Abstract

Social entrepreneurial intention (SEI) concepts are an urgently growing study area. The rising proportion of research used the entrepreneurial intention model as a well-grounded theoretical framework. Nevertheless, most of these studies need more systematicity and categorization, and there is a tendency to initiate new research in each study. Accordingly, there is a need to review the current knowledge in the area. Then, this paper conducts a literature review on SEI to identify publication trends and the specific themes under study within each category in this research area. Consequently, this paper analyzes 73 papers about SEI published from 2013–2023 in the Scopus database focusing on Q1 and Q2 accredited international journals. Specifically, the 73 papers were divided into four primary research categories: core social entrepreneurial intention models; personal-level variables; entrepreneurship education; and context and institutions. This paper seeks to fill the gap in existing research and literature on SEI, which is important for academics, professionals, and policymakers through the categorization of SEI that has been discussed in this study.

Abstract

Kurikulum Operasional Sekolah (KOS) yang diberlakukan untuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Pusat Keunggulan (SMK-PK) menuntut adanya penerapan konsep Program Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan Budaya Kerja (P5BK). Namun, belum semua program keahlian di SMK mendapat kesempatan menjalankan program ini, maka bagi pengelola dan guru-guru dari program keahlian yang terimbas perlu mendapatkan penguatan melalui pelatihan agar bisa setara dengan pengelola dan guru-guru program keahlian tertentu yang menjalankan program SMK-PK. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan kepada guru dalam mengimplementasikan konsep P5BK agar dapat menanamkan dan menumbuhkan karakter peserta didik sesuai nafas kurikulum paradigma baru. Pengabdian ini menekankan pada penguatan kompetensi guru dalam mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor dalam pelaksanakan dimensi P5BK, serta tema pelaksanaanya. Dengan memberikan penguatan ini diharapkan guru dapat mengembangkan kegiatan-kegatan projek sesuai dengan bidang keahlian dan sesuai dengan P5BK. Jadi kompetensi bidang keahlian siswa tetap diperhatikan sekaligus siswa memiliki profil pelajar pancasila yang berbudaya kerja. Objek pengabdian ini adalah guru-guru SMK N 1 Karanganyar sebagai sekolah yang diberikan mandat oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Vokasi untuk melaksanakan kurikulum paradigma baru.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of digital financial knowledge on college students’ financial behavior, and the involvement of self-esteem as a mediator variable. This study used a quantitative survey method. The sample used was a group of 249 undergraduate students majoring in accounting education at Universitas Sebelas Maret and Universitas Negeri Semarang. A conceptual model, containing hypotheses outlining the impact was constructed and assessed through validity, reliability, frequency statistics and path analysis. The findings indicated a direct and positive correlation of digital financial knowledge on financial behavior. This research contributes fresh perspectives by providing both practical and theoretical insights into the variables employed in the study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the synergy between fieldwork practices and self-efficacy in improving the work readiness of vocational school students. This research used a survey method with a quantitative approach. This study involved 1289 populations and 306 samples from three state vocational schools in Surakarta, selected using a proportionate random sampling method. The instruments used in this study consisted of Fieldwork Practice (FWP), Self-efficacy (SE), and Work Readiness (WR) questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed by statistical testing of descriptive analysis, correlation, and mediation using path analysis. The results of this study revealed that fieldwork practices and self-efficacy contribute significantly to students’ work readiness. The analysis shows that self-efficacy serves as an important mediator in the relationship between fieldwork practices and work readiness, reinforcing the role of practice-based education in preparing students for the world of work. In this study, it was found that the development of education and training programs that focus on improving students’ self-efficacy through fieldwork practices can be a major key in the school-to-work transition.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of perceived entrepreneurial feasibility as a mediator between altruism and college students’ social entrepreneurial intention (SEI). This research used a quantitative approach within a cross-sectional design. The sample for this study comprised 309 people (from a total population of 1.364 people) using proportionate stratified random sampling from several undergraduate programs in the Universitas Sebelas Maret grades of 2020th and 2021st. This research instrument used a questionnaire that was adopted and developed based on previous research instruments. Statistical analysis techniques were used to conduct descriptive, correlational, and mediation tests with path analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The results indicated that altruism has a significant direct effect on perceived entrepreneurial feasibility (β = 0,484; p < 0,001) and SEI (β= 0,310; p < 0,001). Furthermore, the results also revealed that perceived entrepreneurial feasibility plays a vital role with a strong direct effect on SEI (β = 0,523; p = 0,001) while also acting as a partial mediator between altruistic and SEI of college students. Therefore, university policymakers and educators need to integrate the values of altruism into the curriculum to increase perceived entrepreneurial feasibility and SEI among college students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of gender in moderating the influence between financial knowledge, parental financial socialization, and FoMO on the financial behavior of Gen Z students in Indonesia.This research method uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive design that focuses on the statistical analysis of numerical data. The population of this study was students from the 2020 and 2021 intakes who were registered in the economics study program of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at Sebelas Maret University. The sampling technique employed combines probability sampling and proportionate random sampling. A total of 224 students participated in data collection, which involved distributing a Google Forms link and the questionnaire via messaging applications (such as WhatsApp) and social network chat features. IBM SPSS 26 software was used to analyze the data using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The study's findings indicate financial behavior is influenced by financial knowledge, parental financial socialization, and FoMO (p<0.05). Additionally, while financial knowledge and FoMO are not moderated by gender (p>0.05), parental financial socialization's effect on financial behavior is moderated by gender (p<0.05). The implications of this study highlight the importance of integrating financial literacy into university education, using a more practical and technology-based approach. Lecturers are encouraged to design learning that not only focuses on theory but also involves financial simulations and technology to help students better understand financial concepts interactively. In addition, universities should offer training programs or financial literacy workshops to equip students with better financial skills.

