Abstract

Al-Fateh Mosque (MMAF) - Taman Jati, Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia along with Amil Zakat and also participants of Ummatic Festival 3.0. The partner problems include Zakat literacy is still low,  community participation in Zakat management is low, there is no Zakat literacy program involving mosques working with different communities, and international universities doing community service activities based on community empowerment. In relation to the three partner problems, the solutions to the problems that have been implemented include efforts to increase zakat literacy through zakat socialization, conducting zakat literacy enrichment activities for muzzaki at MMAF, and collaborating and being actively involved with MMAF, DRB-Hicom University, the ASNAF community, Islamic tourism volunteers around Ipoh and Kuala Kangsar, and several universities from Indonesia and internationally in a series of Ummatic Festival 3.0 activities. The method used in ICS activities is Participatory Action Research (PAR). After carrying out the activity; the muzzaki know the importance of paying zakat through official zakat amil institutions, the muzzaki play an active role in zakat collection and distribution activities at MMAF, and the muzzaki together with all Ummatic Festival 3.0 stakeholders were very enthusiastic to carry out ICS activities for these eight days. In addition, this program succeeded in restoring the role of the mosque as a community institution that plays a role in community activities, especially in collecting zakat for the welfare of the community.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of workload, role conflict on work stress and its implications for honorary nurse turnover. The method used was quantitative research with a sample size of 160 honorary nurses, data was obtained using a questionnaire and analyzed using smart PLS 3.0. The research results found that work stress was influenced by role conflict, not because of workload. Other findings reveal that turnover intention is influenced by role conflict and work stress, while workload does not affect turnover intention. So work stress mediates the effect of role conflict on turnover intention, and also mediates the effect of workload on turnover intention. This research is able to provide a theoretical contribution regarding the pseudo-effect of work stress in mediating the indirect influence of workload and role conflict on turnover intention. Managers who want to reduce turnover intention can evaluate role conflict and workload to reduce work stress

Abstract

Zakat institutions make a variety of new innovations and accelerations in terms of management strategies to improve zakat management. Getting support from Government Regulations and DSN MUI Fatwa regarding the use of IT is certainly a motivation for zakat institutions to increasingly actively develop technology-based services. IT is one of the main focuses of the marketing strategy to increase muzaki's interest in distributing zakat through online zakat services. But in the middle of the community it seems that the presence of digital zakat services still requires a long process of obtaining 'postioning'. In addition, the use of technology must also be more careful, especially because of the negative impact it has. Sharia marketing mix offers strategy management based on sharia principles which in its development is dominated by contemporary fiqh studies. The research aims to provide a literature review on the collaboration of sharia marketing mix and digital marketing zakat. An interesting study considering there are still few studies that reveal a combination of both. Sharia marketing mix present offers management strategies that conventional marketing mix lacks. The results of the literature review state that sharia marketing mix has a special advantage in filtering the negative impact of the use of technology compared to the marketing mix which has been widely used by companies, financial institutions and non-banks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the direct and indirect effects of legal protection and local policy support on the commercialization of export products and their implications for the innovative advantages of MSME products. The problems explained are (1) the influence of legal protection support and regional policy support on product commercialization, and (2) the role of stakeholders in increasing innovative excellence for product commercialization. The method used in this research is a juridical approach combined with a quantitative approach, sociological especially correlational. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta and Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. The research population is MSME actors in the two cities, totaling 300 people with a sample of 76 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. The quantitative data that has been collected was analyzed using a structural equational modeling (SEM) approach, used Smart PLS software. Qualitative data only used as complementary analysis. The results showed legal protection support and local policy support significantly influenced product commercialization and innovative advantage. Theoretically, this research provides insight into the product commercialization as a mediator variable. With these findings, it is expected that significant support will emerge from the government as a regulator, academics as a educator, the private sector as a catalyst, and the community as a driver for the development of law literacy as MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the role of cash waqf in improving the community's economy and the country's economic growth. The method used is by literature research with a content analysis approach. The research results show that the management/cash waqf management system found is still inadequate, thus hampering the realization of cash waqf by the community. However, if cash waqf is collected, it will become a new instrument for the government to boost the economy, especially in the post-pandemic period. The managerial implication is that there is a need to educate the public about the function of cash waqf and train nazir to be able to manage waqf using technology. The realization of appropriate waqf funds will ultimately increase the level of wakif trust in transparent and accountable waqf management.

Community service at the Disabled Foundation aims to improve the skills, knowledge and independence of people with disabilities through methods of learning simulation and mentoring. This program is designed to provide interactive, simulation-based training that allows participants to learn practical skills and relevant knowledge in an applicable way. This simulation adapts real-world situations so that participants can practice and understand the skills needed in everyday life and the work environment. Apart from that, this program also provides personal support through methods of mentoring, which connects participants with experienced mentors. Mentors will provide guidance, motivation and emotional support to help participants overcome personal and professional challenges and achieve their goals. With this guidance, it is hoped that participants can increase their self-confidence and achieve better independence. The main goal of this program is to strengthen the connectedness and involvement of people with disabilities in the community. By involving people with disabilities in training simulations and providing access to mentors who understand their needs, this program aims to increase the sense of inclusion and social participation among people with disabilities, as well as improve the quality of life disabled people overall.
