Sehingga siswa masih menggunakan metode menghafal suatu konsep dan belum bisa memahami konsep tersebut. Hal ini menyebabkan kurang maksimalnya hasil belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Pada penelitian ini, upaya yang dilakukan peneliti untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi perkalian bilangan bulat adalah menggunakan media kancing-kancing magnetik.Tujuan yang dicapai adalah mendeskripsikan aktivitas guru dalam menggunakan media kancing magnetik pada materi perkalian bilangan bulat, mendeskripsikan aktivitas siswa dalam menggunakan media kancing magnetik pada materi perkalian bilangan bulat, dan mendeskripsikan hasil peningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V SDN 1 Mulung pada materi perkalian bilangan bulat dengan menggunakan media kancing magnetik.Penelitian ini termasuk jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Berdasarkan jenis penelitian maka metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sesuai dengan metode maka teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif untuk data observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa. Sedangkan data kuantitatif pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil tes. Penelitian dilakukan dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan.Setelah peneliti menggunakan media kancing magnetik pada materi perkalian bilangan bulat, peneliti mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan nilai aktivitas guru pada siklus I sebesar 82,3% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 92,7% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil observasi aktivitas siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dari 82,5% pada siklus I dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 92,5% dengan predikat sangat baik. Selain itu, dari hasil tes pada siklus I menunjukkan secara klasikal kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa mencapai 76,7% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 93,3% dengan kategori sangat baik. Sehingga  dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penggunaan media kancing magnetik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi perkalian bilangan bulat di kelas V SDN 1 Mulung Kecamatan Driyorejo Kabupaten Gresik. AbstractBased on the observation in SDN 1 Mulung Kecamatan Driyorejo Kabupaten Gresik especially for the fifth grade students, the teacher only focused on the learning to reach the intelligent ability so the ability of the student to think critically on integer multiplication was still low. In this research, the researcher tried to develop the students critical thinking on integer multiplication by using magnetic buttons.The purposes are to describe the activities of the teacher in using magnetic buttons on integer multiplication, to describe the activities of the students in using magnetic buttons on integer multiplication, and to describe the result of the improvement of students critical thinking. This research includes of studies class action was obtained through observation and analyzed test by using descriptive qualitative technical analysis and descriptive quantitative. There were two cycles in this research, each cycle contained of two meetings.The result of the research showed that there was an improvement of the teachers activities value on cycle I for about 82,3% and on cycle II increased to be 92,7% with excellent category. The result of the students activities also increased from 82, 5% on cycle I to be 92,5% on cycle II with very good category. Beside that, from the result of the test on cycle I the ability of the students critic thinking got 76,7% classically and on cycle II increased to be 93,3% with very good category. It could be concluded that by using magnetic buttons could improve the activities of the teacher and students.

Abstract

In order to succeed in the concept of lifelong learning in Non-Formal Education, it takes more motivation to learn from learning online during this pandemic, with the pandemic not being a problem or an excuse for learning citizens not to carry out learning activities, precisely with this pandemic can become a trigger to study harder. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe how the learning motivation of citizens to learn in online learning in equality education. This research used descriptive quantitative research method, and the research sample consisted of 30 student package B. Data collection techniques using survey techniques with a Likert scale. While the data analysis technique in this study calculates the percentage of data on each indicator with various aspects, then interprets the percentage value and describes and analyzes in depth on each research indicator. The results of this study indicate that the learning motivation of learning citizens in online learning in equivalency education package B shows good motivation, this is evidenced by the presence of a percentage value of learning motivation of 78.61%. Thus, this research is expected to be useful for every educational institution, especially non-formal education in organizing online learning while still involving motivation in it.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to assist the implementation of self-management strategy for students in SMA A. Wahid Hasyim at Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang. This is a form of contribution to educational institutions, at the high school level, especially as a form of strategy in self-management of students who are in the final grade class. The targets of this community service are students and homeroom teachers of class XII SMA A. Wahid, Pesantren Tebuireng. The self-management strategy is carried out as an effort to improve time efficiency and self-preparation in forming good self-management by applying self-management methods career management methods, and problem-solving skills. This service activity is carried out by two types of activities that take place simultaneously on September 21 and 22, 2022. The method used is training, the training method has three stages through identification, socialization and evaluation. Follow-up in community service activities at SMA A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng is a measure of the success of students who are able to manage themselves by testing their academic potential.

Abstract

To realize the mandate of Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System and Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2012 concerning higher education, namely to provide the widest opportunity for every individual to pursue formal, non-formal, and informal education through lifelong learning facilities as well as providing equal opportunities for certain qualifications as an effort to improve the quality of human resources and realize the 2030 SDGs regarding the provision of quality education, a Prior Learning Recognition program was held by Education Personnel Education Institutions for the community to be able to continue formal education to a higher level which in the end is the provision of proof of learning outcomes in the form of a diploma. Therefore, this research was conducted to describe and analyze the process of strengthening the synergy of Education Personnel Education Institutions in implementing the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) program for Village Companions, Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration (Kemendes PDTT) with Bojonegoro Regency at Surabaya State University and State University Yogyakarta. The research method applied is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation for program administrators, lecturers, and students. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model which consists of 4 stages, namely the stages of collection, reduction, presentation, and concluding the research data that has been obtained. The results obtained from the research that strengthen synergy are carried out by organizing higher education programs in non-formal education study programs, research, and empowering the community by LPTKs at Surabaya State University and Yogyakarta State University. The results of the analysis of the implementation of the Recognition of Prior Learning program were obtained by applying a SWOT analysis. And it can be concluded that the implementation of the Recognition program for past learning of Village Facilitators of the Ministry of Village, PDTT with Bojonegoro Regency can improve the quality of human resources.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the meaning of Cangkrukan as an adult learning model in strengthening the role of Pokdarwis in the Bukit Surowiti, Gresik tourist village, East Java. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The location of this research is Surowiti Village, Panceng District, Gresik, East Java. The informants in this study were Pokdarwis members, village officials, and local village community leaders. Data was collected by involving observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The research results show that the wheel government and Pokdarwis use dialogue media, social media, WhatsApp, and Cangkrukan in village tourism. Through Cangkrukan, the village government and Pokdarwis can convey the idea of a tourist village and get a direct response from the community. Cangkrukan can determine strategies to advance the community's tourism awareness through informal conversations. Cangkrukan can be an example of a community empowerment strategy based on local wisdom.
