Abstract

Keterampilan menjelaskan merupakan hal yang penting untuk dimiliki seorang guru. Mata kuliah microteaching menjadi jembatan para mahasiswa calon guru sebagai bekal mengajar nantinya. Penelitian iini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Microteaching terhadap Kemampuan Menjelaskan Materi bagi Calon Guru terutama mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Guru MI UMSIDA. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Tahapan awal yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pretes dan postes yang disebarkan kepada 25 Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru MI. Teknik analisis data yang dilalui memakai analisis data deskriptif dilanjutkan dengan uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pada analisis data deskriptif menyatakan bahwa nilai rata-rata postes lebih tinggi daripada dengan pretes.Pada uji normalitas juga dikategorikan dengan nilai distribusi normal dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi Pretes 0,174(>0,05) dan Postes 0,797(>0,05). Pada uji paired sample T-tes atau uji hipotesis memiliki hasil bahwa ada penolakan pada Ho sehingga Ha diterima dengan keterangan bahwa adanya perbedaan nilai antara sebelum dan sesudah dilaksanakannya pembelajaran microteaching. Hal ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran microteaching memberikan peningkatan pada keterampilan menjelaskan mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Guru MI.

Abstract

BCCT (Beyond Centre and Circle Time) merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran melalui sentra dan lingkaran. Semua pembelajaran dilakukan sambil bermain. Manajemen strategik dapat dipandang sebagai hal yang mencakup tiga macam elemen utama (analisis strategik, pilihan strategik yang berhubungan dengan perumusan aneka macam arah tindakan, evaluasinya, implementasi strategi). Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah action research. Adapun hasil penelitian pengembangan model manajemen strategik efektif dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang kompleks disekolahan dan maksimalnya peran kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan strategi sekolah.

Abstract

Objective: This study examines the impact of visionary leadership on teacher performance in educational institutions, emphasizing the principal's role in adapting to educational changes while advancing institutional goals. The research aims to determine how the implementation of visionary leadership by school principals enhances teacher performance and contributes to the success of educational outcomes. Method: A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach was employed, synthesizing and evaluating existing studies to identify patterns and insights regarding the relationship between visionary leadership and teacher performance. Results: The findings reveal that principals who implement visionary leadership foster a conducive environment for innovation and motivation among teachers, which significantly improves their performance and aligns efforts with institutional visions and missions. Such leadership practices enhance collaboration, professional development, and the overall quality of education. Novelty: This study underscores the critical role of visionary leadership in bridging the gap between institutional vision and teacher performance, providing a comprehensive synthesis of its impact on educational success. These findings contribute to the limited research on leadership styles in education, emphasizing the importance of strategic leadership in driving institutional excellence.

Abstract

General Background: Human Resources (HR) are vital for the sustainability of educational institutions, serving as a critical factor in achieving educational goals. Specific Background: With the rapid changes in society and values, the need for high-quality HR has become increasingly pronounced, particularly in Islamic education where the teachings of Islam guide human development. Knowledge Gap: Research on effective management practices in education that align with Islamic principles, especially in the continuous development of educators, is limited. Aims: This study aims to explore the significance of effective human resource management in enhancing the quality of education in Islamic institutions, focusing on the development of educators and their adherence to Islamic values. Results: Through qualitative descriptive research involving interviews, observations, and documentation, findings reveal that robust HR management practices significantly improve educators' competencies, which in turn positively influence student outcomes and institutional effectiveness. Novelty: This research contributes new insights into the intersection of HR management and Islamic educational values, emphasizing the necessity for educators to adapt to contemporary challenges while remaining grounded in Islamic teachings. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the analysis of Islamic religious education learning. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The three steps of data analysis used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that in Islamic Religious Education learning there are 3 steps that must be carried out, namely learning planning, learning implementation and learning evaluation, in fostering student morals, the right strategy is carried out in Islamic Religious Education learning, namely the Cooperative Learning strategy. The form of student moral development activities carried out by the school is student moral development through intracurricular activities and student moral development through extracurricular activities. Student moral development through intracurricular activities includes habituation activities, and exemplary activities. Student moral development through extracurricular activities includes congregational Dhuha prayer activities, congregational Dhuhur prayer activities and congregational Friday prayer activities.

