Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of SOP, reward system, training and work environment on employee work productivity at PT. BPR Willis Jember. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from respondents' responses to the questionnaire. Samples taken as many as 40 respondents with sampling techniques using probability sampling, namely by purposive sampling method. The data obtained is then processed using the SPSS analysis tool, this analysis includes validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, and statistical test through t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study show that the factors of the application of SOP, reward systems, training and work environment simultaneously affect work productivity, whereas if partially the factors for the application of SOP and training have no significant effect on work productivity, but for reward system factors and work environments have a significant towards work productivity. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image, and WOM on Fazza's (Drinking Water Product) purchasing decisions with a halal label as a moderating variable. The population in this study were all consumers of Fazza Product located in Lumajang Regency. The sample selection method uses a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample amount of 100 respondents. The method of data collection is done by questionnaire, interview, observation and literature study. The data analysis technique used in this study is the moderated regression analysis technique or MRA. The results showed that product quality, brand image, and WOM significantly influenced the purchase decision of Fazza Drinking Water Product. While the halal label cannot be moderated or doesn't play a role in strengthening the influence relationship between product quality, brand image, and WOM on the purchase decision of Fazza Drinking Water Product. The magnitude of the coefficient of initial determination (R square) is equal to 0.522 or 52.2%. This means that 52.2 % of the variation changes dependent variable is the purchase decision can be explained by the three independent variables which are product quality, brand image, and WOM, while the remaining 47.8% is explained by other causes beyond the model. Abstract

In order to increase employee performance to achieve the vision, mission and goals to the maximum, work performance assessment, work motivation and the creation of a conducive work environment must be conditioned by a leader. The purposes of this study were (1) to determine and analyze the significant simultaneously (simultaneous) between the variables of assessment material, intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and work environment on employee performance at the Tlogosari Bondowoso District Office, and (2) to determine and analyze partial effect between the variables of intrinsic motivation assessment material, extrinsic motivation, and work environment on employee performance at the Tlogosari Bondowoso District Office. The population in this study were all 33 employees of the Tlogosari District office , Bondowoso Regency . The data collected was measured using a Likert scale. The results showed that (1) of the four independent variables (assessment material, intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and work environment) turned out to have an effect together (simultaneously) 43 . 00 percent of the work performance of the employees of the Tlogosari District Office, Bondowoso Regency. These findings indicate that to improve the work performance of the employees of the Tlogosari District Office, Bondowoso Regency, it is necessary to pay attention to the variables of assessment material, intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and work environment. (2) of the four independent variables (assessment material, intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and work environment), it turns out that partially have a very significant and positive effect on employee work performance at the Tlogosari District Office, Bondowoso Regency. Based on the results, researchers can provide advice, among others: (1) variable material appraisal (X 1 ), intrinsic motivation (X 2 ), extrinsic motivation (X 3 ), and the work environment (X 4 ) together have significant or significant influence on work performance. It is hoped that it will continue to be considered in order to maintain and improve the work performance of the employees of the Tlogosari District Office, Bondowoso Regency sequentially, namely the assessment material (X 1 ), intrinsic motivation (X 2 ), extrinsic motivation (X 3 ), and work environment (X 4 ) is expected to remain a leadership policy in an effort to improve employee performance. Abstract

In decision-making, leadership and organizational commitment will have an impact on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at the Department of Environment and Transportation in Bondowoso Regency partially and simultaneously. The sample in this study was 60 respondents who used the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple regression tests, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the study, it was stated that leadership and organizational commitment had an effect on employee performance partially and leadership and organizational commitment had an effect on employee performance simultaneously. The results of this study are used as guidelines in making decisions by the Head of the Office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of applying the principles of accountability, transparency, and stakeholder’s participation on the effectiveness of the management of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS/Bantuan Operasional Sekolah) at SDN Kaliglagah 04 Sumberbaru District. The method used in this research is by distributing questionnaires. We used 80 sample in this study, they were school committee, teachers and parents. The sampling technique was carried out by simple random sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that transparency had a partial effect on the effectiveness management of the School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS). While the application of the principle of accountability and stakeholder participation does not partially affect the effectiveness of the management of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS). Simultaneously the application of the principles of accountability, transparency and stakeholder participation affect the effectiveness of the management of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Influence of Self-Development Training, Teaching Experience, Teacher Certification, and Infrastructure Facilities on Teacher Professionalism in State Elementary Islamic Schools (MIN) throughout Jember Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach. The population in this study comprises all teachers in MIN throughout Jember Regency, totaling 58 teachers, while the sample consists of 58 individuals. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed over a period of 3 months. Subsequently, the data were analyzed using multiple regression. The research findings indicate that self-development training and teaching experience have a positive influence on teacher professionalism. Meanwhile, teacher certification and infrastructure facilities do not have a significant effect on the level of professionalism among teachers in MIN throughout Jember Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style, work environment and work motivation on employee performance at the Ijen sub-district office, Bondowoso district. The research data were obtained from distributing questionnaires to research objects with a sampling technique using saturated sampling. This type of research is quantitative. The respondents in this study were all employees at the Ijen sub-district office, Bondowoso district, totaling 30 people with details of 25 people with civil servant status and 5 people with contract worker status. Data analysis in this study used Validity Test, Reliability Test, t-test, F Statistic Test, Determination Coefficient. The results of this study indicate that leadership style, work environment and work motivation have a significant effect partially or simultaneously on employee performance, this is evidenced by the t count value> t table and the F count test value> F table. The coefficient of determination of 0.831 indicates that 83.1% of employee performance variations can be explained by the three variables

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance at the Ijen District Office, Bondowoso Regency. This quantitative research involved the entire population of 30 employees, consisting of 25 civil servants and 5 contract workers, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and literature review, and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that leadership style (t = 3.621; p = 0.001), work environment (t = 2.271; p = 0.032), and work motivation (t = 2.450; p = 0.021) each have a significant partial effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables also have a significant effect on employee performance (F-value = 42.675 > F-table = 2.975) with a coefficient of determination of 83.12%. Leadership style emerged as the most dominant factor influencing performance. These findings highlight the importance of improving leadership quality, enhancing the work environment, and strengthening motivation through reward systems to boost employee performance in public institutions.
