Abstract

The phenomenon and topic of digital entrepreneurship learning remain popular for analysis in the era of digitization. Previous literature reviews discussed the context and concept of digital entrepreneurship only. This article presents a literature review aimed at facilitating the search for research publications on digital entrepreneurship, in order to understand the track record, learning models, the impact of implementing digital entrepreneurship learning, and future research opportunities. The article has used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method using the Scopus database. This article has used "digital entrepreneurship" keyword for search the resources in January 2014 to May 2023 period. The result of the literature screening process yielded 19 relevant journals. The results of the literature review indicate that research on this topic has shown a significant increase and has the potential to continue to grow. Digital entrepreneurship learning can be designed using experiential learning approaches or the Internet of Things (IoT) and technology approaches. The implementation gives an impact on business opportunities, entrepreneurial intention, innovation, entrepreneurial attitude, and student problem-solving. This study contributes to providing an overview of learning models that can be replicated or modified in future research. Highlights: Growing research on digital entrepreneurship education; impactful learning approaches identified. Experiential and IoT-based methods enhance digital entrepreneurship learning outcomes. Abstract

Abstract: The challenge for PAUD teachers in the 4.0 revolution era is to deal directly with the Alpha generation. Generation Alfa is the generation born in 2010 whose birth was exposed to technology. There needs to be an increase in pedagogic and technological abilities for PAUD teachers so that they can adjust the characteristics of their students. The purpose of this training activity is that teachers can apply collaborative online learning to increase technological and pedagogic knowledge. The training methods are lectures, role playing, and practice. The results of this activity were seen from the results of the pre-test and post-testt which showed that of the 30 trainees there were 3 teachers whose grades decreased while 27 teachers increased. This shows the success of this training in increasing pedagogic and technological knowledge for PAUD teachers.Abstrak: Tantangan  Guru PAUD di era revolusi 4.0 adalah berhadapan langsung dengan generasi Alfa. Generasi Alfa adalah generasi yang lahir mulai tahun 2010 yang kelahirannya terpapar teknologi. Perlu adanya peningkatan kemampuan pedagogik dan teknologi untuk guru PAUD sehingga dapat menyesuaikan karakteristik peserta didiknya. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah guru dapat menerapkan pembelajaran online secara kolaborasi untuk menambah pengetahuan teknologi dan pedagogik. Metode pelatihannya adalah ceramah, role playing, dan praktek. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dilihat dari hasil pre-test dan postest yang menunjukkan dari 30 peserta pelatihan ada 3 orang guru yang nilainya menurun sedangkan 27 guru meningkat. Hal tersebut menunjukkan keberhasilan pelatihan ini dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan pedagogik dan teknologi untuk guru PAUD.

Abstract

This research is motivated by efforts to improve the quality of the inclusive learning process. From the results of interviews with teachers, it was found that the majority of students in the class were students with special needs. Apart from that, it was found that the learning process of typical students with students with special needs was still combined into one class by implementing a conventional learning system. The aim of this research is to produce differentiated learning animation that have high validity. This type of research is development research or Research and Development with the development model used, namely the ADDIE development model. After going through validation and testing procedures, it was concluded that the differentiated learning animation media developed had high validity, meaning the media was feasible and interesting to be implemented in the inclusive learning process. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran inklusi. Dari hasil wawancara dengan guru ditemukan bahwa mayoritas siswa yang berada di dalam kelas adalah siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa proses pembelajaran siswa tipikal dengan siswa berkebutuhan khusus masih digabungkan menjadi satu kelas dengan menerapkan sistem pembelajaran konvensional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan animasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang memiliki validitas tinggi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development dengan model pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu model pengembangan ADDIE. Setelah melalui prosedur validasi dan uji coba disimpulkan bahwa media animasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang dikembangkan memiliki validitas tinggi yang bermakna media tersebut layak dan menarik untuk diimplementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran inklusi.

Abstract

Dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, mahasiswa perlu dibekali kemampuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memanfaatkan informasi yang konstruktif serta menghindari penyebaran informasi yang destruktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan desain pelatihan Public Speaking untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi digital mahasiswa Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Instructional Design oleh McArdle (2010), yang mencakup tahap Justifikasi Bisnis, Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam aspek etika komunikasi, analisis strategi SEO, dan Storytelling . Validasi dari ahli menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum pelatihan valid sehingga layak digunakan digunakan. Peserta menunjukkan respon positif dan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Kesimpulannya, desain pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi digital mahasiswa, membekali mereka dengan keterampilan yang relevan untuk berinteraksi di media sosial secara etis dan profesional.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of gender in moderating the influence between financial knowledge, parental financial socialization, and FoMO on the financial behavior of Gen Z students in Indonesia.This research method uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive design that focuses on the statistical analysis of numerical data. The population of this study was students from the 2020 and 2021 intakes who were registered in the economics study program of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at Sebelas Maret University. The sampling technique employed combines probability sampling and proportionate random sampling. A total of 224 students participated in data collection, which involved distributing a Google Forms link and the questionnaire via messaging applications (such as WhatsApp) and social network chat features. IBM SPSS 26 software was used to analyze the data using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The study's findings indicate financial behavior is influenced by financial knowledge, parental financial socialization, and FoMO (p<0.05). Additionally, while financial knowledge and FoMO are not moderated by gender (p>0.05), parental financial socialization's effect on financial behavior is moderated by gender (p<0.05). The implications of this study highlight the importance of integrating financial literacy into university education, using a more practical and technology-based approach. Lecturers are encouraged to design learning that not only focuses on theory but also involves financial simulations and technology to help students better understand financial concepts interactively. In addition, universities should offer training programs or financial literacy workshops to equip students with better financial skills.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how financial knowledge and gender affect the financial behavior of FKIP UNS students. Using a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method, the research focuses on sixth- and eighth-semester students from the Accounting Education, Office Administration Education, and Economic Education programs. A purposive sampling method was applied, resulting in a sample of 221 students. Data were gathered through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). Additionally, normality, linearity, and multicollinearity tests were conducted as prerequisites. The results highlight three main findings: (1) Financial knowledge has a significant impact on financial behavior, evidenced by a t-test significance of 0.013 (p < 0.05); (2) Gender also significantly influences financial behavior, with a t-test significance of 0.038 (p < 0.05); (3) Combined, financial knowledge and gender significantly affect financial behaviour, supported by an F-test significance of 0.007 (p < 0.05).

