Abstract

Tourism is one sector that can help the economy of a region. Tourism is also referred to as regional development credit. City branding is a form of effort made to form a place, an area which is then developed for the community. This study aims to determine the effect of city branding on visiting decisions either directly or through city image and electronic word of mouth. This research is a quantitative research, the subject of this research is tourists who visit tourist attractions in Lumajang who visit 139 people. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using path analysis. The results show that City branding affects the image of the city, city branding affects E-WOM, city image affects the decision to visit, E-WOM affects the decision to visit, city branding affects the decision to visit. City branding of a city can improve the image of the city with a brand created from existing tourism, branding of a city can increase promotion by means of E-Wom carried out by city visitors, the image of a good city can attract someone's decision to visit one of them with the image of natural tourism from one person to another.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan program ini yaitu diharapkan, mahasiswa memperoleh pengalaman yang secara langsung menemukan, merumuskan, memecahkan dan menanggulangi masalah yang berada dilapangan. Adapun sasaran dari pemberdayaan masyarakat yang kami lakukan yaitu masyarakat dan UKM. Tidak banyak program yang kami laksanakan di Dusun Sukodadi tersebut meliputi kegiatan kesehatan yaitu Program cuci tangan pada kegiatan Posyandu, pembagian dan pembuatan hand sanitizer. Selain kegiatan kesehatan kami juga mempunyai kediatan dalam bidang ekonomi yaitu pembuatan logo dan bener UKM, promosi produk UKM, pembuatan aplikasi pemasaran dan mengajari pemilik UKM agar bisa aktif di sosial media, membantu pembuatan pesanan standing flower dan vas sabut kelapa, penentuan harga produk UKM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, product innovation and lifestyle on purchasing decisions and their effect on brand image as an intervening variable at Rumah Batik Rolla Jember. The population in this study are consumers from Rumah Batik Rolla Jember. The sample used as many as 60 respondents who are consumers of the House of Batik Rolla Jember. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is path analysis with the help of SPSS 23. The results show that price and product innovation have no direct effect on brand image, while product quality and lifestyle have a direct effect on brand image. In addition, price, product quality, product innovation, lifestyle and brand image have a direct influence on purchasing decisions. Price and product innovation have no indirect effect on purchasing decisions through brand image, while product quality and lifestyle have an indirect effect on purchasing decisions through brand image.

