Abstract

ABSTRACT            The research a purpose to knowing and analyze word of mouth, service quality and location of the purchasing decision of Malang Sambuk Malang, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population in this studywasthe 2016 feb unisma studentswho had ever been culinaryin Malang Ural Malang. Samplestaken as many as 105 participants. The sampling techniq ueusedisthe Malhotratheory. Data were analyze dusing multiple linear regressionanalysi sprocessed with SPSS25 software. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The results showed that Word of Mouth had no significanteffect partially on Purchasing Decisions. Meanwhile, Service Quality and Location have a partially significanteffect on Purchasing Decisions. And, Word of Mouth, Service Quality, Location has a significant simultaneouseffect on PurchasingDecisions. Keywords: Word of Mouth, Service Quality, Location and Purchasing        Decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to look at the effect of sales promotion and servicescape on impulsive purchases with emotional shopping as an intervening variable. The data used in this study is the poor Hypermart consumer town square. This study used as many as 100 samples. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The method used is the path analysis method to determine data analysis using the path analysis method and using the validity test, reliability test, normality test, t test and sobel test using the SPSS version 14.0 application.               From the results of the study, it shows that sales promotion and servicescape have a positive and significant effect on emotional shopping, sales promotion and servicescape has a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchases, and shopping emotions have a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchases.Key Word: Sales Promotion, Servicescape, Shopping Emotion, Impulse Buying

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work ethic and work discipline on employee performance in Pakuniran Sub-district Office, Probolinggo Regency. This type of research used explanatory research with quantitative approaches. The sample in this study were 32 permanent employees included leaders in it. The method of analysis used in this research is hypothesis testing multiple linear regression analysis using t-test and F test. and analysis procesed with SPSS software. Data collections method used were questionnaire. From this study provides result and show that it is there partial and all at once  an relationship or work effect of work  ethic and work discipline on employee performance.Keywords : work ethic and work discipline on employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out and analyze the Effects of Country of Origin, Perceived Quality and Price on Purchase Intention with Brand Image as Intervening Variables (case studies on Castrol oil users in Castrol Active Sawojajar Workshop, Malang City). Castrol oil sales in workshops have decreased so author as interested in doing this research. With existin theory hopefully it can answer the existing problems. The sample in this study were 72 customers. Based on the results of hypothesis testing it is known that the Country of Origin Perception, Perceived Quality, and Price have a direct influence on Brand Image. Country of Origin Perception, Perceived Quality, and Price have direct influence on Purchase Intention. Brand Image has a direct influence on Purchase Intention. The Country of Origin Perception, Perceived Quality, and Price have an indirect influence on Purchase Intention through Brand image as an Intervening Variable. Keywords: Country Of Origin, Perceived Quality ,  Price, Purchase Intention Dan Brand Image

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted to analyze the direct influence and indirect influence of service quality on customer loyalty through customer trust. with the aim of knowing the description of service quality, customer loyalty and trust.The population used in this study is Loris Beauty Clinic Malang customers. Determination of samples using purposive sampling technique. Based on the criteria obtained 89 respondents. The type of research used is explanatory research. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis method uses path analysis. While the data analysis tool used validity test, reliability test, nomination test, with hypothesis testing using the t test and sobel test.The results of this study indicate that service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on trust, service quality variables have a significant positive effect on loyalty, the trust variable has a significant positive effect on loyalty, the trust variable can mediate the effect of service quality on loyalty.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Loyalty and Customer Trust.

