Abstract

ABSTRACKThis study examines and analyzes the effect of fashion involvement and lifestyle shopping partially or simultaneously. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Fashion Involvement on impulse buying, the influence of shopping lifestyle on impulse buying and the effect of fashion involvement and Shopping Lifestyle on Impulse Buying of fashion shopee products, a case study of students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at Malang Islamic University. The sampling technique used in this study was convenience sampling with the criteria of students aged 19 to 24 years old and making unplanned purchases on shopee fashion products. with the number of respondents set was 60 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, partial fashion involvement has a significant effect on impulse buying, and the shopping lifestyle variable has a significant effect on impulse buying. From the simultaneous test results, the variables fashion involvement and shopping lifestyle have a significant effect on impulse buying..Keywords : Fashion Involvement, Shopping Lifestyle, Impulse Buying.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the Effect of Workload and Transformational Leadership Style on Job Satisfaction and Performance (Study at RSIA Puri Bunda Malang). In this study there are independent variables, namely workload and transformational leadership style, the dependent variable is performance, and the mediating variable, namely job satisfaction. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis using path analysis, direct influence test and single test The results of this study are: (1) Workload Variables have a direct significant effect on the value of Job Satisfaction, (2) Transformational Leadership Style have a direct significant effect on the value of Job Satisfaction, (3) Workload Variables do not have a significant direct effect on performance, (4) Transformational Leadership Style has a significant direct effect on performance, (5) Job satisfaction variables have a direct significant effect on performance, (6) Workload Variables has an indirect effect on performance mediated with job satisfaction, (7) Transformational Leadership Style has an indirect effect on performance mediated with job satisfaction. Keywords: Workload, transformational leadership style, Job Satisfaction, and Performance.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine and analyze the influence of celebrity endorser and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions with brand image as an intervening variable. The population in this study were Faculty of Economic and Business 2018 students at the Islamic University of Malang who used Scarlett Whitening with a total sample of 95 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative method with path analysis techniques. Sampling technique with non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The results show that celebrity endorser did not have a direct effect on brand image, while eWOM had a direct effect on brand image. Celebrity endorsers, eWOM and brand image have a direct effect on purchasing decisions, brand image cannot mediate celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions but brand image can mediate eWOM on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Celebrity Endorser, eWOM, Brand Image, Purchase Desicions

Abstract

ABSTRACK               Raw material arrangements carried out by CV. Pinuji The procedure for purchasing cigarette raw materials will be made 40% of the needs of one month. (EOQ) economical order quantity The optimal number of clove handles is 21,398.50 kg each time ordering an order frequency 2 times with an optimal order time of 103 days, the total cost of one year is Rp.2,208,575. safety stock 222.13 kg. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of carrying out research is to analyze the effect of job characteristics, organizational characteristics and individual characteristics on employee performance at the MR.M4T restaurant. The population in this study were 37 employees of the MR.M4T restaurant. With a saturated sampling technique, all members of the population were sampled. Using multiple linear regression analysis, and the results of the study show the effect of job characteristics, organizational characteristics, and individual characteristics has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT Mainly Indonesia peape have a tendency to make online clothing purchases. It shows the use and emergency of online purchasing application all around us like OLX, Lazada, Tokopedia, and other. The purpose of this study is know determine the  effect of lifestyle and emotional maturity on the decision to buy online clothing in the landungsari Village, Dau district, Malang regency. The sampling technique uing non probality sampling that is a consideration of certain criteria data analysis tool used in this research is multiple Linear regression analysis. The result of this research showed that lifestyle rariables and emotional  maturiry have a significant impact of online clothing purchases both simultaneously and partial. Keywords : lifestyle, emotional maturity, online decition clothing

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, and profitability ratios on returns stockwith EPS as an intervening variable. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The research sample used purposive sampling technique. From a population of 179 companies, 27 companies were sampled with a three-year research period (2017-2019). The data analysis technique used is path analysis (path test). Based on the research results, it shows that ROE directly has a significant effect on EPS, while CR, DER, and ROA directly have no significant effect. Then DER, ROA, and ROE directly have a significant effect on returns stock, while CR directly has no significant effect on returns stock. Earning per share (EPS) directly has a significant effect on returns stock. CR, DER, and ROA indirectly have a significant effect on returns stockwith earnings per share (EPS) as an intervening variable. Meanwhile, return on equity (ROE) indirectly has no significant effect on returns stockwith EPS as an intervening variable. Keywords: liquidity ratio, leverage ratio, profitability ratio, stock returns, EPS

Abstract

ABSTRACT Current economic developments encourage competition in various sectors, especially in the same type of business, namely retail. The tight of competition make businesses compete in increasing sales to obtain the expected profitability. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase the purchasing decisions of consumers. The purposed of this study was to analyze the influence of independent variables of word of mouth, the quality of service, product quality, and location through the dependent variable is a purchase decision.This research used primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The technique of sampling in this study using accidental sampling method. The number of samples obtained by 7.600 consumers Bandung Super Model stores located in Dinoyo Malang. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression techniques.The results of this study indicate that the variable word of mouth, the quality of service, product quality, and the location has a positive influence and significant on purchasing decisions to Bandung Super Model  stores in Dinoyo Malang, either partially or simultaneously.Keyword : Word of mouth, service quality, product quality, location, purchasing decision

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions through word of mouth as an intervening variable in shopee online shop users in Rusunawa II Malang Islamic University students. The variables used in this study are brand image variables, purchasing decisions and word of mouth as intervening variables. Data collected through the questionnaire method with the number of samples used as respondents as many as 65 respondents. The result of this research concludes that there is an influence between the variable brand image directly influences the purchase decision, brand image has a direct effect on word of mouth, word of mouth has a direct effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has an indirect effect on purchasing decisions through word of mouth as a variable intervening.Keywords: Brand Image, Purchase Decision, Word Of Mouth

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, Hedoconic Shopping Motivation, and Sales Promotion to Impulse Buying in Malang Twon Square, Olympic Garden Mall, study on the students of Faculty of Economics of Islamic University of Malang. To be able to achieve the goal used method of analysis of data of normality test, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, F-test & t test. Data collection methods in this study using questionnaires distributed to students of the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Malang.Population in this research is student of Faculty of Economics from class of 2013/2014 until 2016/2017. The use of samples using nonprobability sampling technique using the method of accidental sampling with the criteria obtained 96 respondents who became the sample in this study.Based on the results of analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that simultaneously Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, Hedoconic Shopping Motivation, and Sales Promotion significantly influence Impulse Buying. While partially Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Sales Promotion significantly influence Impulse Buying in Malang Twon Square, Olympic Garden Mall, study on students of Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Malang .Keywords: Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, and Sales Promotion, Impulse Buying.
