Abstract

This research is motivated by da'wah development strategies that tend to neglect the millennial generation in using social media. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy of developing da'wah in South Sulawesi through social media. This research uses a qualitative approach and literature study method. Data collection techniques come from the Qur'an, journals, books, and media. Data interpretation and data analysis techniques were combined. The results of this study show that social media is a common way for millennials to communicate with each other and obtain information. As a result, approaches to da'wah dissemination through social media should be modified to take into account the interests and nature of millennial audiences. This study also emphasizes how important interactive, inventive, and relevant information is to capture the attention of millennials.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of sports media as a means of da'wah in the development of Islamic da'wah. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach in the form of library research. A literature review of literature sources that are sources of information and data is used to collect data. Based on the results of the research, sports media is very important for the growth of Islamic da'wah, especially in modern times when people are increasingly interested in sports such as soccer, badminton, volleyball, table tennis, sepak takraw, basketball, boxing and UFC. Sports are not only for keeping fit, but can also be used as a medium for preaching. Athletes play an important role in spreading the teachings of Islam. The attitudes shown by Muslim athletes such as covering aurat, praying before starting the match, prostrating gratitude when winning, not shaking hands with non-mahrams, drinking while sitting, and preaching Islam at every event when they are invited or on their respective social media accounts can inspire their fans. Not only do athletes inspire through their achievements, they can also inspire and have a positive impact on the people around them through their religion.

Abstract

The discovery of a dichotomy between general science and religious science both in terms of theory and practice in the implementation of learning at the elementary / junior high school / high school / equivalent and university levels in Indonesia causes various problems. The purpose of this study is to find a hypothetical model of evaluating the integration of Islamic values in sociology learning in fostering Islamic character at SMA PGII 2 Bandung. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method of case study types. The researcher acts as the main instrument. Data retrieval techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data coding, data display, interpretation of findings and drawing conclusions. Test the credibility of the data by extending the research time, increasing perseverance, triangulating data, using reference materials and focus group discussions. Based on the results of the study, the evaluation of the integration of Islamic values in sociology learning at SMA PGII 2 Bandung has not occurred comprehensively. The evaluation in sociology learning has been systematically planned. Aspects evaluated as well as planning in learning tools include aspects of attitudes, knowledge, and skills. The attitude evaluation instrument in sociology learning is almost the same as schools in general, namely using an attitude evaluation instrument based on the 2013 curriculum. However, in its implementation, the emphasis on evaluation is still dominant in the aspect of knowledge. The development of social attitudes and skills of students after participating in sociology learning integrated with Islamic values has not been felt thoroughly, because the attitudes assessed have not been integrated with ilāhiah values. On the other hand, the written evaluation of the integration of Islamic values in sociology learning at the level of material substance has not been integrated, because the teacher only evaluates the material as it is in the package book. Studi Analisis Evaluasi Integrasi Nilai-Nilai Islam pada Pembelajaran Sosiologi dalam Membina Karakter Islami Masih ditemukannya dikotomi antara ilmu umum dan ilmu agama baik dari segi teori dan praktek dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di jenjang SD/SMP/SMA/sederajat dan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia menyebabkan berbagai problematika. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan model hipotetik evaluasi integrasi nilai-nilai Islam pada pembelajaran sosiologi dalam membina karakter Islami di SMA PGII 2 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif jenis studi kasus. Peneliti bertindak sebagai instrument utama. Teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, koding data, display data, interpretasi temuan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji kredibilitas data dengan memperpanjang waktu penelitian, meningkatkan ketekunan, triangulasi data, menggunakan bahan referensi dan focus group discussion. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, evaluasi integrasi nilai-nilai Islam pada pembelajaran sosiologi di SMA PGII 2 Bandung belum terjadi secara komprehensif. Adapun evaluasi dalam pembelajaran sosiologi sudah direncanakan secara sistematis. Aspek yang dievaluasi sebagaimana perencanaan yang ada dalam perangkat pembelajaran mencakup aspek sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan. Instrumen evaluasi sikap pada pembelajaran sosiologi hampir sama dengan sekolah pada umumnya, yakni menggunakan instrumen evaluasi sikap berdasarkan kurikulum 2013. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya, penekanan evaluasi masih dominan aspek pengetahuan. Perkembangan sikap sosial dan keterampilan peserta didik setelah mengikuti pembelajaran sosiologi yang diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai Islam belum terasa secara menyeluruh, karena sikap yang dinilai belum terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai ilāhiah. Di sisi lain, evaluasi tertulis integrasi nilai-nilai Islam pada pembelajaran sosiologi dalam tataran substansi materi belum terintegrasi, karena guru hanya mengevaluasi materi sebagaimana yang ada dalam buku paket.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the qism amn da'wah strategy to improve the discipline of worship of STIBA Ar Raayah students. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Based on the results of the study, the da'wah strategy is one of the excellent methods for the bearer of truth and also the institution that is used as a da'wah wasilah to achieve the desired target. Moreover, there is an opportunity to preach with the qism amn will facilitate da'wah so that it is easy to reach the destination. But most STIBA Ar Raayah students are already aware that the importance of worship, especially since they study religious knowledge daily. So qism amn is not too difficult to invite students to be more disciplined in worship.

