Abstract

Melihat potensi  masyarakat Indonesia dalam mengkonsumsi mie instant  yang sangat tinggi, Majelis Ekonomi dan Kewirausahaan (MEK) Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Surakarta menciptaan inovasi Mie instan berbahan mocaf yang sehat, aman dikonsumsi dan halal, dengan brand MieMu. Dalam perkembangan usahanya terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi antara lain adalah belum memiliki manajemen tata kelola bisnis yang baik. Pengelolaan usaha miemu selama ini belum dilakukan secara optimal, khususnya masalah tata kelola pencatatan keuangan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini membantu Majelis ekonomi, Kewirausahaan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat  Surakarta  melalui solusi penerapan sistem komputerisasi keuangan yang berfungsi untuk memperlancar dan mempermudah pencatatan masuk dan keluarnya transaksi keuangan. Metode yang dilakukan dengan memberikan ceramah, identifikasi komponen keuangan yang sudah berjalan, pelatihan pencatatan keuangan, praktik komputerisasi transaksi keuangan Bisnis MieMu. Hasil yang dicapai adalah MEK memiliki laporan keuangan yang tersistem komputer meliputi laporan laba Rugi, Laporan Neraca, dan laporan arus kas. Pengelola MieMu mampu menyusun laporan keuangan melalui sistem komputer sehingga semua transaksi keuangan usaha tercatat dan terdokumentasi. Kedepan pengelolaan bisnis Mie Mu dalam pencatatan transaksi keuangan dapat melalui system komputerisasi dan memiliki tata kelola keuangan usaha yang baik.

Abstract

This study has two objectives, namely compiling and analyzing vulnerability indexes of business unit, and analyzing key success variables for food and beverage industries after the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis tool used in this study is business vulnerability analysis. The vulnerability analysis is derived from the vulnerability index to the COVID-19 threat, which is collected from all aspect indicator values of MSMEs' vulnerability to the COVID-19 theeat. These values consist of exposure, sensitivity, and adaptive capacity. The results of the study explain that food and beverage MSMEs are categorized into medium vulnerability to the threat of COVID-19, where sensitivity is the highest influence aspect as a determinant of the vulnerability level. Due in part to the high number of MSMEs that are sensitive to the threat of COVID-19 and lack the ability to adjust, there may have been a fall in sales and bankruptcy of food and beverage MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image dan customer relationship terhadap customer loyalty pada produk Brownies Amanda Halal dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening. Brand image yang kuat dan hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan diyakini dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, terutama dalam industri makanan yang semakin kompetitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 150 responden yang merupakan konsumen Brownies Amanda. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS 3. Penelitian ini menggunakan150 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image dan customer relationship berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty. Selain itu, kepuasan pelanggan terbukti memediasi hubungan antara brand image dan customer relationship terhadap customer loyalty. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa citra merek yang baik dan hubungan pelanggan yang kuat dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, yang pada akhirnya memperkuat loyalitas terhadap merek Brownies Amanda. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi strategi pemasaran perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan melalui penguatan brand image dan pengelolaan hubungan pelanggan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini memperluas literatur tentang pengaruh pada produk halal.

Abstract

This research aims to test the analysis of the influence of E-Wom, brand attitude, and trust on purchase intention for eco-friendly transport in Surakarta. The population used in this research are users of eco-friendly transport products in Surakarta. The sample used was users of eco-friendly transport products aged 17 and over, and 309 respondents were domiciled in the Surakarta area. Data analysis with partial least squares (PLS) This study's quantitative data was analysed using 3.0 analysis. The results of the study suggest that electronic word-of-mouth (e-wom) significantly and favourably influences the confidence and perception of the brand among environmentally conscious transportation consumers. Additionally, trust exerts a substantial and favourable influence on the purchase intention of said consumers. Furthermore, the purchase intention is significantly and favourably impacted by brand attitude. Additionally, e-women significantly and positively affect the purchase intent of environmentally conscious transportation consumers,.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in social and economic dimensions on the reputation and trust of Islamic universities in Surakarta, as well as their impact on student loyalty. Through a quantitative approach, data was collected using questionnaires as a data collection technique. Statistical analysis was utilised to verify hypotheses in the course of data analysis. Socially and economically, the SDGs have a substantial impact on the reputation and trustworthiness of higher education, according to the findings of this study. The economic dimension of the SDGs also has a substantial influence on the reputation and trust of universities, whereas the social dimension of the SDGs contributes positively and significantly to that regard. Furthermore, reputation and trust have a positive and significant effect on student loyalty at Surakarta Islamic universities, according to the research findings. Therefore, the integration of SDGs in social and economic aspects can play a role in increasing reputation, trust, and ultimately, student loyalty towards Islamic universities in Surakarta.

