Abstract

Eksistensi dan perkembangan bahasa Arab di Indonesia mengalami transformasi dari waktu ke waktu. Sejak Islam datang bersamaan dengan bahasa Arabsebagai bahasa kitab suci (al-Qur’an) dan bahasa ritual ibadah bagi umat Islam perkembangan bahasa Arab mengalami stagnasi, hal ini disebabkan banyakproblematika dalam proses pemahaman, perkembangan dan pembelajarannya. Problematika tersebut terbagi menjadi tiga aspek: Aspek politik, aspek sosiologis dan aspek metodologis. Problematika pembelajaran bahasa Arab bisa diselesaikan dengan cara merumuskan kebijakan yang berpihak terhadap perkembangan bahasa arab, mempelajari bahasa arab dengan pendekatan continuitas dan integratif serta meningkatkan sumberdaya manusia melalui pendidikan yang profesional sehingga dapat menemukan dan memilih metode yang tepat dalam mengajarkan bahasa Arab sesuai dengan kondisi dan kultur masyarakat Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkonstruk modernisme pendidikan Islam dalam pemikiran Mahmud Yunus dan relevansinya dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan Islam Indonesia Era Society 5.0. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis konsep. Sumber data berupa karya asli Mahmud Yunus yang berjudul Pokok-Pokok Pendidikan dan Pengajaran dan jurnal atau buku-buku yang relevan dan dianalisis dengan content analysis. Pemikiran modernis Mahmud Yunus bahwa tujuan pendidikan Islam mempersiapkan peserta didik mengerjakan amalan dunia dan akhirat sehingga tercipta kebahagiaan. Kurikulum harus terpadu mencakup agama dan pengetahuan umum serta mengintegrasikan dengan bahasa Arab. Metode pembelajaran harus efektif dan efisien memperhatikan psikologi anak berbasis penanaman moral. Guru mengembangkan ilmu, memperbaiki kehidupan masyarakat, teladan, dan orangtua terhadap siswa. Kelembagaan pendidikan Islam berpengaruh dalam membentuk karakter anak, yaitu: rumah, sekolah, dan lingkungan. Implikasi pemikiran Mahmud Yunus dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Era Society 5.0 pada kolektifitas sistem pendidikan untuk menjamin kualitas input, proses, output, dan outcome sekolah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penerapan pemikiran Mahmud Yunus dalam pengembangan lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam masa depan

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of leadership in modern cottages, especially about the concept of Modern Pesantren according to KH. Imam Zarkasyi, the dynamics of leadership, and the internalization of pancajiwa in the framework of the regeneration carried out in the modern cottage of Darussalam Gontor. With literature studies using literary sources both primary and secondary, this study describes that according to KH. Imam Zarkasyi, the concept of Modern Pesantren has 3 aspects, namely first modern in the field of curriculum as the core of the educational process in pesantren, second modern in the field of pesantren management as a system that regulates the entire series of educational processes, and third modern in the tradition of pesantren where all components in pesantren must have the same goal. Then the leadership at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontch was run by KH. Imam Zarkasyi is visionary and progressive because he is oriented towards the objectives of Pesantren education by prioritizing discipline and uswah Hashanah, this is one of which is realized by internalizing pancajiwa as a philosophy of Modern Pondok Darussalam Gontor Education through various activities both academic and non-academic. Finally, this research shows that the ideal pesantren leader is the one who is able to realize the goals of pesantren through the process and system of education in pesante, so that pesantren still exist and are able to prove themselves capable of becoming a reference institution in the future.

Abstract

The concept of education that is relevant today uses an applicative contextual approach. Fazlur Rahman in understanding the Qur'an sees it in a historical context and tries to project it in a contemporary context. The purpose of this study is to find out the concept of fazlur Rahman education and its relevance in modern times. The research method used by library research uses historical and philosophical analysis of the concept of Fazlur Rahman Islamic Education. Fazlur Rahman, a Hanafi-born Muslim intellectual, was born in the traditional community. However, his thinking is not stuck in the tradition that he studied a lot of Western sciences.  Rahman is an Islamic modernist and reformer of Muslim education who contributes by offering more emphasized development strategies in areas that are part of the education system itself, as well as integrating the two sciences, so that there is no disintegration in education and there is no gap between sciences due to the dichotomy of education.  Monitoring Fazlur Rahman's concept of education can be concluded his school of thought is stuck on the religious rational.

