Abstract

Nilai kewirausahaan merupakan karakter yang sangat penting untuk dikembangkan di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya guru menanamkan nilai kewirausahaan berani mengambil resiko dengan pembelajaran berbasis business plan pada siswa SMK dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan saintifik. Guru menugaskan peserta didik untuk memperoleh informasi melalui observasi pada suatu perusahaan dan kemudian menyusun idenya menjadi business plan. Penekanan masih pada sikap mau menerima, merespon dan menghargai nilai berani mengambil resiko, sedangkan sikap mau menghayati dan mengamalkan belum dilakukan. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Guru telah menyusun perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian secara baik dan peserta didik secara antusias memperoleh pendidikan yang bermakna.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to investigate the achievement of academic quality target and the proper of academic quality procedure in each department at teh Economic Faculty, Semarang State University. The research was done in Accounting, Management, Development Economic, and Economics Education Departments. The respondents were department’s leaders, including the Head of Departments. The Secretary of Deparment and The Head of laboratory in each department in each department. The data were collected by quetionnaire based on self-assessment. To identify and explain the achivement of academic quality target and the proper of academic quality procedure in each department, it was used branchmarking and root couse analysis based on the National Standard of Bachelor Study Program Accreditation/ BAN PT:2008 and International Standard SSM ISO 9001:2008. The result of the research gave empirical support that: (1) the achivement of academic quality target on students and graduetes standard was very good at the Accounting Departments; it was good at Management; it was good enough at Economics Education and Development Ecoonomics Departments. (2) the achivement of academic quality target on Human Resources standard was very good  at the Accounting Department, it was very good at Economics Education Department, and it was good enough at the Development Economics and Management Departments. (3) the achivement of academic quality target in curriculum, learning process, academic situation standard was very good at the Accounting, Management, Development Economics and Economics Education Departments, (4) the achivement quality target on facilities. Amenities and system of academic information standard was very good at the Accounting Department, it was good at the Development Economics and Economics Education and it was good enough at the Management department (5) the proper of academic procedure and the achivement of academic quality ware very good at all departments. Therefore, it is suggested for faculty’s and departments’s leader to have committment and give support for the lecturers and employees to hold the academic activities which are appropriete to the quality standard and procedure.

Abstract

Student activity in economic learning class VII state junior high school Bantarbolang is low and the result study of economic couldn’t reach study completing. Study completing reach 51.16% and class mean only 6.53. All student activity are managed if learning be motivated to reach some goals. In the way to reach the objectives, student be faced in active condition to play a role and discussion that guided by teacher. The object of this research to find out how the learning process in Economic concentration with topic people as a social human being and economic class VII state senior high school 3 Bantarbolang Pemalang region. In the year 2006/2007 using learning model of role playing. The result study show there is increasing score reach in last cycle II is 7.81 with study completing classically 86.05%. And the result study of last cycle II reach classically completing 77.74%, from the result of this research be expected that teacher of economic subject in class VII use learning model of role playing in topic people as a social human being and economic. Adding facilities to complement learning process and give motivating and information about the topic that being learned. Keywords :The implementation of learning model of role playing

Abstract

Research objectives to find out and analyze the factors that hinder student's learning difficulties Papua grantee LPMAK on economic subjects. This research is descriptive research approach to mix method. The subject in this study is the whole student scholarship recipients Papua LPMAK totaled 52 students. Data collection is done with the now, interview and documentation. Data analysis was done with the analysis of factors and descriptive data analysis. Data collection is done with the now, interview and documentation. Data analysis was done with the analysis of factors and descriptive data analysis. The results showed there is a dominant factor that inhibits student learning difficulties Papua grantee LPMAK in Semarang City: Factors of mass media and the social environment, the use of mass media overload causing trouble Learning (learning difficulty) students. The head of Papua's Dormitory (teachers) will need to limit the activity of the child his protégé in the use of mass media and association with students of Papua and the media in the dorm.