Abstract

Usaha mikro, bagi perempuan adalah sektor kerja yang sangat menunjang alokasi ketenaga kerja perempuan. Hampir delapan puluh persen tenaga kerja perempuan kelompok bawah terserap dalam sektor kerja mandiri yakni usaha mikro. Jenis usaha mikro yang beragam dan tidak bergantung pada tingkat keterampilan kerja yang tinggi menjadikan perempuan teralokasi pada bidang ini lebih besar dari pada usaha sektor lain. Namun demikian usaha mikro yang digeluti oleh perempuan bertahun-tahun dan memiliki prospek untuk berkembang terhambat oleh terbatasnya fasilitasi dari pihak pemerintah. Hal ini disebabkan usaha mikro minim memiliki persyaratan bagi sebuah usaha yang dianggap establish. Sejauh ini usaha mikro yang oleh karena sifatnya mudah berubah dan beralih bisnis (jenis usaha) maka pihak perbankan atau pihak pemerintah baik pihak dinas koperasi, usaha mikro dan menengah mengalami kekhawatiran dan kesulitan untuk memberikan fasilitas pengembangan usaha. Legalitas usaha dan konsistensi usaha dari usaha-usaha mikro ini yang merupakan salah satu indikator penting untuk akses fasilitas pengembangan usaha dari pihak perbankan dan pihak pemerintah. Pengabdian pada masyarakat kali ini berusaha untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan pendampingan bagi para pengusaha mikro perempuan pesisir di Desa Puger Wetan untuk memperoleh Legalitas usaha mikro dari pemerintah terkait.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing dan custumer relationship marketing terhadap pembentukan brand image pada sebuah hotel di Bali, mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh brand image terhadap keputusan wisatawan di sebuah hotel di Bali, dan pengaruh digital marketing terhadap keputusan wisatawan di hotel ini, melalui mediasi brand image. Peneliti menggunakan tiga jenis variabel. Uji validitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS dan suatu instrumen dikatakan valid jika r ≥ 0,30 dan jika nilainya dibawahnya dianggap tidak valid sehingga dapat dilakukan eliminasi variabel yang dimaksud, sambil menghitung nilai reliabilitas menggunakan nilai Cronbach alpha di atas 0,6. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image, digital marketing tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan wisatawan; Brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan wisatawan, customer reationship marketing berpengaruh terhadap brand image, dan customer relationship berpengaruh terhadap keputusan wisatawan. Secara tidak langsung digital marketing tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan wisatawan melalui brand image dimana brand image tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara digital marketing dan keputusan wisatawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors influencing tourist visits to marine tourism at Tampora Beach, Situbondo. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses primary data obtained from surveys and interviews—sampling research with the accidental sampling method. The independent variables used are facilities, institutions, travel costs, and accessibility, while the dependent variable is tourist visits. The study found that the facilities, institutions, and accessibility of tourist objects greatly influenced tourist visits. However, in this study, the variable travel costs did not affect the number of tourist visits. Management of tourist destinations with complete facilities and infrastructure such as bathrooms, hotels, restaurants, and institutions (information and security centres) and accessibility (transportation and tourist routes) will increase the number of tourists. Offering this tourist attraction will influence the decision of tourists to visit a tour. It will directly impact increasing the number of tourist visits and the length of stay of tourists on these tours. Moreover, indirectly will affect improving the welfare of the community around tourism and regional income.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Intellectual Intelligence (IQ), Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Spiritual Intelligence (SQ), Learning Behavior and Learning Interest on the Level of Accounting Understanding partially or simultaneously. This study took a population of 320 students majoring in Accounting, Faculty of Economics at Muhammadiyah University of Jember and STIE Mandala Jember in 2020. The research sample was 71 students of STIE Mandala Jember and 249 students of Muhammadiyah University of Jember. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method. The data collection method used in this study is the survey method through a questionnaire. The statistical method for hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) and Learning Interest had a significant effect on the level of accounting understanding, while Intellectual Intelligence (IQ), Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Learning Behavior had no significant effect on the level of accounting understanding. Simultaneously all independent variables, namely Intellectual Intelligence (IQ), Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Spiritual Intelligence (SQ), Learning Behavior and Interest in Learning have a significant effect on the level of accounting understanding.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability by using the calculation of return on assets and firm size by using the calculation of firm size on the capital structure by using the calculation of debt to equity ratio in manufacturing companies in the pharmaceutical sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Meanwhile, the sample to be tested is in accordance with the research criteria that have been determined and the sampling technique is purposive sampling, and the companies that meet the sampling criteria are 8 companies. The data used in this study are secondary data from the annual financial statements of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019 which were obtained from www.idx.co.id. The data management method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPPS 23 analysis tool. The results show that the profitability variable (return on assets) has a significant effect on the capital structure, while the firm size variable does not have a significant effect on the company's capital structure. pharmaceutical manufacturing sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019.

Abstract

The phenomenon of very tight competition in business requires companies to be able to apply the right strategy in accordance with the market conditions they face and have quality reports so that research is conducted which aims to analyze the Effect of Competency Levels of Human Resources, Internal Control Systems, Utilization of Information Technology on the Quality of Financial Reports At UD Central Buana Motor Bondowoso. This type of research used is quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, document recording, questionnaires/questions. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire a number of 30 respondents or people. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, namely all populations were sampled in this study, namely all employees of UD Central Buana Motor Bondowoso. The population in this study is UD Central Buana Motor. The data analysis method used is the data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. Testing data using the SPSS application version 22. After conducting research at UD Central Buana Motor Bondowoso, the results obtained showed that the level of competence of human resources, internal control systems, and utilization of information technology had a partial effect on the quality of financial reports. Simultaneously the level of competence of human resources, internal control systems, use of information technology affect the quality of financial reports.

Abstract

For print media, maintaining and adding customers is very important in today's digital era. Including Jawa Pos Radar Jember. Companies must improve Service Quality (service quality), to create and maintain Customer Loyalty (loyal customers). This research is quantitative descriptive. This study was conducted on Jawa Pos Radar Jember customers in Jember Regency, precisely in Sumbersari, Patrang and Kaliwates Regencies. Data collection techniques by observation, questionnaire and direct interview. The number of samples was 125 out of a population of around 7,500 subscribers to the Jawa Pos Radar Jember newspaper. This study uses Service Quality independent variables (Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy), Customer Satisfaction variablesand Customer Loyalty dependent variables. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis with path analysis, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test).The purpose of this study is 1) to testand analyze Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy effect on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. 2) Test and analyze the moderation of Customer Satisfaction against Customer Loyalty.The results show that Tangibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy has no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Only reliability has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Conversely, Reliabilty, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Only, Tangibility is not a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. AndCustomer Saticfaction does not become intervening between Service Quality and Customer Loyalty Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction dan Customer Loyalty
