Abstract

The activities of STIQ Amuntai’s student, which is very different from student life in general, entering a new environment for students become a stimulus that sometimes causes various problems, one of which is self-adjustment, either with themselves, peers or the surrounding environment so. The purpose of this study is to find out the level of emotional maturity and the level of discipline of students along with to determine the influence of maturity on student discipline at STIQ Amuntai. This research method is a quantitative method by taking 44 student samples. This research was conducted using a questionnaire method consisting of 2 scales, namely the emotional maturity scale and the discipline scale. To find out the effect of emotional maturity on discipline, this data analysis technique will eliminate the rebound with the IBM 25 SPSS for Windows program. Based on the results obtained, namely the distribution of the high category there are 4 students representing 9.1% while in the medium category there are 36 students with a percentage of 81.8%, in the low category there are 4 students representing 9.1%. The dominance of the results of the research on emotional maturity in STIQ Amuntai students shows the dominance of the results in moderate categorization. The level of discipline of STIQ Amuntai students is predominantly moderate, the distribution of discipline categorization is as follows: 63.6% is classified as moderate amounting to 28 students, 18.2% is classified as high amounting to 8 students and 18.2% is classified as low amounting to 8 students. Based on the results of the study which shows that STIQ Amuntai is dominated at a moderate level of categorization. It is known that the Pearson correlation coefficient (r) of 0.318 means that the correlation between emotional maturity and discipline in STIQ Amuntai students is 0.318 or classified as a sufficient correlation coefficient because the value of the correlation coefficient is at a value of 0.26 – 0.50 and is in the category of sufficient correlation relationship. In addition, a significance value (p) of 0.035 < 0.05 can be interpreted that there is a positive and significant influence between emotional maturity and discipline. Here it can be interpreted that emotional maturity has a significant influence on the discipline of STIQ Amuntai students

Abstract

This study examines the role of technology, such as e-assessment, online platforms, and big data, in supporting the evaluation process in Islamic education in the digital era. Using a systematic literature review method, the research identifies key challenges, including digital gaps and resource limitations in schools and madrasas. The findings reveal that e-assessment and online platforms enhance evaluation efficiency and accessibility, while big data analysis provides in-depth insights into students’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development. However, significant challenges persist, particularly in aligning these technologies with Islamic educational principles and addressing digital disparities. To overcome these obstacles, the study proposes solutions, such as capacity-building programs for educators, developing inclusive technology infrastructure, and creating guidelines to ensure Islamic values are embedded in evaluation practices. This research contributes to advancing Islamic education by integrating technology while maintaining its spiritual and ethical dimensions.

Abstract

This research examines instructional leadership models in educational contexts, focusing on transformational, transactional, and Islamic value-based approaches. A comprehensive literature study explored the complex dynamics of contemporary educational leadership. The research demonstrates that each leadership model possesses unique characteristics influencing organizational effectiveness. Transformational leadership highlights structural inspiration and motivation, while transactional leadership emphasizes exchange mechanisms and incentives. The Islamic value-based model integrates spiritual dimensions and moral ethics in leadership practices. Findings indicate the importance of a holistic approach that synergizes managerial, psychological, and spiritual aspects in building a dynamic and high-quality educational ecosystem. Research implications emphasize the need for adaptive leadership models capable of responding to the complexity of contemporary educational challenges.

Abstract

A good understanding of research methodology is key to generating quality knowledge, supporting informed decision-making and advancing areas of science and innovation. The use of Mixed Method in research has the advantage that it can support the process of achieving the research objectives that have been designed, of course the results are expected to be more accurate. Mixed Method in terms of time of course requires a long time in its implementation in order to really get maximum results. If previously discussed more about the gap between qualitative and quantitative, now switch to uniting / synergizing the two. The synergy of these two research approaches is then known as mixed method research. This synergy is expected to foster new power in conducting research. Research in the field of Islamic Education requires a lot of comprehensive studies so that Mixed Method can be used in conducting research on Islamic Education research topics. There are several PAI research topics that could have used the Mixed Method approach including Islamic Religious Teaching Methods, The Effect of Islamic Religious Education on Behavior and Attitudes, Learning the Quran and Hadith, Islam-Based Character Education, Islamic Religious Education in a Multicultural Context, The Role of Teachers in Islamic Religious Education, Islamic Religious Education Curriculum Development, Islamic Religious Education and Technology, Critical Analysis of Contemporary Issues in Islam. Some steps that can be taken in implementing Mixed Method are identifying research objectives, designing research studies, identifying variables, choosing qualitative and quantitative methods, developing research instruments, collecting data, analyzing data, interpreting results and communicating findings.

