Abstract

Games have become popular among the community, including forms of entertainment, support for them, computers have provided the full potential to do one of the creative industries that is growing very rapidly and the interest of many people is the game. This game is designed using Unity, randomly raises obstacles in games in 3 different directions. When playing a game, you will get 3 health aids to use the game if there is a collision with the obstacle in the game. Score reputation for obstacles. Constraints will appear randomly in the game. Abstract

Abstrak Tulisan ini membahas pengaruh penerapan restorative justice oleh Kepolisian dalam rangka terwujudnya penyelesaian perkara yang murah dan cepat dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya dengan studi di wilayah hukum Polda Kalbar. Dengan diterapkannya restorative justice dalam penyelesaian perkara atau kasus yang memungkinkan untuk diselesaikan dengan konsep tersebut membuat lebih cepat penyelesaian perkara serta memakan anggaran biaya yang relatif kecil, atau dengan kata lain lebih efektif dan efisien. Adapun penerapan restorative justice oleh penyidik Kepolisian dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang membuat Kepolisian melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mendorong penerapan restorative justice dalam penyidikan perkara-perkara yang ditanganinya agar keadilan bisa dirasakan lebih awal yang pada akhirnya akan makin menumbuhkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat

Abstract

This study examines the role of judges in implementing restorative justice based on Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) No. 1 of 2024. The background of this research stems from the need more humanistic approach within the criminal justice system, particularly in handling minor offenses. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of judges in the implementation of restorative justice and to identify the challenges encountered in its application. The study uses a normative-empirical method, collecting data through document analysis and interviews with judges at the Pontianak District Court. The results of the study show that judges have a central role not only as ratifiers of agreements but also as facilitators, supervisors of the penal mediation process, and assessors of the integrity of agreements. However, the implementation still faces obstacles such as limited understanding, lack of mediation skills, and inadequate supporting infrastructure. Therefore, continuous training and systemic improvements are needed to optimize the judge's role in achieving restorative justice.

Abstract

Sanrobone Village is one of the oldest villages in Takalar Regency and one of the chili producing villages, but the chilies cannot be utilized properly. When the harvest season arrives, people harvest chilies at the same time, so the price of chilies decreases, resulting in a decrease in farmers' interest in selling their chilies. People prefer to consume them privately, so rotting chilies were found on several fields. This fact underlies the implementation of Community Service (PkM) activities by increasing the usefulness of chilies through making squid chili sauce by collaborating with mothers as training participants combined with mentoring. After the training and mentoring it turned out that the village residents were very enthusiastic as evidenced by the presence of several residents who group asking for assistance (training)extra which is coupled with manufacturing practices. The positive response from residents is also in line with the market, that when marketed, Sanrobone squid chili sauce is very popular with the market, so apart from being able to increase people's knowledge, Sanrobone squid chili sauce can be used as an alternative new income.

Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel ini menganalisis secara kritis kondisi penolakan terhadap rumusan penistaan agama yang disusun dan dimuat dalam ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana Indonesia. Artikel ini disusun secara sistematis dengan penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian yuridis normatif, yaitu pendekatan yang menggunakan konsepsi hukum positivis. Konsep ini memandang hukum identik dengan norma tertulis yang dibuat dan diumumkan oleh lembaga atau pejabat yang berwenang. Akibatnya, artikel ini menemukan bahwa faktor internal pihak yang menolak berkontribusi terhadap fenomena penolakan ketentuan penodaan agama terhadap konten yang terdapat dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP.

