Abstract

This study examines the influence of accessibility, facilities, pricing, and promotion on tourist trust and satisfaction, with loyalty as a mediating factor in halal tourism in Surakarta City. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 200 respondents through online questionnaires using a Likert scale. Purposive sampling was utilized to select participants meeting specific criteria. PLS-SEM was applied for data analysis due to its suitability for complex models. Findings reveal that competitive pricing, adequate facilities, seamless accessibility, and effective promotions significantly enhance satisfaction and loyalty, which, in turn, strengthen trust. Loyalty plays a crucial role in mediating these relationships. Destination managers should focus on infrastructure improvements, digital marketing, and service optimization based on periodic visitor evaluations. Future studies should explore the impact of cultural influences, environmental sustainability, and social media on tourist perceptions

Abstract

The rapid development of infrastructure in Surakarta has triggered high demand in the construction industry. Ongoing urbanization and rapid population growth are key drivers, creating the need for housing projects, public facilities, and improvements in transportation infrastructure. Despite the rapid economic growth and infrastructure development in Indonesia, particularly in Surakarta, significant progress has been made in the construction sector. However, increased demand has also brought about intense competition, especially in Design and Build projects. This research specifically aims to understand the processes related to the formation of expectations and customer satisfaction in Design and Build construction projects in Surakarta. The research methodology employed is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data sources include relevant parties involved in the use of Design and Build construction services in Surakarta, Indonesia. Descriptive data analysis is used to present the data in a descriptive manner. The findings of this research indicate that the pre-purchase stage in construction services involves needs identification, information search, and alternative evaluation. Risk analysis, especially in functional, financial, temporal, physical, psychological, social, and sensory dimensions, is crucial in the decision-making process for potential users of construction services. Preferences for service dimensions such as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy also significantly influence the selection of service providers. The ability of construction service providers to identify and manage risks, including the principles of 'The Flower of Service, also affects customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Melihat potensi  masyarakat Indonesia dalam mengkonsumsi mie instant  yang sangat tinggi, Majelis Ekonomi dan Kewirausahaan (MEK) Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Surakarta menciptaan inovasi Mie instan berbahan mocaf yang sehat, aman dikonsumsi dan halal, dengan brand MieMu. Dalam perkembangan usahanya terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi antara lain adalah belum memiliki manajemen tata kelola bisnis yang baik. Pengelolaan usaha miemu selama ini belum dilakukan secara optimal, khususnya masalah tata kelola pencatatan keuangan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini membantu Majelis ekonomi, Kewirausahaan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat  Surakarta  melalui solusi penerapan sistem komputerisasi keuangan yang berfungsi untuk memperlancar dan mempermudah pencatatan masuk dan keluarnya transaksi keuangan. Metode yang dilakukan dengan memberikan ceramah, identifikasi komponen keuangan yang sudah berjalan, pelatihan pencatatan keuangan, praktik komputerisasi transaksi keuangan Bisnis MieMu. Hasil yang dicapai adalah MEK memiliki laporan keuangan yang tersistem komputer meliputi laporan laba Rugi, Laporan Neraca, dan laporan arus kas. Pengelola MieMu mampu menyusun laporan keuangan melalui sistem komputer sehingga semua transaksi keuangan usaha tercatat dan terdokumentasi. Kedepan pengelolaan bisnis Mie Mu dalam pencatatan transaksi keuangan dapat melalui system komputerisasi dan memiliki tata kelola keuangan usaha yang baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of sleep patterns, caffeine consumption, and emotional disorders on the academic achievement of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta (UMS) students. College students often face high levels of academic pressure, and factors such as caffeine consumption, irregular sleep, and emotional disturbances can affect their academic performance. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey method involving UMS students who are asked to fill out a questionnaire. This data will be analyzed using statistical techniques to determine the relationship between caffeine consumption, sleep patterns, emotional disorders and academic achievement. It is hoped that the research results will provide a better understanding of the factors that influence the quality of student learning and contribute to the development of time management strategies and student well-being in the university environment. Therefore, researchers hope that this research can provide a more comprehensive view of the factors that influence the academic achievement of UMS students and their implications for improving academic policies and services in higher education.

Abstract

Analyzing the influence of product reviews, ratings and public trust on purchasing decisions on the Shopee e-commerce platform. The success of a product on the market is not only determined by the quality of the product itself, but also by consumer interactions through reviews and ratings provided. The research method used was an online survey involving respondents who were active in Gonilan Kartasura Village shopping at Shopee. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed randomly to Shopee users. Data analysis is carried out using statistical techniques, for example regression to assess the influence of the variables studied. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide further understanding of how product reviews, ratings and public trust contribute to purchasing decisions on Shopee. With this understanding, business people and marketers can optimize their strategies in building consumer trust, improving product quality, and utilizing positive reviews and ratings to increase sales on e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

This research endeavours to explore the influence of product categorisation and promotional strategies on consumer loyalty, with the brand image of Government bank serving as a mediating factor, along with conducting a thorough analysis. The study uses a quantitative approach to collect data by administering a questionnaire to the clientele of Government bank. The analysis of the data utilised structural equation modelling (SEM) along with statistical software. The findings of the study reveal that the type of product plays a crucial role in enhancing brand image, while advertising also significantly contributes to this enhancement. Furthermore, brand image is shown to be a key factor in fostering customer loyalty. Additionally, the type of product and marketing efforts are both significant in promoting customer loyalty, with brand image acting as a mediator in the relationships among product type, advertising, and customer loyalty.

