Abstract

Referring to demographic data, Indonesia's Muslim population currently reaches 229.62 million of Indonesia's total population of 269.6 million, the presence of sharia stocks is certainly an important matter to discuss. There are several Islamic stock indices in Indonesia, one of which is the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The purpose of the birth of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) is to increase investor confidence, especially Muslim investors, in the shares of companies whose company activities run according to Islamic sharia. Inflation, exchange rates and interest rates are one of the macroeconomic variables that can generally affect stock prices, then profitability is added as an intervening variable. This research is sourced from secondary data obtained from stock exchange sites, Indonesian banks and various other reliable sources. The research method used is the sem-pls method with smartpls 4.0 software to measure the influence of variables either directly or indirectly. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that inflation, exchange rates and interest rates did not have a significant direct effect on stock prices while profitability had a significant direct effect on stock prices, then for a direct effect on profitability it was found that inflation and interest rates had a significant effect on profitability while the exchange rate no effect on profitability. For the indirect effect through the intervening variable, it was found that interest rates have a significant effect on stock prices after being intervened by company profits, while inflation and exchange rates have no significant effect on stock prices after being intervened by company profits.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competition, location, process and facilities on purchasing decisions for Housing PT Hunian Semarak Sejahtera Bengkulu City. The population in this study were all consumers who bought PT. The sample in this research is 128 samples. The nature of the research used is descriptive quantitative and the sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS application program. The results of the analysis show that (1) the competitive variable influences the purchasing decision, (2) the location variable influences the purchasing decision, (3) the process variable influences the purchasing decision, (4) the facility variable influences the purchasing decision, (5) competition, location , Process and Facilities influence simultaneously on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence between product innovation and product differentiation on the competitive advantage of Bengkulu batik besurek. The nature of causality research or designation of cause and effect with a quantitative approach. The population and samples in this study were all 32 Batik industries in the city of Bengkulu. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling by means of sampling techniques. Saturated data analysis used in this study were: validity and reliability tests; multiple linear regression analysis; hypothesis testing which includes the F test and t test; correlation coefficient; coefficient of determination; and classic assumptions. From the calculation of the multiple linear regression equation it is known that the value of Product Innovation and Product Differentiation has a positive influence on loyalists. The value of the coefficient of determination obtained is 35.5. It is hoped that it will be input for industry players and the Bengkulu provincial government to make besurek cloth products the flagship of Bengkulu province. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara inovasi produk dan diferensiasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing batik besurek Bengkulu. Sifat penelitian kausalitas atau penunjukan sebab akibat dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian adalah seluruh industri Batik yang ada di Kota Bengkulu yang mana berjumlah 32. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan cara pengambilan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: uji validitas dan reliabilitas; analisis regresi linear berganda; uji hipotesis yang meliputi uji F dan uji t; koefisien korelasi; koefisien determinasi; dan asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan perhitungan persamaan regresi linier berganda diketahui bahwa nilai Inovasi Produk dan Diferensiasi Produk memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap loyalist. Nilai koefesien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar sebesar 35,5. Penelitian ini di harapkan menjadi masukan bagi para pelaku industri dan pemerintah Provinsi Bengkulu untuk menjadikan produk kain besurek menjadi unggulan provinsi Bengkulu

Abstract

Studi ini tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Risiko Likuiditas(LDR) (X1) Profitabilitas(ROA) (X2) pada CapitalAdequacyRatio (CAR) PerusahaanPerbankan BUMN ada DiBursa Efek Indonesia (2018-2022). mengunakan teknik kuantitatif Data gunakan dipenelitian ialah data skunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan  bank BUMN  terdaftar diBEI.         Uji analisis regresi linier berganda dari tabel coefficients nilai konstan 18,307 dapat dijelaskan bahwa koefisien nilai positif LDR (X1) HubunganPositif LDR terhadap CAR. Variabel LDR = 0,013 artinya variabel independen lainnya tetap maka mengalami kenaikan satuan CAR = 0,013 koefisien niali positif. Uji analisis regresi linier berganda dari tabel coefficient  nilai konstan sebesar 18,307 dapat dijelaskan bahwa jika ROA (X2) terhadap CAR nilai perubahannya adalan 0 maka koefisien nilai positif artinya HubunganPositif ROA pada CAR. Nilai koefisien regresi variabel ROA =0,297  artinya variabel independen tetap maka CAR  akan kenaikan sebesar satuan CAR mengalami kenaikan. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi berganda dalam analisa X1, X2 mempengaruhi CAR(Y) sebesar 0.663 yang artinya memiliki hubungan koefisien korelasi kuat nilai dirange 0,60-0,799.

