Abstract

Seorang guru yang profesional memerlukan dedikasi, komitmen, dan upaya yang berkelanjutan. Guru yang profesional akan sangat membantu proses pencapaian visi misi sekolah. Mengingat strategisnya peran yang dimiliki oleh seorang guru, usaha-usaha untuk mengenali dan mengembangkan profesionalisme guru menjadi sangat penting untuk dilakukan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan peran vital profesionalisme Guru sebagai upaya mewujudkan pendidikan berkualitas di sumatera utara. Metode penelitian adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data mengunakan data primer berupa Wawancara dan dokumentasi, serta data sekunder berupa jurnal, buku, dan sumber lainnya. Analisis data Menggunakan analisis Miles dan Humberman berupa Reduksi Data, Display Data, dan Verifikasi Data. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan bahwa Profesionalisme guru memiliki peran yang krusial dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran siswa. Aspek kompetensi profesional guru, yang mencakup penguasaan materi, strategi pengajaran, dan pengembangan diri, memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk kompetensi siswa. Guru perlu menguasai materi dan mampu mengaitkannya dengan keberagaman siswa, serta memilih dan mengembangkan materi pembelajaran secara kreatif sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Selain itu, guru juga perlu terus mengembangkan keprofesionalan mereka melalui tindakan reflektif dan pemanfaatan teknologi.

Abstract

Deli Serdang Regency is a stunting locus area in North Sumatra. One of the 45 stunting locus villages in Deli Serdang Regency is Kelambir Village which is located in Pantai Labu District. Kelambir Village has formed a KPM management structure which has an important role in fostering stunting prevention, which activities are carried out to prevent stunting to fulfill nutritional needs for toddlers and pregnant women. This mentoring activity aims to fulfill community nutrition, especially those at risk of stunting, gaining knowledge and skills in providing healthy food and nutritious food based on local resources and improving family welfare. The method for this activity is an approach to partners and then implementation which includes education, outreach, training and assistance in creating a healthy menu to prevent stunting. The results of the activities show the positive impact of this socialization and mentoring. Activity participants, both from the PKK team, prospective brides and grooms, pregnant women and mothers with children under five can understand the use of local food as a healthy kitchen menu to prevent stunting. Positive results from the evaluation will indicate that participants have been able to internalize this information and apply it in the context of everyday life. Utilizing local Indonesian food is not just a culinary innovation, but is also a sustainable strategy to meet the nutritional needs of pregnant women and children under five. This activity is expected to be able to create a healthy eating environment, a synergistic relationship between the environment, local economy and public health.

Abstract

The issue of stunting in Indonesia remains high, with a percentage of 21.6%. As a result, Presidential Regulation No. 72 of 2021 was issued regarding the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction, with the target for Indonesia to reduce stunting to 14%. In North Sumatra, the stunting rate reaches 21.1%, with Denai Kuala Village having a rate of 22.4%. One of the efforts by the village government to accelerate the reduction of stunting is the formation of the DASHAT team (Dapur Atasi Stunting) and Kader KPM. Therefore, accurate and relevant knowledge about stunting is a key focus that must be emphasized in the role of KPM. The purpose of this research is to assess the extent of KPM's knowledge about stunting and how that knowledge has encouraged them to optimize their role in the acceleration of stunting reduction. The methodology includes preparation, implementation, and evaluation. In the evaluation, the research design is a pre-experimental design using a single group with pretest and posttest. The results show that the assistance provided has a positive effect on the knowledge and skills of Kader KPM in efforts to accelerate stunting reduction. There was an average increase in knowledge from 56.4 before the socialization and assistance to an average score of 84.1 after the socialization and assistance were conducted.

