Abstract

Pendidikan seni di sekolah dasar sering kali kurang fokus dalam mengembangkan kreativitas siswa secara mendalam dan mengikuti pendekatan yang lebih konvensional. Idealnya, pendidikan seni di sekolah dasar perlu melibatkan metode yang memfasilitasi kreativitas siswa, misalnya melalui kegiatan membatik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengidentifikasi kelancaran siswa dalam membatik, 2) mengidentifikasi keluwesan siswa dalam menemukan ide baru, 3) mengukur orisinalitas siswa dalam membuat pola, 4) menganalisis keterperincian siswa dalam menambahkan detail pada motif, dan 5) mengevaluasi imajinasi siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 1 Pule, dengan melibatkan 40 partisipan, termasuk guru dan siswa kelas 4 dan 5 SD. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner, dan validitasnya diperkuat dengan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan membatik di sekolah dasar meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dalam menghasilkan berbagai ide saat membuat motif batik. Siswa menunjukkan kemampuan beradaptasi dan mencoba teknik-teknik baru ketika menghadapi tantangan dalam proses membatik. Banyak siswa yang berhasil menciptakan motif batik yang unik dan berani berinovasi dengan pola-pola yang tidak biasa. Selain itu, siswa juga mampu menambahkan detail-detail kecil dan memberi makna pada motif batik yang mereka buat. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa mengintegrasikan kegiatan membatik ke dalam kurikulum sekolah dasar dapat secara efektif menumbuhkan kreativitas, meningkatkan rasa percaya diri, dan mempromosikan apresiasi budaya pada saat yang bersamaan.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran interaktif memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual siswa melalui presentasi materi multisensori yang menarik. Tinjauan pustaka sistematis ini mengkaji dampak media pembelajaran interaktif terhadap pemahaman siswa tentang konsep rantai makanan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan PRISMA, kami menganalisis data dari artikel terindeks Elsevier (Science Direct) (Q1-Q4). Analisis dari delapan studi terpilih mengungkapkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang konsep rantai makanan melalui beberapa mekanisme: peningkatan pengetahuan konten melalui model rantai makanan yang dinamis, peningkatan hasil pembelajaran melalui lingkungan cerdas yang memberikan umpan balik kognitif-afektif, pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kompleksitas jaring makanan, dan peningkatan keterlibatan melalui laboratorium virtual dan platform multimedia. Tantangan implementasi diidentifikasi, termasuk persyaratan infrastruktur teknologi dan kebutuhan pelatihan guru. Dua hambatan utama muncul: infrastruktur teknologi yang tidak memadai dan persiapan guru yang tidak memadai untuk integrasi media yang efektif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif secara efektif meningkatkan pemahaman konsep rantai makanan sambil mengidentifikasi area penting untuk perbaikan dalam implementasi. Tinjauan ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi strategis media pembelajaran interaktif dalam pengajaran rantai makanan dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan pemahaman konseptual sambil menyoroti pentingnya menangani kebutuhan infrastruktur dan pelatihan untuk implementasi yang sukses.

Abstract

This research aims to describe implementation of system-based thematic learning, in terms of supporting and inhibiting factors, efforts to optimize supporting factors, and overcoming inhibiting factors. This research was conducted at thrid grade SDN Tunggulsari II Laweyan Surakarta. This  research used descriptive qualitative methods. The subjects of this research were teachers, students, and parents. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and document study. Implementation of online system-based thematic learning to regard condition of students and parents considerations. In implementation there are supporting factors are interest in learning, maximum parental assistance, availability of mobile phones, internet quota, and a stable network. While the inhibiting factors are lazy to learn, less maximal parental assistance, limited cellphone facilities, internet quota limited, and unstable network. Efforts to optimize the supporting factors are motivation and data collection on the distribution of internet quota assistance on a regular basis. Efforts to overcome inhibiting factors are teacher motivation and assistance, between parents and students, as well as the role of the community. This research is important for improve learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve narrative writing skill through Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model on students fifth class of Laweyan No. 54 Surakarta Public Elementary School academic year 2018/2019. The form of  research is a classroom action research, conducted for two cycles with the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection on each cycle. Data collection techniques are using interviews, observations, tests, and documentation. Data validity technique is using triangulation. Data analysis techniques is interactive analysis  model that includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion rawing verification. The result of research showed that using CIRC learning model can improve narrative writing skill. The average score of each aspect of the students' narrative writing skills has increased, from 11.47 at the pretest, then after the action by applying CIRC to 13.56 in the first cycle, 80.11 in the second cycle and including the skilled category. The conclusion of this research is the narrative writing skills of fifth grade students of Public Elementary School Laweyan No. 54 Surakarta academic year 2018/2019 increases through the application of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning models.Keywords: Narrative text, writing skill, Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC).