Abstract

Usaha mikro dan kecil memiliki peran penting dalam pengentasan kemiskinan masyarakat di tingkat desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan pemasalahan usaha mikro dan kecil, merumuskan strategi pengembangan usaha mikro dan kecil, serta menyusun model penguatan kelembagaan usaha untuk pengentasan kemiskinan di tingkat desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Sragen, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Kabupaten Sragen memiliki 51 desa miskin dari 208 kelurahan/desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari wawancara terstruktur dan FGD. Wawancara struktur dilakukan terhadap pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil di desa miskin untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih mendalam. FGD dilakukan terhadap Pimpinan Desa, Tokoh Masyarakat, Pimpinan Kecamatan, dan organisasi perangkat adaerah yang terkait pengembangan usaha mikro dan kecil di Kabupaten Sragen. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan konten analisis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan Desa miskin di Kabupaten Sragen dapat dikembangkan menjadi desa wisata alam dan desa preuner. Strategi pengembangan usaha mikro dan kecil di desa miskin dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan promosi destinasi pariwisata, pengembangan ekonomi kreatif dan pengembangan amenitas kawasan; peningkatan produksi dan pemasaran usaha mikro dan kecil; dan peningkatan produksi dan produktivitas sektor pertanian dan perikanan serta peternakan. Model pengembangan usaha mikro dan kecil di desa miskin hendaknya dilakukan melalui penguatan kelembagaan yang kuat yang melibatkan selurtuh stakeholders terkait, yaitu perguruan tinggi, pemerintah daerah, pelaku usaha, asosiasi/paguyuban, dan tokoh masyarakat.

Abstract

Kesadaran terhadap energi yang lebih murah dan hemat energi semakin menjadi perhatian dewasa ini. Minat untuk membeli sebuah kendaraan yang hemat energi juga dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal, diantaranya adalah bagaimana kesadaran publik dan bagaimana kualitas persepsi yang dibangung oleh merek tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat hubungan antara kesadaran publik, kesadaran merek, kualitas persepsian terhadap minat beli kendaran hemat energi dengan kepercayaan merek sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Masyarakat Indonesia yang mengetahui kendaraan dengan energi listrik menjadi populasi penelitian ini. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 212 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis SEM Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kesadaran publik, kesadaran merek, kualitas persepsian berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan merek. Kemudian kepercayaan merek juga terbukti berpengaruh terhadap minat beli. Temuan lain pada penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa kepercayaan merek menjadi mediasi secara parsial dan menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja, pelatihan, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi, menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator pada variabel independen, moderating dan dependen memiliki validitas konvergen dengan nilai outer loading yang tinggi dan reliabilitas indikator memenuhi kriteria Composite Reliability. Model penelitian mampu menjelaskan 70,2% variasi kinerja karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja, pelatihan, pendanaan, lingkungan kerja, dan beban kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, moderasi komitmen organisasi hanya terbukti pada hubungan antara beban kerja dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze regional leading sectors and regional leading products in order to increase economic growth, as well as formulate a strategy for developing the Brigadier General Veteran Katamso culinary center, Sragen Regency. This research uses an explanatory method using primary and secondary data, and uses 3 analytical tools, namely Shift share analysis, Location Quotient analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that Sragen Regency has six leading sectors, namely the Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing sector, the mining and quarrying sector, the Manufacturing sector, the Wholesale and Retail Trade; Repair of Motor Vehicles and Motorcycles sector, the Accommodation and Food Service Activities sector, and the education sector.  In this leading sector, Sragen Regency has 16 leading products, namely furniture, batik, household appliances, convection, patchwork crafts, processed food, woven bags, goyor sarongs, bamboo crafts, bird cages, stone crafts, organic rice, bricks , herbal medicine, performing arts, red tilapia, catfish and catfish, and honey. The Culinary Center is part of the development of the food service activities sector. This sector is a regional leading sector which has sectoral growth and large distribution of the GRDP of Sragen Regency. The Brigadier General Katamso Veteran Culinary Center is in a strategic location, and has complete facilities and infrastructure so it has the potential to become a profitable culinary center. In structuring and maintaining the sustainability of culinary centers, it is recommended to provide quality products at competitive prices, organize locations and provide supporting facilities, partnerships to organize related events at these locations, digital marketing that is attractive and distributed regularly and regularly, and strengthens traders' institutions in selling.
