Abstract

Latar Belakang : Cakupan ASI eksklusif di Indonesia pada tahun 2014 sebesar 37,3%, tahun 2015 sebesar 55,7%, tahun 2016 sebesar 54%, tahun 2017 sebesar 61,33%, dan pada tahun 2018 mengalami penurunan yang signifikan yaitu sebesar 37,3%. Dibandingkan dengan target yang ditetapkan oleh Kemenkes RI yaitu 80% maka capaian ASI eksklusif di Indonesia belum memenuhi target. Anak yang tidak diberikan ASI memiliki risiko semakin meningkat untuk sakit, dan dapat menghambat pertumbuhan anak. Terdapat upaya untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI melalui teknik hypnobreastfeeding dan terapi musik pada ibu nifas. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah: melakukan review pada beberapa artikel tentang Efektivitas Teknik Hypnobreastfeeding dan Terapi Musik terhadap Kelancaran Produksi ASI pada Ibu Post Partum. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Literatur Review yang didapakan dari 7 artikel yang menjelaskan tentang teknik hypnobreastfeeding dan terapi musik. Hasil Penelitian berdasarkan 7 artikel yang di review didapatkan hasil penelitian yaitu teknik hypnobreastfeeding efektif dalam meningkatkan produksi ASI pada ibu post partum, dan terapi musik juga efektif  dalam meningkatkan produksi ASI. Kesimpulan: Teknik hypnobreastfeeding lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan terapi musik dalam meningkatkan produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui, karena dapat dilihat dari jumlah produksi ASI setelah dilakukan hypnobreastfeeding lebih banyak.Kata kunci: Hypnobreastfeeding, relaksasi, terapi musik, menyusui, ibu post partum,Background: Exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Indonesia in 2014 amounted to 37.3%, in 2015 amounted to 55.7%, in 2016 amounted to 54%, in 2017 amounted to 61.33%, and in 2018 experienced a significant decrease of 37.3%. Compared to the target set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health, which is 80%, the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia has not met the target. Children who are not breastfed have an increased risk of getting sick which can inhibit child growth. There are efforts to increase breast milk production through hypnobreastfeeding techniques and music therapy in postpartum women. The objectives of this study are: to review several articles on the Effectiveness of Hypnobreastfeeding Techniques and Music Therapy on the Smoothness of Milk Production in Post Partum Mothers. This research method uses the Literature Review method which is obtained from 7 articles describing hypnobreastfeeding techniques and music therapy. The results of the study based on 7 articles reviewed obtained research results that hypnobreastfeeding techniques are effective in increasing breast milk production in postpartum mothers, and music therapy is also effective in increasing breast milk production. Conclusion: Hypnobreastfeeding technique is more effective than music therapy in increasing breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers because it can be seen from the amount of milk production after hypnobreastfeeding more than after music therapy.Keywords: Hypnobreastfeeding, relaxation, music therapy, breastfeeding, postpartum mothers

Abstract

Periode 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK) merupakan periode emas atau masa kritis yang menentukan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan anak di masa datang. Kekurangan gizi pada periode ini dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan yang tidak dapat di pulihkan pada anak. Berdasarkan screening yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa K3S Profesi Keperawatan Universitas Syiah Kuala didapatkan bahwa angka gizi kurang di Desa Meunasah Baet termasuk tinggi, sehingga apabila tidak ditangani segera maka akan mengakibatkan terjadinya permasalahan gizi yang lebih serius. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu pada bayi dengan gizi kurang di 1000 hari pertama kehidupan setelah dilakukan pelatihan pijat bayi. Pendidikan kesehatan diberikan pada lima orang ibu dengan bayi gizi kurang menggunakan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi. Hasil studi kasus didapatkan setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan, 100% ibu mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan, dan 60,8% ibu mengalami peningkatan nilai rata-rata keterampilan pijat bayi (mean 43,2). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pijat bayi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu dengan bayi gizi kurang. Oleh karena itu diharapkan kepada kader untuk terus melanjutkan pelatihan pijat bayi pada ibu-ibu yang lain khususnya ibu dengan bayi gizi kurang.