Abstract

Kajian mengenai pemikiran Fathimah Al-Banjari sejauh ini hanya membahas mengenai corak pemikiran tauhid dan fiqih, belum terdapat kajian mengenai pemikiran Fathimah terhadap pendidikan Islam bagi perempuan. Pemikiran Fathimah dapat dianalisis untuk memecahkan permasalahan dilematik kaum perempuan dalam mengambil peran di tengah era disrupsi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis library research dengan menggunakan pendekatan sejarah. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi tokoh untuk memahami pemikiran yang kemudian dikaji untuk menemukan relevansi dengan konteks peran perempuan di era disrupsi digital. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tiga pemikiran Fathimah, yaitu pentingnya keseimbangan peran perempuan untuk aktualisasi diri, pentingnya ketersediaan wadah khusus bagi perempuan, serta perlunya pemantapan peran perempuan dalam beragama untuk menunjang kehidupan sehari-hari.  Peran perempuan di era disrupsi digital diantaranya membekali diri dengan pengetahuan STEM, mengaktualisasikan diri melalui wadah khusus perempuan, serta melanjutkan tradisi intelektual islam di bidang ilmiah riset.

Abstract

Narcotics, psychotropic substances, and addictive substances are substances that can provide a calm, or excited effect on its users, but also provide negative effects such as hallucinations, loss of emotional and behavioral control. Drug abuse has spread to various age groups from school age to adults. It is necessary to build the character of adolescent behavior based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith to prevent drug abuse. The purpose of the study was to analyze the character building of adolescents based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith in dealing with drug abuse factors. The study population was adolescents aged 12-19 years, the sample size was 95 respondents. Questionnaire research instrument. Correlational survey research method with cross sectional approach. Data analysis using Spearman rank test. The results of the study found substance factors that affect the risk of drug abuse low category as much as 92.6% and high category as much as 7.4%. The risk of drug abuse was found to be 94% of non-users and 6% of drug users. There is a perfect relationship between substance factors and the risk of drug abuse in adolescents, ρ = 0.000; α, r = 0.920. The Al-Qur'an and Hadith provide moral guidance that prohibits drug use as part of adolescent character to prevent drug abuse. It is necessary to strengthen the character based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith in adolescents to prevent drug abuse behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the types of data used in quantitative research methods, including correlational, comparative, and experimental approaches, as well as their relevance in scientific analysis. The quantitative approach, which is based on numerical data, enables hypothesis testing and result generalization through statistical applications. This paper discusses the primary characteristics of nominal, ordinal, interval, and ratio data, along with their application in each research method. Correlational research identifies relationships between variables, comparative research examines differences among groups, and experimental research tests causal relationships through the manipulation of independent variables. The findings highlight the importance of selecting appropriate data types and research methods to ensure the validity of results. Quantitative research proves to be an effective tool in supporting decision-making and advancing scientific knowledge across various fields.

Abstract

This research explored the quality improvement of elementary schools integrated at Tahfidzul Qur'an Elementary School (SDTQ-T) Irsyadul Aulad Banjarmasin. This research is conducted using a descriptive qualitative research method. The data were collected through interviews with the principals and teachers at SDTQ-T Irsyadul Aulad Banjarmasin about curriculum quality improvement. The results showed that the curriculum implementation process at SDTQ-T Irsyadul Aulad Banjarmasin is carried out by the curriculum planning process that has been determined. Then, the curriculum is developed according to student needs and school characteristics. However, sometimes, the lesson plans that have been made are not maximized during the learning process in the classroom. This will be a separate evaluation process for teachers to continue to improve the quality of their teaching in the school. Furthermore, SDTQ-T Irsyadul Aulad Banjarmasin teachers have realized concrete indicators of curriculum development competence. But it's just not too optimal.

Abstract

Minat siswa dalam pembelajaran merupakan aspek krusial dalam proses belajar mengajar. Siswa dengan minat belajar yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan hasil pembelajaran, sementara minat belajar yang rendah dapat menurunkan kualitas dan berdampak negatif pada hasil belajar. Judul: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh teman sebaya dan lingkungan terhadap minat belajar anak di MIN 18 HSU. Minat belajar anak adalah faktor penting yang mempengaruhi prestasi akademik dan perkembangan pendidikan mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 100 siswa MIN 18 HSU yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teman sebaya dan lingkungan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar anak. Teman sebaya berfungsi sebagai motivator dan sumber dukungan, sedangkan lingkungan yang kondusif, baik di rumah maupun di sekolah, secara signifikan meningkatkan minat belajar anak. Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa teman sebaya dan lingkungan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap minat belajar dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,65. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar sekolah dan orang tua bekerja sama dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif dan mendukung interaksi sosial yang konstruktif di antara anak-anak.

Abstract

Improving the quality of learning in educational institutions requires professional supervision supported by valid and relevant instruments. Supervision in the context of Islamic education presents unique challenges, as it must accommodate religious and spiritual values. This study aims to provide a conceptual review of the development of supervision instruments and analyze case studies of their implementation in Islamic education by using a literature review approach. This study reviews various academic sources and analyzes secondary case studies from MTs Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau and MAN 1 Sigli. The results indicate that the development of supervision instruments involves several steps, including framework design, validation, and trial phases. Supervision implementation in both madrasahs was carried out through observation, interviews, and evaluations, followed by teacher training and competency improvement programs. Both individual and group supervision techniques were utilized to achieve educational goals. This study concludes that developing valid supervision instruments and systematic implementation of supervision can significantly enhance the quality of Islamic education.
