Abstract

Analisis pengaruh ketahanan kerja, manajemen waktu, dan profesionalisme terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional 1 Medan merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Metodologi kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sebanyak 63 karyawan bagian Sumber Daya Manusia dan Sistem Manajemen Informasi merupakan populasi dari penelitian ini, dan pengambilan sampel secara lengkap digunakan untuk memilih sampel penelitian. Dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS Versi 28, analisis regresi linier berganda adalah teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Menurut temuan penelitian, profesionalisme kerja memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada (1) kasus parsial; manajemen waktu memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada (2) kasus parsial; dan ketahanan kerja memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada (3) kasus parsial. Kemampuan organisasi untuk berhasil sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja setiap karyawan. Oleh karena itu, profesionalisme kerja yang baik diperlukan untuk mendukung upaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. lokasi di mana para pekerja diharapkan dapat menjalankan tugasnya secara profesional. Selain itu, manajemen waktu yang efektif akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, seseorang harus mampu menangani situasi sulit di tempat kerja dan memiliki ketahanan kerja yang kuat. Karyawan dengan tingkat ketahanan kerja yang tinggi, kemampuan manajemen waktu, dan profesionalisme, semuanya dapat berkinerja lebih baik pada saat yang bersamaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis mengenai karyawan Perusahaan Indosat yang di phk secara sepihak tanpa adanya komunikasi internal. Kemudian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai bagaimana kolaborasi antara pihak manajemen dan serikat pekerja untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang harmonis dan mencegah pemutusan hubungan kerja sepihak. Metode penelitian ini merujuk pada metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai dengan menggunakan studi literatur pada jurnal dan website yang membahas mengenai kolaborasi manajemen dan serikat pekerja dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis dan mencegah pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang mengacu pada pemahaman kondisi objek yang alamiah, dengan peneliti berperan sebagai instrumen kuncinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antara manajemen dan para serikat kerja sangat penting. Hubungan industrial yang harmonis antara manajemen dan serikat pekerja sangat penting bagi kelancaran operasional perusahaan dan mencegah terjadinya PHK. Kolaborasi kedua belah pihak menjadi kunci tercapainya hubungan yang saling menguntungkan dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Mengetahui bagaimana kinerja karyawan di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Samosir dipengaruhi oleh hubungan antar manusia dan kepuasan kerja adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Sebanyak 45 pegawai menjadi sampel jenuh dalam penelitian kuantitatif ini. Data primer dan sekunder-diperoleh dari Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan kuesioner-digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dengan menggunakan SPSS untuk analisis data, variabel-variabel berikut ini diperiksa: uji t, f, koefisien determinasi, normalitas, multikolinieritas, heterokedastisitas, uji validitas, dan reliabilitas. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh interaksi antar manusia dan kebahagiaan kerja, menurut penelitian ini. Kinerja karyawan mendapat manfaat besar dari kepuasan kerja dan hubungan antar manusia secara bersamaan. Hubungan antar manusia dan kepuasan kerja menyumbang 76,0% terhadap kinerja karyawan; elemen-elemen lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini berdampak pada persentase sisanya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in reducing the unemployment rate in Langkat Regency. MSMEs have long been considered a sector that is able to absorb a large number of workers, especially in areas with minimal large-scale industrial investment. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 100 MSME actors in 10 sub-districts. The variables studied include the number of MSMEs, government support, access to capital, and unemployment rates. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests. The results of the study indicate that the number of MSMEs has a significant and negative effect on the unemployment rate, meaning that an increase in the number of MSMEs can reduce unemployment in Langkat Regency. Meanwhile, the variables of government support and access to capital do not have a significant effect. These findings indicate the need for strengthening more targeted policies in supporting MSMEs, either through financing, training, or regulations that facilitate the growth of small businesses. Thus, MSMEs have proven to have great potential as a strategic solution in overcoming unemployment at the local level.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of marketing management strategies and economic factors on the sales growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia using multiple regression analysis. The variables analyzed include product strategy, pricing, promotion, distribution, inflation, interest rates, and per capita income. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving selected MSME owners and relevant secondary sources. The results reveal that all variables have a significant impact on sales growth, with per capita income and promotional strategies showing the strongest influence. The analysis also indicates that internal business strategies, when aligned with favorable macroeconomic conditions, contribute to consistent sales increases. Additionally, the adoption of digital marketing tools and improved access to financial resources have strengthened MSMEs' competitiveness in the marketplace. The study underscores the importance of a holistic approach that integrates both marketing strategies and economic trend monitoring for sustainable MSME growth. These findings offer practical implications for policymakers and business owners in designing strategies that support MSME development in dynamic economic environments. Further research is recommended to include a broader sample and explore sector-specific trends for deeper insights.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of training and development of health workforce services at Sawerigading Hospital to overcome cases of discrimination between BPJS and non-BPJS patients. This research uses a literature review method with a qualitative approach and highlights the need for increased HR training and development for the optimization of health services. The results showed the importance of improving the skills, knowledge, and inclusive culture of health workers, as well as involving the community in efforts to improve service effectiveness. RSUD Sawerigading has committed to improving employee competencies through technical, soft skills, self-development, and specialization training programs to improve overall health services. Concrete steps are needed to address discrimination against BPJS patients and improve staff understanding of ethics and professionalism in health services to achieve optimal service.