Abstract

The textile industry is now entering the Industrial Era 4.0, which aims to increase production efficiency, reduce waste, and reduce costs. In the implementation of Industry 4.0, all production elements, such as equipment, operators, and products, must have intelligence. To achieve this, production machines, especially yarn spinning machines such as blowing and carding, need to be equipped with intelligent devices. Currently, these machines do not meet the requirements due to the lack of a control system that can build intelligence. Therefore, it is important to equip these machines with a monitoring system consisting of data processing modules, sensors, and data processing systems. This monitoring system is very important in the yarn spinning industry, because production control is a crucial aspect in the implementation of Industry 4.0. This study aims to design a monitoring system for blower and carding machines that can provide real-time information on the amount of production, machine operating status, and electricity usage. This data will be displayed in graphical form (dashboard) and can be accessed via a local network using a web browser on a computer or smartphone. With this system, management can monitor production activities in real-time, thereby reducing costs and increasing machine efficiency.

Abstract

The development of science and technology, on the other hand, raises new problems in the world of education in higher education, especially the behavior shown by students with the rampant consumption of alcohol, drugs, promiscuous behavior, and abortion, which is undeniable evidence of the negative impact of scientific and technological progress. This research aims to analyze the Islamic education program's approach towards Islamic personality development in Miftahul Khoir Student Boarding School Bandung. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted by means of interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Based on the results of the study, the Islamic education program at PPM Miftahul Khoir has a distinctive feature by referencing four main concepts in designing Islamic education programs, namely first getting to know the basics of boarding school science. Second, Tafaqquh Fiddīn. Third, leadership and entrepreneurship. Fourth, adab and ethics. This concept makes the program at PPM Miftahul Khoir different from Islamic education programs in Salafi boarding schools in general and other student boarding schools. The Islamic education program at PPM Miftahul Khoir will support the implementation of the objectives of Islamic education at PPM Miftahul Khoir, because the program is made by the educational objectives it wants to achieve. The Islamic education program at PPM Miftahul Khoir is divided into two program scopes: the program listed in the syllabus and the non-syllabus program.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of technology and the emergence of social media in society. The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of technology for gen Z da'wah. The method used in this research is in the form of analysis. Data retrieval techniques come from primary sources and secondary sources. Primary sources are taken from the Qur'an and Sunnah. Secondary sources consist of books, journals and news. Data analysis technique with data interpretation. Based on the results of the study, Gen Z is an audience that uses technology and social media a lot. A da'i needs to pay attention to the situation in his da'wah and recognize the characteristics of Gen Z so as not to take the wrong step in da'wah. The implication is that social media as a medium of da'wah for da'i today and has a very strong role in da'wah to Gen Z. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan berkembangnya teknologi dan munculnya media sosial di khalayak masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan teknologi terhadap dakwah gen Z. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam bentuk analisa. Teknik pengambilan data berasal dari sumber primer dan sumber sekunder. Sumber primer diambil dari Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah. Sumber sekunder terdiri dari buku, jurnal dan berita. Teknik análisis data dengan interpretasi data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Gen Z adalah khalayak yang banyak menggunakan teknologi dan sosial media. Seorang da’i perlu memperhatikan keadaan dalam dakwahnya dan mengenali karakteristik Gen Z agar tidak salah ambil langkah dalam dakwah. Implikasinya, media sosial sebagai media dakwah bagi para da’i masa kini dan memiliki peran yang sangat kuat dalam dakwah terhadap gen Z.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the curriculum of Islamic cultural history subjects class VII MTs Al Imam Cikembar Sukabumi. This research uses a qualitative approach and a literature study method. Based on the results of the discussion, the curriculum of the Islamic Cultural History class VII MTs from the aspect of purpose is in accordance with the objectives of MTs nationally, but is not in accordance with the objectives of the MTs Al-Imam institution which emphasizes more on developing the potential of students individually only. In the aspect of teaching materials, the scope of the subject of Islamic Cultural History class VII MTs is the same as the scope of the subject of Islamic Cultural History of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. In the sequence of teaching materials of SKI class VII MTs is ideal, according to the facts, there is no continuity of teaching material, what happens is the deepening of the teaching material. Mayoritas, keseimbangan dalam aspek isi sudah ideal. In the majority, the balance in the content aspect is already ideal. From the syllabus, it reads that learning strategies tend to be monotonous and still teacher centers. Meanwhile, in the assessment aspect, teachers include all types of assessments.

