Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memulihkan kondisi psikososial korban bencana alam melalui pendekatan trauma healing yang terintegrasi dengan edukasi kebencanaan, penguatan ketahanan pangan, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi desa berbasis Pembelajaran Sosial Emosional (Social Emotional Learning/SEL) di Desa Simpur Jaya, Kecamatan Ketambe, Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara. PKM dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif berbasis komunitas dengan desain deskriptif-kualitatif. Sasaran kegiatan adalah masyarakat desa terdampak bencana, khususnya keluarga korban dan kelompok dewasa produktif. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahapan persiapan, sosialisasi, edukasi kebencanaan, kegiatan trauma healing berbasis SEL, pendampingan ketahanan pangan, serta pemberdayaan ekonomi desa, yang disertai dengan monitoring dan evaluasi. Data diperoleh melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara terarah, diskusi kelompok, dan refleksi masyarakat. Hasil PKM menunjukkan adanya perbaikan kondisi sosial emosional masyarakat, ditandai dengan menurunnya kecemasan, meningkatnya kemampuan mengenali dan mengelola emosi, serta menguatnya solidaritas sosial. Selain itu, masyarakat menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman terhadap kesiapsiagaan bencana, kesadaran akan pentingnya ketahanan pangan berbasis sumber daya lokal, serta meningkatnya motivasi untuk kembali melakukan aktivitas ekonomi produktif.

Abstract

The 6.5 magnitude earthquake that struck Pidie Jaya Regency on December 7, 2016, caused massive damage to public infrastructure and residential areas. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Humanitarian Engineering (HE) principles in the post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction process. The evaluation focuses on community involvement, the effectiveness of aid distribution, and the fulfillment of construction quality standards through a socio-technical approach. Research data were gathered from official disaster authority reports, community satisfaction studies, and technical parameters of infrastructure rehabilitation. Analysis results indicate that community-based reconstruction methods have a significant positive impact on project success, with the quality factor obtaining the highest frequency index of 0.73. Nevertheless, design aspects still require adjustments to the cultural context and local needs, with an index value of 0.68. This study concludes that integrating local wisdom with earthquake-resistant engineering innovations is the key to building community resilience. Practical suggestions include strengthening system literacy for technical experts and standardizing integrated evaluation frameworks for future humanitarian projects.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of social media, marketing content design, and price perception on the purchasing decisions of local products among millennials in Aceh Tenggara Regency. The research is motivated by the increasing role of digital technology and social media in shaping consumer behavior, particularly among millennials, who show a strong preference for engaging, informative, and visually appealing digital content. Understanding how these factors affect purchasing decisions is critical for local businesses seeking to enhance their competitiveness in the digital marketplace. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, distributing structured questionnaires to 100 millennial respondents aged 20–35 years who have previously purchased local products. Data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine both the partial and simultaneous effects of the three independent variables on purchasing decisions. The results reveal that social media, marketing content design, and price perception significantly influence the buying decisions of millennials, both individually and collectively. These findings suggest that local SMEs can enhance consumer interest and loyalty by leveraging effective digital marketing strategies, including creative content presentation and appropriate pricing policies. Furthermore, the study provides insights for regional governments to support adaptive promotional initiatives that strengthen local product visibility and competitiveness in the digital era. This research contributes to the understanding of millennial consumer behavior and practical marketing strategies for local product development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Augmented Reality (AR) features on user satisfaction in online transportation services and to examine the mediating role of customer value among users in Medan City. A quantitative survey approach was employed in this study. The sample consisted of 120 active users of online transportation services in Medan City, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression and the Sobel mediation test. The findings reveal that AR features have a positive and significant effect on customer value and user satisfaction. Customer value also has a significant positive effect on user satisfaction and is proven to partially mediate the relationship between AR features and user satisfaction. These results indicate that the implementation of AR features enhances user satisfaction primarily through increased perceived customer value. The regression coefficients show that AR features (X₁) have a value of 0.328, while customer value (X₂) has a value of 0.415, suggesting that both variables play an important role in shaping user satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.587 indicates that the research model has a relatively strong explanatory power. This study is limited to Medan City and a relatively small sample size, which may affect the generalizability of the findings. Future research is recommended to expand the study area and include additional variables such as trust and user experience to enrich the research model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leverage yang diukur dengan debt to asset ratio (DAR), long term debt to equity ratio (LTDtER), dan debt to equity ratio (DER) terhadap return on equity ratio (ROE). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan hotel, restoran dan pariwisata yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2021. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diproleh 10 sampel perusahaan. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan yang telah diaudit dan diproleh melalui website resmi bursa efek Indonesia. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan metode regresi data panel. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa rasio leverage yang diukur dengan DAR, berpengaruh terhadap ROE. sedangkan LTDtER dan DER tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROE. Secara simultan Debt to Asset Ratio, Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh terhadap Return On Equity Ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Alfamart Kuta Cane. The background of this research is based on the importance of improving service quality as a key factor in building customer satisfaction and loyalty, particularly in the highly competitive modern retail sector. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of all customers who had shopped at Alfamart Kuta Cane, while the sample comprised 100 respondents selected through accidental sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results revealed that service quality simultaneously had a significant effect on customer satisfaction (F = 46.227; p < 0.05) with an R² value of 0.679. Partially, reliability, responsiveness, tangibles, and assurance dimensions had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while empathy had no significant effect. These findings indicate that reliability and responsiveness are the dominant factors shaping customer satisfaction. This study confirms the relevance of the SERVQUAL model and the Expectation-Confirmation theory in explaining the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction in the minimarket retail context. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for Alfamart’s management in designing service quality improvement strategies to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role as the backbone of economic stability in Medan City. However, most business actors still face growth stagnation due to weak managerial capacity and slow business adaptation in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the empirical effect of transformational leadership on the organizational performance of MSMEs in Medan City. Using a quantitative approach with a causal associative method, data were gathered from 150 respondents across the culinary, trade, services, and creative industry sectors, selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression assisted by IBM SPSS Statistics. The results indicated that all instruments were valid, reliable, and met the requirements of classical assumption tests. Partial hypothesis testing (t-test) proved that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on MSME organizational performance, with a t_statistic value of 8.412 (p = 0,000< 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R2) analysis showed that transformational leadership contributes 32.4% to the variation in organizational performance. These findings confirm that a visionary, inspirational, and adaptive leadership approach serves as a crucial internal foundation to drive innovation and business sustainability for urban economies amid intensifying digital competition.