Abstract

This research explores the influence of financial knowledge on the financial behavior of students. The low level of financial knowledge among students can lead to financial problems, such as high debt. The aim of this research is to provide a clearer framework regarding how financial knowledge influences the financial behavior of students. Using the PRISMA-based Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, it shows that the higher the financial knowledge of students, the better their financial behavior, enabling them to manage their finances well, such as budgeting, managing debt, and saving. Financial education in higher education is crucial for shaping responsible financial behavior, so appropriate interventions can help students develop better financial skills for their future.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah keuangan yang akhir-akhir ini dialami masyarakat adalah terjerat hutang yang sangat besar dari pinjaman yang dilakukan, termasuk pinjaman online atau pinjol. Jika pihak yang meminjam melakukan penunggakan pembayaran cicilan hutang, maka jumlah uang yang harus dibayar akan terus semakin besar. Kondisi seperti ini sebenarnya dapat dihindari jika masyarakat memahami bagaimana mekanisme perhitungan bunga majemuk atau compound interest. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang bahaya pinjaman online untuk keberlangsungan hidup mereka. Dengan memberikan edukasi ini diharapkan masyarakat memiliki kesadaran terkait berbagai risiko yang sangat mungkin terjadi seperti risiko keuangan dan risiko kejiwaan. Risiko yang terkait dengan keuangan antara lain membuat seseorang tambah miskin, kehilangan kesempatan untuk melakukan peminjaman uang pada lembaga keuangan manapun, dan kehilangan pekerjaan. Sementara itu risiko kejiwaan antara lain depresi, kehilangan ingatan, dan bunuh diri. Edukasi dilakukan melalui pembelajaran menekankan pada pemberian ilustrasi tentang bunga majemuk, dan penyadaran masyarakat tentang bahaya pinjaman online dan berbagai dampak negatifnya melalui berbagai contoh nyata yang terjadi di masyarakat. Di samping itu, pemanfaatan koperasi (yang bukan menjadi kedok rentenir) dapat menjadi alternatif yang baik sebagai tempat melakukan pinjaman. Objek pengabdian ini adalah masyarakat desa Dibal kecamatan Ngemplak di kabupaten Boyolali, dengan 90% tingkat pendidikan penduduk desa Dibal adalah sekolah dasar dan sekolah menengah. Sementara itu sekitar 73% penduduk bekerja sebagai tani, buruh tani, dan buruh harian lepas. Mengingat demografi masyarakat di desa Dibal tersebut, maka edukasi ini sangat penting dilakukan agar masyarakat lebih berhati-hati ketika memilih tempat melakukan pinjaman.

Abstract

Social entrepreneurial intention (SEI) concepts are an urgently growing study area. The rising proportion of research used the entrepreneurial intention model as a well-grounded theoretical framework. Nevertheless, most of these studies need more systematicity and categorization, and there is a tendency to initiate new research in each study. Accordingly, there is a need to review the current knowledge in the area. Then, this paper conducts a literature review on SEI to identify publication trends and the specific themes under study within each category in this research area. Consequently, this paper analyzes 73 papers about SEI published from 2013–2023 in the Scopus database focusing on Q1 and Q2 accredited international journals. Specifically, the 73 papers were divided into four primary research categories: core social entrepreneurial intention models; personal-level variables; entrepreneurship education; and context and institutions. This paper seeks to fill the gap in existing research and literature on SEI, which is important for academics, professionals, and policymakers through the categorization of SEI that has been discussed in this study.

Abstract

Kurikulum Operasional Sekolah (KOS) yang diberlakukan untuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Pusat Keunggulan (SMK-PK) menuntut adanya penerapan konsep Program Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan Budaya Kerja (P5BK). Namun, belum semua program keahlian di SMK mendapat kesempatan menjalankan program ini, maka bagi pengelola dan guru-guru dari program keahlian yang terimbas perlu mendapatkan penguatan melalui pelatihan agar bisa setara dengan pengelola dan guru-guru program keahlian tertentu yang menjalankan program SMK-PK. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan kepada guru dalam mengimplementasikan konsep P5BK agar dapat menanamkan dan menumbuhkan karakter peserta didik sesuai nafas kurikulum paradigma baru. Pengabdian ini menekankan pada penguatan kompetensi guru dalam mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor dalam pelaksanakan dimensi P5BK, serta tema pelaksanaanya. Dengan memberikan penguatan ini diharapkan guru dapat mengembangkan kegiatan-kegatan projek sesuai dengan bidang keahlian dan sesuai dengan P5BK. Jadi kompetensi bidang keahlian siswa tetap diperhatikan sekaligus siswa memiliki profil pelajar pancasila yang berbudaya kerja. Objek pengabdian ini adalah guru-guru SMK N 1 Karanganyar sebagai sekolah yang diberikan mandat oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Vokasi untuk melaksanakan kurikulum paradigma baru.