Abstract

The inability of the modern education system to respond to various social problems raises new issues regarding the effectiveness of the education system. The rise of educational system approaches that refer to Western traditions, such as the concept of “tabula rasa” initiated by John Locke, actually exacerbates the existing problems, because there is a dichotomy between knowledge science and religion. Thus, education is no longer able to direct each student to the moral values that have been taught by the predecessors. Departing from the dynamics that occur, this research aims to examine the hadith about fitrah as a new formulation in the Islamic education system. Two questions become the initial basis of the study: first, how is human nature in the literacy of the Prophet's hadith; second, what are the implications of the concept of fitrah in the formulation of Islamic education? Through literature-based qualitative methods, the results show that the hadith about fitrah is massively spread with ittishal. The concept of fitrah in the hadith indicates that every human being is born with a natural tendency towards monotheism and stands on good values. In the framework of Islamic education, this concept becomes the epistemological basis that the educational process is a process of maintaining and actualizing fitrah, so that education is not just a transfer of knowledge, but rather forming an integral personality that is in line with divine values. Thus, the implementation of Islamic education needs to emphasize approaches that recognize the sacred potential in children and design curriculum and learning methods that support the development of fitrah holistically.

Abstract

This paper aims to discover the basic concepts of evaluation and its implications on evaluating Islamic Religious Education learning in Schools. This paper employs a qualitative approach and literature study method. Based on the results of the discussion, the evaluation consisted of measurement and assessment. In the context of learning, evaluation has a very important and strategic position since it is included in the steps of learning. The aim is to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning system. The area of discussion includes evaluation in learning programs, learning processes, and learning outcomes. In general, the principle of evaluation consists of continuity, comprehensiveness, fairness, objectivity, cooperativeness, and practicality. In specific, the principle consists of integration, coherence, pedagogical, and accountability. In terms of type, learning evaluation consists of evaluation of planning, development, monitoring, impact, efficiency, and comprehensive programs. In terms of object, evaluation of learning includes input, transformation, and output. The subject includes the educator, the officer who has been trained, and the students that can evaluate themselves. In terms of the technique, it consists of tests and non-tests. The implication is that the evaluation of the learning of Islamic Religious Education in schools needs to be carried out in a continuous, comprehensive and integrated manner. Thus, Islamic Religious Education educators must be able to evaluate the development of students, including in the aspects of aqliyah, qolbiyah, and amāliyah.