Abstract

The Bantan Subdistrict falls into the Ageing Population category, with 29% of its population being elderly. There are an estimated 1,444 pre-elderly individuals aged 45-49 and 4,438 elderly individuals aged 50 and above. Currently, many elderly individuals in Bantan become burdens to their children's families, requiring care and financial support, which ultimately affects the family's economy. Consequently, numerous elderly individuals remain unproductive, staying idle at home, leading to health issues among them. The aim of this program is to enhance the health and well-being of the elderly by fostering entrepreneurial spirit based on local food, thereby stimulating community economic growth. The implementation method consists of Preparation Phase, including systematic activity planning, brainstorming, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and Pre-Event. The Implementation Phase involves Pre-Incubation, Application, Incubation, and Post-Incubation Period. Evaluation includes Pre-test and Post-test. Results indicate that the entrepreneurship socialization and mentoring for the elderly in Bantan's IX Subdistrict proceeded smoothly and had a significant positive impact. Before the intervention, participants had an average knowledge score of 31.25. However, after participating in the socialization and mentoring activities, there was a significant increase in the average knowledge score, reaching 78.25, with an average score increase of 47.00, reflecting substantial improvement. It can be concluded that the program runs smoothly and well. The various efforts that have been made by the Unimed Team show their seriousness and commitment in empowering the elderly.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the concept of Baitul Maal in realizing prosperity in Kasih Sayang Village, which is based on Islamic principles and Pancasila values to foster a civic economy approach in daily life. The study also explores how the community of Kasih Sayang Village cultivates a sense of citizenship through voluntarism that contributes to social harmony and well-being. The research utilized a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis employed interpretative phenomenological analysis with the assistance of the ATLAS.ti software for ease and innovation in research data analysis. Research findings reveal that Baitul Maal in Kasih Sayang Village serves as an economic center and an economicdesign reflecting unity, collaboration, development, and empowerment. The role of Baitul Maal extends beyond economic aspects. It integrates Pancasila values, citizenship spirit, and sustainability to propel the community toward holistic development and empowerment. The community of Kasih Sayang Village is grounded in three voluntarism concepts: teodical (reliance on God), ethical (contributing based on goodwill), and psychological (internal drive). Integrating these concepts creates a harmonious environment in the village, where spiritual, moral, and psychological values unite to achieve shared prosperity.

Abstract

Religious moderation has gained increasing scholarly attention as societies confront rising polarization, yet existing research remains fragmented between normative discourse and policy-driven interpretations. Few studies systematically map how the field has evolved conceptually and how it intersects with interfaith harmony at a global level. This study addresses this gap by conducting a Systematic Literature Review using the PRISMA protocol combined with bibliometric analysis to examine Scopus-indexed publications on religious moderation from 2016 to 2025. The dataset consists of 235 peer-reviewed journal articles, and the analysis integrates descriptive statistics, thematic coding, and VOSviewer-based mapping of co-authorship and keyword networks. The findings show a rapid expansion of research after 2020, with Indonesia emerging as the dominant contributor and education-related contexts becoming the most frequently explored domain. Bibliometric mapping identifies three major thematic clusters: religious moderation in educational and civic settings, local wisdom and cultural practices, and digital-era challenges related to radicalism and polarization. Conceptually, the field is shifting from state-centered narratives toward relational ethics that emphasize interfaith coexistence. These results highlight the need for broader cross-regional collaboration and more comparative, theory-driven studies that move beyond national policy frameworks. The study concludes that religious moderation is evolving into a multidisciplinary lens for understanding interfaith relations and recommends future research focusing on leadership, digital citizenship, and community-based interfaith engagement.    Abstrak Moderasi beragama semakin mendapat perhatian akademik seiring meningkatnya polarisasi sosial, namun penelitian yang ada masih terfragmentasi antara wacana normatif dan interpretasi berbasis kebijakan. Hanya sedikit studi yang secara sistematis memetakan perkembangan konseptual bidang ini serta keterkaitannya dengan harmoni antaragama pada tingkat global. Penelitian ini mengisi kesenjangan tersebut dengan melakukan Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis menggunakan protokol PRISMA yang dipadukan dengan analisis bibliometrik terhadap publikasi terindeks Scopus mengenai moderasi beragama pada periode 2016 hingga 2025. Dataset terdiri dari 235 artikel jurnal terbitan sejawat, dan analisis dilakukan melalui statistik deskriptif, pengodean tematik, serta pemetaan jejaring penulis dan kata kunci menggunakan VOSviewer. Temuan menunjukkan peningkatan pesat penelitian setelah tahun 2020, dengan Indonesia sebagai kontributor dominan dan konteks pendidikan sebagai domain yang paling sering dikaji. Pemetaan bibliometrik mengidentifikasi tiga klaster tematik utama yaitu moderasi beragama dalam konteks pendidikan dan kewargaan, kearifan lokal dan praktik budaya, serta tantangan era digital terkait radikalisme dan polarisasi. Secara konseptual, bidang ini bergerak dari narasi berpusat pada negara menuju etika relasional yang menekankan koeksistensi antaragama. Hasil ini menegaskan perlunya kolaborasi lintas kawasan dan penelitian komparatif yang lebih berorientasi teori di luar kerangka kebijakan nasional. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa moderasi beragama berkembang menjadi lensa multidisipliner untuk memahami relasi antaragama dan merekomendasikan penelitian lanjutan mengenai kepemimpinan, kewargaan digital, dan keterlibatan antaragama berbasis komunitas.