Abstract

Vocabulary mastery is a fundamental aspect in English learning, especially at the elementary school level. However, many students still experience difficulties in mastering vocabulary optimally due to learning methods that are less interesting and not appropriate to their age characteristics. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology to look into how well game tactics can help elementary school students improve their command of English vocabulary. A total of 50 articles published from 2020 to 2025 from various sources using publish or perish were collected and analyzed according to predetermined both inclusion and exclusion standars. The study’s findings indicate that game techniques have a favorable effect on enhancing vocabulary mastery, learning motivation, and active student engagement.Various types of games such as flash card, scrabble game, word game and wordwall have been demonstrated to be successful in aiding students in comprehending and rebember new vocabulary. However, there are also several obstacles such as limited time, facilities, and teachers' abilities in implementing game techniques optimally. The results of this investigation should be a reference for educators, researchers, and educational policy makers in developing more interesting and effective English learning methods at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the dynamics of adaptation among students participating in the Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM) Program in Semarang, particularly in the Modul Nusantara activities. Using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, this study involved three participants who were interviewed using a semi-structured approach, then analyzed using thematic analysis. The results of the study indicate that the adaptation process of students follows the stages of Lysgaard's model (1955), namely honeymoon, crisis, recovery, and adjustment. In the initial stage, students prepare administratively, mentally, physically, and financially, and build expectations about the new culture. The honeymoon phase is characterized by enthusiasm for the local environment and culture, followed by the crisis phase, which brings about culture shock due to differences in language, food, and social norms. Recovery strategies include observation, asking questions, and building relationships with local students. In the final stage, students feel comfortable, consider the destination city as a second home, and appreciate diversity. The Nusantara module is deemed crucial in introducing local culture, fostering nationalism, and promoting tolerance. These findings underscore the role of PMM as an effective cross-cultural learning tool in the domestic Indonesian context.

Abstract

This study investigated the difficulties encountered by both high- and low-achieving EFL students when finishing the  Duolingo English Test (DET) Free Practice Version. applying a qualitative descriptive comparative design, data information was gathered using semi structured conversations with five students. Results indicate that although the DET platform was initially perceived as accessible and supported by clear instructions, students still experienced linguistic, technical, and psychological challenges. Limited vocabulary and grammar, time pressure, spontaneous responses in speaking and writing, and unstable connections were the most frequently reported difficulties, especially among low-achievers. High-achievers appeared more confident and employed more effective strategies, enabling them to better adapt to the adaptive test format. These results suggest that achievement level influences how students cope with the demands of digital assessments. This research highlights the requirement for focused preparation and improved methods support to help EFL learners better navigate DET tasks.

Abstract

The issue in this research is that the increase and decrease of agricultural GDP per capita in Southeast Sulawesi are significantly influenced by several factors, one of which is the production factor and the availability of land for oil palm cultivation. Therefore, an analysis is needed regarding the impact of GDP on the production and land area of oil palm in Southeast Sulawesi. This study aims to understand the impact of oil palm production and cultivated area on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the agricultural sector in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The sample for this study uses secondary data derived from the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Statistics Agency and the Indonesian Palm Oil Statistics Book from 2013 to 2022. This research is analyzed using multiple linear regression methods with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The results of this study indicate that oil palm production in the Southeast Sulawesi region has a negative and significant effect on the agricultural GRDP of Southeast Sulawesi, while the expansion of oil palm plantation area has a positive and significant effect on the agricultural sector GRDP in Southeast Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

