Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out the effects of price discount, bonus pack, and in-store display to decision impulse buying. This research uses quantitative research by explanatory research method. Sampling is done by purposive sampling with respondents of mobile accessories buyer at the AA Cell Store, amounting to 80 people. The research instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis uses a) instrument test that contains validity and reliability tests, b) normality test, c) multiple linear regression test, d) classic assumption test that contains multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, e) hypothesis test which contains F test and t test. The results of simultaneous analysis of price discount, bonus pack, and in-store display significantly influence the impulse buying. While the results of the partial analysis using multiple linear regression tests shows that price discount has a significant effect on impulse buying, while bonus pack and in-store display have no effect on impulse buying.Keywords: Price Discount, Bonus Pack, In-store Display, Decision Impulse Buying, Accessories Costumer

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of Shopping Life Style, Fashion Involvement and Sales Promotion on Impulse Buying at the Three Second shop in Soekarno Hatta Malang. This research is quantitative research. The sampling method used is purporsive sampling. There is a population of 2,700 respondents and a sample of 96 respondents was obtained. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results in this study indicate that simultaneous Shopping Life Style, Fashion Involvement and Sales Promotion have a significant effect on Impulse Buying. And partial Shopping Life Style on the coefficients table is 0.639 so that there is no significant effect on Impulse Buying, Fashion Involvement in the coeffisients table is 0.000 so that it has a significant effect on Impulse Buying and Sales Promotion on the coefficient table. significant effect on Impulse Buying.

Abstract

Abstract This study qualitatively analyzes the Digital Marketing Strategy through Swot Analysis in Increasing Sales Volume Amid the Covid 19 Pandemic (Case Study of Keripik Tempe Sari Rasa Sanan  in Malang).The data collection method used is documentation. Based on the results of research and discussion of digital marketing strategies on sales volume to take advantage of opportunities and fight existing threats, Keripik Tempe Sari Rasa Sanan utilizes Instagram and Facebook social media well through ig or facebook ads. By doing digital marketing, it really helps to increase revenue which is also automatically accompanied by an increase in sales volume as well. This is proof that digital marketing has a big influence in increasing sales volume in the UMKM Sanan Tempe Chips business. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Sales Volume, Instagram, Facebook Ads

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze how the influence of work quality, motivation, work discipline on employee performance at the local government office in Probolinggo district. The population in this study were all employees of the human resources division of the District Government Office of Probolinggose, totaling 64 employees. This study uses a saturated sample because the number of employees is less than 100 employees. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The data testing used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously the independent variable had a significant effect on the dependent variable. Based on the partial test results, the variables of work quality, motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at the local government office in Probolinggo Regency. Keywords: Quality of Work, Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the direct influence and indirect influence of Trust and Commitment on Loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Malang City Neutron Tutoring Institute. This type of research is an explanatory research type using a quantitative approach. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 76 respondents who were participants in the Neutron tutoring institution. The sample technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis.The results of this study indicate that Trust and Commitment directly and significantly affect Loyalty. Trust and commitment directly and significantly affect satisfaction. Satisfaction directly and significantly affects Loyalty. And Trust and Commitment directly and significantly affect Loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable.Keyword: Trust, Commitment, Satisfaction, and Loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACT                    This study aims to determine the effect of 1) work safety and work discipline together or simultaneously on employee performance 2) occupational health and safety on employee performance and 3) work discipline on employee performance. The type of research in the preparation of this paper is research (explanatory research). The population in this study means the employees of PT Kino Indonesia, Tbk, Prigen Pasuruan Branch as many as 326 employees, with a sample size of 77 employees with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, conclusions can be drawn, namely 1) Occupational and occupational safety (K3) and work discipline together or simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance 2) Occupational and work safety (K3) has a significant influence on employee performance and 3) work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Occupational Health, Work Safety (K3), Work Discipline and Employee Performance

Abstract

 ABSTRACTThis research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of Perception of Value, Brand Image and Price Perception on Interest in Visiting East Java Park 3, the sample of this study was 86 visitors who were made as respondents. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the simultaneous perception of value, brand image and price perception has an influence on interest in visiting East Java Park 3. Perceived value, brand image and price perception partially has an influence on interest in visiting East Java Park 3.Keyword: Perception of Value, Brand Image and Price Perception, Visiting Interest.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to test the influence of  financial knowledge and financial attitudes on financial management behavior in fashion SMEs in Malang City. This research is a quantitative study with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 72 respondents. The sampling tecnique used was puposive sampling method. Primary data processing using mutiple regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of financial knowledge and financial attitudes have a posttive and significant effect on financial management behavior. Partially the variable of financial knowledge has no positive and significant effet on financial management behavior, and financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior. Keywords : Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitudes, Financial Management behavior

Abstract

ABSTRACT               The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of product quality variables, brand image on satisfaction. Product quality, brand image, satisfaction with loyalty. And also the indirect influence of product quality, brand image on loyalty through satisfaction with Samsung smartphone users. The research method used is quantitative. The population and sample used in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malang Islamic University. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique, while hypothesis testing uses path analysis.               The results of this study provide empirical evidence that there is a direct effect of product quality, brand image on satisfaction. Product quality, brand image, satisfaction with loyalty. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality, Price and Place on Customer Satisfaction of Cus-Cus Café Malang. The variable used in this study is the customer satisfaction variable as the dependent variable, while the independent variable is Service Quality, Price and Place. Data were collected through a questionnaire method with a total sample of 92 respondents.The results of this study together conclude that there are Effects of Service Quality, Price and Place on Customer Satisfaction of Cus-Cus Café Malang and partially conclude that there is Effect of Service Quality, Price and Place on Customer Satisfaction of Cus-Cus Cafe Malang. Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Place, Customer Satisfaction