Abstract

The institutional capacity is a part of the institutional economics. There are two standards of the institutional capacity. The first standard is the optimality capacity of micro, mezzo, and macro levels. The second standard is the criteria of expertise, specificity, and incentives. However, analysis on the concept of institutional capacity is limited. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the application of the institutional capacity in Surakarta city local government and to obtain empirical facts of the optimal capacity of micro, mezzo and macro levels and its correlation with the institutional criteria. Descriptive method was applied to measure the capacity optimization in the micro, mezzo, and macro levels and to describe its correlation with the institutional criteria, namely expertise, specificity, and incentives. To examine the level of the capacity optimization, the percentage of the expected and prevailed was analyzed, whereas the dynamics of each criterion since 2005 to 2011 was analyzed to illustrate the correlation with the institutional criteria. The study indicated the overall capacity of Surakarta city government has not been optimal, due to their suboptimal mezzo and macro levels capacity. In addition, the capacity of micro, mezzo and macro level of Surakarta government turns to have correlation with the institutional criteria. The micro level correlates with the expertisecriterion, the mezzo level with the specificity in authority and incentives criteria, andthe macro level with the specificity in responsiveness criteria.

Abstract

Kesadaran terhadap energi yang lebih murah dan hemat energi semakin menjadi perhatian dewasa ini. Minat untuk membeli sebuah kendaraan yang hemat energi juga dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal, diantaranya adalah bagaimana kesadaran publik dan bagaimana kualitas persepsi yang dibangung oleh merek tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat hubungan antara kesadaran publik, kesadaran merek, kualitas persepsian terhadap minat beli kendaran hemat energi dengan kepercayaan merek sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Masyarakat Indonesia yang mengetahui kendaraan dengan energi listrik menjadi populasi penelitian ini. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 212 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis SEM Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kesadaran publik, kesadaran merek, kualitas persepsian berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan merek. Kemudian kepercayaan merek juga terbukti berpengaruh terhadap minat beli. Temuan lain pada penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa kepercayaan merek menjadi mediasi secara parsial dan menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja, pelatihan, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi, menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator pada variabel independen, moderating dan dependen memiliki validitas konvergen dengan nilai outer loading yang tinggi dan reliabilitas indikator memenuhi kriteria Composite Reliability. Model penelitian mampu menjelaskan 70,2% variasi kinerja karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja, pelatihan, pendanaan, lingkungan kerja, dan beban kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, moderasi komitmen organisasi hanya terbukti pada hubungan antara beban kerja dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

PLS 3.0 analysis was utilised by the researchers to conduct a quantitative examination of the research data. Trust significantly and positively influences the purchase intention of eco-friendly transport users; the brand image variable significantly and positively influences the purchase intention of eco-friendly transport users; e-wom positively and significantly influences the brand image of eco-friendly transport users; and trust significantly and positively influences the purchase intention of eco-friendly transport users.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of consumer trust, service quality, and celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions in the shopee marketplace. This research method uses quantitative. The population in this study were shopee marketplace users in Solo Raya. This study uses sampling with Non-probability Sampling techniques with a Purposive Sampling approach because the population in this study is not known with certainty. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data. The data collection methods used in this research are questionnaires and research instruments. The data analysis technique in this study used SmartPLS software version 3.2. The results of this study are that consumer confidence has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in the shoope marketplace. The quality of service provided has no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Celebrity Endorsement has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