Abstract

This research aims to describe multiliteracy model in the lecture Introduction to Literature, semester 3 students of English Department, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Research methods that will be used is qualitative descriptive on the lecture Introduction to Literature. Research data obtained from the results of questionnaires and interviews with students, student assignment documents, learning materials and assessment system of the lecturer. The data in this study were collected through observation which is equipped with observation, interviews with guidelines based on the guidelines of the interview, the document to see the response of the students, as well as documented through photos and videos. All data are then analyzed and checked each other. The validity and reliability of research accomplished through member check and outsider check. Discussion and consultation with experts and literature, language learning and literacy experts conducted to obtain accurate data. The research was conducted in two stages, among other things: 1)  research on the multiliteracy aspects of student in the English Department, which is reflected in multiliteracy competence in Introduction to Literature lecture; 2) research on the students’ response  against the multiliteracy competence in the lecture of Introduction to literature.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah merancang hipotesis pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Literatur Riview dengan kajian terhadap sepuluh literatur yang sesuai dengan inklusi penelitian yang dpilih jurnal yang terindeks sinta 3, sinta 4, sinta 5, dan google scholer. Penelusuran artkel dilakukan melalui lens.org. Berdasarkan hasil dari beberapa artikel bahwa terdapat motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru secara langsung, serta mеmiliki pеngаruh tidаk lаngsung mеlаlui Motivаsi Kеrjа Guru. Dan hasil dari penelitian lain didapatkan bahwa motivasi kerja tidak dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Abstract

General Background: The Tilawati method, a systematic approach to Qur'anic recitation, is a crucial teaching method for enhancing students' religious values and literacy skills. Specific Background: The study examines the Tilawati method's implementation in MI Ma'arif Pagerwojo Sidoarjo's 3A class, observing diverse student abilities in Qur'anic recitation. Knowledge Gap: The Tilawati method, despite its potential, has limited research on its practical application and challenges faced by teachers, especially in terms of student engagement and parental support. Aims: This research aims to describe the implementation of the Tilawati method in Qur'anic learning, identify obstacles encountered by teachers, and assess student performance in recitation. Results: Out of 27 students, 6 had incomplete recitation achievement, despite an overall class average of 4 at Tilawati 3, indicating significant gaps due to parental involvement and external support. Novelty: The study provides new insights into the Tilawati method's effectiveness in boosting student engagement in Qur'anic learning, emphasizing the crucial role of familial support. Implications: The study emphasizes the need for strategies to enhance parental engagement and create a conducive learning environment, suggesting future research should focus on enhancing students' commitment to Qur'anic studies. Abstract

The problem raised in this study is how the influence of diorama media on improving thematic learning outcomes of class II students of MI Muhammadiyah 02 Padenganploso. This study aims to analyze how the influence and how much influence the diorama media has on student learning outcomes on theme 3 of my daily tasks sub-theme 1 of my daily tasks at home learning 1 in class II MI muhammadiyah 02 padenganploso. The research method used is a quantitative experiment in the form of a pre-experimental design with the type of one group pretest-posttest design. The sample of this research is class II MI Muhammadiyah 02 Padenganploso with a total of 17 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis using simple linear regression test with the help of spss 20 for windows. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between the use of diorama media in class II MI Muhammadiyah 02 Padenganploso on thematic learning outcomes of class II students which has been proven through the results of t arithmetic greater than the value of t table, namely tcount 3,140 > ttable 2,131 and the value sig = 0.007 < 0.05. Then h0 is rejected and ha is accepted. The level of influence is evidenced by the r-square value of 0.397 and the ngain value with an average gain of 66.8603 or 66.9% which is included in the quite effective category.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is whether there is a positive influence of teacher professional competence on student discipline in class 6 MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu. With this goal, teachers must have professional competence so that they can make the student learning process effective and efficient. Competence is an ability that can affect a person's actions and ways of thinking. The purpose of this study was to analyze and help solve problems regarding the effect of the professional competence of Aqidah Morals teachers on the discipline of 6th grade students at MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu. To analyze and help solve problems regarding the effect of the professional competence of Aqidah Morals teachers on the discipline of 6th grade students at MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu. The researcher used a quantitative method with a questionnaire/questionnaire that was distributed to all students of class 6 MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu, totaling 32 students. However, due to the constraints of some students who could not fill out the questionnaire/questionnaire, in the end the researcher only got 22 samples. There are several stages that researchers must go through in research, namely interviews with homeroom teachers to get real problems, formulating hypotheses, making research instruments, collecting data, analyzing data and drawing conclusions. From the results of this study, there is an influence of the Professional Competence of Aqidah Akhlak Teachers on the Discipline of Class 6 Students at MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu. The results of a simple linear regression test show that it can be seen that the calculated F value = 26,569 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 This proves the results of the analysis which states that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, because the t-count result is smaller than the t-table value. ie 0.000 > ttable 0.05.