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the steps of using audiovisual media in thematic learning, the factors that influence the use of audiovisual media in thematic learning, and the effectiveness of thematic learning through audiovisual media. This method used a descriptive qualitative research method through a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, checklists, questionnaires and documentation studies. The research subjects were directors, teachers and students. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques, sources and time. The data analysis of this research used the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis technique, which consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and verification/inference. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of audiovisual media in learning 2nd theme "Menyayangi tumbuhan dan hewan" of 3rd grade of SD Ta'mirul Islam Surakarta is according to the steps in using audiovisual media. The factors that affect the use of audiovisual media in learning are divided into two. The use of audiovisual media makes learning more effective because the learning process attracts students' attention, achieves learning objectives and increases student learning success.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out about the application of authentic assessment in the Ta'mirul Islam Surakarta Elementary School, and to determine the extent of the suitability between the applied authentic assessment and the Assessment Guidelines for Elementary Schools.This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The main subjects in this research were teachers of grade four H and the main object was an assessment document. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and document study techniques. Data validity in this research used data triangulation techniques. Analysis of the data used in this research is to use data analysis model of Miles and Huberman.The results of this research is The teacher applied three aspects of assessment. First, afektif aspect uses observation, self, and peer assessment techniques. Second, kognitif aspect uses written test assessment techniques, oral tests, and assignments. Third, psikomotor aspect uses performance and project assessment techniques. The conclusion of this research is that teachers have implemented an assessment of the 2013 Curriculum based on the Assessment Guidelines for Primary Schools published by the Ministry of Education and Culture, but not all of them have been implemented in practice.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to 1) describe how implementation of problem based learning model with digital media on mathematics study. Also, the purpose of this research is to 2) determine the differences between cognitive learning outcomes which taught using digital media-assisted problem based learning model and digital media-assisted guided inquiry model. This research used an experimental approach by pretest-posttest control group design. The population were students of fifth-grade elementary school in academic year 2023/2024 at Banjarsari District, Surakarta City. The sample was taken in the manner of cluster random sampling technique. Data collection technique were using tests and observation. Based on analysis data, it can conclude that 1) teachers taught problem based learning model with digital media-assisted on mathematics study appropriate on the syntax, 2) mathematics cognitive learning outcomes of students which taught with problem based learning model get better outcomes than guided inquiry model in measurment area and volume topics.

Abstract

The purporse of this research is to improve concept mastery of Indonesia independent struggle by using CRH model for 5th grade students of SD N Bulakrejo 02 Sukoharjo on  2018/2019. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study was conducted in 2 cycles with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. This research uses content validity, technique triangulation, and source triangulation. The results of this study  prove that the average pretest score is 58,69 with classical completeness of 12,5%. In the first cycle the average value increased to 72,87 with classical completeness of 43,75%. In the second cycle there was an increase to 84,18 with 87,5% classical completeness. The conclusion of this study is that by CRH learning model, it can improve the concept mastery of  Indonesia independent  struggle in 5th grade students of SD N Bulakrejo 02 Sukoharjo on 2018/2019.

Abstract

The research was to: (1) describe the process of using the PBL model to improve critical thinking skills in mathematics learning class V at SDN Soropadan; (2) improve critical thinking skills in mathematics learning using the PBL model class V at SDN Soropadan. That research category was classroom action research with two cycles. One teacher and 28 fifth grade students of SDN Soropadan who were the research subjects. Data gathered for this research are both qualitative and quantitative, obtained through observation, interviews, and evaluation. Triangulation techniques and source triangulation methods were used in the data validity test. The data of this research was analyzed using interactive analysis. The outcomes of the study (1) the use of PBL to increase students’ critical thinking skills was successfully implemented; (2) the use of PBL model can improve critical thinking skills in mathematics learning in class V at SDN Soropadan. This was evident from the outcome of the critical thinking skills test which showed that the classical completeness of class V SDN Soropadan increased from 64% to 89%. It can be concluded that the use of PBL can help fifth grade students of SDN Soropadan in developing critical thinking skills in learning mathematics.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the critical thinking skills of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Jajar No. 73 for the 2024/2025 academic year in mathematics through the application of the Problem Based Learning. The type of this study is classroom action research. The subjects are the students and a teacher of the fourth class at SD Negeri Jajar No. 73. The data collection methods in this research use interviews, observations, tests, and documentation. The research instruments used in this study were interview procedures, observation sheets, and evaluation tests. The data validity test techniques used were source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data analysis used an interactive analysis model. The research results show that students’ critical thinking skills increased from 64% in cycle I to 88% in cycle II. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that the applications of the Problem Based Learning in fourth-grade mathematics at SD Negeri Jajar No. 73 increase students' critical thinking skills.
