Abstract

To strengthen the financial system, public trust is needed, continuous innovation in the financial industry, regulations that synergize with innovation leaps, and guarantees of legal certainty are the basic milestones for moving towards an inclusive financial innovation systemPurposes of the Research:  This research aims to analyze problems and recommend solutions to efforts to design responsive regulations to support innovation in an inclusive financial system focusing on data security, integrity and trust, to encourage sustainable growth and community participation, and appropriate models for integrating innovation in the financial system inclusive, with a focus on aspects of data integrity, trust and security. This research is included in applied normative research, namely emphasizing secondary data supported by the results of questionnaires and interviews.Results / Main Findings / Novelty/Originality of the Research: Responsive regulations to support innovation in an inclusive financial system focus on data security, integrity and trust, to encourage sustainable growth and community participation. Regarding the issue of inclusive financial system innovation, the legal knowledge of the community and MSME actors regarding inclusive financial system innovation based on integrity and trust through data privacy policies, risk awareness and increasing literacy is at a high average. Increasing stakeholders' legal awareness, the interests of financial inclusion also need to be balanced with consumer protection. The right model for integrating innovation in an inclusive financial system relies on the implementation the Financial System Innovation Model through platform-based innovation and partnership strategies in synergy with responsive regulations

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the impact of talent management practices on public service quality, with employee competence and discipline serving as intervening variables within Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in Cilegon City. The research is motivated by the fluctuating trend of the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) in Cilegon over the past five years. A quantitative explanatory method is applied using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The study population consists of 1,477 Civil Servants (ASN) across 23 OPDs, with the sample size determined using the Slovin formula. The findings reveal that talent management significantly influences competence and discipline, which subsequently enhance public service quality. Competence and discipline are confirmed to mediate the relationship between talent management and service quality. This research contributes to advancing bureaucratic reform and strengthening professionalism in public sector human resources.

Abstract

This research addresses the digital divide between urban and rural areas in Indonesia by examining the digital transformation of superior village products through branding and strengthening Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Kadumaneuh Village, Pandeglang. Despite existing legal frameworks, village-level digital implementation remains suboptimal, with only 30% of villages having adequate internet access and 40% of BUMDes using digital technology. The study aims to develop an integrated digital transformation model tailored to Indonesian villages' needs, focusing on product branding and BUMDes strengthening. Using a normative-empirical approach, the research combines literary and field studies with statutory and sociological approaches. Data collection involved literature review, interviews, and questionnaires. Results reveal a significant gap in understanding and implementing digital transformation and branding among micro-enterprises. The study proposes a holistic model integrating digital infrastructure development, product digitalization, branding, legal protection, literacy enhancement, economic empowerment, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. The research concludes that optimizing BUMDes' role in digital transformation requires comprehensive strategies, including capacity building, policy development, and strategic partnerships. The proposed model offers a framework to address technological, legal, and economic challenges faced by village enterprises in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of adversity resilience and transformational leadership on job satisfaction as well as the influence of transformational leadership on performance, both directly and through adversity resilience and job satisfaction. Apart from that, this research also examines the influence of adversity resilience and job satisfaction on the performance of sub-district office employees in Serang City, Banten Province. The approach used in this research is quantitative with a correlational design. The research population includes all sub-district office employees in Serang City spread across 12 sub-districts with a total of 187 people. The sample was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan Table, resulting in 108 respondents. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire whose validity and reliability had been tested on 30 respondents. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with evaluation of the outer model and inner model to ensure the validity and reliability of the instrument. The research results show that all hypotheses are accepted. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on adversity resilience, job satisfaction and employee performance. Adversity resilience and job satisfaction also have a positive influence on employee performance. Apart from that, transformational leadership influences employee performance both directly and through the mediation of adversity resilience and job satisfaction. The implications of this research confirm that improving employee performance can be achieved by strengthening transformational leadership and increasing adversity resilience and job satisfaction. Therefore, sub-district heads and village heads are advised to implement more effective leadership strategies to encourage increased employee performance.Keywords: Adversity Resilience, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance, SEM, Skill Improvement, Transformational Leadership

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy of increasing public financial inclusion through the use of fin-tech finance. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data is obtained from secondary data sourced from the official website of Indonesian banks, financial service authorities, and the finance ministry from 2015-2018. Data were analyzed using theme analysis of an overview of the development of fin-tech in Indonesia over the past four years, and the benefits of fin-tech in improving financial inclusion in Indonesia. The results of data analysis show that, first, the development of fin-tech in Indonesia has exceeded the needs of fin-tech itself. Secondly, the development of fin-tech has been able to increase the financial inclusion of the community even though it is only very small at 0.8%.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, terutama aplikasi berbasis Android, menawarkan potensi besar untuk mengatasi berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi kader IMP. Pengembangan aplikasi stunting berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) merupakan inovasi penting dalam upaya penanganan stunting secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Android berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) yang dapat membantu kader IMP dalam melakukan pemantauan dan penanganan stunting secara lebih efektif. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terdapat empat fase yaitu riset dasar, pengembangan konsep, pembuatan prototipe, uji coba produk dan peluncuran produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aplikasi ini memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung kader Institusi Masyarakat Perdesaan (IMP). Fitur-fitur dalam aplikasi tersebut membantu kader IMP untuk mendeteksi, memantau, dan menangani kasus stunting secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Penggunaan AI dalam aplikasi ini juga membantu dalam pengumpulan dan analisis data secara real-time, yang sangat berguna bagi pemerintah dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang lebih tepat sasaran