It is quite challenging at this moment for undergraduate students to study from home (SFH) during the COVID-19 outbreaks. Social distancing practices applied during the coronavirus outbreaks to most of the public settings, including at academic activities at university. Fortunately, there have been many platforms of social media provided and accessed easily in this digital era. This current study aimed at investigating and understanding higher education students’ perspectives on social media in learning English independently in the COVID-19 outbreak. Researchers used an online survey as the main research instrument to gather data from 147 potential students to be the respondents to fill out the survey from three universities in the Sulawesi region, Indonesia. The result showed that 81% of respondents used WhatsApp as the medium to study autonomously at home during the pandemic. Besides, YouTube (77.6%), Instagram (57.8%), Facebook (29.3%), and Twitter (24.5%) also became the additional choices. They used those friendly-users and cheap accessed social media platforms to watch and to listen to English videos (79.6%) also to have the written chats in English with friends and teachers (67.3%) as well as to have the audio and video calling in English (36.1%). Further, during the pandemic, respondents improve their speaking skills (37.4%), listening skills (29.3%), reading skills (17%), and writing skills (16.3%) through social media. Even though the world is distracted, university students in this region keep their motivation to learn English from home autonomously.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Stunting adalah masalah nutrisi kronis yang berdampak buruk terhadap pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan kognitif anak, yang merupakan sumber daya manusia masa depan. Upaya pencegahan stunting memerlukan pendekatan yang tidak hanya berfokus pada intervensi gizi, tetapi juga pada pemberdayaan keluarga sebagai unit utama pengasuhan anak. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas keluarga dalam pencegahan stunting melalui penerapan pendekatan pelayanan yang berpusat keluarga atau Family Centered Care (FCC). Metode pelaksanaan intervensi meliputi kegiatan koordinasi dengan pemerintah gampong dan puskesmas, sosialisasi program Keluarga Sadar Stunting, edukasi kepada ibu hamil dan ibu balita, pelatihan kader posyandu, pembentukan taman sehat keluarga, serta penyediaan sarana pendukung berupa modul FCC, video edukasi, alat stimulasi anak, dan timbangan digital. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang bermakna pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku ibu dalam pencegahan stunting setelah intervensi. Selain itu, kemampuan kader dalam deteksi dini masalah gizi meningkat, keaktifan masyarakat dalam mengikuti posyandu bertambah, dan pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah sebagai sumber pangan bergizi semakin optimal. Kegiatan ini juga memperkuat kolaborasi antara fakultas, puskesmas, dan pemerintah gampong. Dengan demikian, pendekatan FCC terbukti efektif dalam memberdayakan keluarga sekaligus mendorong upaya pencegahan stunting secara berkelanjutan di komunitas. Tenaga perawat dan professional terkait di komunitas perlu mempertimbangkan penggunaan pendekatan FCC dalam pencegahan stunting di Masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Family Centered Care, Stunting, Pemberdayaan Keluarga, Posyandu.  ABSTRACT Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that affects children’s physical growth and cognitive development, a future human capital. An effective stunting prevention intervention requires an approach that goes beyond nutritional interventions by empowering families as the primary caregiving unit. This community engagement program aimed at enhancing family capacity in stunting prevention through the implementation of the Family Centered Care (FCC) approach. The activities included coordination with village authorities and the local health center, implementation of the “Stunting-Aware Family” campaign, health education for pregnant women and mothers of toddlers, training for posyandu cadres, establishment of family health gardens, and provision of related support materials such as FCC modules, educational videos, child stimulation tools, and digital weighing scales. Evaluation results showed a significant improvement in mothers’ knowledge, attitudes, and practices related to stunting prevention. Additionally, cadre skills in early nutritional detection improved, community participation in posyandu increased, and the utilization of home gardens as sources of nutritious food became more optimal. The program has also strengthened collaboration between the Faculty of Nursing, the local health center, and the village government. In conclusion, the FCC approach has proven effective in empowering families and promoting sustainable stunting prevention efforts at the village level. Community health nurses and other related professionals should consider the use of FCC in stunting prevention approach in community setting. Keywords: Family Centered Care, Stunting, Family Empowerment, Community Health Posts.

Abstract

The internal difficulties of Muhammadiyah University Kendari's BIPA program are examined in this descriptive qualitative study using case studies. The results point to three primary barriers: pedagogical proficiency and instructional materials, students' language skills (pronunciation and structuring), cultural adjustment, and facility limitations. To solve these challenges, educators, staff, and students can employ solution ideas to create implementative plans and tactical actions. This study develops strategic recommendations to enhance the program's efficacy through rigorous triangulation, document analysis, interviews, and participatory observation. This strengthening is essential as a tool of cultural diplomacy in the global arena to develop a creative, relevant, and adaptable learning ecosystem for international learners in the digital era, in addition to boosting the quality of education.
