Abstract

Background: Japanese office workers are widely recognized for their discipline, innovation, and strong work ethic. These values reflect Japan’s collective dedication to organizational and national advancement. However, this cultural rigor also creates psychological pressure and limited individual freedom. Understanding this phenomenon through Hofstede’s cultural dimensions offers insights into Japan’s distinctive work behavior. Methods: This study employed documentation and literature study techniques. Video interviews of six Japanese workers from the Takashi From Japan YouTube channel were analyzed using Hofstede’s four cultural dimensions: power distance, collectivism vs. individualism, uncertainty avoidance, and masculinity/femininity. Supporting literature was reviewed to validate findings. Finding: Results reveal a high power distance, with workers showing strong obedience toward superiors and organizational hierarchy. Japanese work culture is predominantly collectivist, emphasizing group harmony and social contribution over personal interest. A high level of uncertainty avoidance leads workers to remain in rigid systems to minimize risk. Although less explored, masculinity is evident through hard work, self-sacrifice, and achievement orientation. Overall, the culture fosters stability and loyalty but often causes psychological strain and reduced personal expression. Conclusion: Japanese work culture is characterized by hierarchy, collectivism, and avoidance of uncertainty, reinforcing discipline and organizational stability while creating pressure and emotional fatigue among workers. Novelty/Originality of this article: This study offers a unique qualitative exploration of Japanese work culture through Hofstede’s framework based on real worker experiences from digital media sources, providing fresh insights into cultural dynamics in modern Japan.

Abstract

Sewa menyewa (Ijarah) adalah salah satu transaksi muamalah yang diperbolehkan dalam Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep sewa menyewa dalam perspektif Islam berdasarkan Al-Qur’an, hadits, serta pandangan ulama klasik dan kontemporer. Penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi prinsip-prinsip dasar yang harus dipenuhi dalam akad sewa menyewa, seperti kejelasan objek sewa, kesepakatan harga, serta hak dan kewajiban para pihak. Studi ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis dengan pendekatan normatif teologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sewa menyewa dalam Islam diperbolehkan selama memenuhi syarat dan rukun yang telah ditentukan oleh syariat, serta tidak mengandung unsur gharar (ketidakjelasan), riba, atau tindakan zalim.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pajak pertambahan nilai (PPN) yang dilakukan oleh PT Sumber Cahaya Berkah berdasarkan undang-undang perpajakan yang berlaku. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif yakni data penyetoran pajak yang terdapat pada SPT Tahunan. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dasar pengenaan PPN perusahaan masih merujuk pada UU No. 42 tahun 2009 yakni sebesar 10%. Perusahaan juga memperoleh kompensasi atas kurang bayar yang dibebankan ke periode pajak setelahnya. Perusahaan membayar denda keterlambatan pelaporan sebesar 2%pada beberapa periode yang disebabkan oleh adanya pembetulan yang membutuhkan waktu

Abstract

Purpose – This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of domestic investment, foreign investment and foreign debt on Indonesia's economic growth. The data used is secondary data obtained from BPS in the form of PMDN, PMA, Foreign Debt and Indonesian GDP data for 2011-2022. Method – The research method used is a qualitative approach with data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. Results – From the results of data analysis, it is known that PMDN has a positive effect of 0.133 on Indonesia's economic growth as evidenced by the sig value. 0.022 < 0.05. This shows that the higher the PMDN and its targeted use, especially in the productive sector, the more Indonesia's economic growth will increase. PMA has a positive effect of 0.265 on Indonesia's economic growth as evidenced by the sig value. 0.012 < 0.05. This shows that the higher the FDI and its targeted use, especially in the productive sector, the more Indonesia's economic growth will increase. Foreign debt has a positive effect of 0.048 on Indonesia's economic growth as evidenced by the sig value. 0.028 < 0.05. In this case, foreign debt is used to finance development in Indonesia, especially strategic projects in Indonesia in the fields of industry, transportation and other strategic projects. PMDN, PMA and foreign debt simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth as evidenced by the sig value. 0.015 < 0.05. This shows that the higher the PMDN and PMA and their use is right on target, especially in the productive sector, the more Indonesia's economic growth will increase. On the other hand, foreign debt is used to finance development in Indonesia, especially strategic projects in Indonesia in the fields of industry, transportation and other strategic projects.

