Abstract

AbstractThis study is to find out the perception of risk, convenience, benefits and price to purchasing decisions. This study sample consists of 116 FEB University Islamic of Malang students in 2021. Method of data collection by collecting primary and secondary data. To find out the data that will be studied, this study uses how to spread questionnaires online.  The study used the SPSS version 16measurement tool to test data in the form of instrument testing, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. From this study produced several conclusions that mention that variables of risk perception, convenience, benefits and prices simultaneously or together have an effect on purchasing decisions. Partially variables of risk perception, convenience, benefits and price have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Purchasing Decision, Risk Perception, Benefit, Price

Abstract

ABSTRACT         In Indonesia, culinary was very developed and attracted by millennial in this era. Every year, there are many culinary is also a business that grows up that greatly with a variety of distinctive features and various variations since presentation and taste. Based on consumer needs and culinary development at this time also moving forward along the demands of market needs. The number of culinary is very much appreciated from domestic and abroad, this shows that the culinary business sector is experiencing very positive growth, especially in Malang. Furthermore, it is necessary to know what factors influence the level of customer satisfaction that business people can meet customer satisfaction. This present study aims to the effect of variable product quality, service quality, location price and satisfaction on customers' loyalty at the Ayam Uleg Restaurant.  The population costumers of Ayam Uleg. The present study used 100 people as the sample.  The data collection got from distributing questionnaires with purpose sampling techniques. The present study used Path Analysis, where Product Quality is X1, service quality X2, price (X3) location (X4) Y loyalty and satisfaction Z as the analyzed the data. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between Product Quality, service quality, price and Location of Customer Loyalty through Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership style, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at CV. Guna Karya Malang. In this study the sample is Malang City CV. Guna Karya employees. Collecting data using a questionnaire, data analysis, which used the validity of the test, reliability test, normality test, multiple regression analysis, classic assumption test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, statistical test f, statistical test t. The results of this study have a significant positive effect on democratic leadership style, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at CV. Guna Karya Malang. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance at UMKM NILAKANDI Catering in Sidoarjo Regency mediated by readiness to change. The population used is all employees, amounting to 169 people. While the sample used in this study because it uses a saturated sampling technique, the sample taken is all 169 employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression and using a questionnaire as a data collection technique.Through this research, it can be concluded that leadership and readiness to change have a direct and significant influence on employee performance, transformational leadership is able to provide a direct and significant influence on readiness to change, transformational leadership does not indirectly have a significant effect on employee performance of UMKM NILAKANDI Catering Sidoarjo Regency through readiness to change as a mediating variable.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Readiness to Change, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims the effect of price and promotion on purchasing decisions (CV. Surya Perkasa Mandiri Malang). The population in this study were all CV. Surya Perkasa Mandiri Malang. The sampling technique was calculated using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 70 respondents was obtained. The method of data collection in this study used a questionnaire. The results showed that simultaneously price and promotion had an effect on purchasing decisions. partially price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on the decision. Keywords: Price, promotion, consumer purchasing decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research uses descriptive research method. The method of data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis, which is an analysis used to describe the characteristics of the study, the respondents studied and the data collected. After that the discussion is done descriptively. In this study the independent variables consisted of Emotional Intelligence (X1) Spiritual Intelligence (X2), and Motivation (X3) while the dependent variable was Employee Performance (Y). To determine whether there is an influence of the independent variable there is a dependent variable, then testing the hypothesis proposed in this study. The testing method for the proposed hypothesis is tested simultaneously using the T test, F test, and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and motivation have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect and analyze the effect of visibility, credibility, attraction, power and purchasing decisions simultaneously and partially on the purchase decision of Tora Bika Kopi Susu. The population in this study was in the santri pesantren of Al Hikam Malang students. The sample used in this study was 93 respondents. The sampling technique to determine the sample to be used in this study uses non probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is a limiting method of sampling a person's special characteristics which provides information that is more focused and in accordance with what the researcher wants. Analysis was carried out using questionnaires. The results of this study indicate Visibility / X1 (006), Credibility / X2 (001), Attraction / X3 (000), Power / X4 (000) show partially the results (t test) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While simultaneous results (f test) on the table obtained F in the count of 36,653 and a probability of 0,000. Because sig F count <5% (0,000 <0,05), shows simultaneously significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Visibility, Credibility, Attraction, Power and purchasing decisions

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine and explain work ability, compensation, work commitment to employee performance (study on employees of CV Dewi Sri Rahma, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency). This research is an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The method used is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used the formula from Malhotra with the calculation results of 56 samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of work ability, compensation, and commitment to employee performance. And there is a partial influence between the variables of work ability, compensation, and commitment to performance.. Keywords: ability, compensation, commitment, employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to recognize the direct influence of the variable Celebrity Endorser on Purchase Intention, there is a direct influence of Celebrity Endorser on Purchase Intention, there is a direct influence on Brand Image on the Purchase intention, and there is an indirect influence of Celebrity Endorser against Purchase intention through the Brand Image as the intervening variables on Cosmetic Products. This study used a qualitative approach. The population and sample used in this study were Wardah cosmetics users at the Kurnia Probolinggo shop. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique. Meanwhile, the analytical method used in this study is path analysis.                           The results of this study provide empirical evidence that there is a direct influence of Celebrity Endorser on Purchase Intention, there is a direct influence of Celebrity Endorser on Purchase Intention, there is a direct influence of Brand Image on Purchase intention, and there are indirect effects of Celebrity Endorser on Purchase intention through Brand Image as a variable intervening. Kata Kunci : Celebrity Endorser, Purchase intention, Brand Image