Abstract

Online learning is rapidly growing to meet diverse learning needs. However, the implementation of adaptive learning to better accommodate students' needs remains limited. This study aims to determine the direct relationship between the Frequency of Using Online Learning (FUOL) and the Duration of Using Online Learning (DUOL) on Learning Outcomes (LO), as well as the influence of Online Adaptive Learning (OAL) connectivity in the relationship between these two factors and Learning Outcomes (LO). The study found that FUOL does not have a direct effect on LO, and a similar result was observed for DUOL, which also does not directly affect LO. However, different results were found when adaptive learning strategies were applied to both FUOL and DUOL. The study found that OAL connectivity has an indirect effect on LO when combined with FUOL, while DUOL continues to show no significant effect. The implementation of Online Adaptive Learning is believed to impact student learning outcomes, although further research is needed to explore the role of internal factors such as motivation, self-efficacy, and student interest. These findings suggest that while online learning alone may not directly affect learning outcomes, the implementation of Online Adaptive Learning strategies can influence outcomes, particularly when linked to the frequency of online learning.

Abstract

Perilaku kewirausahaan guru (TEB) semakin mendapat perhatian sebagai kompetensi kunci guru dalam merespons tuntutan inovasi dan perubahan pendidikan. Namun, perkembangan riset TEB masih menunjukkan fragmentasi teori, keterbatasan konteks, dan variasi fokus empiris. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memetakan perkembangan global riset TEB, mengidentifikasi pola temuan, klaster tematik, dan celah penelitian, serta merumuskan agenda riset ke depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatantinjauan literatur sistematis yang dikombinasikan dengan analisis bibliometrik terhadap publikasi internasional selama satu dekade terakhir. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa TEB merupakan bidang kajian yang sedang berkembang dengan konsentrasi penelitian pada konteks Asia Timur, dominasi desain cross-sectional dan self-report, serta belum adanya kerangka teoretis integratif yang mapan. Secara konseptual, riset TEB terkelompok dalam tiga klaster utama, yaitu dimensi psikologis–individual, institusional–organisasi, dan pedagogis kewirausahaan, yang hingga kini masih dikaji secara terpisah. Studi ini berkontribusi dengan menyajikan peta konseptual dan tematik TEB secara komprehensif, sekaligus menegaskan perlunya pengembangan model integratif multi-level, penelitian longitudinal dan lintas budaya, serta pendekatan metode campuran untuk memperkuat dasar teoretis dan empiris TEB di masa mendatang.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to explain the batik wood artists level of understanding of Copyright as part of Intellectual Property as stipulated in Act Number 19 Year 2002. The research was conducted with descriptive qualitative approach and the data were collected using questionnaires from 65 batik wood artists that were selected randomly from 673 artists in Gunung Kidul. The data is also completed with interviews from main informants, and observation results and content analysis results. The data validation was done use source triangulation techniques to obtain data that reflecting facts. Data analyzed with interactive model in cycle with stages data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results show that the low implementation of copyright registration is not only due to the lack of artists in understanding the Copyright, but rather from the influence of socio – cultural aspects of society that are collective. Thus, emphasizing the moral aspect of the formal aspects such as Copyright that are part of the western culture. The Copyright Act No. 19 Number 2002 is the revision of previously Copyright Act which has not provided a proportional space for Moral Rights compared to Copyright which tends to the economic aspects.