Abstract

Due to the post-pandemic, madrasahs need effective literacy strategies to cope with the challenges posed by the situation. While some madrasahs may have implemented these strategies, they may be constrained by common issues. This study aims to analyze blended literacy activities to improve the literacy program at Integrated Madrasah Tsanawiyah after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data was analyzed by organizing, reducing, and interpreting data. Based on the study results, it is evident that the blended literacy strategy used at Integrated Madrasah Tsanawiyah combines offline activities (print-based and face-to-face) and online activities (technology and internet-based) in student literacy activities, both within and outside the madrasah to improve the quality of madrasah literacy. This study can provide a framework for other madrasahs or educational institutions to develop their blended activities literacy programs, particularly during times of crisis when traditional teaching methods may not be feasible.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether there is an influence of non-linear teachers (who teach outside their field) on student learning competence at MA Safinda Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as the main instrument for data collection. The research instrument was created referring to aspects of learning theory according to Edgar Dale, who stated that there are 10 important aspects, namely;Read, Hear, View Images, Watch Videos, Attend Exhibitis/Sites, Watch a Demonstration, Participate in Hands-On-Workshops, Design Collaborative Lesson, Simulate and Design/Perform a Presentation. Data from the questionnaire results were analyzed using a simple regression test to assess the relationship between the independent variable (non-linear teacher) and the dependent variable (student learning competency). The results of the analysis show that the significance value (sig) is 0.007, so 0.007 > 0.05, which means Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is no significant influence of teacher non-linearity on student learning competence at MA Safinda Surabaya. This shows that even though teachers do not have a background appropriate to their field, they still have the opportunity to take part in training or other self-development activities which will later haveimpact positive impact on student learning competence. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan angket sebagai instrumen utama dalam pengumpulan data. Instrumen penelitian di buat merujuk pada aspek teori belajar menurut Edgar Dale, yang mengemukakan bahwa terdapat 10 aspek penting yaitu; Read, Hear, View Images, Watch Videos, Attend Exhibitis/Sites, Watch a Demonstration, Participate in Hands-On-Workshops, Design Collaborative Lesson, Simulate and Design/Perform a Presentation. Data dari hasil angket di analisis menggunakan uji regresi sederhana untuk menilai hubungan antara variabel bebas (guru non-linier) dan variabel terikat (kompetensi belajar siswa). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi (sig) sebesar 0,007, maka 0,007 > 0,05, yang artinya Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari non-linieritas guru terhadap kompetensi belajar siswa di MA Safinda Surabaya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun guru tidak memiliki latar belakang yang sesuai dengan bidangnya, mereka tetap memiliki kesempatan untuk mengikuti pelatihan atau kegiatan pengembangan diri lainnya yang nantinya dapat memiliki impact positif pada kompetensi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: The teaching of Islamic education in elementary school in Indonesia has not been widely explored by researchers, while this subject is particularly important in developing students’ character. This study aimed to describe the teaching of Islamic Education in elementary school in Malang, particularly in terms of the use of instructional media. Qualitative method with case study observational design and multi-site research design was chosen to meet the aim, including the use of structured-interview and observation as means of data collection. By using qualitative data analysis, it was found that (1) there were diverse teaching methods used by teachers, (2) teachers used various instructional media, both conventional and modern, (3) the quantity and quality of supporting facilities of the PAI lesson were considered sufficient, and (4) there were some internal as well as external factors that either supported or hampered the teaching of Islamic Education in elementary school.Keywords: elementary school, Islamic education, learningmediaAbstrak: Kajian mengenai pengajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Sekolah Dasar selama ini relatif belum banyak dilakukan. Padahal sebagai mata pelajaran inti, PAI mempunyai peranan penting dalam pembentukan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan bagaimana pembelajaran PAI di Sekolah Dasar di Malang Raya berlangsung, khususnya bagaimana penggunaan multimedia dalam proses pembelajaran. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus observasional dan multisitus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipilih adalah wawancara terstruktur dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) metode pembelajaran yang digunakan guru dalam mengajarkan PAI cukup variatif, (2) terdapat beragam media yang digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran PAI. Selain media konvensional, sebagian guru menggunakan multimedia modern, (3) fasilitas pendukung pembelajaran PAI di SD dapat dikatakan cukup memadai, dan (4) faktor pendukung maupun penghambat penggunaan media dalam pembelajaran PAI di SD bersumber dari internal sekolah dan luar sekolah.Kata kunci: media pembelajaran, pendidikan agama Islam (PAI), sekolah dasar

Abstract

PAI teachers' efforts to develop learning both outside and inside the classroom are very varied, especially in maximizing digital media to support increased students' understanding. The urgency of using digital in learning is something that every teacher naturally has, because the teacher's ability to use digital in learning can help the learning methods used by teachers become more varied and not monotonous. Especially at Khadijah High School which has really maximized media in its learning, of course the sorogan and discovery learning methods that are applied will not be able to work if it is not accompanied by the teacher's ability to utilize media for learning, in addition to the teacher's ability to master devices, media and the use of learning methods, Teachers must also have content and materials, so that they all support the learning process and increase understanding not only of students' cognitive, but also affective improvement. In this research, we will examine further the integration of sorogan and discovery learning methods at SMA Khadijah Surabaya.

Abstract

The phenomenon of bullying is a serious and concerning problem, especially in educational environments such as schools and Islamic boarding schools. This research aims to explore educational models and approaches used in preventing and dealing with bullying in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia and Malaysia, using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach which involves systematic identification, evaluation, and synthesis of relevant research. Google Scholar and ERIC were chosen because of their broad academic coverage and access to educational and psychological journals. Of the initial 290 articles, 40 articles were excluded due to duplication, irrelevance, or not meeting established inclusion criteria. The research results show that there is a trend in anti-bullying education models in Islamic boarding schools varying from prevention to intervention. Overall, the approach used to prevent and handle bullying in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia and Malaysia shows a commitment to creating a safe and conducive educational environment. Thus, the results of this research will be a contribution to policy makers and Islamic boarding schools in preparing anti-bullying programs in the Islamic education environment.
