Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of financial literacy of Bidikmisi scholarship recipients in the Teacher Training and Education Faculty of the University of Riau. This study involved 178 students as samples taken from a population of 630 students using the Cochran sampling technique. This research is a survey research. Data obtained through tests were analyzed descriptively. The results of the study show that the financial literacy of the Bidikmisi Scholarship recipient students is in the literate category. Financial knowledge related to basic personal finance is in the well literate category, financial management knowledge is in the literate category, knowledge of debt and credit is in the well literate category, knowledge related to savings and investment is in the unliterate category, and knowledge of risk management is in the unliterate category.

Abstract

This study explores the experiences of Indonesian pre-service teachers in teaching economics through the SEA Teacher Program Batch IX in the Philippines, using SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to strengthen 21st-century educator competencies. The research employs a qualitative phenomenological approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews with four informants who participated in the program. Data analysis was conducted using NVivo 12 software to code and categorize data based on the SWOT framework. The findings reveal that cross-border teaching practice provides professionally and personally enriching experiences. Strengths include material preparation, learning strategy flexibility, and institutional support, while weaknesses emerge from English language limitations and lack of international experience. Opportunities include professional career development, international networking expansion, and exposure to inclusive and professional learning environments. Threats encompass educational system differences, limited program duration, insufficient supporting facilities, and cultural adaptation challenges. The study concludes that the SEA Teacher program significantly impacts the readiness of 21st-century educator candidates, though improvements are needed in program duration, pre-departure training enhancement, and English language proficiency optimization.

Abstract

Financial literacy is critical to enhancing the financial well-being of individuals and families, yet a strong understanding alone does not guarantee effective financial decision-making. Financial consultants are key in bridging the gap between knowledge and action. This study analyzes recent trends in financial consultant services and financial literacy using a PRISMA-based systematic review method. Data were gathered from multiple scholarly databases and analyzed through bibliometric techniques to identify publication patterns and keyword relationships. Results reveal that individuals with high financial literacy are more likely to seek professional advice, while those with low literacy levels remain hesitant. Financial technologies such as robo-advisors have emerged as complementary tools but have not replaced human advisors. The study concludes that strengthening regulations, expanding access to financial consulting for lower-middle-income groups, and integrating technology are essential strategies. This research contributes to the scientific field by highlighting the interplay between financial literacy, advisory services, and technology, offering a pathway to more inclusive financial well-being.

Abstract

21st-century education demands learning strategies that are able to adapt to the needs and characteristics of individual students. Personalized learning is one relevant approach because it is designed based on students' interests, abilities, and learning styles. This approach is in line with constructivism theory which emphasizes the active role of students in building knowledge through meaningful learning experiences. Motivation and learning independence are two important aspects that can be improved through the implementation of personalized learning. This study aims to determine the effect of personalized learning on the motivation and learning independence of class XI F4 students at SMAN 1 Jambi City. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method and a Pre-Experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research sample was 36 students selected through purposive sampling technique from a population of 143 class XI students. The instruments used were pretest and posttest questionnaires to measure motivation and learning independence. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Paired Sample T-Test. The results showed that personalized learning has a positive and significant effect on students' motivation and learning independence, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). However, the N-Gain test results indicated a low level of learning effectiveness, due to the short duration of the intervention and its early implementation. Nevertheless, personalized learning still shows potential for encouraging students to be more motivated and independent. This study recommends the continued implementation of personalized learning with appropriate strategies to optimize overall student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Meskipun dampak industri terhadap lingkungan lebih besar dibandingkan aktivitas rumah tangga, peran keluarga tetap penting dalam mendorong literasi keuangan hijau. Keuangan hijau berkembang sebagai instrumen mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan melalui investasi yang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini menelaah potensi pendidikan keluarga dan kearifan lokal dalam promosi literasi keuangan hijau dengan pendekatan systematic literature review (SLR). SLR dipilih karena kemampuannya menyaring dan menyintesis literatur relevan secara sistematis, sehingga menghadirkan gambaran komprehensif sekaligus mengidentifikasi kesenjangan penelitian. Proses SLR meliputi perumusan pertanyaan penelitian, penelusuran literatur akademik dengan kata kunci “kearifan lokal”, “pendidikan keluarga”, dan “keuangan hijau”, serta pengumpulan data menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa praktik kearifan lokal dan nilai keluarga dapat dimobilisasi sebagai media efektif meningkatkan literasi keuangan hijau. Integrasi kearifan lokal dengan pendidikan keluarga berpotensi memperkuat pemahaman keuangan yang selaras dengan prinsip keberlanjutan. Rekomendasi penelitian lebih lanjut menekankan pentingnya studi empiris yang menilai dampak konkret praktik kearifan lokal dalam konteks keluarga terhadap literasi keuangan hijau di berbagai komunitas. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam merumuskan metode yang menggabungkan pengelolaan sumber daya tradisional dan strategi keuangan modern, sehingga tercipta model literasi keuangan hijau yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif.