Abstract

Kelurahan Medan Petisah Tengah memiliki populasi lansia sebesar 30% yang menghadapi keterbatasan aktivitas fisik dan sosial. Namun, Sekolah Lansia Mandiri di wilayah ini masih kekurangan pendampingan, materi standar, dan tenaga pengajar kompeten. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dan memperluas cakupan Sekolah Lansia melalui metode Participatory Learning and Action. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi persiapan (identifikasi masalah, FGD, draf buku panduan), pelaksanaan (sosialisasi, pendampingan, mentoring, dan uji coba buku panduan), serta evaluasi melalui wawancara. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan buku panduan Standar 2 berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan lansia dalam menjaga kesehatan fisik dan mental. Program ini dinilai efektif dan mendapat respons positif, sehingga berpotensi untuk diimplementasikan secara lebih luas demi kesejahteraan lansia.

Abstract

Kelurahan Payaroba memiliki populasi lansia sebesar 30% (Aging Population). Meski 25% di antaranya berpengalaman wirausaha, potensi tersebut belum dimanfaatkan optimal. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi dan kualitas hidup lansia melalui pemberdayaan potensi lokal daun kelor. Metode Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) digunakan melalui tiga tahapan: (1) Persiapan (perencanaan, brainstorming, FGD, dan pre-event); (2) Pelaksanaan (pra-inkubasi, aplikasi, inkubasi, dan pasca-inkubasi); serta (3) Evaluasi (pre dan post-wawancara). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kewirausahaan berbasis inovasi daun kelor berdampak positif dan transformatif. Melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif, lansia memperoleh keterampilan teknis serta kepercayaan diri untuk berwirausaha. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan partisipatif berbasis potensi lokal efektif mendorong kemandirian ekonomi lansia serta memberikan model replikasi bagi pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui bahan lokal bernilai ekonomi.

Abstract

The problem in Civics Education learning often lies in the gap between the material delivered in the classroom and the realities experienced by learners in their daily lives. The introduction of Indonesia's new curriculum, namely Deep Learning, presents new challenges for educators in teaching Civics Education. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the concepts of Design Thinking and Deep Learning comprehensively and to offer innovative contributions to Civics Education learning through the application of the Design Thinking approach in the learning process. This research employs a qualitative method utilizing a literature study approach. Data collection was conducted an examination of books, journals, articles, and other credible sources. Data analysis was carried out in three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that a Design Thinking-based learning strategy for Civics Education using the Double Diamond Process Model is an innovative step to encourage the realization of Deep Learning that is relevant to the challenges of 21st-century learning. This model actively engages learners in the process of critical and creative thinking through four main stages: Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver. By promoting a deep and reflective understanding of civic issues, this approach aligns with the principles of Deep Learning, which underscore the importance of meaningful, joyful, and mindful learning. Furthermore, it effectively cultivates learners into critical, creative, and responsible citizens in the global context.

Abstract

It is commonly acknowledged that transformational leadership is an essential framework for understanding how school principals enhance teacher motivation, performance, and overall school development across a variety of settings. However, despite its proven advantages, the current body of research remains dispersed across methodological, institutional, and cultural boundaries, highlighting the necessity of an integrated synthesis. This study uses a hybrid methodological approach that combines a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer to map the trends, themes, and research fronts of transformational leadership among school principals. Using data from Scopus and PRISMA-guided methods, the study identifies networks of collaboration, intellectual structures, and new directions that influence the creation of theories, leadership development programs, and policy in educational leadership. According to the findings, transformational leadership has developed into a multifaceted framework that includes teacher empowerment, emotional intelligence, and adaptive digital competence, rather than being solely focused on morality and justiceThough it is constrained by its reliance on Scopus and English-language sources which may exclude important regional perspectives the integration of SLR and bibliometric methods offers a thorough understanding of the conceptual and empirical development of transformational leadership. This study emphasizes the importance of incorporating inclusiveness, ethical reasoning, and reflective practices into the development of policies and leadership training. Therefore, to better understand how transformational leadership concepts are contextually adjusted across various educational systems and cultural contexts, future research should examine longitudinal and cross-national studies.