Abstract

Vegetation along the main urban roads plays an important role in improving sustainable environments. The study aims to evaluate the suitability of plant communities along the main roads of Sumber Village, Surakarta to support green infrastructure. The study was conducted by collecting primary data through field surveys, as well as through literature studies. The analysis used scores based on silviculture, management, and aesthetic aspects. The results showed that there were 21 species from 13 families, with a dominance of tree-habitus species compared to poles. Species such as Mangifera indica and Handroanthus chrysotrichus scored high due to their tolerance to urban conditions and easy maintenance. In contrast, species such as Artocarpus altilis and Cyrtostachys renda scored lower. Most species have a conservation status of Least Concern, although Pterocarpus indicus is listed as Endangered. Vegetation in Sumber Village overall supports ecological sustainability, but species with threatened conservation status require special attention. The selection of plants that are suitable for urban conditions is very important to create a healthy and aesthetic environment.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan hal yang sangat urgen bagi siswa sebagai modal dalam melakukan berbagai aktivitas kehidupan di sekolah dan di lingkungan masyarakat. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang program full day school di SDIT Amanah Langkat, dalam upaya penguatan karakter siswanya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penerapan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter melalui Full Day School di SDIT Amanah Langkat dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori behaaviour. Adapun kegiatan pembelajaran Full Day School di SDIT Amanah Langkat meliputi muraja’ah (tahfidz), shalat dhuha, shalat zuhur, shalat ashar, sedekah, infaq, dan menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya. Proses pembentukan karakter juga dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka, renang, dan panahan. Nilai karakter siswa yang menonjol di SDIT Amanah Langkat yaitu karakter religius, mandiri, dan kedisiplinan.

Abstract

Kabupaten Berau merupakan salah satu kawasan penyangga pangan yang dipersiapkan untuk ibu kota baru Republik Indonesia. Usahatani Bawang Merah di Kabupaten Berau telah diusahakan sejak tahun 2014 dengan lokasi tanam terluas di Kecamatan Gunung Tabur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usahatani bawang merah di Kelurahan Gunung Tabur Kecamatan Gunung Tabur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penentuan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh sebanyak 8 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung dengan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usahatani bawang merah layak diusahakan. Kelayakan usahatani dengan rata-rata luas tanam 0,23 ha ditunjukkan dengan nilai R/C ratio 2,12 > 1, produktivitas modal 112% > suku bunga bank 0,82%, produktivitas tenaga kerja Rp780.205,00/HOK > upah minimum kabupaten Rp156.049,80/HOK, Produksi 1.219 kg > BEP Produksi 38,92 kg, Penerimaan Rp35.015.625,00 > BEP Penerimaan Rp1.016.864,00, Harga Jual Rp28.375/kg > BEP Harga Rp13.555,00/kg.

Abstract

Value-added tax. On April 1 2022, the government officially increased the single tax rate for Value Added Tax (VAT) by 1% from previously 10% to 11%. Tax reporting made by the company is fully in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, in other words sales are maintained well. The purpose of this research is to determine the analysis of calculating, depositing and reporting value added tax (VAT) (case study PT. Goto Gojek Tokopedia Tbk). The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, with the calculation object including details of input VAT and details of output VAT, depositing and reporting value added tax to the company. The data used in the research uses secondary data sourced from the BEI website (www.idx.com). PT. GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk 2021-2022 to find out VAT calculations, deposits and reporting. The results of this research indicate that PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk has carried out calculations, deposits and reporting of value added tax in accordance with tax standards and applicable laws and regulations.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of a realistic mathematics learning approach (PMR) on the ability to recognize the concept of numbers. This research is a quantitative research with pre-experimental design. This research was conducted at Pertiwi Batusangkar Kindergarten, Tanah Datar District. The data collection technique in this study is total sampling. In general, the results of this study indicate that the open-ended learning approach has a significant effect, that t0 is greater than the tt value table (14.01> 2.9980), so the null hypothesis (h0) proposed is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (ha) accepted to develop the ability to recognize children's number concepts at the age of 4-5 years. Thus the realistic mathematics education learning approach (PMR) has an effect on the introduction of the concept of numbers in early childhood.

Abstract

Arus modernisasi menjadi tantangan serius terhadap pelestarian budaya Nusantara di kalangan generasi muda, dimana metode pembelajaran tradisional sering dianggap monoton dan kurang menarik. Kondisi ini mendesak dilakukannya revitalisasi pembelajaran budaya sejak dini di tingkat Sekolah Dasar (SD) untuk menanamkan rasa nasionalisme dan mempertahankan identitas bangsa. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan efektivitas media pembelajaran inovatif Smart Box (Kotak Pintar) berbasis Augmented Reality (AR). Program PKM-PM ini dilaksanakan melalui serangkaian tahapan yang sistematis, meliputi koordinasi dengan mitra (guru dan kepala sekolah), perancangan dan pembuatan prototipe media Smart Box yang menampilkan visualisasi budaya 3D, sosialisasi, dan penyampaian materi interaktif. Hasil program ditandai dengan peningkatan hasil kuesioner Sesudah Program jawaban “YA” mencapai angka 37-39 dari 41 responden di setiap pertanyaan. Sedangkan hasil Sebelum Program mayoritas memilih “NETRAL/RAGU-RAGU” pada pertanyaan H (31 siswa), I (30 siswa), F (29 siswa), dan G (27 siswa). Model pembelajaran kombinasi media digital interaktif dan aktivitas terbukti efektif dalam memicu minat belajar dan membentuk sikap positif siswa terhadap warisan budaya Nusantara.
