Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out the purpose of Islamic education contained in the Qur'an. The research method used is the maudu’i tafsir method, with a descriptive qualitative approach and type of library study research. Thus, the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “The prophecy of Allah is that the people of the world and of the Hereafter should be worshippers of all things. The Qur'an repeats many verses about those who are given knowledge with faith and worship. He who has knowledge and faith gives birth to a man who fears him, and he will be exalted in the rank of his Lord.

Abstract

The research aims to explore the development and application of a local wisdom-based learning environment in the context of modern education. By adopting a qualitative approach, the study examines various strategies and methodologies for integrating local values, practices, and knowledge into the school curriculum, as well as identifying their impact on student learning experiences. Research results show that integrating local wisdom into education not only enriches curricula but also improves the relevance and contextualization of learning, facilitating critical thinking, creativity, and intercultural understanding among students. In addition, this approach supports the preservation of local culture and the promotion of diversity. This research suggests that to effective implementation, it requires teacher training, development of learning resources, and active involvement of the local community. Therefore, the importance of creating a local wisdom-based learning environment thus holds significant potential in improving the quality of education and preparing students with relevant capabilities to face global challenges with a strong local perspective.

Abstract

Religious extracurricular activities towards strengthening students' Islamic identity refer to a series of activities outside the formal school curriculum designed to deepen the understanding and practice of Islamic teachings among students. The research method used in this study is the literature research method. The results showed that religious extracurricular activities not only strengthen individuals' spiritual understanding and experience, but also promote the application of ethical values in daily life. In addition, these activities support the development of social skills and empathy, and facilitate positive interactions between students from diverse faith backgrounds, encouraging inclusivity and cross-cultural understanding. Finally, this study confirms that religious extracurricular activities play an important role in the formation of communal and personal identities, strengthening individuality while valuing diversity. The implications of the findings suggest that schools should consider including or further developing religious extracurricular programs as an integral part of character education, supporting the formation of ethical, tolerant, and actively contributing young people in a plural society.

Abstract

Student motivation refers to the internal or external drive that influences students' desire and effort in achieving learning goals, which can be intrinsic (drive from within) or extrinsic (drive from external factors such as rewards or praise). Self-perception is a student's view or belief of their ability and competence in a particular area or task. Both play an important role in the learning process, where high motivation and positive self-perception can increase engagement, performance and feelings of effectiveness in facing educational challenges. The review conducted in this study used the literature research method. The results of this study confirm the importance of supporting positive self-perception and increasing intrinsic motivation to reduce foreign language anxiety among students. Educators are advised to create a supportive learning environment and provide constructive feedback, as well as design learning activities that foster students' sense of success and self-confidence. Thus, students can better enjoy the foreign language learning process without the burden of excessive anxiety, and ultimately, improve their overall learning outcomes.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, neuromarketing is emerging as an innovative approach that combines neuroscience with marketing strategies to improve the effectiveness of online advertising. The review in this research uses the literature method. The results show that neuromarketing has significant potential to improve the effectiveness of online advertising, but its application must be balanced with strong ethical considerations. In conclusion, neuromarketing in the digital age offers a great opportunity for marketers to create a more personalised and effective advertising experience, provided it is implemented with a responsible approach and focuses on adding value to consumers.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of minimum wage policies on human resource management (HRM) and economic performance. By using the literature analysis method. The results show that the minimum wage policy encourages companies to optimise the use of labour, increase productivity, and invest in employee skills development. However, its impact on economic performance is complex, with the potential for increased consumer purchasing power accompanied by the risk of inflation and reduced employment. The study concludes that effective minimum wage policy implementation requires a balanced and adaptive approach, taking into account local economic conditions and diverse industry needs.

Abstract

This paper conducts an in-depth examination of the regulation and supervision of Islamic banking in Indonesia, focusing on recent developments and contemporary trends. The regulatory framework governing Islamic banking has evolved significantly in response to the dynamic financial landscape and the growing prominence of Sharia-compliant finance. The study explores the historical development of regulations, vital legal provisions, and the role of regulatory authorities in overseeing Islamic banking activities. A comparative analysis with conventional banking regulations provides insights into the distinctive features and challenges the Islamic banking sector faces. The discussion delves into the effectiveness of existing regulations in addressing challenges, ensuring compliance, and facilitating enforcement. Furthermore, the study investigates evolving trends, including recent developments within the Indonesian Islamic banking sector and global perspectives on Islamic banking regulation. The implications for future research and practical recommendations are also discussed, contributing to the ongoing dialogue on strengthening the regulatory environment for Islamic banking in Indonesia.