Abstract

AbstractConsumers generally buy a product that is truly in accordance with their needs and desires. In addition, consumers buy a product or service adjusting the price with the quality of products offered by a company or online store site to achieve a satisfaction and loyalty. The price and quality of the products provided is the most important component by the company for consumer satisfaction. Companies must pay attention to important things for consumers, so they feel the expected satisfaction. The main thing in satisfaction and loyalty is the quality of the product and the price offered. In addition, loyalty also provides a very large profit for the company, because it affects customer buying patterns and supports what customers give to others. This study aims to determine the price and quality of products that directly affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervention variable. The purpose of this study : a) To determine the price determined customer loyalty. b) To find out the quality of the prosucts approved for consumer loyalty. c) To understand customer satisfaction. d) To find out the suggested price and product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The type of research is quantitative. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and observation. The population in this study took data obtained from students who live in the village of Merjosari, Malang as many as 480 respondents, with a sample in this study obtained 83 respondents. Data analysis methods used were instrument testing, normality testing, path analysis (Path Analysis), and hypothesis testing using SPSS v16 tools. The results in this study indicate that positive and significant prices on consumer loyalty and product quality are positive and significant on consumer loyalty by value (0,000) and there is a relathionship between product quality and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable relationship to customer loyalty with a value of one tailed probability (0,0). Keywords : Price, Product Quality, Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer Loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to analyze the Consumer PsychologicalFactors on the Purchasing Decision of Samsung Mobile Brand (Case Study onMeteor Cell Malang). The formulation of the problem in this research is a declinein sales of products Hanphone Samsung for 3 months in a row. The independentvariable consists of motivation (X1), perception (X2), knowledge (X3), andattitude X4) dependent variable is Purchase Decision (Y). Sample amounted to100 respondents taken using explanatory research technique (explanatoryresearch). Analysts use SPSS 16.0 which includes, reliability test, validity test,Normality Test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesistesting through F test and t test.Attitude variable shows the largest regression coefficient. Attitude is themost important factor affecting Samsung Mobile Brand Buying Decision (CaseStudy In Meteor Cell Malang). Abstract

 ABSTRACTThis research was made with the intention of testing and analyzing the influence of value, satisfaction, and inertia on customer loyalty who shop through E-commerce case study research on Faculty of Economic and Business Universitas Islam Malang. Population and sample taken of 97 respondent by using saturated sample or census technique. Data collection is through with questionnaires. Data analyzing on this research helping with SPSS version 21. Data testing techniques on this research includes the validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis, MRA test, and test of research hypothesis. The result of analysis show that a) influential value significant to customer shopping loyalty in E-Commerce, b) influential value significant to shopping satisfaction in E-Commerce, c) shopping satisfaction have a significant effect to customer shopping loyalty in E-Commerce, d) satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between value to customer shopping loyalty in E-Commerce, e)  inertia can moderate satisfaction with customer loyalty in E-Commerce.Keywords : Value, Satisfaction, Inertia, and Loyalty

Abstract

Abstrak                Tingginya persaingan di dunia bisnis khususnya di dunia bisnis mebel, pebisnis dituntut untuk memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen. Setelah konsumen puas, mereka akan mendapatkan tingkat loyalitas yang positif. Pelanggan pasti akan kembali dan melakukan pembelian berulang dan otomatis yang menguntungkan bagi pengusaha. Untuk alasan ini, perlu dipikirkan faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan sehingga pengusaha dapat memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan Kualitas Produk, Lokasi dan Kepuasan dengan Loyalitas Pelanggan pada UD. RIZA JAYA MEBEL. Populasi adalah konsumen UD. RIZA JAYA MEBEL. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 86 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Dimana Kualitas Produk sebagai X1, Lokasi X2, Kepuasan Y dan Loyalitas Z. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Kualitas Produk dan Lokasi terhadap Loyalitas Pembelian melalui Kepuasan sebagai variabel Intervening.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of trust, convenience, and quality of information on online purchasing decisions at Shopee. This research is an explanatory research type, with a quantitative approach. The research method used is multiple regression analysis. The sample used in this study used the Maholtra formula with purposive sampling technique, namely the sampling technique based on certain considerations that are considered suitable with the characteristics of the specified sample to be sampled and obtained 85 respondents as a sample of 1014 respondents as a population.The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between trust in purchasing decisions, convenience has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and information quality has a significant effect on online purchasing decisions at the online shopee. While the simultaneous test results show that trust, convenience and quality of information affect online purchasing decisions at online shopee shops. Keywords: Trust, convenience, and quality of information and purchase decisions.