Abstract

This research was designed to investigate the empirical conditions and evaluate the impact exerted by the Cash Ratio (CR) and Quick Ratio (QR) on corporate profitability (represented by Return on Assets/ROA) among constituents of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) from 2023 to 2025. Adopting a quantitative framework alongside descriptive and verification methods, this investigation selected 30 prominent sharia-compliant corporations as the analysis sample. Hypothesis testing was executed through quadratic non-linear regression models operated via SPSS version 24. Descriptive analysis identified three unique interaction typologies: a negative trend stemming from unutilized funds, a positive trajectory generated by proportional liquidity, and an aggressive working capital loop driven by minimal cash holdings. Based on partial assessment (t-test), the linear dimension of the Cash Ratio significantly and positively stimulates ROA (t-value = 2.250); Sig. = 0.027 < 0.05). Conversely, its quadratic element (CR2) yields a negative coefficient (-1.914), signaling an inverted U-shaped non-linear tendency, albeit statistically non-significant Sig. = 0.131 > 0.05). Meanwhile, neither the linear nor quadratic expressions of the Quick Ratio demonstrate a meaningful impact on ROA variations. Jointly (F-test), the combined model significantly accounts for corporate ROA shifts (F-value} = 4.02); Sig. = 0.005 < 0.05), offering an R-squared value (R2) of 15.9%, with the dominant 84.1% explained by variables omitted from this model. These findings imply that corporate treasurers within JII should establish a calculated cash threshold to suppress the opportunity cost linked to stagnant cash pools.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat internasional yang diselenggarakan oleh KABA Academic Society (Indonesia) dan KRIRK University (Thailand) merupakan inisiatif strategis dalam mengintegrasikan inovasi teknologi dan pemberdayaan komunitas untuk mendukung keberlanjutan sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara hybrid di Bangkok pada 30 Juni–2 Juli 2025, dengan target masyarakat Soi Ram Intra, Distrik Bang Khen. Melalui survei kebutuhan, pelatihan teknologi tepat guna, dan monitoring partisipatif, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah, literasi digital, dan pengembangan UMKM. Hasil awal menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan komunitas, akses terhadap teknologi ramah lingkungan, dan kesadaran lingkungan yang lebih tinggi. Keberhasilan program ini menunjukkan pentingnya sinergi antara akademisi dan masyarakat lintas negara dalam membangun praktik kesehatan masyarakat yang berkelanjutan di era global.