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal the innovation model and obstacles faced by the Indonesian government in handling the Covid-19 epidemic case. Based on previous research, supply chain management is needed because supply chain disruptions and inventory depletion (such as medical supplies and medical equipment) both in high and low resource settings have catapulted the core components of IPC 8 (environment, materials, and equipment for IPC). The research method used is qualitative, especially phenomenology. The novelty of this research lies in the innovation of the supply chain model and the Covid-19 handling constraints obtained through a series of empirical studies and literature reviews that allow it to be used by decision makers. The results revealed that various innovations to meet the supply chain relating to the handling of Covid-19 have been carried out by the government ranging from the creation of special hospitals, the appointment of public hospitals to the referral hospitals specifically Covid-19, the purchase of medicines from other countries that were imported , a mask development company, increases mask production for state-owned and private companies that produce masks, increases alcohol production, and recruits human resources in the health sector, especially for final year students majoring in health. While various obstacles faced, namely the low awareness of the community to do social distinguish in daily interactions, low awareness of the community to work from home, learn from home, and worship at home and the many people who have to work outside the home when they want to fulfill the day their daily needs, the threat of an unemployment explosion, and fears of social insecurity are also the causes of government difficulties in making locked decisions

Abstract

Gojek and Tokopedia are now giants in the start-up industry in Indonesia. Tokopedia was the largest E-Commerce in Indonesia for the last few years before the presence of Shopee, which became Tokopedia's main competitor. Meanwhile, Gojek is the largest online transportation company in Indonesia. Combining the two is believed to create a unique ecosystem because it combines e-commerce, on-demand services and financial services in one system. This research aims to find out the welfare impact for Gojek drivers after the Gojek Tokopedia Merger. The method used in this research is qualitative research by interviewing randomly selected informants in Serang Regency, Serang City and Cilegon City. The study was conducted in June 2021, involving ten informants, all of whom were Gojek drivers. This research uses qualitative research methods. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The instrument is the researcher himself as the primary research instrument. The researcher goes directly to the field to meet the informants, conducts interviews now, collects research data, analyzes the data to make conclusions. This study concluded that the Merger between Gojek and Tokopedia, in general, did not affect the welfare of Gojek Drivers, both positive and negative effects

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of Whatsapp on learning motivation in ICT subjects of grade XI students  at SMAN 5 Serang City.The type of research used is qualitative research. This interview was conducted by 5 grade XI students, where the analysis was carried out in three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion pulling.The result of this study is that students use Whatsapp to discuss and communicate, as well as exchange information on material discussed at school. And  the use of Whatsapp can affect their focus at school, but it depends on how the person uses it, and students during subjects also students do not play mobile phones because the mobile phones are taro or stored by the teacher. The conclusion of this study is that by providing motivation before holding tests in the class group, students will be more enthusiastic in doing assignments or related to learning. And teachers must also give rules for using mobile phones while studying and when in their spare time. This is so that students focus on following the lesson and the lesson can also enter their brain

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh value creation terhadap kinerja organisasi, pengaruh adaptive capacity terhadap kinerja organisasi, pengruh value creation terhadap transformasi perguruan tinggi, pengaruh adaptive capacity terhadap transformasi perguruan tinggi, pengaruh kinerja perguruan tinggi terhadap transformasi perguruan tinggi, pengaruh tidak langsung value creation terhadap transformasi perguruan tinggi melalui kinerja perguruan tinggi, dan pengaruh tidak langsung adaptive capacity terhadap transformasi perguruan tinggi melalui kinerja perguruan tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif method, dengan pendekatan structural equation modelling (SEM). Data primer diperoleh melalui survey kepada sampel dosen perguruan tinggi swasta di kota Serang yang berjumlah 168 orang. Data dianalisis dengan Smart PLS 3.3. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tujuh hipotesis yang dianalisis seluruhnya signifikan, terdapat pengaruh langsung value creation terhadap kinerja organisasi, terdapat pengaruh langsung adaptive capacity terhadap kinerja organisasi, terdapat pengaruh value creation terhadap transformasi perguruan tinggi baik langsung maupun melalui kinerja perguruan tinggi, terdapat pengaruh adaptive capacity terhadap transformasi perguruan tingg baik secara langsung maupun melalui kinerja perguruan tinggi dan, terdapat pengaruh langsung kinerja perguruan tinggi terhadap transformasi perguruan tinggi.
