Abstract

A good organization, growing and developing will focus on human resources to perform its functions optimally. This study aims to (i) know the influence of leadership variables on organizational commitment; (ii) to know the effect of career development variable on organizational commitment; (iii) to know the effect of organizational commitment variable on employee performance; (iv) to know the influence of leadership variables indirectly on employee performance through organizational commitment; and (v) determine the effect of career development variables indirectly on employee performance through organizational commitment. This research design uses survey method. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk area of Makassar Kartini. Methods of data collection conducted in this study are questionnaires, documentation techniques and literature techniques. The population of this study are permanent employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Makassar Kartini for 452 employees. Determination of the number of samples is done by using the formula of Slovin, so that the number of samples obtained as many as 82 people. Analytical techniques used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, and path analysis. The results showed that the variable of leadership variable significantly influence organizational commitment. Career development has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership variables indirectly affect the performance of employees through organizational commitment, and career development have an indirectly significant impact on employee performance through organizational commitment. Abstract

The university is one of the containers, where the provision of service facilities and provide human resource capacity to the identical community of various sciences. This study aims to determine to know the influence of Organizational Culture, Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment in improving job performance Employees consisting of permanent and non permanent lecturer at Unpad Unpad Dili Timor-Leste. The type of research used in this study is quantitative approach. The quantitative approach is based on the approach done by recording and analyzing the data of the research results by using statistical calculations supported by literature study and data collection tool in the form of questionnaires distributed to permanent and non permanent lecturers at Unpad Unpad Dili Timor-Leste. The results showed that partially organizational culture, positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, as well as organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources is one of the determinants of corporate success because the role of human resources as a valuable asset is to plan, implement and control various corporate operations. This study uses quantitative methods to examine the population or specific samples, random sampling in general and quantitative / statistical data analysis with the aim to test the hypothesis that has been established using the help of software SPSS 20.0. The result of this research found that partially leadership style and work environment have positive and significant influence to the satisfaction, leadership style and work environment have positive and significant effect to performance, job satisfaction have positive and significant effect to performance. while indirect influence shows the style of leadership and work environment have positive and significant influence to performance through satisfaction.

Abstract

In achievement organizational goals, the teachers as human resources play a very important role to other resources in the Organization. Improving teacher performance, occupying important and strategic positions. The Science and technology as capital by human resources will be more effective if handled by capable human resources and have high performance. Therefore, this research aimed to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of the teachers of state high School in Makassar. This research used quantitative method. The research sample was 89 teachers in the school. The techniques used to collect data were the questionnaires observation, and the various data with were related to the research. The analysis method used in this research was the SEM PLS 3.0 analysis with SPSS 22. The results indicated that organizational culture, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on teacher’s performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze; (i) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on employee performance; (ii) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction; and (iii) the effect of job satisfaction variables on employee performance. The quantitative approach is used to test and analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction and employee performance. Research location at Hasanuddin University, Makassar. The population in this study were all employees who had been mutation in 2018 by 114 people. Withdrawal the number of samples in this study using saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale with five components. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The results showed that the variable of work mutation and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work mutation variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The research aims to formulate strategies and policies as an effort to achieve the production targets set in the LTP (Long Term Plan) PG Takalar in 2021-2025. This goal is to support the optimization of the Takalar PG which is still possible to be increased, as well as to support the government's program to increase the domestic sugar supply, which is currently still experiencing a shortage. The research method was carried out by collecting data, interviews, and filling out questionnaires to PTPN XIV internals who understood the operations of PG Takalar. SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threaths) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) methods were used as analytical tools in this study. The results showed that the priority strategies for increasing the productivity of the Takalar PG were the operational quality of the mill (smooth milling) and the increase in sugarcane land productivity (intensification). Meanwhile, policies to support the implementation of the two priority strategies are in the form of providing support for procurement of goods and services, working capital, operational supervision, assistance by experts, coordination, existing facilities and infrastructure, and human resource development.
