Abstract

Majelis Taklim Elhamidy is a religious educational institution located in Kelurahan Pagak, Beji District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java. The teachers and parents at this institution have never received counseling on the prevention of sexual violence against children. This knowledge is very important, especially considering that recently, child sexual abuse and violence can occur anywhere and at any time. The psychoeducation program " Stop Sexual Violence Against Children" aims to increase the knowledge and understanding of parents and teachers in the Majelis Taklim Elhamidy environment regarding child sexual abuse so that efforts can be made to prevent it. The program was conducted in five stages, involving 30 participants. First, a pretest was administered to measure the participants' knowledge before the material was presented. Second, the material was presented, followed by a discussion. Third, participants engaged in material enrichment. Fourth, a posttest was conducted to measure the increase in participants' knowledge after the material was presented. Fifth, a comparative analysis was conducted between the pretest and posttest results to measure the increase in knowledge using the Wilcoxon test. The analysis results showed a significant increase (p < 0.05) in the knowledge of parents and teachers. This indicates that the program was quite effective in increasing the knowledge and understanding of parents and teachers in the Majelis Taklim Elhamidy environment regarding child sexual abuse. Abstrak Majelis Taklim Elhamidy adalah lembaga pendidikan keagamaan yang terletak di Kelurahan Pagak, Kecamatan Beji, Kabupaten Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. Guru-guru dan orang tua murid di lembaga tersebut belum pernah mendapat penyuluhan tentang pencegahan kekerasan seksual pada anak. Padahal, pengetahuan ini amat penting mengingat belakangan ini pelecehan maupun kekerasan seksual pada anak, dapat terjadi di mana saja dan kapan saja. Program psikoedukasi "Stop Kekerasan Seksual Pada Anak" ditujukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pada orang tua dan guru di lingkungan Majelis Taklim Elhamidy, tentang pelecehan seksual pada anak sehingga dapat dilakukan upaya untuk pencegahannya. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam lima tahap yang diikuti oleh 30 orang peserta. Pertama, dilakukan pretes untuk mengukur pengetahuan peserta sebelum materi diberikan. Kedua, pemaparan materi yang dilanjutkan dengan diskusi. Ketiga, peserta melaksanakan pengayaan materi. Keempat dilakukan postes untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan peserta setelah materi diberikan. Kelima, dilakukan analisis perbandingan antara hasil pretes dan postes untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan (p < 0.05) dalam pengetahuan orang tua dan guru. Artinya, kegiatan ini cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman orang tua dan guru di lingkungan Majelis Taklim Elhamidy tentang pelecehan seksual pada anak.

Abstract

Academic achievement plays a crucial role in an individual's life. This study aims to examine the factors that influence academic achievement using the systematic review method. By gathering and analyzing data from various relevant studies, this research aims to enhance accuracy, comprehensive understanding, and knowledge updates, and identify research areas that have not been addressed in relation to factors affecting academic achievement. The study's results, which includes 11 research journals, indicate that factors such as motivation, social support, study habits, cognitive ability, and learning environment significantly impact academic achievement. This research provides valuable guidance for individuals, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders in comprehending the factors that influence academic achievement. Furthermore, it also serves as a foundation for the development of more effective education policies.Keywords: Academic achievement, adolescents, systematic review

Abstract

Self-efficacy is a belief in the abilities possessed by each individual. Self-efficacy has an important meaning for every student that affects student success in completing their tasks. Therefore, each student has a different level of self-efficacy, therefore self-efficacy has an important role in students’ abilities. Students who have high self-efficacy are able to achieve the expected goals, while students who have low self-efficacy tend not to want to complete the tasks given by their teachers. This study aimed to determine the use of monopoly bingo games to increase self-efficacy in junior high school students. The research method used was quasi-experiment with two pretest-posttest control group design designs with data collection using the General Self Efficacy Scale as many as 10 items. The data analysis test used the Paired Sample T-test and the Independent Sample T-test and the results obtained that there was a significant influence on junior high school students, so that from the results of this study monopoly bingo provided an increase in self-efficacy in junior high school students.