Abstract

Incentive changes can have a negative impact on driver satisfaction, leading to feelings of unfair compensation and income uncertainty. These negative consequences can result in a decline in service quality and increased driver turnover. While incentive changes tend to have negative effects, there are also some positive impacts, such as increased earnings for drivers in high-demand areas. Driver satisfaction is crucial for improving driver availability, service quality, platform reputation, and profitability. Therefore, companies need to reconsider their incentive schemes and make appropriate adjustments to improve driver satisfaction. Efforts to enhance driver satisfaction include implementing fair and transparent policies, increasing market demand, educating passengers, developing platform technology, and enhancing driver support. This study employs qualitative methods and secondary data to support the research findings, ensuring the effectiveness and accuracy of the data used.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of improving the quality of the work environment on employee satisfaction and performance at PT Madu Baru Yogyakarta. Fluctuations in employee satisfaction and performnce influenced by less-than-optimal working conditions, such as noise, waste odors, uneven room temperature, and untidy workspace arrangement. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach thru the analysis of various relevant journals and books. The research results indicate that the work environment, both physical (lighting, cleanliness, air circulation, safety) and non-physical (interpersonal relationships and communication), positively influences increased employee satisfaction. This satisfaction serves as an important factor driving motivation, loyalty, and improved performance. Therefore, improving the quality of the work environment needs to be done thru strategic steps, such as spatial layout improvements, temperature and noise control, increased cleanliness, and building open communication and creating harmonious working relationships among employees. These efforts are expected to create a comfortable and productive work environment, thus supporting employee satisfaction while also sustainably strengthening company performance.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium-sized financial reporting (UMKM) can build confidence and credibility in external actors, such as banks, investors, and governments, so that they can acquire the working capital and investment they need to thrive and thrive. If financial statements exist, they can serve as a "test tool" for accounting functions, but over time, financial reports become the basis for determining or evaluating the financial position of an UMKM. Financial statements can also be used to assess the performance of a UMKM or to measure the ability of the UMKM to meet its obligations in the short and long term.This writing uses qualitative research methods that involve data collection based on in-depth searches of literature and library sources. Data is collected from reports, textbooks, academic journals, and related articles.The preparation of accurate financial statements and in accordance with the principles of financial ethics is an important step in the development of UMKM. With clear and accurate data, business owners can find improvements such as cost management and improved operational efficiency. It helps in better decision-making, which can increase the profitability and sustainability of UMKM. Focus on developing responsible financial management practices, such as prudent use of funds and transparency. UMKM can build a strong and sustainable reputation by paying attention to social and environmental aspects. In order to support business growth and overall progress, the financial reporting process must be continuously improved to comply with the principles of financial ethics.Good reputation and trust are the key to getting extra funding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi penguatan human capital dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan perencanaan karier karyawan di PT. Wang Bintan Konsultan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan meliputi belum optimalnya sistem manajemen kinerja, penilaian yang masih subjektif, kurangnya indikator kerja yang jelas, sistem insentif yang belum efektif, rendahnya motivasi dan disiplin kerja, serta lemahnya kerja sama tim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, di mana data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penilaian kinerja perlu diperkuat dengan indikator terukur (KPI) dan Balanced Scorecard, sementara kompensasi harus dikaitkan langsung dengan pencapaian kerja (performance-based system). Selain itu, perusahaan perlu menanamkan budaya disiplin, memberikan pelatihan rutin, serta membangun kolaborasi tim yang kuat. Strategi penguatan human capital yang terintegrasi dengan sistem pembinaan, penghargaan, dan komunikasi dua arah terbukti mampu meningkatkan motivasi, kompetensi, dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap organisasi.
