Abstract

Mahir Pradana; The search for as much information as possible is needed to achieve maximum results in a management process. Information is also needed as a source of evaluation of the development of an organization, institutions, companies, and departments. Thus, the management process is inseparable from the use of information systems, which is a set of components that are interconnected, collect, process the store, and distribute information to support decision-making and control in an organization. Abstract

Today, Indonesian people in urban areas has strong engagement to internet. Almost every activities are necessarily involves the internet and information technology. So, no wonder if the internet now are very demanding to society. This phenomena also arising the enablement of business that using internet as main platform or known as e-commerce. E-commerce is defined as the process of purchasing, sales, transfer or exchange products, services or information via computer network over the internet. With business activity in e-commerce, it can be extending activity and reach consumers more easily. Also the process of transactions are so far in nature conventional modernized by providing online transaction. Abstract

Previous literatures have reviewed that innovation ability relies on the capacity to absorp new knowledge (absorptive capacity). This study aims to examine the effect of absorptive capacity on innovation in the scope of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the province of West Java, Indonesia. To see whether human resource factors play a role in the ability of absorptive capacity, this study uses human capital as a mediator. The results of the study concluded that the scope of SMEs is different from multinational industries, where human capital apparently does not act as a mediator in the relationship between absorptive capacity and innovation.

Abstract

This research is a study on halal consumer behavior, which consists of empirical results from various Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME)s in Bandung, Indonesia. Data were collected from 161 muslim tourists who have experiences visiting Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, and consuming culinary products produced by MSMEs in the city. Simple linear regression method was applied to evaluate the relation between consumers’ attitude and purchase decisions. This research aims to provide deeper understanding on the effect of tourists’ attitude towards the halal label and purchase decision, seen from the perspective of muslim consumers who have experiences in consuming the food products by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME)s in Bandung, Indonesia. This study reveals that attitude towards halal label is an important factor affecting consumers’ halal food purchase decision.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the crucial attributes used by students in choosing universities to enter, in this case choosing to enroll at Telkom University, where the object of this research is the Business Administration students class 2010-2014. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that are considered by prospective students in making decisions to choose Telkom University campus for study and to find out the dominant factors in choosing the Telkom University campus as a place to study. This research uses a quantitative approach. The scale of the instrument used in this study was the Likert scale. The population in this study were alumni of Telkom University. Tel-U has 45,743 alumni who are members of the Telkom University Alumni Forum (FAST). This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling type. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. It can be concluded that there is no significant effect of the curriculum on improving Telkom University students' skills. We also found a significant effect of facilities and services on improving the skills of Telkom University students. Last we found a significant effect of skill development on Telkom University students' satisfaction.

Abstract

Fashion merupukan salah satu pilihan bisnis yang sangat menarik dan menguntungkan. Di era ini semua manusia membuthkan fashion yang dapat mencerminkan dirinya, karena pada zaman ini first impression sangatlah penting. Seorang individu yang memberikan first impression yang baik akan membuat dirinya diterima, dihargai, dan mendapatkan pengakuan dari orang lain. Salah satu produk fashion yang penting untuk menunjang penampilan adalah sepatu. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan apakah ada keterkaitan antara atribut produk dengan keputusan pembelian pada produk fashion syaitu sepatu, studi ini dilakukan dengan meneliti atribut produk sepatu dari merek Customade. Menurut Tjiptono, (2008 : 103) atribut produk adalah unsur-unsur produk yang dianggap penting oleh konsumen dan dijadikan dasar pemngambilan keputusan pembelian. Menurut Kotler dan Keller (2009 : 188) keputusan pembelian konsumen meliputi, merek, penyalur, kuantitas,waktu dan metode pembayaran. Metode yang digunakan daalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitaatif dengan jenis deskriptif dan kausal. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 74 reponden yang didapat dari hitungan dengan rumus Slovin. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa atribut produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 48.5%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 41.5% dipengaruhi factor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi semakin terasa maju sejalan dengan kemajuan teknologi internet. Dengan pengunaan internet yang semakin meningkat di Indonesia membuat peningkatan juga terhadap minat konsumen berbelanja online. Salah satu yang dilakukan pebisnis untuk memanfaatkan teknologi yang sedang berkembang ini yaitu e-commerce. Salah satu produk yang sering dibeli secara online adalah fashion. Flashy adalah salah satu usaha dibidang fashion, yang menggunakan e-commerce untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Website Flashyshop.com merupakan situs untuk memberikan informasi produk dan bertransaksi langsung pada website. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas website terhadap proses keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Flashy Shop. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis destriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Untuk pendekatannya, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Dari hasil perhitungan SPSS 22 duntuk uji Fhitung= 48.032 > Ftabel= 2.699, dengan signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh signifikan kualitas website terhadap proses keputusan pembelian pada konsumen flashy shop, dengan besarnya pengaruh sebesar sebesar 60.06% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 39.94% disebabkan faktor lain.. Secara parsial diketetahui bahwa sub-variabel kegunaan, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan interaksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap proses keputusan pembelian Kata Kunci : manajemen teknologi informasi, kualitas website, proses keputusan pembeliaan

Abstract

For an e-commerce company, a reliable website is a basic requirement in the expansion of its business. This study aimed to describe the level of quality that is perceived by customers of an e-commerce website in Indonesia, based on the judgment of the actual quality and perceived quality developed from Website Quality (WebQual) theory. This research employs WebQual dimensions namely usability, information quality, and service interaction to be further analyzed by using Gap Analysis method. The research was done by spreading questionnaires to 100 respondents in Bandung, Indonesia, to determine what are the factors determining website quality of Shopee Indonesia. The result shows that overall there are value gaps between the actual quality (performance) and ideal quality (importance) of the website. Abstract

Peer to peer lending atau pinjaman online merupakan salah satu bentuk teknologi finansial berupa marketplace yang mempertemukan pihak yang membutuhkan dana dengan pihak yang memberikan dana. Kemudahan yang diberikan mendapat antusiasme dari banyak pihak, namun demikian melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini perlu kiranya mengedukasi siswa dan guru/ tenaga pendidik SMA PGRI Cikampek sebagai masyarakat sasar guna meningkatkan literasi keuangan terkait layanan yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan pinjaman online. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan, simulasi dan diskusi interaktif yang disajikan secara daring pada tanggal 24 Desember 2021. Selama kegiatan, mendapat antusiasme tinggi dan respon positif dari para peserta dan mereka menjadi lebih paham dan bersikap lebih bijak dalam menyikapi setiap ada tawaran pinjaman online.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the price and product quality towards consumer loyalty in the city of Bandung. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze how the price and quality of products provided by Xiaomi to its consumers, as well as the magnitude of the effect of product quality and price simultaneously and partially on consumer loyalty in Bandung. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and causal research types. Sampling was done by using non-probability sampling method, purposive sampling type, with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis with SmartPLS software, it was found that the price and product quality factors together had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty in Bandung..