Abstract

This research aims to determine if there is influence of peer group, parents’ role, religiosity, and financial literacy towards consumption behavior among the students of Economics Faculty, Universitas Negeri Semarang in the academic year 2013. The population in this research was the students of Economics Faculty of Semarang State University in the Academic Year 2013. The number of the samples in this research was 250 students based on proportional random sampling technique. This research used quantitative approach. The method of data analysis used was descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of the research based on Amos showed that the peer group influence towards consumption behavior was 34.5%, parents’ role towards consumption behavior was 12.7%, financial literacy towards consumption behavior was 12.7%, peer group towards financial literacy was 14%, parents’ role towards religiosity was 22.3%. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that there was influence of peer group, parents’ role, religiosity, and financial literacy towards consumption behavior, whereas in peer group towards students’ financial literacy had no influence. The suggestions were the students should minimize the conformity or interaction level with their friends who cause negative impact and the parents should keep controlling the students’ consumption behavior naturally.

Abstract

This study is based on the performance of education supervisors, the performance of madrasah principals, the performance of professional teachers, and the performance of madrasah committees, which synergize into the model of effective madrasah tsanawiyah in Purbalingga District. The problems raised in this study are (1) whether the relationships among the variables affecting the effectiveness of madrasah can be empirically tested and (2) how the contribution of education supervisors, heads of madrash, professional teachers, and madrasah committees to the quality of madrasah processes and effectiveness. This research was designed as a correlational study using path analysis. The population of this study was all professional teachers in 31 of 39 public and private MTs accredited "A" and "B" in Purbalingga District. The total number of population was 334 people with the error rate of 10%. The sample size was 150 people. The data were analyzed based on the structural equation model (SEM) using AMOS. Based on the data analysis, it was found that: First, there is a correlation between the conceptual model and the empirically tested model. Second, the performance of education supervisor, head of madrasah, professional teacher, and madrasah committee have an effect on the quality process. The contribution of the exogenous variable influence was 89.9%, the rest 10.1% was influenced by other factors beyond the model. Third, the contribution of quality process variable, education supervisor, head of madrasah, professional teacher, and madrasah committee on effective madrasah was 93.4%, the rest 6.6% was influenced by other factors. Fourth, the model can be used to predict effective madrasahs with the effort of managing the tested exogenous variables. It can be recommended that the effective madrasah tsanawiyah model can be used to predict the effectiveness of madrasah by prioritizing on quality process variables, professional teacher performance, madrasah head performance, and madrasah committees performance, with various sciences and insights.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to describe, to analyze, and to develop, the so-called smart mosque as a development model for the planning of an integrated Islamic education classroom. The approach of this research is quantitative with survey techniques. Respondents of this survey to all teachers PAI in 31 of senior Islamic high school in Grobogan, Jawa Tengah Indonesia. The taking of data with the questioner. The Data are analyzed with descriptive analysis. The finding this research of Islamic learning planning at 31 Islamic senior high schools shows 83.9% of them need mosque as laboratory and learning sources. The planning design effectiveness is carried out with practitioner and expert validation with focus group discussion (FGD) pattern and products test on design subject. There are three models for the planning of Islamic education classroom which developed in this study are (1) center model (center of learning resource and center of religious affection)., (2) area model; the area of Quran Hadith, Fiqh, Aqidah Akhlaq, and Islamic history), (3) corner model; restroom, locker rooms, stairs, purity/ berwudlu, worship (separate sons and daughters)