Abstract

The Efforts to align the business world with social values are the main challenge for observers and actors of social entrepreneurship. The development of entrepreneurship education is one of the efforts made by academics in fostering the character of social entrepreneurship. This study aims to reveal the trend of social entrepreneurship studies. The method used is bibliometric analysis of social entrepreneurship research articles in 2017-2022 on the Google Scholar database through the Publish or Perish application. The data is analyzed based on the number of publications, the number of citations, and the number based on the publisher. The data was visualized through a keyword approach using the VoS Viewer application. The results showed taht topics of social value, social entrepreneurship education, non-governmental organizations, and tourism emerged as trends that have high potential for further study. Providing social entrepreneurship education with social value content as the main driver of NGO and tourism-based entrepreneurial activities is an interesting study recommendation to be carried out in the future.

Abstract

Tingginya jumlah lulusan yang tidak sebanding dengan lapangan pekerjaan yang tersedia di Indonesia memaksa individu untuk menciptakan peluang kerja sendiri, salah satunya melalui berwirausaha. Entrepreneurial Spirit, atau semangat kewirausahaan, mencerminkan kemandirian dalam mencari penghasilan dengan mendirikan usaha dan mewujudkan ide-ide kreatif dalam bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi Entrepreneurial Spirit mahasiswa Alumni Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Jambi. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan fenomenologi, peneliti melakukan observasi dan wawancara terhadap Alumni Pendidikan Ekonomi yang tengah merintis usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semangat kewirausahaan mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Jambi mulai terbentuk selama masa pendidikan mereka, yang meliputi aspek efikasi diri, niat berwirausaha, konsistensi, serta orientasi pada kreativitas, inovasi, dan pengambilan risiko. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi, sehingga mendorong mereka untuk menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan melalui berwirausaha setelah lulus. Selain itu, wirausaha juga menjadi alternatif karir bagi alumni Pendidikan Ekonomi, terutama dengan pertimbangan beban kerja dan gaji yang tidak memadai sebagai guru, serta ketidakjelasan kebijakan pemerintah.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the extent of alignment between the expectations of the organization of economic education and the reality that exists, as a response to the shift in career choices of economic education alumni from the field of teaching and education. Through a qualitative research design using a document analysis approach, this study seeks to see trends in alumni employment profiles and graduate profiles based on economic education curriculum documents from 12 universities that organize economic education study programs. The results show that there is still a mismatch between the expectations of the graduate profile and the reality of the employment profile of economic education alumni. There needs to be an effort from higher education organizers to transform and readjust the competencies provided to the needs of alumni, society, and prospective users of graduates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research & Development. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan pengembangan   bahan ajar e-modul berbasis canva pada mata kuliah media pembelajaran dan TIK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang merujuk pada model ADDIE, terdiri dari tahap analyze, design, develop, implement, dan tahap evaluated. Instrumen pengembangan menggunakan observasi, angket, dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa pengembangan bahan ajar e-modul berbasis canva memeroleh kategori sangat layak berdasarkan validasi ahli materi dengan persentase nilai 92,9 %. Selain itu, berdasarkan validasi ahli media memperoleh kategori sangat layak dengan persentase 93,3 %. Serta memperoleh kategori sangat baik berdasarkan persepsi mahasiswa dengan nilai 85,7 % setelah dilakukan uji coba lapangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan tren penelitian mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jambi dari tahun 2020-2023. Fokus utama penelitian ini meliputi pola pemilihan topik penelitian, variabel yang digunakan, metode penelitian yang diterapkan, serta teknik analisis data dalam penyususnan skripsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan bibliometrik untuk pemetaan tren penelitian berdasarkan frekuensi kemunculan kata kunci serta keterkaitan antarvariabel. Data penelitian diperoleh dari repositori Universitas Jambi yang menyimpan skripsi mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi periode 2020-2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa cenderung meneliti topik yang berkaitan dengan hasil belajar, motivasi belajar, dan kewirausahaan. Variabel penelitian yang sering digunakan adalah efikasi diri, pendidikan kewirausahaan, literasi keuangan, dan perilaku konsumtif.dalam hal metodologi, pendekatan ex-post fakto merupakan pendekatan yang paling dominan, diikuti oleh pendekatan deskriptif dan survei. Teknik analisis data digunakan berkembang dari analisis deskriptif menuju kombinasi kompleks dengan analisis regresi dan inferensial.
