Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kerjasama antara petani jagung dan tengkulak di Desa Ilotunggula, Gorontalo Utara, serta mengkaji penerapan akad mudarabah sebagai alternatif sistem pembiayaan berbasis akuntansi syariah.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama yang terjalin bersifat informal dan merugikan petani, karena tengkulak memberikan pinjaman modal dengan kewajiban petani menjual hasil panen di bawah harga pasar. Ketergantungan finansial dan terbatasnya akses pasar membuat posisi tawar petani lemah. Penerapan akad mudarabah dapat menciptakan hubungan yang lebih adil dengan prinsip bagi hasil dan risiko kerugian bersama, sesuai dengan akuntansi syariah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan akad mudarabah untuk pemberdayaan petani dan penguatan akuntansi syariah di sektor pertanian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the representation of auditor professional ethics in the South Korean drama “The Auditors”, and to compare it with the reality of the auditing profession in Indonesia. This research employs a qualitative approach with content analysis on the drama’s visual narrative. The results show that ethical principles such as integrity, objectivity, professional competence, confidentiality, and professional behavior are accurately represented in the drama. However, ethical violations are still common in Indonesian practice due to organizational pressure and weak oversight. This drama also highlights the potential of popular media as an educational tool that shapes a positive perception of the auditing profession. Abstract

Fokus pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pembuatan dan pemasaran rengginang terasi, dengan berbagai aktivitas mulai dari pengelolaan produksi, manajemen keuangan, hingga strategi pemasaran produk. Mitra pengabdian adalah UMKM Rengginang Terasi berada di Dsn. Bogoran, RT 003, RW 002, Desa Glodog, Kec. Palang, Kab. Tuban, Jawa Timur. UMKM Rengginang Terasi merupakan salah satu UMKM yang mempunyai produk unik untuk dikembangkan yakni rengginang yang berbahan dasar terasi, hal tersebut dikarenakan di wilayah Kabupaten Tuban merupakan salah satu tempat produksi terasi udang terbesar di indonesia. Metode pengabdian Advokasi, yaitu kegiatan yang berupa pendampingan terhadap kelompok sasaran. terdiri dari persiapan, pembekalan dan analisis hasil. Pengembangan produk UMKM yang berkualitas dan berdaya saing tinggi pada pengabdian ini meliputi pendaftaran sertifikasi P-IRT, memperbarui kemasan eco-friendly, membantu proses produksi, dan memperluas jaringan pemasaran. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan produktivitas dan efisiensi operasional UMKM. Terjadi peningkatan penjualan menyentuh angka 39 % hal tersebut didapatkan dari berbagai sosial media yaitu Shopee, TikTok, Instagram, dan whatsapp.

Abstract

Indonesia, as a nation characterized by a Muslim-majority population, plays an important contribution to the advancement of Islamic finance, especially in line with digitalization advancements. This condition has driven the growth of various sharia-based digital businesses, including online platforms and fintech that implement sharia-compliant transaction principles. Islamic financial literacy describes a person's knowledge and comprehension of financial products and services that comply with Islamic principles, as well as their capacity to differentiate between conventional and Islamic banking systems. A prevailing issue is that sharia financial literacy remains low, despite showing annual growth. This research seeks to analyze the impact of Islamic financial literacy on digital sharia finance services at Pegadaian Syariah Gorontalo. The research applies A quantitative method utilizing purposive sampling technique method, involving 94 respondents. A simple linear regression method was employed to analyze the data through SPSS version 30. The findings show that Islamic financial literacy has a significant impact influences digital sharia finance.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of the TS Futsal sports service business in Gorontalo using the Balanced Scorecard approach. The methodology used in this study was to distribute questionnaires to 95 customers and 4 employees which were carried out from February to September 2024. The results of the study showed that the financial performance of TS Futsal was in good condition with an average Net Profit Margin (NPM) of around 83.75%. From a customer perspective, the level of satisfaction showed positive results, especially in terms of service and ease of ordering. The internal business perspective shows that technological innovation has improved operational efficiency, although there is still a need for improvement in terms of teamwork. From a learning and growth perspective, employees feel involved in decision making, but communication between management and employees still needs to be improved. Overall, the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard provides a comprehensive picture of TS Futsal's performance and can be a strong foundation for future strategic planning. This study is expected to be a reference for other service businesses in improving performance and competitiveness.