Abstract

Kesepian pada remaja digambarkan sebagai persepsi subjektif dari sebuah kesenjangan antara apa yang diinginkan dan bagaimana hubungan sosial yang sebenarnya dalam hal persahabatan, keterhubungan, atau keintiman. Tinjauan sistematik ini bertujuan menganalisis 8 jurnal terakreditasi mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesepian pada remaja. Hasil tinjauan sistematik menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang meningkatkan kesepian yaitu pengalaman diskriminatif, pengasuhan yang tidak konsisten, rasa malu, dan viktimisasi teman sebaya, pengasuhan yang tidak konsisten, rasa malu, dan viktimisasi teman sebaya, penggunaan Facebook untuk kompensasi keterampilan sosial, diterima dengan buruk oleh teman sebaya, kurang teman, dan mengalami kualitas persahabatan yang buruk, remaja yang rendah dalam interaksi sosial tatap muka dan tinggi dalam penggunaan media sosial. Selain itu faktor yang dapat menurunkan kesepian pada remaja yaitu dukungan sosial dari teman atau keluarga dan harga diri.

Abstract

Efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier adalah keyakinan diri seseorang untuk menentukan tujuan kariernya. Dukungan orangtua pada bidang karir merupakan dorongan yang diberikan guna menentukan tujuan karir pada anak Sikap proaktif merupakan tindakan inisiatif yang dimiliki oleh individu. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian adalah mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan orangtua terhadap efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier yang dimediasi oleh sikap proaktif pada mahasiswa ditahun pertama perkuliahan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 53 yang terdiri dari 15 laki-laki dan 38 perempuan. Instumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Career Related Parental Support Scale (CRPSS) Chinese Version, Proactive Personality Scale (PPS), dan Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Scale Short Form (CDMSE)-Ind. Analisis mediasi menggunakan Process Hayes model 4. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan kepribadian proaktif memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara dukungan orangtua terhadap efikasi diri terhadap kepuusan karier pada mahasiswa tahun pertama.

Abstract

Socio-emotional competence is important in children's development, because it can help them in problem solving, increase in prosocial behavior, form good relationships, and adapt to growing and complex demands. Lack of socio-emotional competence in the early stages of development is associated with aggressive tendencies, bullying, low problem solving, social isolation, rejection of relationship with peer, lack of skill in taking responsibility, involvement with crime, and drug use. Therefore, in increasing the set of competencies that children need for the future, boy-boyan become an alternative learning media through experience. With feedback from the games, children will get new knowledge to be applied in everyday life. A total of 60 male and female subjects aged 9-12 years were divided into three research groups, namely the experimental group 1 who received the boy-boy game method with experiential learning, the experimental group 2 who played only boy-boyan, and the control group. Method used is a quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest subject design. Data analysis used Kruskal Wallis and Mann-Whitney, and the scale used was the Socio Emotional Competence Questionaire which was measured at the pretest and posttest. The results showed that there were significant differences between the three groups (ρ 0.000), and there was an increase in three aspects of socio-emotional competence in children through boy-boyan with the experiential learning method compared to only playing boy-boyan. Keywords: Childern ; Socio-Emotional Competence ; Traditional Play

Abstract

Socio-emotional competence in adolescence is needed in socio-emotional development where individuals are able to manage emotions and interact with others and develop healthy relationships. Positive conformity behavior is used as a cognitive strategy to adjust to peer groups so that deviant behavior can be avoided. In order for positive conformity to develop properly, self-efficacy is needed as a mediator to increase socio-emotional competence. The purpose of this study was to examine self-efficacy as a mediator between positive conformity and socio-emotional competence. This research method uses a quantitative approach using population quotas. The subjects in this study were all 197 students of SMP YPUI Darul Ulum Banda Aceh City. The instruments used were the Delaware Social Emotional Competence Scale-Student (DSECS-S), the Peer Conformity Disposition Scale (PCDS), and the General Self Efficacy Scale (GSES). Data analysis was performed using the Process Macro Analysis Hayes mediation analysis technique. The results of the study show that there is a significant effect of positive conformity on socio-emotional competence. With the role of self-efficacy as a mediator, positive conformity can indirectly increase the socio-emotional competence of young students at Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Abstract Happiness is everyone’s need, therefore everyone wants it, including teenagers in orphanages. Happinessis related to gratitude, teenagers in orphanages who have a high level of gratitude will have a high level of happiness.Likewise, teenagers in orphanages who have a high level of gratitude will have a high level of forgiveness. Teenagers inorphanages who forgive tend to be happier than teenagers who don’t forgive. The purpose of this study was to determinethe role of forgiveness as a mediator in the relationship between gratitude and happiness in adolescents in orphanages.This study uses a quantitative approach. Subjects were determined through a saturation sampling technique consistingof 100 teenagers at an orphanage in Malang City. The research instrument uses The Gratitude Questionnaire-SixItemForm (GQ-6), the Heartland forgiveness scale and the Indonesian version of The PERMA-Profiler scale. Mediationanalysis using Process model 4 by Hayes. The results show that gratitude has a positive and significant relationship tohappiness. The results of this study also prove that forgiveness is able to mediate the relationship between gratitude andhappiness with a value.The conclusion from the results of this study forgiveness can be a mediator of the relationshipbetween gratitude and happiness in adolescents in orphanages