Abstract

Perum Bulog is one of the BUMNs whose job is to manage food ingredients. Different sales quality of course has a different price. This of course will affect sales volume because people's interest is different for each food product that is sold. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand image, product quality and price on sales volume of Bulog Perum products in Bengkulu City. This research was carried out by applying quantitative methods with an associative approach. The research population is all consumers at Perum Bulog Bengkulu City with a total sample of 90 respondents. Determination of the sample in this study using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination (R2). The hypothesis testing in this study uses the T test and F test. The results show that based on the results of the T test Variable X1 (Brand Image) and X2 (Product Quality) on Y (Sales Volume) have a significant value ≤ 0.05, this means X1 and X2 have a significant effect on Y, meanwhile the variable X3 (price) on Y (sales volume) has a significant value ≥ 0.05, this means that X3 has no significant effect on Y. The results of the f test between Variables X1 (Brand Image), X2 (Product Quality) and X3 (Price) on Y (Sales Volume) have a significant value ≥ 0.05, this means that X1, X2 and X3 have no significant effect on Y.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence compensation, leadership and supervision have on the work discipline of employees of PT. Nareco Lestari Bengkulu City. The population in this study were 35 employees where the sample totaled 35 employees obtained through the sampling technique with saturated sampling technique. The method of analysis of this research is a quantitative method using the IBM SPSS 21 software tool. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the results of the t test on X1 (compensation) have a significant value = 0.338 greater than significant = 0.05 this means that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means that the compensation variable does not have a partial effect on work discipline (Y). The results of the t test on X2 (leadership) have a significant value = 0.402 greater than significant = 0.05, this means that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means that the leadership variable has no partial effect on work discipline (Y). The results of the t test at X3 (supervision) have a significant value = 0.000 less than significant = 0.05. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the supervision variable has a partial effect on work discipline (Y). Simultaneously, compensation, leadership and supervision affect the work discipline of employees of PT. Nareco Lestari Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan prioritas yang terjadi di Kampung Bahari Kota Bengkulu dengan mengoptimalkan peran generasi milenial dengan membentuk unit usaha Kelompok Nelayan Bina Bersatu Bengkulu dengan memberikan kemampuan memproduksi limbah ikan menjadi pupuk organik cair (POC) dan memberikan pemahaman manajemen pemasaran melalui digital marketing sebagai upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan di Kota Bengkulu. Kegiatan ini di Kampung Bahari Kelurahan Sumber Jaya Kota Bengkulu dilaksanakan dengan tahapan pengidentifikasian masalah, pelatihan yang terdiri dari metode ceramah dan diskusi serta pendampingan kepada kelompok nelayan dan monotoring evaluasi. Peserta Kegiatan ini merupakan Generasi Milenial dari Kelompok Nelayan Bina Bersatu Mandiri yang berjumlah 40 orang. Hasil kegiatan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mitra terkait pengolahan limbah ikan menjadi POC. Dari hasil kuesioner yang dibagiakan kepada peserta, sebelum mengikuti pelatihan 97,5% tidak mengetahui mengenai pengolahan limbah ikan, setelah mengikuti pelatihan menjadi 100% mengetahui mengenai pengolahan limbah ikan. Hasil kegiatan kedua adalah terbentuknya unit usaha Kelompok Nelayan Bina Bersatu Bengkulu yang akan memproduksi Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) dan mampu di pasarkan dengan memaksimalkan manajemen pemasaran melalui digital marketing.Abstract: This Community Service activity aims to solve priority problems that occur in Kampung Bahari, Bengkulu City by optimizing the role of the millennial generation by forming the Bengkulu Prosperous Fishermen Group business unit by providing the ability to produce fish waste into liquid organic fertilizer (POC) and provide an understanding of marketing management through digital marketing as an effort to reduce poverty in Bengkulu City. This activity in Kampung Bahari, Sumber Jaya Village, Bengkulu City, was carried out with the stages of problem identification, training consisting of lecture and discussion methods as well as mentoring to fishermen groups and evaluation monitoring. Participants in this activity came from the Millennial Generation from the Mandiri Prosperous Fishermen group, which totaled 40 people. The result of this activity is the formation of a Bengkulu Prosperous Fishermen group business unit which will produce Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) and be able to market it by maximizing marketing management through digital marketing.

Abstract

Kehidupan nelayan selalu identik dengan kesan kumuh dan kemiskinan. Kekumuhan itu disebabkan belum adanya manajemen pengolahan limbah yang baik. Limbah hasil tangkap nelayan sering dibuang disekitar pemukiman. Selain itu ikan-ikan kecil hasil tangkapan nelayan hanya dijual murah atau hanya dijadikan ikan asin. Kehidupan nelayan sangat bergantung dengan hasil laut, pada saat cuaca sedang tidak memungkinkan kelaut, maka para nelayan ini sering tidak memiliki penghasilan. Keberadaan kelompok nelayan sebagai wadah sekaligus rumah bagi komunitas nelayan seharusnya menjadi sarana penting untuk membentuk relasi sosial sesama nelayan dan meningkatkan kemampuan/pengetahuan nelayan. Keberadaan generasi milenial terbanyak menjadi bonus demografi yang bisa menjadi motor penggerak perekonomian nelayan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah melakukan pemberdayaan peran generasi milenial dalam kelompok nelayan melalui manajemen pengolahan limbah hasil tangkap menjadi produk ekonomi kreatif. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini masalah lingkungan kumuh akan teratasi dengan baik, selain itu dengan adanya produk ekonomi kreatif  yang dihasilkan dan dibentuk kelompok usaha bersama (KUBE) serta koperasi yang terintegrasi digital marketing akan  memberikan kekuatan ekonomi kelompok nelayan “Sejahtera Bengkulu” sebagai mitra, dengan jumlah 23 orang anggota nelayan dari kalangan generasi milenial.  Kegiatan ini mencakup pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan pendekatan metode pendekatan Partisifatory Action Riset (PAR). Hasil kegiatan ini: (1) tersedianya Sumber daya terampil dalam pengolahan limbah hasil tangkap menjadi produk ekonomi kreatif.