Abstract

The Mepasah funeral tradition in Trunyan Village, Bali, is a unique cultural heritage of the Bali Aga community that has survived since the time of Ancient Bali. Unlike the common Balinese Hindu funeral practice of cremation, the Trunyan community treats the body by leaving it lying on the ground under the Taru Menyan tree without burying it. This tradition not only serves as a form of respect for death, but also reflects the philosophy of life of the local community that upholds harmony between humans, nature, and ancestral spirits, as reflected in the concept of Tri Hita Karana. This research aims to historically examine the origins, development, and continuity of the Mepasah tradition in the midst of modernization, and explore the main reasons that make the Trunyan community still maintain it today. This research uses a qualitative approach with historical methods. The results of the study show that despite the influence of tourism and globalization, the Trunyan community collectively maintains this practice as a cultural identity as well as an irreplaceable spiritual system. In addition, support from customary institutions, selectivity in accepting change, and active involvement of the younger generation in preservation make this tradition sustainable. These findings emphasize the importance of historical and cultural approaches in understanding and preserving local cultural practices so that they do not lose their original meaning in the midst of changing times.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of teaching materials for basic concepts of social studies integrated with SDGs for prospective social studies teachers. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data was collected using questionnaire and test methods. The data analysis techniques used were qualitative and quantitative analysis.  The results of the study showed: (1) based on the validity test, the teaching materials on the basic concepts of social studies using a case study approach were classified as very valid with a score of 82.92%; (2) the practicality test indicated that the teaching materials were very practical with a score of 83.39%; and (3) the effectiveness test, which aimed to measure the critical thinking skills of prospective social studies teachers, revealed an N-Gain score of 0.56, categorized as a moderate effect. In addition, the results of the t-test showed a significance value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05, indicating a significant influence of the developed teaching materials on students’ critical thinking skills. Therefore, the development of teaching materials on the basic concepts of social studies based on case studies is valid, practical, and effective for use in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of welfare using the Zakat Vilage Index (IDZ) in the zakat village in iIloheluma Village, Anggrek District, North Gorontalo Regency. The research was conducted using quantitative method with Descriptive Quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires in the village and supported by observation and documentation. In the zakat village in Iloheluma Village, Anggrek District, North Gorontalo Regency, it was found that there was no calculation of indicators of effective distribution of zakat funds. so that this research can also provide recommendations for the village regarding the work program of the zakat village which will be developed later by the baznas. The results showed that the index value in Iloheluma Village, Anggrek District, North Gorontalo Regency has a zakat index value of 0.57, this shows that the results of this index are at 0.41 - 0.60, which in general the condition of Iloheluma Village is included in the good enough category and can be prioritized to be assisted through the zakat village work program. Abstract

Abstrak – Dulahu sebagai Model Penganggaran Universitas Berbasis Budaya GorontaloTujuan Utama – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain model penganggaran di Universitas berbasis nilai budaya Gorontalo.  Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Iinforman penelitian adalah pejabat, akademisi, sosiolog, dan budayawan.Temuan Utama – Penelitian ini menemukan tiga nilai dari tiga belas nilai yang diimplementasikan dalam setiap tahapan penganggaran. Nilai tersebut adalah dulohupa (musyawarah), heluma (mufakat), dan huyula (gotong royong). Model dulahu (matahari) yang diinternalisasi nilai islam kasih (atiolo) dan sayang (toliango) digunakan untuk mewujudkan penganggaran yang penuh keikhlasan.Implikasi Teori dan Kebijakan – Penelitian ini menawarkan model penganggaran universitas berbasis nilai kearifan lokal Gorontalo. Hasil penelitian dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi universitas dalam mewujudkan good university governance.Kebaruan Penelitian – Penelitian ini menggali nilai budaya Gorontalo untuk dijadikan dasar dalam model penganggaran universitas. Abstract – Dulahu as a University Budgeting Model Based on Gorontalo CultureMain Purpose – This research aims to design a budgeting model at the University based on Gorontalo cultural values.Method – This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Research informants are officials, academics, sociologists, and cultural figures.Main Findings – This research found three out of thirteen values implemented in each budgeting stage. These values are "dulohupa" (deliberation), "heluma" (consensus), and "huyula" (cooperation). The "dulahu" (sun) model, which internalizes the Islamic values of love ("atiolo") and compassion ("toliango"), is used to realize budgeting that is full of sincerity.Theory and Practical Implications – This research offers a university budgeting model based on Gorontalo's local wisdom values. The research results can contribute to universities in realizing good university governance.Novelty - This research explores Gorontalo cultural values to serve as a basis for the university budgeting model.

Abstract

Study This aim For analyze Influence Internal Control and Spiritual Intelligence Prevention Fraud in Village Fund Management in the District Boliyohuto. Deep method study This use approach quantitative. Data used in study This is the primary data obtained with spread questionnaire to device villages in the District Boliyohuto . Amount sample in study This amounting to 78 respondents. Deep data analysis study This use analysis multiple linear regression. Research result This show that Internal Control and Spiritual Intelligence have an influence in a way partial and simultaneous to Prevention Fraud. Coefficient in study This of 30.7% which is significant variable Prevention Fraud in study This explained by variables Internal Control and variables Spiritual Intelligence is 30.7%.
