Abstract

Entities both business and public, will improve the quality of service with dimensions that are well applied so that it becomes the key to success in the business and public sector. Good quality service will provide customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the key to business success. Related research to discuss and analyze the effect of services quality based on Information Technology to customer satisfaction of the Regional Water Supply Company of Bondowoso Regency. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The population of this study is active customers in the service area of ​​the Regional Water Supply Company of Bondowoso Regency with a total sample of 100 people and accidental sampling. For data analysis, the authors used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be stated that simultaneously Information Technology (IT) based service quality variables consisting of Reliability, Tangible, Assurance, Empaty and Responsiveness affect customer satisfaction in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Bondowoso Regency. Partially, the variable quality of service based on Information Technology (IT) consisting of Reliability, Tangible, Assurance, and Responsiveness affects customer satisfaction in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Bondowoso Regency. Where as the variable quality of service based on Information Technology (IT) measured by Empathy partially did not affect customer satisfaction in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Bondowoso Regency. Variables in service quality based on Information Technology (IT) as measured by reliability are the dominant variables in influencing the level of customer satisfaction in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Bondowoso Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability by using the calculation of return on assets and firm size by using the calculation of firm size on the capital structure by using the calculation of debt to equity ratio in manufacturing companies in the pharmaceutical sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Meanwhile, the sample to be tested is in accordance with the research criteria that have been determined and the sampling technique is purposive sampling, and the companies that meet the sampling criteria are 8 companies. The data used in this study are secondary data from the annual financial statements of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019 which were obtained from www.idx.co.id. The data management method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPPS 23 analysis tool. The results show that the profitability variable (return on assets) has a significant effect on the capital structure, while the firm size variable does not have a significant effect on the company's capital structure. pharmaceutical manufacturing sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture and work environment on the performance of sub-district employees in Bondowoso Regency. This research uses an explanatory research approach with a population of 720 employees, and a sample of 144 respondents with the technique of determining the sample is purposive sampling. Data processing was analyzed using descriptive statistics with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS 22.0. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture and work environment had a partial or simultaneous influence on the performance of sub-district employees in Bondowoso Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of tourist perceptions and decisions on the purchase of green products labeled products in Panglipuran Bali Tourism Village and to determine the influence of tourist decisions on and purchases of green products labeled products in Penglipuran Bali Tourism Village, in this study using quantitative research using data analysis from software from smartPLS 4.0, then in testing conducted by researchers among others as follows, the number of latent variables in this study is 4 variables, namely Perception (PR), Tourist Decision (TD) is an endogenous variable, while exogenous variables are Purchase (PMB) and Green Products. (GP). Furthermore, the results of respondents' answers will be processed and analyzed with smartPLS-SEM 4.0 software analysis techniques. The formulas are tested for convergent and discriminant validity, reliability, construct multicollinearity, R Square Test, F-Square Model Conformity Test (F2) and Path Coefficient Test. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it shows that the hypothesis test in this study was carried out by looking at the t-statistical value and p-value. A research hypothesis is considered acceptable if the t-statistic value is greater than 1.65 and the p value < 0.05. Furthermore, it is known to test the hypothesis that this study shows the results for the results of H1 analysis, namely the perception of a significant effect on the purchase of green product-based products in Panglipuran Tourism Village Bali, by looking at the statistical value of T of 2.3150, then at the P value of 0.0113 smaller than 0.05, in other words that H1 is accepted. Then on H2 about the influence of tourist decisions that have a significant effect on the purchase of products labeled green products in Panglipuran Tourism Village Bali can be seen with a