Abstract

Abstract There is recently an issue; Batanghari watershed degradation and sustaining Batanghari watershed quality in Jambi Province, Indonesia. Watershed degradation and sustaining watershed quality as well as putting ecological point of view upon watershed management, which in turn emerge in term : integrated watershed management, is also a global issue. We aware of the interdependency between land and soil along with all inherent aspects in them and watershed quality and all inherent aspects in it. It has been proved that unwise measures upon land and soil gives undesired impacts on watershed quality. The first damages shall mostly be upon water quality. For the existence of human being and livelihood of most communities depend strongly on soil and water, at least true to happen in developing and under developed countries, it is true then that both soil and water should be regarded as very important natural resources. By this thought managing and sustaining watersheds need an integrated measures for both components: river, landuse-soil through an ecological approach, conditio sine qua none all efforts will end in failure. The main goal of watershed management are to integrate the use of water, soil, forest and other natural resources within watershed into a NOT CONFLICTING dynamic-ecological based management. This goal can be achieved through an implementation of interdependency concept to regional space planning.   Keywords: watershed, river and interdependency   Abstrak Baru-baru ini ada masalah; Degradasi DAS Batanghari dan  Menjaga Kualitas DAS Batanghari di Provinsi Jambi, Indonesia. Degradasi DAS dan mempertahankan kualitas DAS serta menempatkan sudut pandang ekologi pada pengelolaan DAS, yang pada gilirannya muncul dalam istilah: pengelolaan DAS terpadu, juga merupakan isu global. Kami menyadari adanya saling ketergantungan antara tanah dan tanah beserta segala aspek yang melekat di dalamnya dan kualitas DAS serta segala aspek yang melekat di dalamnya. Terbukti bahwa tindakan yang tidak bijaksana terhadap tanah dan tanah memberikan dampak yang tidak diinginkan pada kualitas DAS. Kerusakan pertama sebagian besar terjadi pada kualitas air. Karena keberadaan manusia dan mata pencaharian sebagian besar masyarakat sangat bergantung pada tanah dan air, setidaknya benar terjadi di negara berkembang dan terbelakang, maka benar bahwa tanah dan air harus dianggap sebagai sumber daya alam yang sangat penting. Dengan pemikiran tersebut pengelolaan dan pelestarian DAS memerlukan langkah-langkah yang terintegrasi dari kedua komponen: sungai, tata guna lahan-tanah melalui pendekatan ekologis, conditio sine qua none semua upaya akan berakhir dengan kegagalan. Tujuan utama pengelolaan DAS adalah mengintegrasikan pemanfaatan air, tanah, hutan dan sumber daya alam lainnya di dalam DAS ke dalam suatu pengelolaan berbasis ekologis dinamis yang TIDAK BERKONFLIK. Tujuan ini dapat dicapai melalui implementasi konsep interdependensi dalam perencanaan ruang wilayah.   Kata kunci: DAS, sungai dan interdependensi

Abstract

Cempaka Central Banjarmasin community health center is a community health center that has a strategic location, in the middle of Banjarmasin City. There are more or less than 23 patients in 1 day doing blood glucose examination and about more than 5 patients had a history of Diabetes Mellitus in the laboratory. Thus the laboratory does not conduct specimen examination immediately because of the limited number of laboratory personnel. Meanwhile it also has limited equipment and not yet fully automatic. This study aims to determine whether or not there is a Difference of Blood Glucose Levels that are Checked Immediately, Postponed 1 Hour and 2 Hours Using the GOD-PAP Method in Diabetes Mellitus Patients in Cempaka Public Health Center, Central Banjarmasin, using an experimental observation method. The independent variable of this study was the measurement of blood glucose levels which were examined immediately, postponed 1 hour and 2 hours and the dependent variable of this study was the blood glucose level. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, by examining the serum specimens of patients with a history of Diabetes Mellitus by 10 samples. Based on the results of the examination of blood glucose levels that were immediately examined, postponed 1 hour and 2 hours there was a significant difference between groups with the Friedman test with a significant Chi-Square Count> Chi-Square Table (20,000> 5,991) and a significant P-value 0,000 <0.05 and Post Hoc test with a significant value of P-value 0.005 <α (0.05). Based on the results of the research conducted there were significant differences in the immediate examination with a delay of 1 hour and 2 hours.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran pendidikan karakter dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan penerapan nilai-nilai karakter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur yang mencakup teori-teori terkait dengan pendidikan karakter dan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir generasi muda, serta mendorong mereka untuk berkontribusi positif dalam masyarakat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya penerapan pendekatan kontekstual dalam pembelajaran untuk membantu mahasiswa mengaitkan teori dengan praktik dalam kehidupan nyata. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan karakter merupakan aspek krusial dalam pendidikan tinggi yang tidak boleh diabaikan, karena dapat membentuk individu yang tidak hanya cerdas secara akademis, tetapi juga memiliki moral dan nilai positif.