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran tematik di SD kelas tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran tematik di SD kelas tinggi (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik di SD kelas tinggi (3) Penilaian pada pembelajaran tematik di SD kelas tinggi (4) Hubungan antara perencanaan dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik di SD kelas tinggi (5) Hubungan pada perencanaan dengan penilaian pembelajaran tematik di SD kelas tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dan sampling purposive sebagai teknik penentuan sample. Subyek penelitian adalah seluruh wali kelas untuk kelas IV, V dan VI SD percontohan di kabupaten Indramayu, terdiri atas 14 SD, sebanyak 45 responden. Variabel penelitian adalah: Perencanaan (variabel independen), Pelaksanaan pembelajaran (variabel dependen) dan pelaksanaan evaluasi (variabel dependen). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan pembelajaran tematik di SD kelas tinggi di Indramayu berjalan baik. Hasil kuesioner menunjukkan 60% responden mengembangkan perencanaan pada kategori baik, 49% responden melaksanakan pembelajaran pada kategori baik dan 64% responden melaksanakan evaluasi pada kategori baik. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perencanaan dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan nilai Pearson Correlation sebesar 0.906. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perencanaan dengan penilaian dengan nilai Pearson Correlation 0.889.This research is motivated by the many obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the thematic learning in the upper grades of elementary school. The aims of the research are to analyze: (1) The thematic lesson plan in the upper grades of Elementary School, (2) The thematic learning mplemented in the upper grades of Elementary School, (3) The evaluation of thematic learning in upper grades of Elementary School, (4) the correlation between lesson plan and learning process in upper grades of Elementary School, (5) the correlation between learning process and evaluation in upper grades of Elementary School. This study uses survey as a method and purposive sampling technique in choosing the sample. The research subjects are all the teachers of IV, V and VI grades in pilot project elementary school of Indramayu district. They consist of 14 schools within 45 respondents. The variabels are: Planning (as independent), learning process (as dependent) and evaluation (as dependent). The result shows that the implementation of thematic learning in upper grades in Indramayu works well. The questionnaires result show that 60% of respondents planned the learning well, 49% of all respondents implemented thematic learning well and 64% do the evaluation well. There is a significant correlation between lesson plan and learning process by 0.906 value of Pearson Correlation. So that the correlation of learning process and the evaluation is correlated significantly by 0.889 value of Pearson correlation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) menganalisis pelaksanaan model pemberdayaan guru dalam pembelajaran sosiologi di Kabupaten Bima saat ini; (2) menganalisis pengembangan model pemberdayaan guru sosiologi dalam perencanaan pembelajaran di Kabupaten Bima yang dibutuhkan; (3) menganalisis apakah model pemberdayaan guru dalam pembelajaran sosiologi berbasis blended learning efektif untuk pemberdayaan guru sosiologi Kabupaten Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kuantitatif Sumber data berupa angket dari guru guru sosiologi di Kabupaten Bima. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil uji keefektifan model final dengan uji wilcoxon pretest dan posttest menunjukkan bahwa model ini sangat efektif dengan memperoleh nilai presentase pretest 58,47 dan nilai prosentase posttest 94,40 sehingga terjadi kenaikan sebesar 35,93 %. The purpose of this research is to: (1) analyze the implementation of teacher empowerment model in sociology learning in Kabupaten Bima today; (2) to analyze the development of empowerment model of sociology teacher in learning planning in Kabupaten Bima needed; (3) to analyze whether teacher empowerment model in sociology learning based on blended learning is effective for empowerment of sociology teacher of Kabupaten Bima. This research uses research and development method with quantitative and quantitative approach Source of data is questionnaire from teacher of sociology teacher in Kabupaten Bima. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Quantitative data analysis techniques use descriptive quantitative. The results of the final model effectiveness test with pretest and posttest wilcoxon test show that this model is very effective by obtaining pretest percentage value of 58.47 and posttest percentage value of 94.40 resulting in an increase of 35.93%.

Abstract

Pedagogic competence is one of the competencies that must be mastered by educators. Because with this competence the quality of education and more specifically learning will be more quality so that it is expected that the knowledge taught can be absorbed to the maximum. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of supervisory supervision, compensation, and work motivation on pedagogical competence of non-civil servant Islamic education teachers in Pekalongan district. This research is a quantitative research with regression. This study uses a quantitative approach to see the causality relationship of several factors that influence the pedagogical competence of teachers. The population in this study was 52 non-civil servant PAI teachers. Data was collected by questionnaire and document study, after that the data was tested for validity and reliability. Furthermore, the data analyzed using path analysis with the help of SPSS AMOS 21. The results showed that supervision, compensation and motivation had an effect on the teacher's pedagogical competence. Suggestions put forward: (1) to supervisors to conduct routine and periodic supervision to teachers, (2) principals and government to allocate budgets to improve compensation received by non PNS teachers, (3) teachers must always motivate themselves to provide services the best for the main students at the time of learning.