Abstract

Emotional maturity is the tendency to understand and deal with emotions. Emotional maturity determines an individual's ability to deal with complex situations. Emotional changes are often seen in the teenage phase. Adolescence is a transition period from childhood to independent adulthood characterized by physical, psychological, social, and emotional changes. Healthy changes can only be achieved if parents choose the right parenting style to raise their children. The mental construct that shows the standard approach in the treatment chosen by parents in raising children is the parenting style. Adolescents develop and become emotionally stable when parents communicate respectfully and pay attention before reacting, provide consistent, realistic rules and expectations, and offer opportunities that encourage independence. This article explores the types of parenting styles parents use and their influence on development in the adolescent phase. The results of the literature review show that there is a significant correlation between emotional maturity and parenting style. Parenting patterns and family environment also help teenagers become more resilient in facing challenges. AbstrakKematangan emosional adalah kecenderungan untuk memahami dan mengatasi emosi. Tingkat kematangan emosional menentukan kemampuan individu untuk menghadapi situasi kompleks. Perubahan emosional sering terlihat pada fase remaja. Remaja adalah periode transisi dari masa kanak-kanak menjadi dewasa mandiri ditandai dengan perubahan fisik, psikologis, sosial, dan emosional. Perubahan yang sehat hanya dapat dicapai jika orang tua memilih gaya pengasuhan yang tepat untuk mengasuh anak-anak mereka. Konstruksi mental yang menunjukkan pendekatan standar berupa perlakuan yang dipilih orang tua dalam mengasuh anak disebut gaya pengasuhan. Remaja berkembang dan menjadi stabil secara emosional ketika orang tua berkomunikasi dengan penuh hormat dan memberikan perhatian sebelum bereaksi, memberikan aturan dan harapan yang konsisten, realistis dan menawarkan kesempatan yang mendorong kemandirian. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi jenis gaya pengasuhan yang digunakan orang tua dan pengaruhnya terhadap perkembangan pada fase remaja. Hasil tinjauan literatur menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara kematangan emosi dan gaya pengasuhan. Pola asuh dan lingkungan keluarga juga membantu remaja menjadi lebih tangguh dalam menghadapi tantangan.

Abstract

Pengungkapan diri merupakan kegiatan komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh individu untuk mengungkapkan infomasi mengenai dirinya yang disembunyikan maupun tidak kepada orang lain. Tinjauan sistematik ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis 7 jurnal terakreditasi sinta dan scimago mengenai dampak yang ditimbulkan jika remaja melakukan pengungkapan diri. Hasil tinjauan sistematik ini menunjukkan bahwa manfaat jika remaja melakukan pengungkapan diri adalah menurunkan nilai perilaku delinquency yang dilakukan remaja, tingkat resiliensi meningkat, tingkat interaksi sosial yang tinggi dilakukan oleh remaja, nilai subjective well-being juga meningkat, dan menjawab keterlibatan pengungkapan diri dalam memoderatori hubungan antara frekuensi penggunaan SNS (media sosial) dengan indikator penyesuaian diri. Hasil dari tinjauan sistematik ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai manfaat dan resiko pengungkapan diri di media sosial pada remaja di Indonesia.