statistical value of T of 2.4835, then for the P veleus value of 0.1201, with the results of this hypothesis test that for H2 is acceptable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak tata kelola akademik di perguruan tinggi swasta terhadap kualitas kinerja universitas. Studi ini diterapkan pada perguruan tinggi swasta, yang dibedakan oleh beberapa departemen. Unit inspeksi diwakili oleh anggota staf pengajar dan administrasi di perguruan tinggi yang diteliti, dan jumlah mereka adalah 329 sampel. Pendekatan analitis deskriptif dalam penelitian ini mencapai beberapa hasil dalam penerapan tata kelola akademik di perguruan tinggi swasta, perguruan tinggi yang diteliti bekerja pada pengembangan kemampuan karyawan melalui pembelajaran dan pengetahuan yang tersedia. Serangkaian rekomendasi yang disajikan adalah: Perguruan tinggi swasta harus fokus pada praktik tata kelola akademik karena ini adalah metodologi yang cocok untuk bekerja di lingkungan yang sangat kompetitif, sehingga peluang keunggulan dalam hal kinerja untuk perguruan tinggi ini, bekerja dalam memberikan pengetahuan terintegrasi untuk mencapai kinerja pendidikan yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan persyaratan pasar tenaga kerja dari berbagai disiplin ilmu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the principle of accountability, the principle of transparency, and the principle of responsibility for Good Governance on the quality of financial statements with the competence of human resources as a moderation variable in Greja Kristen Jawi Wetan Rejoagung, Semboro District, Jember. The method of data collection in this study is the distribution of questionnaires to church administrators and staff that are directly related to church finances. The population used in this study is church administrators and staff who are directly related to church finances with a population of 20 people. The sample return technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The analysis method used is moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that the principle of transparency and the principle of responsibility affect the quality of financial statements while the principle of accountability does not affect the quality of financial statements. Human resource competence cannot moderate the relationship of accountability to the quality of financial statements, but human resource competence can moderate transparency and responsibility for the quality of financial statements.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of communication training on the skills of young people in Jember Regency, East Java, Indonesia. The method of this training activity used a qualitative approach by collecting data through in-depth interviews and observations during communication training conducted in Jember Regency, East Java, Indonesia. The results showed that the training was effective in improving participants' skills in public speaking, active listening, and communicating through digital media. Evaluation of participants showed consistent increases in self-confidence and the ability to convey ideas effectively. These findings emphasize the importance of investing in communication skills development as an integral part of individual development and social progress. The results of this study provide a strong foundation for the expansion and improvement of communication training programs in the future, with a focus on the integration of digital technology and adaptation to the diverse needs of participants.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan program ini yaitu diharapkan, mahasiswa memperoleh pengalaman yang secara langsung menemukan, merumuskan, memecahkan dan menanggulangi masalah yang berada dilapangan. Adapun sasaran dari pemberdayaan masyarakat yang kami lakukan yaitu masyarakat dan UKM. Tidak banyak program yang kami laksanakan di Dusun Sukodadi tersebut meliputi kegiatan kesehatan yaitu Program cuci tangan pada kegiatan Posyandu, pembagian dan pembuatan hand sanitizer. Selain kegiatan kesehatan kami juga mempunyai kediatan dalam bidang ekonomi yaitu pembuatan logo dan bener UKM, promosi produk UKM, pembuatan aplikasi pemasaran dan mengajari pemilik UKM agar bisa aktif di sosial media, membantu pembuatan pesanan standing flower dan vas sabut kelapa, penentuan harga produk UKM.

Abstract

This study examines the complexities surrounding the Empowerment of coastal communities amidst conflicting elite interests, mainly focusing on the political-economic dynamics of cold storage management in Puger Kulon, Jember Regency. Utilizing descriptive qualitative research methods, data were gathered from coastal community leaders, local government officials, and fishermen. The findings reveal significant challenges stemming from cultural and economic factors in empowering coastal communities. The presence of interest groups seeking to maintain influence exacerbates these challenges. The power struggle between politically influential figures and external investors leaves the community disadvantaged. While the government aims to maintain regional stability, its limited authority impedes effective action. The inability to implement large-scale empowerment initiatives or delegate responsibilities due to a high conflict of interest among entrepreneurs hampers efforts to enhance fishermen's welfare.
